Sales Lead/ Director, Prediction & Digital Asset Markets

$225,000 - $300,000/yr

Crypto.com is looking for a sales leader who wants to be at the center of one of the most interesting intersections in markets right now — prediction markets, regulated derivatives, and digital assets. As Director of Sales (Exchange), you'll own the growth of our Predictions and Exchange business in the US, building relationships with the firms and traders who are actively operating in or curious about event contracts, binary derivatives, and CFTC-regulated crypto products. This isn't a role where you're handed a playbook and told to execute. You'll be carving out a client base in a market that's still taking shape, working closely with our product and legal teams to structure deals and bring new offerings to life. If you've been watching the prediction markets space develop and want to be the person driving adoption on the institutional side, this is that opportunity. Job Responsibilities * Proactively identify, pitch, and onboard institutional and VIP clients — prop trading firms, hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, and FCM-registered entities looking for regulated crypto derivatives exposure. * Build and grow a client base for Crypto.com's prediction markets and event contract offerings, targeting firms with existing exposure to event-driven or binary derivatives strategies. * Drive adoption among clients active in CME Bitcoin/Ether futures and options, connecting the dots between TradFi regulated derivatives and on-exchange crypto products. * Identify and convert institutional opportunities in tokenized real-world assets, working with product teams to tailor solutions for asset managers and alternative investment funds. * Build and manage relationships with FCM counterparties, prime brokers, and clearing firms to expand our regulated derivatives footprint in the US. * Get deep on what clients actually need and position the full Crypto.com stack — OTC, API trading, custody, regulated derivatives — as an integrated solution. * Stay close to your book of business and bring market intelligence back to the product team to help shape what we build next. * Represent Crypto.com at key industry events including FIA Expo, CME forums, and digital asset conferences. * Own the entire sales cycle from first outreach to signed agreement. * Keep a close eye on CME developments, FCM partnerships, RWA entrants, and CFTC/NFA regulatory shifts to keep our value proposition sharp. Job Requirements * 8+ years in institutional sales or business development in a high-growth financial environment * Hands-on familiarity with prediction market structures (event contracts, binary derivatives) and/or tokenized RWA products; existing relationships in these verticals is a big plus * Direct experience with CME-listed products, FCM operations, cleared derivatives, or CFTC-regulated markets — from a sell-side, exchange, or institutional buy-side perspective * 3+ years in digital assets/Web3, specifically in outbound sales for an exchange, custodian, prime broker, or regulated crypto derivatives platform * An active book of business across prop trading firms, hedge funds, asset managers, FCMs, and clearing brokers in US regulated markets * Proven track record of building and monetizing institutional relationships with measurable revenue and volume results * Comfortable navigating the US regulatory landscape (CFTC, NFA, SEC digital asset frameworks) * Strong communicator — able to break down complex derivatives and digital asset concepts for C-suite audiences * Entrepreneurial by nature — you're energized by ambiguity and thrive when you're building something from scratch In addition to base salary, the total compensation package includes an RSU equity grant package and eligibility for an annual bonus.Life @ Crypto.com Empowered to think big. Because we believe men’s healthcare should be inviting, efficient, and even fun. Our clinics are outpatient facilities designed for comfort, convenience, and speed. That’s the Gameday vibe – a modern, relaxed atmosphere where men feel right at home. And we deliver on efficiency too: with an in-house lab, we provide testosterone results in just 15 minutes, so patients won't have to wait days for their lab results. Men want fast appointments and effective care, and we deliver on both. If you’re passionate about men’s health and excited to work in a clinic that feels more like a man-cave lounge than a sterile clinic, this is the opportunity for you! Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do: Evaluate and Treat Patients: Perform consultations and health assessments for men with low testosterone, erectile dysfunction, peptides, weight loss, and other wellness concerns. Provide Testosterone Therapy: Evaluate patients for Low T and, under a supervising physician’s guidance, prescribe and manage testosterone replacement therapy to optimize hormone levels. Conduct On-Site Lab Testing: Draw labs and interpret results from our on-site laboratory (with 15-minute testosterone testing!) during the patient visit, allowing for immediate feedback and treatment adjustments. Patient Education: Educate men on their health, lab results, and treatment options in a clear, relatable way. You’ll empower patients with knowledge about testosterone health, sexual wellness, nutrition, and lifestyle changes to improve outcomes. Perform In-Clinic Treatments: Administer intramuscular testosterone injections, IV therapies, and PRP injections safely and comfortably. (Don’t worry – we provide training on our specific protocols!) Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with our Medical Assistant(s) and front office staff to ensure each patient has a seamless, positive experience from check-in to check-out. A strong team spirit is a must – we pride ourselves on our friendly, supportive clinic environment. Maintain Efficient Workflows: Keep patient flow smooth and on-time. Our appointments are designed to be timely (many follow-ups are 10–15 minutes), so you’ll thrive if you can combine speed and quality in your care. Ensure Quality \& Compliance: Maintain accurate electronic medical records and comply with all federal and state medical regulations. (We run a high-quality operation and expect meticulous, ethical care.) Contribute to Growth: As a key provider, you’ll help grow the clinic’s patient base by providing excellent care that patients rave about. We’re a fast-growing company, and your dedication will directly fuel that growth! Who We’re Looking For – Ideal Candidate: Licensed NMD, NP, or PA in Arizona: You have an active AZ license (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) in good standing, and a DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain one). Clinical Experience: 2+ years of experience as an NMD, NP, or PA is preferred. Hormone Therapy Experience is desired, but not 100 % required for the right candidate. Passionate about Men’s Health: You are genuinely interested in men’s wellness. You get excited about helping patients regain energy, confidence, and quality of life. Innovative \& Fast-Paced Mindset: You thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, patient-first environment. Adapting to new treatments and efficient workflows comes naturally to you. Excellent Communicator: Talk to patients about sensitive issues like sexual health with empathy, clarity, and make patients feel comfortable and heard. Team Player:Work well in a small team setting, collaborating with medical assistants, support staff, and supervising medical assistants. The right candidate will be reliable, respectful, and ready to pitch in to help your teammates. Procedurally Skilled (or Eager to Learn): Comfortable with (or willing to learn) procedures like IM injections, IVs, and phlebotomy. If you have experience with PRP injections or ultrasound-guided injections, even better.
