CRM Account Manager

Win at EcommercePlano, TXonsite

$28 - $35/yr

CRM Account Manager You already know your way around Klaviyo, Braze, Attentive, Hubspot or Zeta. You can walk into a monthly client call, present the numbers, and walk out with a client who trusts you more than when you started. If that's you, keep reading. WIN is a B2C CRM agency. We grow ecommerce brands through email and SMS — the flows, the segmentation, the campaigns that actually drive revenue. Our coordinators, designers, and copywriters are experts at making emails that sell. We need an Account Manager to bring it all together: own the client relationship, own the strategy, and make sure every account feels like it's in expert hands. We are great at what we do - in fact, we even have our own in-house built AI system to aid the entire team in creating great content that sells...we're obsessive in our approach. This is the seat for someone experienced. You'll take on some of our largest, most recognizable accounts — the ones that need an AM who can talk shop credibly from day one, not ramp for six months. What you'll own * The relationship. You're the primary point of contact for your portfolio — the face of the agency on every call. * The strategy. Build and execute email/SMS programs across multiple brands: flows, segmentation, promo calendars, A/B tests, deliverability. The monthly results call. Turn performance data into a narrative tied to the client's business goals — wins and* misses, honestly — and leave them with clear next steps. This is where trust is built or lost. * The hard conversations. When a client asks "why did revenue drop 15% last month?", you stay calm, know which levers to check, and follow up with data. When a client wants something you know is a bad idea, you push back as an advisor — not an order-taker. * Account growth. You spot the opportunities inside an account and grow the engagement, not just maintain it. * The operational backbone. Keep multiple client calendars on track, write briefs tight enough to prevent rework, and never let an approval quietly stall. You run the workflow in Asana so nothing slips. What we're looking for * 3+ years of agency email marketing experience (agency pace is its own skill — in-house alone won't fully prepare you) * Deep, hands-on Klaviyo/Braze/Zeta/HubSpot — you've built flows, segments, and reports yourself and can talk through deliverability and split tests without notes (other ESPs like Iterable, Attentive, Postscript a plus) * A confident, articulate client presence — you can lead a call and defend a strategy with data * Multi-account discipline — you've juggled competing deadlines across several clients and kept them all on time * Strategic instincts — you think in client outcomes, not just task completion * Excellent written and verbal English, and genuinely sharp attention to detail * Self motivated - likes being part of a team and has no problem working remote Nice to have * Klaviyo / Braze / Attentive certification * Shopify / BigCommerce / WooCommerce experience * A retention, lifecycle, or CRM background * A DTC/email brand you genuinely admire and can dissect from a retention standpoint (we'll ask!) The details * $25-35/hour (part-time, ~20–25 hrs/week) — equivalent to $60–72K full-time * Contract * Long-term role with room to grow * Paid weekly * Our process includes a short recorded communication exercise (a Loom or recorded call) — because being clear and confident on camera is the job How to apply Apply here and fill out this pre-screen: https://winatecommerce.com/careers/crm-account-manager/ Job Type: Part-time Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule Application Question(s): * How many years of hands-on email marketing experience using a tool like Klaviyo, Braze, Attentive, Zeta, etc? * How many years have you spent as the primary point of contact managing client accounts at an agency? Work Location: Remote
