Product Manager, Account Management Tools, Third-Party (3P) Seller Services

Sydney, New South Wales, AustraliaFrom $47/yr

Description Amazon Australia helps Australian businesses of every size reach millions of customers and grow their business. The AU 3P Seller Services team recruits local businesses to sell in the Amazon.com.au store and supports their success and growth. Much of that growth is delivered through Account Managers (AMs), who manage seller portfolios, solve problems for sellers and help them adopt the programs that grow their business. Our vision is for every AM to spend their time on the work that moves sellers forward, backed by tools that do the rest. The AM Tools Product team builds and launches the products AMs use every day: seller insights, portfolio prioritisation, escalation tracking, reporting and AI assistants. We work with Amazon's global seller services, tech and AI teams to bring the right capabilities to Australian AMs, and we build our own where local needs call for it. As AI becomes central to how AMs work, we are building AI-powered tools that automate routine work, surface the next best action for each seller, and let one AM support more sellers with more impact. We are looking for a Product Manager to own AM tools end to end, from discovery through launch, adoption and measured impact. The ideal candidate knows how AMs actually spend their day, spots where time is lost, studies working models to find patterns, and designs tools that remove that friction. They earn trust with AMs and their leaders, drive adoption through training, enablement and change management, and are accountable for whether a tool changes how the team works and what sellers achieve. They work across engineering, data science, BI, UX, and AM and operations leadership in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You will own a product area end to end and see its impact directly in how AMs work and how sellers grow. You will build hands-on experience with GenAI and agentic products, from model evaluation to responsible AI practices, alongside data scientists and ML engineers. You will work with senior leaders in AU 3P and with global seller services and AI teams, which builds your influence and network across Amazon. Amazon also supports your development through product management training, mentoring from senior PMs, and room to take on a larger scope as the AM tools portfolio grows. Key job responsibilities * Define and own the AM tools strategy and roadmap across seller segments and the AM workflow, prioritising the investments that return the most AM time and seller growth. * Build and launch AI-powered tools with partner teams, including GenAI assistants, automated seller insights and agentic workflows. Write clear requirements that balance technical feasibility, user needs, business impact and responsible AI standards. * Drive adoption and change management after launch: run pilots and staged rollouts, design training and champion programs, retire redundant tools, and align AM leadership on new ways of working. * Measure the impact of every tool through adoption, AM time saved, seller coverage and seller success, and report results through regular business reviews. * Partner with global AM tooling, seller services and AI teams to reuse existing solutions, shape their roadmaps for Australian needs, and manage leadership communication on solution reviews and impact. A day in the life About a third of your time goes to collaboration: shadowing AMs, running discovery sessions, and working through requirements and trade-offs with partner teams. Around a quarter is deep focus, where you write PRFAQs and requirements, analyse adoption and productivity data, and plan launches. Another quarter goes to meetings with AM leaders and global partner teams: roadmap reviews, launch readiness and business reviews. You spend the rest in the field with users, running pilots, training sessions and feedback loops, and checking that each tool works in the AM's real day. About The Team Our team is part of Amazon's AU 3P Seller Services organization. We build and maintain the tools that hundreds of Account Managers rely on every day to support thousands of Australian 3P sellers. We partner closely with Amazon's global seller services, AI, and engineering teams, as well as local operations and AM leadership. Our focus is on making AMs more effective through better tooling and AI-powered automation, so that every Australian seller gets the hands-on support they need to grow their business on Amazon. Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience * Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition * Experience with end to end product delivery * Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Preferred Qualifications * Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level * Experience with AI/ML technologies Acknowledgement Of Country In the spirit of reconciliation Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community. We pay our respect to their elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today. IDE Statement Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Marketing Manager

