From $623/yr

Cara Care, a digital health company backed by Bayer AG, is on a mission to improve people’s digestive health through technology. As we expand our product portfolio and modernize our platform, we’re looking for a versatile, pragmatic, and forward-thinking (Senior) React Native Engineer (m/f/x) to help shape the future of digital therapeutics. Your Role You’ll join a cross-functional product team with high ownership, lean processes, and a clear focus: deliver real impact to patients. We’re looking for someone who thrives on solving real-world problems with code, is technology-open, and knows when to build fast and when to build right. You’ll also help us use AI tools and coding agents thoughtfully in day-to-day engineering, turning emerging capabilities into reliable workflows that improve how we design, build, test, and operate patient-facing products. Your Responsibilities * Design, build, and ship high-quality React Native apps for iOS and Android with TypeScript. * Use AI coding agents to implement features, refactor code, and generate tests. Define clear tasks and constraints, provide relevant context, and validate the resulting changes through code review, automated tests, and checks on real devices. * Own the full mobile lifecycle: architecture, implementation, automated testing, release management, monitoring, and iteration. * Integrate native capabilities (push notifications, deep links, biometric auth, camera/sensors); write and maintain native modules when needed (Swift/Kotlin). * Drive mobile performance and reliability (startup time, bundle size, memory, battery) and meet accessibility best practices. * Set up and evolve mobile CI/CD (e.g., Fastlane, GitHub Actions/Bitrise), internal testing (TestFlight/Play Console), and release pipelines. * Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Medical to explore, define, and deliver patient-centric features, and to improve our current platform. * Connect AI-assisted development workflows to design and engineering tools via MCP, for example to access Figma specifications and components, check implementations against designs, and automate repetitive coding and validation tasks. Keep patient data, credentials, and other sensitive information out of unapproved tools and workflows. * Uphold technical excellence in architecture, code quality, and security, especially in a regulated healthcare environment, including applicable requirements under IEC 62304, BSI TR-03161, and the MDR. * Contribute to a platform that powers multiple regulated digital health products across indications like IBS, GERD, and upcoming expansions. * Mentor other developers and help raise the technical bar across the team. Requirements Your Profile * 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years focused on React Native and shipping production apps. * Expert with React Native and TypeScript, React Navigation, state management, and testing (Jest, React Native Testing Library; Detox a plus). * Hands-on experience using AI coding agents to implement features, refactor code, and write automated tests, including connecting agents to engineering tools via MCP. You can explain how you scoped the work, verified the results, and handled tool permissions and sensitive data. * Proven track record delivering to App Store and Google Play, including handling certificates/provisioning, in-app updates, and staged rollouts. * Solid understanding of mobile security and privacy: secure storage, keychain/keystore, certificate pinning, data minimization, and PII handling. * Experience with mobile CI/CD and release automation (Fastlane, GitHub Actions or Bitrise), and tools like Sentry. * Product mindset: you’ve worked in product-centric teams, collaborated closely with non-technical stakeholders, and care deeply about UX and accessibility. * Bonus: experience in regulated industries, healthcare, or other security-conscious environments; native iOS/Android development (Swift/Kotlin) Please note: Cara Care is a remote-first company with a fully distributed team. (Senior) Lifecycle Marketing Manager

