Lead Product Marketing Manager, Device Intelligence

From $900/yr

Location US - Remote Employment Type Full time Location Type Remote Department Marketing SEON is the command center for fraud prevention and AML compliance, helping thousands of companies worldwide stop fraud, reduce risk and protect revenue. Powered by 900+ real-time, first-party data signals, SEON enriches customer profiles, flags suspicious behavior and streamlines compliance workflows - all from one place. SEON provides richer data, more flexible and transparent analysis, and faster time to value than any other provider on the market. We’ve helped companies reduce fraud by 95% and achieve 32x ROI, and we’re growing fast, thanks to our partnerships with some of the world’s most ambitious digital brands like Revolut, Wise, and Bilt. Device Intelligence is at the center of our most strategic deals. When prospects evaluate us against competitors, the conversation gets deeply technical — and those are the moments that win or lose deals. We’re hiring a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager to translate our technical differentiation into stories customers care about, across the full funnel. You’ll work at the intersection of engineering, product, and GTM, building thought leadership that establishes SEON’s authority, creating campaigns and content that bring verticalized use cases to life, and enabling sales with the demos, collateral, and competitive positioning they need for head-to-head evaluations. If you’ve built or marketed device intelligence products, worked as a sales engineer or product manager in the space, or come from a fraud prevention startup where you wore multiple hats across product and GTM, this role was designed for you. What you’ll do Technical Differentiation \& Positioning * Partner with Device Intelligence engineering and product to define and sharpen our technical differentiators across SDK performance, fingerprint persistence, bot detection, behavioral signals, and network fingerprinting. * Own the competitive narrative against device intelligence providers alongside the CI team — developing technical comparisons, differentiation frameworks, and objection-handling guidance grounded in real product capabilities. Sales Enablement \& Deal Support * Build and maintain enablement assets for device intelligence deals: battlecards, demo environments, POC frameworks, and competitive one-pagers. * Enable the sales team to navigate technical conversations around SDK integration, performance benchmarks, and architecture without requiring engineering on every call. * Systematize cross-deal learnings so technical insights from competitive POCs are captured and distributed, not rediscovered deal by deal. Thought Leadership \& Content * Develop a thought leadership strategy that positions SEON as the authority in device intelligence through original research, technical deep-dives, and industry perspectives. * Collaborate with demand gen and content teams to weave device intelligence messaging and verticalized use cases into campaigns and mid-funnel content. May also serve as an external evangelist at industry events and in analyst conversations. Product \& Roadmap Collaboration * Feed competitive and field intelligence back to product to inform Device Intelligence roadmap priorities. * Support launches of new device intelligence capabilities with GTM strategy, positioning, and enablement materials. What experience you bring * 5–7+ years in technical product marketing, product management, sales engineering, or a related GTM role in B2B SaaS, with direct exposure to device intelligence and fraud prevention. * Deep familiarity with the device intelligence landscape: how fingerprinting works technically, what differentiates providers, and how customers evaluate solutions in competitive POCs. * Technical credibility with engineers: you can engage on SDK architecture, browser entropy, fingerprint persistence, latency optimization, and bot detection methodology. * Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives across sales collateral, competitive positioning, thought leadership, and demos. * Strong cross-functional instincts — you thrive at the intersection of product, engineering, sales, and marketing. * Self-starter who can operate independently, take ownership and build new programs. SEON Technologies collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. If you are a European Job Applicant see the privacy notice for further details. SEON is an equal opportunity employer. We strive to embrace what makes each one of us unique; we each have our own story. Whether looking at our current staff or future team members, we believe that everyone has something to contribute, and our employment practices reflect that. We do not make an employment decision based upon race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws. Lead Product Marketing Manager

