Role Overview: The Operations Analyst is responsible for processing all orders and transactions from our trading desks and branch offices. The team is responsible for providing front to back support for all financial transactions. What you'll do: * Provide analytical and administrative support with transactions * Liaise with key stakeholders throughout the company * Complete daily tasks accurately and on time * Manage, escalate and resolve all requests, inquiries and issues. * Develop a technical understanding of supporting applications and identify inefficiencies in the existing process * Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made whilst adhering to the appropriate policies and legislation What we’ll need from you: * Ability to multitask in a high-risk environment * Experience in Microsoft packages * Attention to detail and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication skills- both verbal and written * Energetic, flexible, collaborative and proactive * Ability to work as part of a team and independently Successful candidates will attend a three week Market Operations Training Academy if required.