VOYBerlin, BE, DE

From $28/yr

At FORMEL SKIN, part of the VOY family, we're redefining how people access healthcare. Together, we're building one of Europe's leading digital health platforms, helping millions of people improve their health through personalised treatments across dermatology, weight management, and preventative care. Backed by some of Europe's leading health and consumer investors, FORMEL SKIN and VOY combine medical expertise, technology, and customer-centric innovation to make evidence-based healthcare more accessible, convenient, and effective. Based in Berlin and operating internationally, we're looking for an experienced (Senior) CRM Manager (m/w/d) to help us scale how we engage, convert, retain, and grow our customers and leads. We are a team that builds with AI every day, and you will too. The Role You will own defined areas of the customer lifecycle end-to-end, with a strong focus on conversion, activation, retention, reactivation, cross-sell, and CRM-led growth. You will turn customer, behavioural, and funnel data into actionable CRM strategies, build and optimise personalised journeys, and continuously test and learn to improve customer and business outcomes. You arrive able to turn a repeated CRM task into a reusable AI skill or automated workflow. You will be coached to go further: more advanced workflows, then AI agents for CRM built with our engineers (production, security). This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both strategic problem-solving and execution. Depending on your level of experience, you will either execute against an established lifecycle strategy or take increasing ownership of shaping the strategy, prioritising the roadmap, and influencing cross-functional decisions. What You'll Be Doing Own and optimise lifecycle journeys * Own defined areas of the customer lifecycle from opportunity identification and strategy through journey design, execution, analysis, and optimisation. * Build and optimise lead nurturing, funnel abandonment, onboarding, retention, reactivation, cross-sell, and other lifecycle journeys. * Use behavioural, customer, source, and funnel data to identify opportunities and create meaningful segments and personalised experiences. * Translate customer and business problems into actionable CRM initiatives and lifecycle programmes. * Work cross-functionally to define priorities and shape the CRM roadmap. Drive conversion, retention and CRM-led growth * Identify and prioritise opportunities across acquisition, conversion, activation, retention, reactivation, cross-sell, and referral. * Develop journeys for newsletter signups, funnel abandoners, returning leads, inactive users, existing customers, and other high-value audiences. * Continuously test messaging, timing, segmentation, incentives, channel mix, and journey logic. * Analyse funnel and customer behaviour to understand not only what is happening, but why. * Connect CRM performance to commercial outcomes: conversion, retention, customer value, LTV, revenue, and incentive efficiency. * Prioritise opportunities by expected customer impact, commercial value, incremental potential, effort, and scalability. Experiment, measure and learn * Establish and contribute to a structured test-and-learn approach across CRM. * Design experiments with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and control groups where relevant. * Evaluate incremental impact rather than relying solely on campaign-attributed performance. * Analyse campaign, funnel, cohort, and experiment performance and turn results into clear recommendations and next steps. * Translate learnings into decisions: what to scale, stop, iterate, or investigate further. * Proactively identify anomalies, performance gaps, and opportunities even when the data is not yet perfectly packaged. Use AI and automation to work faster and better * Use AI tools daily (copy first drafts, segment and funnel analysis, QA checks, reporting) and check every output before it is used. * Build reusable AI skills and automated workflows for repetitive CRM tasks, for example a campaign QA checklist skill, a weekly funnel and flow health report, or segment and copy brief generators. Document them and hand them to the team. * Measure what each one saves or improves (hours, errors caught, speed to launch). * Spot where automation or an AI agent could carry a CRM task and write clear requirements for it; work with Data and Tech to put it in production and keep it secure. * Keep a learning log of what works and what does not, and share it with the team. Expand CRM capabilities and channels * Identify opportunities to expand CRM across channels including email, push, SMS, WhatsApp, and other relevant channels. * Evaluate new channels and formats on customer value, incremental impact, scalability, consent, and operational feasibility. * Develop scalable CRM programmes, personalisation frameworks, and lifecycle capabilities that apply across markets and customer segments. Own CRM execution and quality * Build and optimise campaign logic, audience segments, triggers, and personalised journeys in CRM platforms such as Customer.io, Braze, Bloomreach, or similar. * Ensure CRM programmes are correctly implemented, monitored, and maintained; own campaign QA. * Monitor deliverability, consent, DOI, tracking, errors, and other CRM hygiene metrics. * Check AI-produced content and analysis for accuracy, compliance (claims, consent) and tone before anything goes out. Health and patient data never go into AI tools that Data and Legal have not approved. * Work closely with Data and Tech to resolve tracking, event, identity, and data-quality issues. Work cross-functionally * Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Data, Tech, Brand, Copy, and Operations. * Translate CRM opportunities into clear requirements and drive projects forward. * Challenge assumptions and bring a CRM and customer perspective to cross-functional initiatives. * Influence priorities and decisions even where you do not have direct ownership. * Keep customer communications consistent across channels. What You Bring * 5+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention, customer marketing, or a related growth function, ideally in subscription, eCommerce, marketplace, or other high-growth environments. * Proven experience owning CRM initiatives end-to-end, from opportunity to strategy, execution, analysis, and optimisation. * Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle, funnel conversion, segmentation, retention, reactivation, and customer value. * Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Customer.io, Braze, Bloomreach, Iterable, Klaviyo, or similar. * Proven AI proficiency: you use LLM tools daily and have built things others can reuse, for example Claude skills or projects with written instructions, custom GPTs, or automated workflows (n8n, Make, Zapier, scripts). Be ready to show at least two that you still use and say what they changed. * Strong analytical mindset; confident with Looker, Excel/Sheets or similar; comfortable with funnels, cohorts, attribution, and experiment results. * Solid understanding of experimentation, control groups, and incremental impact; you naturally form hypotheses, test, learn, and iterate. * Strong commercial judgement; you connect CRM activity to customer and business outcomes. * Attention to detail and ownership: you notice what is broken and fix it. * Strong prioritisation and cross-functional communication. * Fluent in English. German is a strong plus. * Experience in an international startup, scale-up, or fast-paced environment. * Basic HTML for email creation and QA. Nice to have * Experience building an AI agent (even a small one) or working with an engineer to put an automation in production. * CRM channels beyond email (push, SMS, WhatsApp). * CRM deliverability, GDPR, consent management, double opt-in. * A regulated or compliance-sensitive environment, ideally healthcare. * Referral, loyalty, or other CRM-led growth initiatives. * Basic SQL. * Owning a CRM or lifecycle roadmap across several markets, products, or segments. What Makes You Successful * You don't wait to be told what campaign to build. You look at the customer journey, spot what isn't working, understand why, and turn it into an initiative. * You tell activity from impact and prioritise the work most likely to create value. * You are comfortable discussing a funnel with Data, a journey with Product, a message with Copy, and campaign logic in your CRM platform. * You don't just report that performance changed: you want to know why, whether it was incremental, and what to do next. * You use AI as a tool, not an oracle: you get speed from it and still own the quality. * You turn what you repeat into skills and workflows others can reuse, and you share what you find. * You take ownership, move quickly, challenge assumptions, and bring people with you. Why Work With Us * Own and scale CRM in a high-growth healthtech: real ownership and the chance to define best-in-class CRM in digital healthcare. * Personal mentoring on AI and automation in CRM from the growth team: you arrive able to build workflows, you leave able to build and ship agents with our engineers. * An ambitious international team across CRM, Growth, Product, Data, Tech, Brand, and Operations. * 28 days vacation, NAVIT or Urban Sports Club membership, employee discounts, a professional development budget, flexible working hours, and a remote work allowance.