📈 Who We Are: We are rebuilding the energy transaction, making it transparent and fair. Our goal is to put power back where it belongs, in the hands of customers and to take on one of the most critical problems of our century, access to low cost electricity. tem exists to fix a broken global energy market that’s long favoured legacy operators, intermediaries, and opaque pricing. Today’s electricity system was not designed for rapid decarbonisation, AI-driven efficiency or fair access for the actual users - businesses and generators. We’ve built the first AI native transaction infrastructure to reinvent how electricity is bought, sold and priced. Our technology is designed to cut out the inefficient fees, automate complex market flows, and bring transparency and fairness to energy transactions at scale. In late 2025, after extraordinary growth, we closed a $75 million Series B - led by Lightspeed Venture Partners with participation from Albion, Atomico, Allianz, Hitachi Ventures, Hitachi Ventures, Schroders Capital and others - positioning us for global expansion, deeper product innovation and category leadership. We’re scaling internationally and building toward a future where AI-driven infrastructure is foundational to electricity markets worldwide. Since launch, our modern utility product, known as RED, has already facilitated thousands of business customers and billions in energy transaction value, proving that modern software and AI can transform an industry built on legacy systems. At tem, we’re not just building another energy company, we’re rearchitecting market infrastructure so that transparency, efficiency and sustainability become the default, not the exception. 🏅 The Role We're hiring a Lead Product Marketer . Your job is to help lead marketing for tem's core energy products, from foundational strategy to world-class execution, and raise the standard of everything that goes out the door. This is an expert role with no direct reports . It exists because our product marketing function needs someone who can own the positioning, build the infrastructure, and set the quality bar for product launches and our underlying product marketing infrastructure. You will share ownership of tem's product marketing portfolio alongside another senior PMM. Together you support the credibility service across the company, as well as directly supporting our Payments, Invoicing, Integration, Sell, and P442 features, and share responsibility for the foundational infrastructure and PMM framework that supports all engines. You will build the materials commercial teams depend on: ICPs, value propositions, battle cards, messaging docs, product decks, and launch playbooks. You will define how we go to market for new features and products. And you will be the person who makes the whole marketing team better at product marketing through the quality of your thinking and your output. You work closely with the Product team, Commercial leads, and the Growth Manager. You operate with senior scope and are expected to bring strategic clarity and executional excellence in equal measure. 🚀 Responsibilities Strategy \& Positioning * Own the positioning and messaging for RED and RED Plus across our broker and buyer segments. * Build and maintain the foundational product marketing infrastructure: ICP definitions, value propositions, customer segmentation, messaging hierarchies, and positioning documents. * Define and evolve our go-to-market approach for new features, products, and segments. * Use market knowledge, competitive intelligence, and customer insight to keep our positioning sharp and differentiated. Execution \& Delivery * Lead the end-to-end production of product marketing materials: battle cards, sales decks, one-pagers, feature explainers, launch assets, and email copy. * Set and uphold quality standards for all product marketing output — including work produced by others. * Ensure all materials reflect accurate product detail, consistent brand voice, and clear commercial intent. * Ship on time and within sprint cycles. Own your commitments. Cross-functional Leadership * Partner with Product to get close to the roadmap and translate technical detail into commercial narratives early. * Equip commercial teams with the materials and context they need to have better conversations with brokers and buyers. * Evangelise product marketing across the growth team: help others understand what good looks like and why it matters. * Guide and elevate the work of more junior product marketers when they are in the team. Insight \& Intelligence * Contribute to ICP development and customer segmentation using first-party data, sales insight, and market research. * Stay ahead of how our competitive landscape is shifting and bring that context into positioning decisions. * Work AI-natively: use AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and iteration without sacrificing quality or judgement. 