Join our dynamic Indexation team, where we combine quantitative research with technology to deliver scalable, data\-driven investment solutions.
As a Technical Investment Analyst, you will operate at the intersection of investments and technology, supporting portfolio management, contributing to research and development, and helping to build and enhance the team’s technology capabilities. This role is ideal for a technically minded individual who enjoys solving complex problems, building systems, and contributing to a high\-performing team.
**What You’ll Be Trusted With**
**Portfolio Support \& Investment Operations**
* Support portfolio managers in the day\-to\-day management and monitoring of index funds.
* Assist in managing client, benchmark, and market\-driven events with accuracy and timeliness.
* Contribute to maintaining high standards of execution and operational discipline.
**Quantitative Research \& Analysis**
* Support the development and maintenance of quantitative frameworks, tools, and models.
* Contribute to research initiatives, including data analysis, back\-testing, and performance evaluation.
* Apply analytical thinking to enhance investment processes and decision\-making.
**Technology Development \& Automation**
* Assist in building and improving the team’s technology stack.
* Automate manual processes and contribute to the development of scalable, efficient systems.
* Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tools, and data processes.
**Data Management \& Continuous Improvement**
* Work with large and complex datasets to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and usability.
* Contribute to improving the robustness and efficiency of existing processes and analytical tools.
* Take ownership of deliverables and maintain a strong focus on quality and detail.
**Collaboration \& Learning**
* Work closely with portfolio managers and senior team members to support team objectives.
* Contribute to a collaborative, high\-performance team environment.
* Stay up to date with developments in quantitative research, financial technology, and markets.
**Who You Are**
You are a curious and technically strong individual who enjoys solving complex problems and building solutions in a fast\-paced, data\-driven environment.
You bring:
* A degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
* 1–3 years’ experience, or strong academic exposure, in a quantitative, analytical, or technical environment.
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
* Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets.
* Exposure to data engineering, databases, or cloud technologies is advantageous.
* A foundational understanding of financial markets or investment concepts, or a strong willingness to learn.
* An interest in how technology can be applied to improve investment processes and outcomes.