Software Engineer (f/m/d)

FocusedBerlin, DE

From $240/yr

About Focused Energy Focused Energy is building the future of clean energy through laser-driven inertial fusion. Backed by our $240M Series A — the largest fully secured Series A in the global fusion industry — we are scaling rapidly across multiple geographies. Based in Germany and the US, we have brought together the top scientific and engineering minds using proven technologies to unlock fusion power at commercial scale. Focused Energy is working to realize game-changing scientific innovation that promises to deliver a clean, sustainable and abundant source of power globally. Your Role Focused Energy’s Software Department builds the internal applications, data workflows, system integrations and automation that help our scientists, finance, legal, people and executive teams work faster and more reliably. As a Software Engineer in our forward deployed model, you will join projects where Focused Energy has an important technical or operational need, understand the context, build and deliver a reliable solution, complete a clean handover, and then move on to the next priority. You will quickly learn several project domains across fusion systems, finance, legal and executive work, and you will own moderately complex features from design to deployment. You will be a go-to engineer for turning cross-functional needs into maintainable software, raising the standard for internal tools, and helping us reuse shared platforms and patterns. You will see your work directly shape how fusion research and company operations run. You will gain broad exposure to scientific, hardware, operational and business problems, and you will take ownership from day one. What You'll Do Own moderately complex, well-scoped features from technical design through testing, deployment and handover. Work directly with scientists, the people team, legal, operations, IT and other specialists to understand their goals and turn them into practical software. Build internal applications, data workflows, system integrations, APIs, automation and engineering tools based on each project’s needs. Add automated tests, logging, metrics, error handling and basic operational guidance to the software you deliver. Move between projects after delivering agreed outcomes, leaving software tested, documented, maintainable and ready for its long-term owner. Improve code quality, remove small areas of technical debt, contribute to code reviews, and reuse shared platforms and patterns where they fit. Learn several project domains quickly, deliver your first end-to-end features, and establish a reliable routine for testing, documentation and handover. Take on broader and less clearly defined projects, help standardize how internal software is built, secured and operated, and become a trusted partner for teams across the company. Who You Are You can independently own well-scoped work, with support available for broader architecture or highly unclear decisions. Strong software engineering fundamentals, including readable code, data structures, debugging, automated testing, version control and code review, with evidence of delivered working software. Ability to build and maintain software in a modern typed language such as TypeScript or JavaScript. Strong experience with a similar language is also relevant. Experience building web applications with a component-based frontend framework such as React, Vue or Angular. Understanding of relational databases and SQL, including schemas, migrations, permissions and data modeling. Experience integrating software through REST APIs, events, scheduled jobs or similar communication patterns. Understanding of authentication, authorization, role-based access and secure data handling. Familiarity with CI/CD, package management, basic infrastructure configuration and automated build, test and deployment workflows. Ability to use tests, logs, metrics and traces to find problems and confirm that software works as expected. Ability to use AI-assisted development tools responsibly for learning, prototyping, testing, documentation and delivery, reviewing output to the same quality and security standard as other work. Ability to learn new languages, frameworks, systems and technical domains, and a willingness to move between projects after completing agreed work. Ability to turn the needs of non-software specialists into clear technical requirements and to explain software decisions in simple language. Clear communication: you raise risks and blockers early, make realistic commitments, and take full ownership of handover, leaving no undocumented code. Understanding of maintainability, documentation, security, access control and operational readiness. Nice-to-haves Experience with TypeScript, React, SQL, PostgreSQL, serverless functions or Azure services. Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud, including serverless or managed application platforms. Experience working in a monorepo or with shared packages, reusable components and common engineering tooling. Experience with database security, row-level permissions, identity providers, single sign-on or role-based access control. Experience with infrastructure as code, CI/CD systems, cloud observability or secure secret management. Experience building internal tools, technical dashboards, data pipelines, search systems, automation or third-party service integrations. Experience working with scientists, hardware engineers, research teams, industrial systems or other technical domain experts. Experience supporting a project through handover, production use or transfer to a long-term owner. Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows, used without lowering review, testing, security or maintainability standards. Focused Energy is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive environment. Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender perception or identity, national origin, age, marital status, protected veteran status, or disability status. Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, Focused Energy will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Engineering Manager - Data Platform (m/f/d)