🎯 Success Measures This role is succeeding when: * Foundational product marketing materials exist, are actively used by commercial teams, and are kept up to date. * Commercial teams feel equipped and confident going into conversations with brokers and buyers. * Product launches are executed on time with clear, well-crafted collateral. * RED's positioning is differentiated, well-understood internally, and resonating with target segments. * The quality of product marketing output across the team improves. * Sprint delivery rate exceeds 80% of committed tasks. Positioning shows up in pipeline. Pipeline shows up in revenue. 🎯 Requirements Must haves * Full proficiency in product marketing, developed through considerable experience in a B2B environment. * Proven track record of owning positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for a product or product line. * World-class writing: you can take complex product or market detail and turn it into copy that is clear, compelling, and accurate. * Track record of moving commercial outcomes — not just shipping assets. * Experience guiding and elevating the work of others, formally or informally. * AI-native: you use AI tools daily to accelerate your work, and you know when to override them. * Clear, structured communicator — especially in writing. * Operates with senior judgement without needing a management title. Bonus points * Experience in energy, fintech, or another regulated or complex sector. * Experience working in a product-led business where marketing and product are tightly integrated. * Experience building a product marketing function or discipline from an early stage. * Familiarity with broker or intermediary channel models. * Experience using customer and sales data to sharpen ICP and segment definitions. ✨ Benefits \& Perks * Salary aligned to internal benchmarks and reviewed twice a year. * Stock options so everyone has ownership in our mission. * 25 days holiday plus public holidays. Swap public holidays for the ones that matter most to you, and enjoy your birthday off. * Remote first and flexible working, with clear core hours and no internal meetings on Friday afternoons. Home working and wellbeing budgets: * Up to £1,200 or €1,200 per year for your remote setup. * Up to £150 or €150 per month for wellbeing. 🗣️ Interview Process We move fast. Most processes take 2 to 3 weeks from first chat to offer. If you need us to adapt anything, let us know. * Intro call with Talent, 15 minutes. * Hiring Manager interview with Tom (Growth Manager), 30 minutes. * Take-home task: a practical product marketing challenge that tests your ability to develop positioning, build materials, and demonstrate strategic and executional thinking (details provided separately, max 3 hours). * Skills interview: present your take-home task and walk us through your thinking. 60 minutes. * Culture Add interview with leadership stakeholders. A note on AI usage We're an AI-first company. We expect candidates to use AI tools. But we want to see judgement, not just output. Use AI if it helps. But: * Be honest: Show us what AI generated and what you created or edited. * Show judgement: We want to see where you override AI and why. * Be practical: What tools? What prompts? What actually worked vs. in theory? * Maintain quality: AI-accelerated ≠ AI-written. Your thinking is what we're hiring. If you don't use AI, tell us why. That's a legitimate choice if you have reasoning behind it. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, experiences, and identities, including those that are traditionally underrepresented in the tech and energy sectors. If you’re excited about this role but not sure you meet every requirement, we’d still love to hear from you. Your unique perspective could be exactly what we’re looking for. Alpaca is proudly backed by top-tier global investors, including Portage Ventures, Spark Capital, Tribe Capital, Social Leverage, Horizons Ventures, Unbound, SBI Group, Derayah Financial, Elefund, and Y Combinator. Our Team Members: We're a dynamic team of 380+ globally distributed members who thrive working from our favorite places around the world, with teammates spanning the USA, Canada, Japan, Hungary, Nigeria, Brazil, the UK, and beyond! We're searching for passionate individuals eager to contribute to Alpaca's rapid growth. If you align with our core values—Stay Curious, Have Empathy, and Be Accountable—and are ready to make a significant impact, we encourage you to apply. Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking a Lead Product Manager, Accounts to own Alpaca’s brokerage accounts product area end-to-end - account models, onboarding and lifecycle, KYC / KYB, sub-accounts and multi-accounts, IRA cross-work, and the APIs and operational workflows our partners rely on. This is a senior product role focused on area ownership and execution, not people management - you’ll own the accounts roadmap and personally ship across multiple lanes in parallel, partnering with the other PMs in the accounts area (Account Structures, IRA, tax / cost basis) to raise the standard of work shipped across the swimlane. This role sits at the intersection of regulatory complexity, developer experience, and scale. You’ll unify what is today a set of important but fragmented initiatives - so partners get predictable APIs, clear documentation, and reliable delivery - while we expand globally across multiple licensed entities and regional accounts and tax regimes. You’re expected to provide early signal on US policy changes (FINRA, FATCA, OFAC, beneficial-ownership / CDD) rather than react after rules formalize. You’ll work across many partner, engineering and operational teams, and you’ll represent the accounts area in product reviews, partner exec syncs, and leadership-level discussions. Success is measured by partner adoption and production usage of account capabilities - not by ship dates or volume of documentation alone. Things You Get To Do * Own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for the entire accounts area - account models, onboarding / lifecycle, KYC / KYB, sub-accounts / multi-accounts, and IRA cross-work. * Personally execute across multiple in-flight lanes in parallel - not just sequencing them from above, but shipping work yourself on the most strategically important ones. * Rationalize how we expose account APIs and internal systems - including where a “single” KYC / KYB surface must flex for different account types, jurisdictions, and partner operating models. * Drive build-vs-buy, partner-vs-direct, and onshore-vs-offshore tradeoffs across the area; re-sequence the roadmap under real constraints (regulator deadlines, partner asks, eng capacity). * Partner deeply with engineering, broker-dealer operations, compliance, legal, partnerships, success, and sales to prioritize initiatives that balance regulatory risk, operational load, revenue impact, and time-to-market. * Lead discovery with partners and prospects - understand blocking requirements, translate needs into sequenced roadmaps, push back on asks that don’t fit the platform, and communicate honest timelines and scope. * Shape pricing and packaging inputs where account products imply different operational handling - working with commercial and operations stakeholders so what we sell matches what we can deliver and support at scale. * Support global expansion of account capabilities as Alpaca grows its regional broker-dealer footprint - including regional account constructs, tax-advantaged or retirement-like products, and jurisdiction-specific rules (US / non-US). * Define and monitor adoption across accounts - onboarding funnel health, API adoption, time-to-first-funded-account, verification pass rates, partner-reported blockers, operational throughput; willing to sunset or rework features that don’t drive adoption rather than calling them done at launch. * Raise the standard of work shipped across the accounts area - mentor peer PMs, set quality bar, unblock adjacent teams. Who You Are (Must-Haves) * 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, Consulting, or starting a startup, with senior IC ownership in a regulated identity, accounts, or brokerage domain. * Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of an accounts-shaped surface at production scale - at least two of: KYC / identity verification, new account types (entity / joint / custodial / trust), sub-accounts / multi-accounts, IRA / tax-advantaged account structures. * Direct experience navigating US accounts / identity regulatory frameworks - FINRA KYC / AML, FATCA, IRS entity rules, beneficial-ownership / CDD, OFAC screening. * Track record of setting and executing an area-level roadmap across multiple in-flight workstreams in parallel - not just shipping a single product. * Proven ability to operate as a senior product owner who raises the standard around them - mentors peers, sets quality bar, represents the area in cross-functional and leadership forums without holding a manager title. * Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to run partner-facing conversations, regulator-adjacent forums, and internal leadership updates. * Experience analyzing data using SQL and a relevant BI tool. * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or equivalent. You’ll Thrive In This Role If You Bring * Excitement about growing your impact through scope and influence across the accounts area, rather than through team size. * A track record of owning and shipping multiple workstreams in parallel over the last 2-3 years - not just setting vision and facilitating tradeoffs. * Hands-on regulated-product experience at the shipping and mechanical-chain layer, not just the policy and framework layer. * The senior posture to sequence in-flight accounts work (sub-accounts / multi-accounts, KYC, entity accounts) from day one, without a six-month ramp. Who You Might Be (Nice-to-Haves) * Direct broker-dealer or institutional brokerage experience - Schwab, Fidelity, IBKR, Apex, Drivewealth, or