London

BeyondMath is a pioneering startup, backed by top-tier VCs, on a mission to reshape the frontiers of engineering through Foundational AI models for Physics. We are replacing traditional, slow, and expensive simulation methods with AI that rivals accuracy at orders of magnitude higher speed. We are moving beyond the "generic AI" hype to solve the world's hardest physical engineering challenges in automotive, consumer electronics, aerospace, and energy. We are looking for a Marketing Manager to be our first dedicated marketing hire: a hands-on operator who will build and run the channels, materials and events that put our technology in front of the engineers who need it. The Role As Marketing Manager, you are the person who makes BeyondMath's marketing actually happen. This is an execution role, not a strategy role: you will report to our GTM Lead, who sets direction with the CEO and COO, and you own turning it into a steady, high-quality stream of output across our social channels, our go-to-market materials and our events calendar. You will work closely with the leadership team, our GTM and technical account teams, and our engineers and researchers, turning deeply technical work with global OEMs, Formula 1 teams and aerospace innovators into content and moments the market notices. You will not inherit a marketing machine; you will build one, with real autonomy, a direct line to leadership, and the BeyondMath brand system already in place to work from. Key Responsibilities Own Our Social Channels: Run BeyondMath's LinkedIn and other relevant channels day to day — content calendar, copy, visuals, scheduling, community engagement and reporting — with a consistent voice and an on-brand look. Content Production: Turn product releases, customer results, research and team news into posts, short articles, case studies, one-pagers and short-form video, working directly with engineers and researchers to get the technical detail right. GTM Materials & Preparation: Support the GTM team with decks, one-pagers, proposals, demo collateral and follow-up materials, and maintain a current library of on-brand templates they can pick up and use. Events Calendar & Attendance: Own the events calendar across industry conferences, partner events and executive dinners or roundtables. Plan BeyondMath's presence end to end: selection and budget, sponsorships, speaker slots, booth and materials, logistics, attendee outreach, onsite execution and post-event follow-up and reporting. Owned Events & Webinars: Produce BeyondMath-hosted moments — technical webinars, customer roundtables, launch events — from concept through follow-up. Website, Email & Digital: Keep website content current (news, case studies, careers), look after basic SEO hygiene, and run newsletter and email communications to prospects and partners. Brand Guardianship: Apply and maintain the BeyondMath brand guidelines across all internal and external materials, and brief and manage freelancers or agencies (design, video, PR) where needed. Measurement: Track channel, content and event performance, report simply on what is working, and keep marketing data in the CRM clean and usable for the GTM team. About You You have a "founder's mentality": you are a builder who is comfortable being the first person in a function, and who will set up the system and then run it yourself. You take pride in output. You would rather ship ten strong posts and two excellent events than write one strategy deck. You are at home with deeply technical subject matter and genuinely curious about engineering, simulation and AI. You do not need to be an engineer, but you need to enjoy working with them. You are organised, detail-obsessed and reliable across many concurrent deadlines, and you bring a calm, can-do attitude to a fast-moving team. Essential Requirements Experience: 3–7 years' B2B marketing experience, ideally in a startup or scale-up and ideally in technology, software, engineering or deep tech. Social Channel Ownership: A hands-on track record running company social channels, LinkedIn in particular — content calendars, copywriting, visuals, community management and analytics. Events Delivery: Proven experience planning and delivering B2B events and conference attendance end to end, including sponsorships, logistics and onsite execution. Writing: Strong writing and editing. You produce clean, accurate copy quickly and can work with engineers to make complex things clear without dumbing them down. Tooling: Working proficiency in presentation and design tools (PowerPoint or Google Slides, Canva or Figma) and everyday marketing tooling (CRM and email, social scheduling, web analytics). AI-Native: Fluent, daily use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT or similar) across your marketing workflow. Travel: Willing and able to travel for events across the UK and Europe, with occasional travel further afield. Highly Desirable Technical Audiences: Experience marketing to engineering, manufacturing or industrial audiences (automotive, aerospace, energy, motorsport), or within CAE, simulation or engineering software. First Marketer: Experience as the sole or first marketing hire in a company. Video: Short-form video production and editing for social. CRM & Web: Working knowledge of a B2B CRM and a website CMS. PR: Experience with press, media relations and announcements. Why Join Us? Full Ownership: You will own how BeyondMath shows up in the market — our channels, our materials and our events — and build the marketing function from the ground up. High Impact: Your work puts our technology in front of the engineers designing the next generation of sustainable transport and energy systems. Elite Team: Work alongside veterans from world-leading AI labs and top-tier engineering teams in a culture of "impact with integrity." Find more English Speaking Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow

There is an incredible amount happening across the company: new technology, global infrastructure deployments, product development, customer success stories, industry conferences, partnerships, research, and international expansion. This role will understand what is happening across Niricson, identify the stories and opportunities that matter, and turn them into a consistent market presence. The Senior Marketing Manager will be a hands-on player-coach: setting strategy and doing some of the work directly, leading our Event \& Content Manager, and, over time, deciding which roles we hire next and building the team to deliver. THE MANDATE Make our Sales team better at selling, our Product team better at communicating what we build, and the infrastructure industry more aware of what Niricson is accomplishing. Sales Enablement * Give our Sales team the materials they need to win. * Own customer presentations, pitch decks, brochures, one-pagers, videos, vertical-specific collateral, and strategic account materials. * Involve Sales in shaping these materials, so that Sales does not have to create them. Customer Storytelling * Lead our customer storytelling program, setting priorities and quality standards. * Work with our content team and external creators to produce case studies, customer endorsements, videos, interviews, technical articles, and other content that demonstrates real-world impact. * Recognize a great story while the work is happening, not months later. Thought Leadership and PR * Build a consistent content engine around infrastructure, AI, robotics, condition assessment, and asset management. * Proactively identify opportunities for press coverage, contributed articles, executive interviews, awards, partnerships, and industry exposure. Conferences and Field Marketing * Partner with the Event \& Content Manager, who leads event planning and execution. * Build our conference strategy with Sales and determine where Niricson should attend, exhibit, speak, sponsor, publish, or involve customers. * Help decide where a booth creates value, and where it does not, and ensure every priority event has a clear commercial objective. Digital Presence * Own the evolution of Niricson.com, LinkedIn, newsletters, SEO, video, and other digital channels. * Ensure these channels consistently communicate who we are, what we are building, and why it matters. Digital Marketing Manager

Brisbane City, Queensland, Australia$120,000 - $130,000/yr

Brisbane CBD Fringe | Hybrid Working | 12-Month Contract | $120,000–$130,000 + Super Lead digital marketing for a national retailer entering its next phase of online growth. Most established retailers have a strong customer base. Not all have the opportunity to build an entirely new ecommerce growth channel around it. This national retail organisation has recently launched a new ecommerce operation, with significant investment in its digital platforms and customer experience. Now, they're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to help turn that investment into measurable commercial growth. You'll take ownership of digital marketing across paid media, SEO, CRM, email and app channels, leading a team of two specialists and working closely with the Head of Digital to grow online sales. It's a chance to combine the scale and resources of an established retail business with the opportunity to shape how a developing digital channel performs. What you'll do You'll lead the planning, delivery and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a clear focus on customer acquisition, engagement and retention. Working alongside internal teams and external agencies, you'll ensure campaigns are delivered effectively, performance is measured and opportunities for improvement are acted upon. You'll also play an important role in the growth of ecommerce, partnering with the Head of Digital on trading campaigns, promotions and digital merchandising to improve traffic, conversion and online sales. Beyond campaign delivery, you'll use GA4 and customer insights to inform decisions, influence stakeholders and identify opportunities to improve digital performance. You'll lead and develop two specialists, providing direction, support and the confidence to deliver across a busy digital marketing calendar. What you'll bring We're looking for an experienced digital marketer who understands how to connect marketing activity with commercial outcomes. Ideally, you'll offer: * Proven recent experience managing digital marketing across paid media, SEO, CRM and email, with a track record of delivering measurable results. * Exposure to ecommerce, with an understanding of online sales, customer acquisition, conversion and digital trading. * Strong analytical capability, particularly GA4, and the confidence to translate data into practical recommendations. * Experience working in a large, multi-site or consumer-focused organisation where stakeholder management and collaboration are essential. * Experience leading or developing a small team, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. Experience with Shopify would be beneficial, but isn't essential. Why consider it? You'll be joining at an interesting point in the organisation's digital journey. The business already has national scale, an established customer base and significant investment behind its online ambitions. With ecommerce still developing, there's an opportunity to influence how digital marketing contributes to its future growth, rather than simply maintaining an established program. You'll also benefit from: * A genuine leadership role , managing two specialists while working closely with senior digital stakeholders. * Broad digital ownership , spanning acquisition, retention, campaign performance and ecommerce growth. * Hybrid working , with a Brisbane inner-city fringe office location. * A 12-month maternity leave contract , commencing in early December with a structured handover.
