This role is ideal for a hands\-on technical leader with prior banking or financial services experience, capable of driving front\-end architecture and setting engineering best practices in a fast\-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the design, development, and optimization of complex front\-end applications using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript. * Define front\-end architecture, UI standards, and performance best practices for enterprise\-grade applications. * Collaborate closely with product, backend, UX, security, and cloud teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions. * Drive projects from concept and architectural design through production deployment and ongoing enhancements. * Ensure high standards of code quality, accessibility, performance, and security, particularly in regulated financial environments. * Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across front\-end initiatives. * Integrate front\-end applications with cloud services on AWS or Azure. * Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using Git\-based version control systems. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. * 10\+ years of professional front\-end development experience. * Strong expertise in React and modern front\-end technologies. * Hands\-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure preferred). * Prior experience in banking or financial services environments. * Proficiency with Git and CI/CD practices. * Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross\-functional teams. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience leading front\-end architecture for large\-scale, enterprise applications. * Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility standards, and performance optimization.
