About this role: We are seeking a Senior Lead Data Management Analyst within the Chief Data Office (CDO) reporting to the head of Enterprise Data Strategy and Execution. The position plays a central role in establishing and operating centralized enterprise governance for permissible data use, ensuring that data are used only for approved purposes and in compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements. As the firm continues to expand its data, analytics, and AI capabilities, the CDO is evolving its data use governance model to be more consistent, transparent, and scalable across data domains and lines of business. This role will contribute to updated policy and roles, define processes, and controls; drive tooling and reporting enhancements; and ensure strong integration with related governance frameworks, including AI governance, Model Risk Management, privacy, and third‑party risk management. The work performed in this role is critical to mitigating legal, compliance, reputational, and financial risk while enabling responsible data use and innovation. In this role, you will: Establish and operate centralized enterprise governance for permissible data use, covering all data types across Data Domains and lines of business. Contribute to enterprise policies, procedures and roles for permissible data use in partnership with Enterprise Data Governance and key risk and control stakeholders. Design, document, and maintain end‑to‑end processes and controls for data use governance, including intake, review, approval, exception handling, evidence management, monitoring, and auditability. Ensure effective and efficient engagement with AI governance processes, embedding data use requirements into analytics, AI, and model development and lifecycle activities. Align data use governance with related enterprise policies and frameworks as appropriate, including legal, compliance, privacy, information security, Model Risk Management, and third‑party risk management. Define requirements and drive prioritization of tooling enhancements with product‑owning organizations to support scalable workflows, approvals, documentation, and reporting. Develop operational reporting and metrics to provide transparency into data use activity, adherence to standards, exceptions, and emerging risk themes. Provide guidance and enablement to data domains and lines of business, including playbooks, templates, standards, and training materials to support consistent execution. In This Role, You Will * Lead the review, resolution and implementation for the most complex technical issues and initiatives related to large scale network applications, data systems, voice and other technical products and services * Use and create diagnostic, simulation and other tools to maintain, troubleshoot and restore service or data to systems * Evaluate or review queries to extract data, create standard procedures, or perform limited programming to fine tune systems supported * Research performance trends and recommend process improvements * Perform complex migrations from development to production, upgrades, installations and configurations * Make decisions in security and regulatory policies to design and implement foolproof secured network solutions * Assess changes for risk to production systems and assure quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported areas * Identify gaps in current technology processes and recommend changes to assure Service Level Agreements can be supported * Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Required Qualifications: * 5+ years of Network engineering experience supporting enterprise-scale environments, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education * 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting advanced network security and traffic management platforms, including F5 (LTM and ASM), AVI load balancers, and Enterprise proxy and web filtering solutions * 4+ years of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) experience * 4+ years of Telephony experience * 4+ years of technical troubleshooting experience * Demonstrated expertise supporting application security and delivery platforms, including, Application Security Manager (ASM), Imperva SecureSphere, Akamai Virtual Front Door (VFD) * Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and supporting Fortinet devices, particularly in secure ingress/egress or SNI-related environments * Proven ability to operate independently as a technical lead during complex, high-severity, or high-impact incidents, including, Owning issue resolution end-to-end, Making real-time technical decisions, and Coordinating across multiple teams and vendors * Strong communication skills, including the ability to, Clearly communicate complex technical issues to senior leadership in non-technical terms, and Provide concise impact assessments, risk summaries, and resolution updates * Leadership and mentorship experience, including, Coaching and guiding junior engineers, and Providing training, technical review, and escalation support.
