What You’ll Be Trusted With Portfolio Support \& Investment Operations * Support portfolio managers in the day-to-day management and monitoring of index funds. * Assist in managing client, benchmark, and market-driven events with accuracy and timeliness. * Contribute to maintaining high standards of execution and operational discipline. Quantitative Research \& Analysis * Support the development and maintenance of quantitative frameworks, tools, and models. * Contribute to research initiatives, including data analysis, back-testing, and performance evaluation. * Apply analytical thinking to enhance investment processes and decision-making. Who You Are You are a curious and technically strong individual who enjoys solving complex problems and building solutions in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You bring: * A degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. * 1–3 years’ experience, or strong academic exposure, in a quantitative, analytical, or technical environment. * Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL. * Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets. * Exposure to data engineering, databases, or cloud technologies is advantageous. * A foundational understanding of financial markets or investment concepts, or a strong willingness to learn. * An interest in how technology can be applied to improve investment processes and outcomes.
