Lead Product Manager - Permanent Location: UK Wide (London, Manchester, Leeds etc) - Hybrid Sector: Digital Transformation / Public Sector Salary: Up to £105,000 base - DoE All candidates must hold or be eligible for Security Clearance (5 Year continuous footprint in the UK) We are working with a leading consultancy who are looking to hire a Senior Product Manager to play a strategic role across major public sector accounts. This role sits at the intersection of client strategy, product development, and digital delivery. Rather than focusing purely on product execution, you will work closely with senior client stakeholders to shape opportunities, influence product direction, and help translate complex challenges into scalable digital products and services. You will join established client accounts and support the continued growth of these relationships by identifying opportunities to expand the product footprint, working collaboratively with delivery teams across product, business analysis, design, and engineering. Key Responsibilities * Partner with senior client stakeholders to shape product strategy and long-term roadmaps * Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and develop new product initiatives * Work across multidisciplinary teams including Product, BA, UX, and engineering * Translate strategic opportunities into clear product direction and delivery outcomes * Support the evolution of digital services within complex, policy-driven environments What We’re Looking For * Previous experience as a Product Manager, Product Lead, or Product Owner * A strategic mindset with the ability to work closely with clients and senior stakeholders * Experience operating across product, design, and delivery teams * Background in consulting or complex digital transformation programmes * Experience within the public sector or government digital environments is highly desirable