AutoScout24Berlin, BE, DE

From $24/yr

At AutoScout24, our Data Platform Engineering team builds and operates the AWS-based platform that enables teams across the company to work with data independently. Built around Data Mesh principles, it provides the infrastructure, self-service tooling, and governance that allow domain teams to own and manage their data products. As Engineering Manager, you'll lead the team responsible for developing and operating this platform. The role combines people leadership with strong technical involvement, from architecture and complex engineering problems to reliability, performance, and cost optimization. We're also making AI a native part of how our Data Engineering organization works and how people use our platform. This includes bringing AI directly into the daily workflows of Data Engineers and Analytics Engineers, as well as making the platform more intelligent, easier to use, and more accessible to business users. What you'll do * Build a team that takes ownership, makes sound technical decisions, and delivers independently. * Evolve our AWS-based data platform, making decisions around architecture, reliability, performance, security, and cost. * Work alongside engineers on complex technical problems, including hands-on implementation when needed. * Develop and improve self-service capabilities for data pipelines, dataset discovery, access management, and data quality monitoring. * Strengthen our Data Mesh implementation, including domain ownership, data contracts, access controls, and federated governance. * Improve data quality, lineage, and observability through automation and platform-level controls. * Work closely with Product, Analytics Engineering, Data Governance, and business stakeholders to understand problems and develop solutions. * Integrate AI into existing engineering tools and workflows across Data Engineering and Analytics Engineering, improving how teams develop pipelines, build data models, test changes, review code, and troubleshoot failures. * Build AI capabilities directly into the data platform, helping users discover and understand datasets, work with data using natural language, investigate issues, and complete tasks that previously required technical knowledge or manual steps. What we're looking for * 5+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager, with a strong track record of hiring, coaching, and developing engineering teams. * Strong software or data engineering background, with recent hands-on technical experience and the ability to contribute to complex engineering decisions. * Extensive hands-on experience with AI development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar. You use these tools extensively in your own engineering work and understand how to use them effectively beyond basic code generation. * Proven experience integrating AI into engineering workflows across the SDLC, ideally for Data Engineering or Analytics Engineering teams. You've implemented solutions that engineers actually use in their daily work and can explain how they improved efficiency. * Experience building AI functionality into internal platforms or products, rather than just developing standalone chatbots. You understand how to integrate AI with existing tools, data, metadata, permissions, and workflows to make complex tasks easier for users. * A product mindset, with the ability to understand business and user needs, challenge proposed solutions, and work effectively with Product and other stakeholders. * Deep AWS expertise, particularly in designing, building, and operating production data platforms using services such as S3, Glue, Athena, IAM, MWAA and Lake Formation. * Strong understanding of data lake and lakehouse architectures, including storage, processing, metadata, security, performance, and cost. * Experience operating large-scale data platforms, troubleshooting production issues, and improving reliability and efficiency. * Proficiency in Python and SQL, along with practical experience in infrastructure as code, CI/CD, testing, and software engineering best practices. * Practical experience with Data Mesh principles, decentralized data ownership, self-service data infrastructure, and federated governance. * Experience implementing data quality, data contracts, observability, and access controls within production data platforms. * Strong communication and people leadership skills, with the ability to develop engineers, delegate responsibility, and build an effective, independent team. A culture of growth With over 50 nationalities represented, we're proud to welcome people of all backgrounds to our growing community, and we're always finding new ways to help people feel welcomed and included. Here, you'll have the tools, training and support you need to work in a way that suits you, learn new skills and reach your potential. LeasingMarkt.deBerlin, BE, DE

