Description The Business Analyst works within the Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI/Syteline) development organization to analyze, design, and document efficient business and operational processes that support Syteline's manufacturing functionality. The Business Analyst gathers and analyzes customer and market requirements in support of business cases, proposed enhancements, and functional specifications for new modules or changes to existing CSI capabilities such as Production Planning, MRP, APS, Shop Floor Control, Engineering/BOM/Routing, Quality (CSI Quality/QCS), Inventory, Procurement, Customer Order Management, Product Costing, and Financials. A Typical Day in the Life Includes: * Collecting and analyzing business requirements from CSI customers, partners, consultants, and internal product stakeholders, and translating them into clear, actionable input for the Syteline development team. * Evaluating data gathered through customer workshops, support case trends, partner feedback, enhancement requests (ERs), and industry research to inform improvements to CSI functionality across discrete, process, mixed-mode, engineer-to-order, and project-based manufacturing scenarios. * Partnering with Product Management, Development, QA, and Cloud Operations through design, implementation, and release activities (planning, sprint ceremonies, and design reviews) to ensure features align with manufacturing practices, CSI’s multi-site architecture, and Infor OS/CloudSuite integration standards (ION, IDM, Infor OS Portal, Mongoose, and APIs). * Creating developer-ready requirement artifacts (PRDs, functional specifications, and user stories) that document workflows, screen/layout guidance, IDO/business-logic behavior, reporting/analytics needs, and acceptance criteria, and aligning on scope and expected outcomes with customers and internal stakeholders. * Managing change requests through the feature lifecycle — coordinating scope, impact analysis, and re-alignment with development and QA to protect release commitments and code freeze milestones. * Preparing reports, recommendations, and alternative approaches that address existing pain points or opportunity areas across CSI — whether in core manufacturing modules, APS, cloud deployment, upgrade tooling, or integration with adjacent products (e.g., Factory Track.). Basic Qualifications: * Experience analyzing and documenting business processes in an ERP context, ideally within manufacturing environments (discrete, process, mixed-mode, engineer-to-order, or project-based). * Working knowledge of Infor CloudSuite Industrial / Syteline or a comparable manufacturing ERP (e.g., Infor LN, Infor M3, SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365 F\&SCM, Epicor Kinetic, IFS, QAD). * Familiarity with core manufacturing ERP domains such as BOM/routing, MRP and APS-based planning and scheduling, shop floor execution, production costing, inventory, procurement, customer order management, and financial integration. * Experience gathering and interpreting customer and market data, including participating in discovery sessions, workshops, and requirement reviews with technical and business stakeholders. * Strong written communication and documentation skills, with the ability to produce PRDs, functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that developers can act on without ambiguity. * Experience organizing and contributing to customer-facing or internal requirement presentations, design reviews, and cross-functional working sessions. * Comfort working within an Agile/Scrum delivery model alongside globally distributed development, QA, and product management teams. Preferred Qualifications: * Prior hands-on experience with Syteline. * Exposure to Infor OS components. * Familiarity with cloud ERP delivery models, multi-tenant considerations, and CSI's upgrade and release cadence. * Background working with Infor implementation partners or having implemented CSI as a consultant or end-user. $110,000 - $150,000/yr

Company Description Xplor Technologies powers the experiences at the heart of everyday life. Through modern vertical software, embedded payments (Xplor Pay), and AI-powered capabilities, we help businesses in fitness, recreation, golf and club, field services, laundry, education, and other membership-based and service-based industries simplify operations, uncover insights, and elevate customer and member experiences. With Xplor Pay, we help businesses get paid quickly and securely – without hidden fees. We built the tech ourselves, and our platform delivers secure, transparent, fast, and accurate payments. And when you become part of our Xplor Pay Direct Sales team, you also become part of the personal connection that strengthens the relationship people have with Xplor products. Job Description Xplor Payments is the embedded payments engine powering vertical SaaS brands across fitness \& wellness, home services, parks \& recreation, and beyond. We process hundreds of millions of dollars in transactions annually through our Embedded Payments platform — and our internal financial operations must be as reliable as the products we sell. We are hiring a Product Manager to own the internal reconciliation and financial products that keep Xplor Payments running — the systems that track, settle, and account for every dollar that moves through our platform across the US, UK, EU and APAC. This is a high-trust, high-visibility role that directly impacts financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and the integrity of our merchant and partner payouts. As the Product Manager for Internal Reconciliation and Financial Products, you will own the product strategy and roadmap for the internal tooling and platforms that reconcile Xplor Payments' transaction flows. You will work alongside our payments engineering, finance operations, and compliance teams to build robust, auditable, and increasingly automated reconciliation infrastructure. This role sits at a critical intersection: part internal tooling, part fintech infrastructure. You will define how Xplor Payments tracks funds-in-transit, identifies settlement discrepancies, manages disputes and chargebacks at scale, and reports financial positions across our global portfolio. Success in this role means fewer manual exceptions, faster close cycles, cleaner audit trails, and a finance team that trusts the numbers. Your mandate is to build from a strong base into a modern, automated, and scalable reconciliation engine across the globe. Qualifications Reconciliation Product Strategy \& Roadmap * Own the end-to-end product roadmap for Xplor Pay’s Internal reconciliation platform — covering transaction matching, settlement reconciliation, fee ledgering, and financial exception handling. * Define a multi-year strategy to automate manual reconciliation workflows, reduce exception rates, and deliver real-time financial visibility to internal finance and operations teams. * Align roadmap priorities with Xplor Pay's business objectives: merchant payout accuracy, partner settlement integrity, and scalable PayFac operations. Financial Products – Internal Tooling * Drive product development for internal financial operations tools including: settlement dashboards, payout ledgers, chargeback and dispute tracking, fee calculation engines, and funding account management. * Collaborate with Xplor Pay’s finance teams to understand cash positioning needs and translate them into product requirements — including intraday funding visibility and end-of-day settlement reporting. * Partner with the Chargeback Dispute Management team to ensure reconciliation data flows correctly into dispute workflows and evidence submissions. * Ensure the automated reporting capabilities are powered by accurate, reconciled financial data. Discovery \& Requirements * Conduct structured discovery with Xplor Payments' finance operations, accounting, and treasury teams to surface friction in current reconciliation workflows. * Map end-to-end money movement across Xplor's Pay’s ecosystem — from merchant transaction to settlement to sub-merchant payout — and identify gaps where tooling fails to provide visibility or control. * Define detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria in close partnership with engineering leads and QA. * Benchmark Xplor's internal reconciliation capabilities against fintech industry standards and peer PayFac operators.
