The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). Description Job Title: Business Operations Analyst Location: California (Remote/Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year (dependent on experience, education, and market factors) Date Posted: 07-02-2026 About the Role The Business Operations Analyst supports California Operations through project management, data analytics, contract administration, compliance initiatives, and strategic operational support. This role partners closely with operational leadership to identify business needs, evaluate risks, analyze performance trends, and implement solutions that improve operational effectiveness. Working with a high degree of independence, the Business Operations Analyst exercises sound judgment, manages multiple priorities, and provides actionable recommendations that support organizational goals and long-term business success. \\Must Reside in one of our 4 regions (LA, OC, Kern, SD\\ Responsibilities * Lead operational projects and strategic initiatives from planning through implementation and completion * Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and performance metrics to ensure successful outcomes * Evaluate project requirements, risks, resource needs, and dependencies and recommend corrective actions when needed * Analyze project performance and provide recommendations regarding operational improvements and resource allocation * Prepare and present project status updates, analyses, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders * Develop and maintain operational dashboards, reports, scorecards, and performance metrics * Analyze operational, contractual, and business performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities * Provide leadership with actionable recommendations based on data analysis and business intelligence findings * Conduct ad hoc reporting and analysis to support operational, financial, and strategic decisions * Evaluate data integrity and reporting methodologies and recommend process improvements * Support contract administration processes, including tracking requirements, deliverables, renewals, and compliance obligations * Assist with RFP development, proposal coordination, contract reviews, and operational implementation activities * Support state operations leadership with compliance initiatives, audits, reporting, and special projects * Collaborate with internal departments including Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Quality, and Leadership teams * Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and operational records * Perform additional duties as assigned Required Qualifications * Demonstrated experience in business operations, analytics, project management, or operational support functions * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable recommendations * Experience developing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills * Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and strong experience with Microsoft Office applications * Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in decision-making * Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field * Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or human services environments * Experience supporting contract management, compliance activities, or RFP processes * Experience using reporting platforms, business intelligence tools, or dashboard development applications * Knowledge of performance improvement methodologies and operational best practices Compensation \& Benefits Full-time Employees: * Paid vacation days (increase with tenure) * Separate sick leave that rolls over annually * Paid holidays * Medical, dental, and vision insurance options * DailyPay – access your earnings without waiting for payday * Training, development, and professional growth opportunities All Employees: * 401(k) * Employee Assistance Program (EAP) * Pet insurance * Perks @ Clarvida – national discounts on shopping, travel, and entertainment (Benefits may vary by state or county) Work Location California – Remote from home with hybrid opportunities as needed Occasional travel may be required to support operational meetings, trainings, and initiatives Employment Type Full-time How to Apply If you are passionate about project management, data analysis, operational excellence, and business process improvement, click "Apply Now" to join Clarvida as a Business Operations Analyst.