A career driven by you. At LeasingMarkt.de, we bring customers and dealers together to make car leasing more accessible, transparent, and efficient. With over 1,000 partner dealerships and nearly 2 million users across the DACH region and the Netherlands, we've become Germany's #1 leasing platform. To keep growing and driving innovation in the mobility space, we're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our high-performance team at our Düsseldorf office. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and developing robust, scalable applications that power one of the largest automotive leasing marketplaces in Europe. You'll collaborate with a cross-functional team to build and evolve solutions that are architecturally sound, easy to maintain, and built for long-term impact. You'll help shape technical direction while raising the bar for software quality and stability across the platform. What you'll do: * Join one of our builders' teams to build great products loved by our customers. * Apply an AI-first mindset to every phase of you-build-it-you-run-it: from design and coding to testing, deployment and operations. * Work hands-on in real product codebases (for example TypeScript/Node/Next.js or Java/Spring), using GenAI tools to accelerate development, improve quality and simplify existing systems. * Build and evolve AI-powered internal tools and workflows (assistants for coding, reviews, documentation, testing) that engineers across AutoScout24 can rely on every day. * Act as a multiplier and culture driver: coach teams on effective GenAI usage, share patterns and anti-patterns, and help establish AI-first ways of working across our engineering organization. * Experiment, measure and improve: run small, data-informed experiments with teams, learn what works in our context, and turn successful approaches into repeatable standards and playbooks. What you'll bring: * Experience leveraging AI and Generative AI (GenAI) to enhance engineering productivity — including code generation, debugging, reviews, documentation, and decision support — with a proactive mindset toward adopting tools that streamline development and drive innovation. * Deep, hands-on experience building production systems (we expect you've spent at least 5 years doing this, possibly much more), ideally with PHP and Laravel as well as TypeScript/Node.js/Next.js on AWS, Azure or GCP. * Demonstrated personal excellence in using GenAI coding tools (for example GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, OpenAI Codex) to significantly improve your own development speed and quality: code generation, refactoring, debugging, tests and documentation. * Experience integrating LLM APIs (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI or similar) into applications or internal tools. * Strong communication and influencing skills: you can introduce new tools and practices, align stakeholders, handle skepticism and iterate based on feedback. * A curious, growth-oriented mindset: you actively seek out new practices and tools, you are comfortable learning in public, and you help others do the same. * A pragmatic view of GenAI: you understand its limitations and risks and know how to put guardrails in place (reviews, tests, policies) to keep usage safe, compliant and sustainable at scale. * Experience with performance optimization, caching strategies, and system observability is a plus. A culture of growth With over 50 nationalities represented, we're proud to welcome people of all backgrounds to our growing community, and we're always finding new ways to help people feel welcomed and included. Then this could be the right role for you. About the Team The Product Creation & Assignment team at idealo builds the systems behind the automated expansion of our product catalogue. We build the systems that identify and create new products from various data sources, and assign incoming shop offers to the right existing or newly created products. We work on a modern, cloud-native stack combining JVM-based backend services with data-intensive AWS workflows: Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, Kafka, MongoDB and EKS, as well as Python-based pipelines using MWAA, Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, Glue Spark and S3. We integrate ML models and GenAI components into our production systems and actively use AI tools such as Claude Code in our daily development workflow. About your new role As a working student, you will contribute to meaningful work alongside a senior engineering team. Depending on your background and interests, your work may include: Supporting the development and improvement of backend services and data workflows for automated catalogue expansion. Working on product data quality — helping improve matching logic, data completeness and pipeline reliability. Exploring how ML models and GenAI components (such as LLM-based matchers) can be integrated into production systems. Contributing to tooling, observability and automation that makes the team more effective. Participating in code reviews, pairing sessions and team rituals — learning how a production-grade engineering team operates. Skills & Requirements Currently enrolled in a Master's programme in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering or a related field — ideally in your first year. Solid programming foundation, ideally in Java, Kotlin or Python. From $35/yr