correspondent-clearing equivalents. * Experience standing up KYC / identity programs from scratch, not just iterating on an inherited one. * Familiarity with the B2B2C correspondent / broker-as-a-service model - partners as primary customers, end retail customers downstream. * Direct experience with entity / corporate onboarding, beneficial ownership, or KYB at scale. * Familiarity with US retirement accounts (e.g., IRA ecosystem, rollovers) and/or non-US registered / tax-advantaged account types. * Experience unifying fragmented account or identity stacks behind consistent APIs and data models. * Background in broker-dealer operations (exceptions queues, document review, account maintenance) and automation opportunities. * AI-native PM workflow - recurring use of tools like Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, NotebookLM, or custom agents in PRD drafting, customer-call synthesis, data exploration, and prototyping. How We Take Care of You: * Competitive Salary \& Stock Options * Health Benefits * New Hire Home-Office Setup: One-time USD $500 * Monthly Stipend: USD $150 per month via a Brex Card Alpaca is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace dedicated to pursuing and hiring a diverse workforce. Lead Product Manager

$145,000 - $250,000/yr

We are searching for an innovative thinker who wants to be a part of shaping our future product strategy supporting Bankrate's Home Lending transformation. As a Lead Product Manager, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for Bankrate's Supply platform ecosystem, with primary accountability for Loantek, our pricing and product engine that underpins the home lending marketplace. This role combines end-to-end product strategy ownership with people leadership. You will lead a cross-functional squad and manage a team of Product Managers and a pricing analyst, while setting a 12–24 month product vision to modernize and scale the platform in preparation for future growth and anticipated refinance traffic surges. This is a high-impact platform role focused on reducing complexity, increasing scalability and reliability, and creating clarity across pricing, data, and advertiser workflows. You will determine the best path forward to invest in our platform and innovate to support greater personalization and prequalification capabilities. What You'll Do: Product Strategy \& Vision * Own and define the end-to-end product strategy for our B2B product suite, with our Mortgage PPE, Loantek, as the primary and most critical focus area. * Develop a clear, multi-year product vision for modernizing the pricing engine and supporting systems to handle increased scale, complexity, and volume — including preparedness for expected 2026 refinance traffic surges. * Deeply understand the current state of Loantek's pricing logic, integrations, constraints, and operational realities, and articulate a cohesive modernization roadmap from a product lens. * Frame strategic tradeoffs explicitly and guide investment decisions using customer needs, advertiser outcomes, platform health, and business impact. * Ensure pricing, data, and advertiser workflows are scalable, reliable, and aligned with long-term business needs. Cross-Functional Leadership \& Execution * Lead a cross-functional squad, setting direction while empowering PMs to own discovery, delivery details, and sprint execution. * Partner with Engineering and Design leads to ensure strong execution health, technical quality, and appropriate sequencing of foundational vs. feature work. * Establish clear operating rhythms, decision frameworks, and success metrics that enable consistent delivery and learning. * Partner closely with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders to ensure these systems work together cohesively as a platform ecosystem. People Leadership \& Craft Development * Manage and coach 3 direct reports, acting as a people builder who grows PM craft, judgment, and autonomy. * Provide clear expectations, ongoing feedback, and coaching across discovery, delivery, stakeholder management, and systems thinking. * Balance being hands-on where needed while enabling PMs to independently drive day-to-day execution and discovery. Measurement \& Outcomes * Define success metrics tied to platform scalability, pricing effectiveness, advertiser outcomes, and system reliability. * Use quantitative and qualitative insights to validate strategy, guide prioritization, and iterate on the roadmap. * Take accountability for outcomes, not just output, and incorporate learnings into future investment decisions. What We're Looking For: * Ownership of a home lending pricing engine or PPE, ideally in mortgage or refinance contexts. * Deep knowledge of mortgage pricing, rate logic, eligibility constraints, margins, and advertiser dynamics. * Experience with pricing platforms such as Optimal Blue, Mortech, or similar engines. * Proven ability to modernize and scale complex, legacy platform systems. * Technical product or engineering background focused on backend, platform-level systems. * Strong product leadership with a 12–24 month strategic horizon and systems-level thinking. * Experience leading PMs or readiness to step into people leadership. * Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive measurable, revenue-impacting outcomes amid ambiguity. Compensation: This range reflects total cash compensation, which may include base salary only or base salary plus target bonus, depending on the role. Where eligible, equity may also be offered separately and not included below. Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, and qualifications. * Total Cash Compensation Range: $145,000 - $200,000 New York City Total Cash Compensation Range: $181,250 - $250,000* Additionally, the following benefits are provided by Red Ventures, subject to eligibility requirements. * Health Insurance Coverage (medical, dental, and vision) * Life Insurance * Short and Long-Term Disability Insurance * Flexible Spending Accounts * Holiday Pay * 401(k) with match * Employee Assistance Program * Paid Parental Bonding Benefit Program * Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO): We believe time to rest and recharge is essential. Your Role: Alpaca's product team is looking for a Lead Product Manager to own Alpaca's regulated crypto product surface and to step into a leading role across our crypto programs. In this role you will own and grow a portfolio that spans crypto trading and multi-asset cross-margin, borrow / lend / earn, custody and on-chain settlement, tokenization (transfer agent, tokenized money market funds, on-chain issuance), and partnership programs from idea to launch. You will partner deeply with engineering, compliance, legal, partnerships, and the broader Alpaca product team to ship regulated crypto infrastructure at scale. You will help shape and grow the crypto product itself, and you will be expected to provide early signal on US policy changes rather than react after rules formalize. Things You Get To Do: * Product Ownership \& Strategy + Lead Alpaca's crypto product strategy across trading, borrow / lend / earn, custody, on-chain settlement, and tokenization. + Own flagship initiatives end-to-end — including multi-asset cross-margin, licensing build-out, transfer-agent-licensed tokenization, on-chain issuance for partners, stock loan tokenization, and tokenized money market funds. + Drive build-vs-buy, partner-vs-direct, and onshore-vs-offshore tradeoffs across regulated crypto products. + Take leadership of a portfolio of in-flight crypto projects, with the autonomy to set priorities, escalate tradeoffs, and unblock the team. Partnerships \& Growth + Take partnership programs end-to-end: idea launch PR growth (e.g. exchange-grade partnerships). + Run discovery with prospective and existing partners — broker-dealers, exchanges, custodians, stablecoin issuers, neobanks, and institutional clients. + Translate partner needs into prioritized product decisions with clear "yes / no / not now" framing that doesn't over-promise. Regulatory \& Policy + Engage directly with US regulators and policy stakeholders (NY DFS, SEC, FinCEN, FINRA), partnering with internal legal and compliance on transfer-agent, broker-dealer, and tokenized-securities frameworks. - Provide an early heads-up on US policy changes - feed signal into the broader Alpaca roadmap before rules formalize. + Own the operational and regulatory implications of crypto product launches (custody, settlement, AML, market integrity). Team \& Leadership + Help build and develop the Alpaca crypto PM team; hire and ramp existing PMs, set bar and standards across the cluster. + Represent crypto in cross-functional forums; product reviews, partner exec syncs, and leadership-level discussions. + Ad hoc duties and projects as assigned. Who You Are (Must Haves): * Excited about what Alpaca is building and ready to take a leadership role across our most ambitious crypto programs. * Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or equivalent. * 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, and/or starting a startup, with senior-level ownership in crypto, brokerage, exchanges, or financial infrastructure. * Demonstrated ownership of regulated crypto products at production scale across any of the following: borrow / lend / earn, multi-asset cross-margin, custody, on-chain settlement, tokenization, or stablecoin / payment rails. * Direct experience navigating US crypto regulatory frameworks — NY DFS BitLicense, SEC transfer-agent rules, FinCEN, FINRA broker-dealer rules, and SEC tokenized-securities frameworks. * Track record of taking partnership programs from idea to launch to PR to growth. * AI-native PM workflow; AI is part of your daily stack in getting work done. * Business acumen to understand tradeoffs between stakeholders and technology feasibility with time and budget constraints. Who You Might Be (Nice-to-Haves): * Hands-on web3 / on-chain engineering fluency — wallets, L1/L2, atomic on-chain mint flows, MEV-aware design. * Experience with tokenized money market funds, tokenized securities, RWA issuance, or other regulated tokenized-asset products. * Direct experience launching crypto borrow / lend, prime brokerage, or cross-margin products at scale. * Familiarity with onchain settlement layers (including broker-dealer integration patterns) and stablecoin payment rails. * Direct experience navigating SEC / DFS / FINRA in a startup setting, not just at a large bank or exchange. * Background combining regulated financial product context (broker-dealer, exchange, custodian) with crypto-native infrastructure. Tooling, Data, and Operational Enablement * Own and evolve key elements of the Product Operations tool ecosystem, partnering with tool owners to ensure platforms are well-configured, integrated, adopted, and delivering measurable value. * Continuously assess tool usage, data quality, and operational workflows to identify opportunities for simplification, consolidation, and improved return on investment. * Establish lightweight governance and standards that improve consistency and clarity without slowing teams down. * Enable Product leaders to maintain visibility into strategy, execution, and outcomes through clear data, dashboards, and narratives—without micromanagement. AI Enablement as a Product Operations Capability * Identify and apply AI-enabled tools and workflows that enhance Product Operations effectiveness, such as improving documentation quality, accelerating planning and synthesis, reducing manual effort, and supporting better decision-making. * Partner with Product, Design, User Research, and Program teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing workflows in practical, responsible, and value-driven ways. * Collaborate closely with Data \& AI partners to pilot, evaluate, and scale AI solutions that meaningfully improve Product Operations outcomes. * Help establish best practices, guardrails, and enablement approaches for AI usage within the Product organization, ensuring adoption is thoughtful, compliant, and aligned with team needs. * Leverage AI selectively within Product Operations frameworks, tooling, and training to increase leverage and scalability—while keeping human judgment, strategy, and accountability at the center. Strategic Partnership \& Leadership * Serve as a trusted thought partner to senior Product leaders, helping connect day-to-day execution with broader business strategy and outcomes. * Lead and facilitate working sessions, workshops, and executive discussions that surface risks, clarify priorities, and accelerate decisions. * Communicate complex operational and strategic concepts clearly and compellingly to a wide range of audiences, including senior and executive stakeholders. * Continuously look ahead to anticipate scaling challenges and evolving needs of the Product organization, proactively designing solutions before issues become systemic. Global Mindset: You have experience building products for diverse markets (UK and India preferred) and understand how to navigate different regulatory landscapes and user behaviors. Technical \& Analytical Prowess Technical Roots: You speak "Engineering." You are comfortable discussing API integrations, data schemas, and system architecture. You understand the trade-offs between speed-to-market and technical debt. Data-Obsessed: You don't just "look at dashboards." You can perform deep-dives into user funnels, run complex A/B tests, and use data to tell a story that influences executive-level decisions. Commercial Acumen: You understand unit economics. You can model out take-rates, subscription tiers, and lead-gen fees to ensure our products are as profitable as they are helpful. Leadership \& Soft Skills Influential Communicator: You can distill complex product visions into simple, persuasive narratives for everyone from a junior designer to the Global CEO. Strategic Autonomy: You don't wait for a brief. You are a self-starter who identifies gaps in the market and builds the business case to fill them. High-Output Individual Contributor: You are a "maker" at heart. You will be personally responsible for writing high-quality, comprehensive PRDs, defining user stories, and mapping out intricate product flows. Prototyping \& Design: You don't just wait for a designer; you can pick up tools like Figma or Miro to create low-fidelity wireframes and prototypes that bring concepts to life and accelerate the development cycle. Direct Ownership: You will own the "Buy" side delivery end-to-end. This means being in the trenches with engineers daily—refining backlogs, unblocking technical hurdles, and ensuring the final build matches your vision. Resilience: You thrive in high-growth, "relatively new" team environments where processes are still being defined. You see ambiguity as an opportunity to build the blueprint.
