Lead Personal Trainer / Fitness Program Director
Carson, CA | Semi-Private Training | Program Leadership West Coast Sports \& Fitness Center is expanding its fitness and performance division and is seeking a high-level Personal Trainer or advanced credentialed coach to lead, build, and scale our training programs. This is an opportunity for a coach who wants more than sessions — someone ready to co-create a department, generate revenue, and grow within a multidisciplinary wellness facility. Key Responsibilities Lead semi-private training programs Coach small group \& boot camp classes Design structured strength, conditioning, and mobility programs Generate and convert new clients (in-house + community) Collaborate with chiropractic, acupuncture, and rehab providers Help grow the fitness department’s revenue and visibility Maintain high client retention and results Required Qualifications Nationally recognized CPT certification (NASM, NSCA, ACE, or equivalent) Minimum 3 years coaching experience Experience with semi-private or group training preferred Strong interpersonal, leadership, and sales communication skills Self-directed and professional Preferred Credentials CSCS, CES, PES, or similar advanced certification Background in performance training, corrective exercise, or sports training Experience building or scaling programs Compensation \& Growth Competitive per-session and/or revenue-share model Leadership-based earning potential Marketing and operational support Access to premium equipment and facility Long-term growth path into department leadership This Role Is NOT For Trainers who expect clients handed to them Coaches who avoid sales, outreach, or leadership Anyone looking for a short-term or hourly-only role This is a build-from-the-ground-up leadership opportunity inside an established sports medicine and performance facility.