bunch is building the backbone of private markets. We are enabling next-gen fund operations with one integrated system that combines secure data infrastructure, AI-powered workflows and expert fund services. If you value ownership, growth through real responsibility, and working with a thoughtful, ambitious team, this role might be for you. Following our $35 million Series B in May 2026, we are entering our next stage of growth. We are hiring an Engineering Manager to help scale our product development team, strengthen our technical foundations, and turn complex private-markets problems into reliable, intuitive solutions. Your primary responsibilities will be ensuring our engineering output delivers tangible customer value, setting technical and architectural direction, and developing the people and team capacity needed to deliver sustainably. You will help shape the next stage of our engineering organisation, with a focus on Product Excellence, clear ownership, and sustainable engineering processes. Your Role * You will be at the core of building the technology that powers bunch: secure, reliable infrastructure that makes private-market operations simpler and more efficient. * You will lead a team and have full accountability for delivering solutions that truly solve customer problems, connecting engineering decisions to product outcomes. * You will help us scale beyond our Series B by strengthening our architecture, growing our engineers, and building delivery practices that support long-term quality rather than short-term output alone. You will: * Collaborate with Product Management: Actively participate in problem discovery and solution creation, using your technical expertise to shape pragmatic solutions alongside Product and Design. * Own capacity management and delivery: Take a proactive role in planning, make priorities and trade-offs explicit, and own your team's output from discovery through release and follow-up. Balance customer impact, delivery predictability, and engineering quality. * Drive collaboration across teams: Work closely with other engineering teams and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies and ensure smooth delivery of new features and improvements. * Manage our architecture and technical debt: Guide system design, scalability, performance, and maintainability within your team's domain and across shared systems. Make deliberate investment decisions that keep our platform ready for growth. * Develop sustainable engineering practices: Establish clear quality standards and practical ways of working that help the team deliver reliably without adding unnecessary process. * Support team growth: Coach engineers through regular feedback and development conversations. Operations Manager - Processes & Automation (m/w/d)

melu kids GmbHBerlin, BE, DE

From $80/yr

Operations Manager (m/f/d) – Berlin What we’re building melu kids wants to be the fastest-moving company in personalized products. Today that’s name labels, stickers and stamps for kids, sold across Europe and the US, printed and shipped same day from our own production. Every niche we add runs through the same production floor. The faster and tighter our operations, the faster we grow. That’s the job. The problem we’re hiring you for Every order is unique. In the back-to-school weeks that’s thousands of individual orders a day. That only works if the processes behind it are tight. Ours are good, not great. Some things still run on habit, some on spreadsheets, some on one person knowing how it’s done. You fix that. What you’ll actually do You report to our Head of Operations and work alongside our Production Lead and our in-house developer. You own processes and projects. Projects already on the table: * Make customer support AI-first. You design and build the automation that answers most of them without a human, and makes sure the rest reaches one fast. * Map and streamline how materials and orders flow through production, from incoming goods to shipping, and automate wherever it pays off. * Build the production reporting we don’t have yet: orders per hour, error rates, cost per unit, in a form that holds up when machines or processes change. * Make inventory management work end to end with our Production Lead. * Integrate new products into production, together with our Product Manager. * Drive internal tooling forward with our developer: scanning app, production dashboards, whatever removes the most friction next. Beyond the projects, you keep day-to-day operations aligned across teams. When our Head of Operations is out, you’re the first point of contact for the team and the founders on anything operational. The Production Lead runs the floor, the founders back your decisions, you keep the machine running and improving. Who thrives here * Inefficiency bothers you, and you can’t leave it alone. * At least 2 years in operations, supply chain, process improvement or e-commerce, and you’ve already fixed or automated something nobody asked you to. * You’ve used AI tools to solve a real work problem, not just to write an email. n8n, Make, Zapier, Claude Code, a bit of Python: we don’t care which, we care that you ship. * You launch at 80% and improve from there, rather than polishing for weeks. * You’d rather spend an afternoon on the production floor understanding why something breaks than write a slide about it. * Organised enough to keep five threads running, direct enough to say when one of them is stuck. * Fluent in English, our working language. German is a big plus: many of our suppliers, carriers and service providers work in German, and you’ll deal with them regularly. Who won’t enjoy it If you want a 12-month roadmap that doesn’t change, this isn’t it. We move fast and change direction when the evidence does. July to September is intense; the rest of the year is where you make the next one easier. Operations here is physical, with machines, cardboard and real people, so you’ll be on-site most days. And in a team this size there’s no department to hide in: everyone does some unglamorous work. What we offer * €50,000–€65,000, depending on experience. * Ownership from week one. Your projects, your decisions, your results on the dashboard. * Growth that means scope, not titles: more projects, more budget, more autonomy, and pay that follows. * Founders and a Head of Operations who use the same tools you do and say yes to a working prototype faster than to a proposal. * Flexible hours, mostly on-site in Berlin (3–4 days), remote when the work allows. How we hire Three weeks from application to decision, if it fits on both sides. A 30-minute call with our Head of Operations. A 60-minute conversation with him and one of the founders, where we give you a real process problem of ours to think through. Half a day on-site in Berlin to see the production and meet the team. Then an offer. Apply Send your CV and three sentences about something you fixed or automated: what was broken, what you did, what changed. Use whatever tools you want to write it, we do too. No cover letter. Job Type: Full-time Pay: 50.000,00€ - 65.000,00€ per year Ausbildung: * Bachelor (Wünschenswert) Sprache: * Deutsch (Erforderlich) * Englisch (Erforderlich) Work Location: In person

