Senior Technical Business Analyst – Constantia, Cape Town (Hybrid, 3 Days Onsite) We’re hiring a Senior Technical Business Analyst for a Permanent role based in Constantia, Cape Town , with a hybrid setup (±3 days in office per week) . What You’ll Do: * Design end‑to‑end business, system, and data solutions . * Develop business requirement , functional , and technical specifications. * Analyse and test systems for enhancements and investigations. * Collaborate with vendors and internal technical teams on solution delivery. * Drive continuous improvement across processes and systems. * Manage stakeholders effectively and mentor junior team members. What You Need: * Non-Negotiable: Degree in Information Systems, Technology, IT or related. * 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst * Strong hands-on Technical Analysis experience within Enterprise Business Systems * 2+ years in a Senior or Lead Capacity * Proven project delivery record. * Strong understanding of relational databases and data analysis. * Excellent problem‑solving, documentation, communication, and analytical skills. Salary \& Benefits: * Non-Negotiable: ≤R890 000 CTC (already includes Medical Aid \& Retirement Fund). * Over-and-above CTC is a Group Life Cover (Covered for ~2 × your annual salary). * Over-and-above CTC is an Annual Performance‑based Bonus (discretionary). * Permanent role with a hybrid working model (±3 days onsite).
