Requirements: Qualifications 7+ years of experience in software engineering and/or architecture roles. 3+ years of experience delivering solutions on Microsoft Azure Proven experience in architecting and delivering agent-based AI systems, LLM-integrated applications, or intelligent automation platforms. Familiarity with multi-agent orchestration frameworks. Strong understanding of prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or C# for AI model development. Experience with enterprise integration patterns, RESTful API design, and event-driven architectures. Familiarity with security, compliance, and identity/access management in Azure environments. Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience interfacing directly with both technical resources and executive stakeholders. Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business value. Experience delivering software projects under Agile/Scrum methodologies.
