About the Job As a member of the Pre-Sales Development Team, you will be responsible for helping the sales team to hunt out new customers for Unlimit. You will analyse leads, support delivery of go to market campaigns, research businesses and clients, help coordinate customer engagements at events and manage customer databases and analysis tools. You will work as part of the wider Global Sales Team, where you will report to Unlimit’s Head of Global SDR who is based out of our London office. The Sales Representative is responsible for achieving predetermined sales goals and quotas within their team’s assigned territory. Sales Representatives must establish, build and maintain customer relations through constant communications and in-person appointments. This position is specifically responsible for maintaining expert knowledge of our market-leading product portfolio. You will be consulting surgeons in the operating room regarding the use of Arthrex products and procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Primarily responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives for the territory. Arthrex Nashville is an independent agency authorized to sell Arthrex products, by working with surgeons and health care professionals. Arthrex is a global medical device company and leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics. Increase territory results by building and maintaining strong business relationships, and by developing and implementing sales strategies. Communicate with current and new customer accounts regarding a variety of topics, including product updates, changes to product portfolio and educational programs. Implement new sales plans and effective marketing strategies to position the organization competitively and to meet/exceed territory objectives. Cross-sell additional products or manage new product introductions as they become available. Address any problems that arise at the account. Support compliance and the principles of responsibility by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information; protecting the assets of the organization; acting with ethics and integrity; reporting noncompliance; and adhering to applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, accreditation and licenser requirements and company policies and procedures. Receive coaching, training or mentoring from sales manager; transfer knowledge to peers as needed. Maintain training in sales skills, product features/benefits and other critical business applications. Collect competitive data and remain current on industry, customer and competitive trends. Participate in and attend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside of regular business hours, as required. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds on a regular basis. As a member of the Reconstruction Sales Team, the ASR will work with that team within an assigned territory and hospital accounts. Within those accounts, the ASR will be responsible for assisting in the scheduling of operative cases, securing inventory for those cases, observing , and consulting the surgical team on Smith Nephew instrumentation and implants and completing the logistical requirement associated with those cases .
