Visual Business Analyst (BA)   **Location:** Remote (Candidates can be based anywhere) **Duration:** Full\-time / Project\-based (Starts next month) **Compensation:** Market Rate **Job Description** We are seeking a meticulous **Visual Business Analyst (BA)** to join an upcoming enterprise project for a major client in the Oil \& Gas sector, delivered via our 'Preferred Delivery Partnership' with Infor. You will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and software capabilities by capturing needs and mapping future\-state workflows. **Key Responsibilities** * Capture detailed user requirements and perform comprehensive gap analyses against native features. * Document highly detailed future\-state operational workflows and precise system configurations. * Support and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) while driving user adoption and change management strategies. **Requirements** * Prior experience acting as a Business Analyst on **Infor Visual ERP** implementation or upgrade projects. * Excellent technical writing, requirement documentation, and workflow\-mapping skills. * Proven experience coordinating UAT scripts, testing cycles, and post\-go\-live adoption efforts.
