Job Summary: Acrisure is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our growing Florida team. The Senior Account Manager is the primary day-to-day contact for all service needs for both external and internal customers. They are accountable for facilitating team service deliverables and managing accurate, efficient, and effective responses. This role requires subject matter expertise in client services and coordination, accurate insurance processing and customer experience delivery. Responsibilities: * Develop marketing strategy for new and renewal business with Producer. * Obtain underwriting information directly from clients. * Advise clients on coverage changes and additions. * Educate clients on policy coverages, changes, exclusions, and needs. * Negotiate and secure quotes with Underwriters. * Maintain knowledge of commercial lines coverage and rating rules. * Understand carrier appetites and underwriting guidelines. * Use carrier websites for quoting and policy changes. * Prepare insurance summaries, schedules, quotes, and proposals. * Complete applications and documentation. * Bind coverage and confirm binder accuracy. * Verify policy and endorsement information. * Respond to client inquiries and report claims. * Issue Certificates of Insurance and Auto ID Cards. * Manage cancellations and ensure resolution. * Invoice and pursue prompt payments. * Maintain accurate electronic and client files. * Support Producers and agency goals. * Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: * 5 years' experience in Commercial Lines with complex accounts. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Team-oriented and customer service focused. * High attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks. * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and agency systems.
