Job Title: Sales Representative Company: Vita Roofing Location: Fargo, ND (serving a 2-hour radius; typically home every night) Job Type: Full-time, Commission-based Compensation: 10% commission on net sales from company-provided leads 12% commission on net sales from self-generated leads Performance bonuses with a clearly structured path to achieve them About Us: Vita Roofing is a locally-owned and operated roofing contractor specializing in roof repairs, replacements, and installations for residential and commercial properties in the Fargo-Moorhead area and surrounding regions. Responsibilities: Run both company-provided and self-generated leads. Engage in door-to-door sales and build relationships with businesses to self-generate leads, with the desire to enhance personal and professional growth. Utilize provided materials and training to effectively present and sell roofing solutions. Once a job is secured and a deposit is received, hand off the project to a project manager. When not actively running or generating leads, work in the office during general hours, with flexibility. Qualifications: Valid driver's license with a good driving record. High school diploma required; college degree preferred but not mandatory. Sales experience is a bonus but not required; we are willing to train candidates who show potential.
