Job Title: Sr Business Analyst Work Location: Chester, UK (hybrid - 3 days/week) Job Description: This business Analyst role is responsible for capturing and refining business and/or system requirements (based on specialization). Key responsibilities include working with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze problems, and capture their requirements, and then working closely with the development team to refine the requirement into specifications that can be executed by the team. They possess a working knowledge of the business and/or technical domain based on their specialization. Key Responsibilities: * Leverage their experience and understanding of stakeholder needs to help create a solution, envisions the solution to solve a problem (manual or through software) * Performs Cost/Benefit Analysis to align the technology to business strategy. * Gathers \& catalogues functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests. * Determines the impact of modifications and enhancements on the application. * Acts as the product(s) subject matter expert to support scope and requirement decisions * Ensures changes to the application are compliant with bank standards and policies. About the Role: Job Title: Customer Success Manager Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end customer success by deeply understanding client goals, value drivers, and technical environments. Translate business outcomes into clear functional and technical requirements for GenAI solutions. Serve as the primary strategic and technical point of contact, driving adoption and long-term value. Manage customer feedback loops to identify trends and influence product and roadmap improvements. Analyze usage metrics, model performance, latency, and costs to guide data-driven optimization. Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release coordination to ensure customer needs are met. Lead full SDLC engagement across planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Gather and document requirements, converting business needs into technical specs and user stories. Collaborate cross-functionally to manage risks, dependencies, and remove delivery blockers. Recommend technical trade-offs to ensure scalability, security, reliability, and cost-efficient GenAI implementations. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. 5+ years of experience in customer success, solutions engineering, or technical program management. Strong understanding of GenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and model evaluation fundamentals. Hands-on experience working across the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Proficiency with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and modern DevOps practices. Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and documentation. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess performance, reliability, and cost trade-offs. Desired Qualifications: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Experience deploying or integrating GenAI solutions in enterprise environments. Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and scalable AI systems. Hands-on experience with data pipelines, vector databases, or model fine-tuning. Proven ability to influence product direction through customer insights and technical expertise. Location: Plano TX OR Remote Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $120,000 – $140,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be based on individual performance. Additionally, this role is also eligible for bonus based on achievement of mutually agreed KRAs.
