This isn't a ticket-taker role – you'll be expected to understand thxe why, not just the what. You'll be building across our Miden integration, external venue connectors, and settlement infrastructure. If you need a detailed JIRA ticket to start work, this isn't the role. Remote – async-friendly, but occasional overlap with SAST (Cape Town) appreciated You 5+ years engineering experience, at least 2 in blockchain/crypto Strong Rust – this is non-negotiable Strong TypeScript for frontend and tooling Systems thinking – you see how pieces connect, not just the piece in front of you Comfortable with ambiguity – startup pace, evolving requirements Self-directed – you ask good questions, then go build Opinions on architecture – you'll push back when something's wrong Nice to Have ZK/cryptography exposure (Miden, Noir, Circom, etc.) Trading systems / DeFi experience Experience with Hyperliquid, XRPL, or similar venues Understanding of settlement, custody, compliance patterns How to Apply Send a short note on why you're interested and a link to something you've built that you're proud of.
