We’re hiring a
**Senior Technical Business Analyst**
for a
**Permanent role**
based in
**Constantia, Cape Town**
, with a
**hybrid setup (±3 days in office per week)**

**What You’ll Do:**
* **Design end‑to‑end business, system, and data solutions**
.
* Develop
**business requirement**
,
**functional**
, and
**technical**
specifications.
* Analyse and test systems for enhancements and investigations.
* Collaborate with vendors and internal technical teams on solution delivery.
* Drive
**continuous improvement**
across processes and systems.
* Manage stakeholders effectively and mentor junior team members.
**What You Need:**
* **Non\-Negotiable: Degree in Information Systems, Technology, IT or related.**
* **5\+ years**
**experience as a Business Analyst**
* **Strong hands\-on Technical Analysis experience within Enterprise Business Systems**
* **2\+ years in a Senior or Lead Capacity**
* Proven project delivery record.
* Strong understanding of relational databases and data analysis.
* Excellent problem‑solving, documentation, communication, and analytical skills.
**Salary \& Benefits:**
* **Non\-Negotiable: ≤R890 000 CTC**
(already includes Medical Aid \& Retirement Fund).
* **Over\-and\-above CTC is a Group Life Cover**
(Covered for \~2 × your annual salary).
* **Over\-and\-above CTC is an Annual Performance‑based Bonus**
