We are looking for a driven and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be the critical bridge between business stakeholders and the technical delivery team — translating complex operational needs into clear, actionable solutions. You will own the full BA lifecycle: from deep-dive stakeholder interviews through to solution design, development oversight, and successful go-live. Lewisham Council is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to lead the digital elements of the Brockley Housing PFI transition back into the Council. This is a complex, high‑profile programme involving the transfer of systems, data, contracts, processes and support arrangements from Brockley Regenter and its subcontractors into Council ownership. Working to the Housing PFI Board and Programme Manager, the BA will be instrumental in ensuring the transition is delivered safely, efficiently and in full compliance with legal, technical and governance standards.
