Your Role Finance \& Enterprise Value (F\&EV) is the finance strategy \& transformation advisory practice within Enterprise Model \& Strategy (EM\&S), part of the Corporate Experience capability unit at Capgemini Invent. We help CFOs and senior leaders identify, convert, and sustain value across the enterprise. Our practice comprises three work areas: Value Strategy \& Modelling (VSM): Business case development, value realisation planning and shaping of outcome based commercial structures for major client decisions and deals. Strategic Finance Delivery: Connects strategy to performance by building integrated planning, forecasting, cost management, and finance delivery capabilities that strengthen decision‑making and operational efficiency. Finance Transformation: Modernises finance functions through intelligent process redesign, future‑ready operating models, and integration/separation support to create scalable, digital, insight‑driven finance operations As a Senior Consultant, you will have substantial expertise in Strategic Finance Delivery, whilst also being able to work flexibly across the wider Enterprise Model \& Strategy portfolio. In this role you will contribute to the practice as follows: Lead the delivery of large and complex Strategic Finance Improvement or transformation projects, collaborating with clients and teams to rapidly define business challenges and shape actionable solutions grounded in strategic thinking and evidence-based insights. Develop and present meaningful recommendations, ensuring they are practical, robust, and withstand client scrutiny while leveraging the latest strategic transformation trends. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor at all levels and identifying business development opportunities across operating model transformation, and organisation design. Coach and develop team members, providing performance management, fostering leadership, and supporting recruitment to grow the team . Deine Rolle Du führst als Data Consultant Public verschiedene Public Projekte und entwickelst neue Daten- und Analytics-Möglichkeiten bei unseren Public-Kunden in Zusammenarbeit mit den Vertriebs- und Account-Teams von Capgemini. Du entwickelst datengetriebene Lösungen zur Optimierung von Verwaltungsprozessen und Entscheidungsfindung. Du analysierst komplexe Datenstrukturen und erstellst Dashboards, Reports sowie KI-basierte Anwendungen. Du bist Sparringspartner für unsere Kunden bei der Entwicklung von Data- \& AI-Strategien, Plattformarchitekturen und der Auswahl moderner Technologien (z. B. Databricks, Snowflake, Collibra). Du steuerst interdisziplinäre Teams und übernimmst Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung komplexer Transformationsprojekte im Data \& AI-Umfeld. Du arbeitest mit Partnern sowie anderen Capgemini Geschäftsbereichen in der Domäne Public zusammen, um weitere Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu finden. Dein Profil Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, einem anderen MINT Studiengang oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss Mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung im Public-Sektor, idealerweise in Projekten mit Behörden, Ministerien oder kommunalen Einrichtungen. Fundierte Kenntnisse in Datenanalyse, Business Intelligence und Künstlicher Intelligenz, Zertifizierungen (z. B. IREB, Scrum Product Owner, AWS/Azure/GCP ) sind ein Plus. Kenntnisse in mindestens einem Hyperscaler (AWS, Azure oder GCP) und erste Erfahrung mit modernen Data \& AI-Plattformen (z. B. Databricks, Snowflake, Collibra).
