About you: * At least 3 years’ experience in software development, ideally within financial systems but candidates with a strong interest and a willingness to learn finance are also encouraged * Proficient in **C\# and .NET framework,** with experience working in an Azure cloud environment * Solid debugging skills and ability to troubleshoot complex software issues * Degree in Math, Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant field, or practical equivalent experience * Knowledge of financial protocols (such as FIX or proprietary messaging) is a plus but not essential * Strong communication skills, capable of managing client expectations and collaborating with cross\-functional teams * Self\-motivated with excellent project management and organisational abilities What you’ll do: * Develop and enhance APIs, focusing on C\#/.NET applications within Azure cloud infrastructure * Assist in debugging and analysing user APIs, GUIs, and data interfaces (MySQL, REST APIs) * Collaborate with IT and support teams to resolve technical issues efficiently * Participate in learning sessions about the company’s financial trading platform and market operations * Support client onboarding by configuring systems and ensuring smooth integrations * Contribute to quality assurance efforts, testing, and software improvements * Take part in rapid development cycles and collaborative engineering discussions For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact the VANRATH office for a confidential chat today.