Sr. Forward Deployed Engineer - FDE (Data and AI Architect, SAP & Databricks)

DatabricksBerlin, BE, DE

From $427/yr

CSQ427R34 As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), you will work with customers to build and productionize solutions to their data \& AI challenges using the Databricks platform. You will own the architecture, lead design decisions, and implement end-to-end systems spanning data engineering, AI, and application development. We work cross-functionally to shape long-term strategic priorities and initiatives alongside engineering, product, and developer relations. FDEs deliver with customer empathy, integrating with client systems, training teams, and meeting other technical needs so customers get the most value out of their data. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for builders who thrive at the intersection of technology and business impact. The ideal candidate combines engineering expertise with adaptability, curiosity, and a passion for working with customers and teammates to solve complex problems that drive measurable outcomes. FDEs are billable and deliver projects on scope, on time, and with measurable results. Why SAP expertise is at the core of this role: Many of our largest customers run their business on SAP, and most are now deciding how to modernize their SAP BW landscapes and unlock SAP data for AI. You bring deep SAP Business Warehouse experience (BW 7.x, BW on HANA, BW/4HANA) and a solid understanding of S/4HANA and ECC. With Databricks, you will help customers migrate or integrate those landscapes with the Lakehouse, preserve the business semantics built up over years, and turn SAP data into AI and applications that deliver real business value. The impact you will have * Production Solution Delivery: Lead customer technical projects by delivering production-grade systems, designing and building reference architectures, custom applications, data ingestion pipelines, and ML/AI model integrations. * Strategic Customer Projects: Guide strategic customers through large-scale data and AI initiatives, from end-to-end design to build and deployment. Work with engagement managers to scope technical delivery with input from the customer. * Empower Customers: Guide customers on architecture and design, and bootstrap or implement projects that lead to their successful evaluation and adoption of Databricks. * Own the Architecture: Lead architecture and design decisions, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with customer needs and Databricks best practices. * Collaborate to Deliver: Work with the Databricks technical team, Project Manager, Architect, and customer team to ensure the technical components of each engagement meet the customer's needs. * Close the Feedback Loop: Work with Engineering and Databricks Customer Support to provide product and implementation feedback and to resolve engagement-specific issues quickly. * Customer Immersion: Embed with customer teams and engage stakeholders from technical ICs to executives to deeply understand their challenges and deliver impact. * Reusable Assets \& Scale: Contribute accelerators, frameworks, and best practices that scale impact across accounts and influence the Databricks product roadmap. In your SAP engagements, you will also: * Lead SAP modernization and migration to Databricks: Assess existing BW estates (data flows, InfoProviders, CompositeProviders, process chains) and define rebuild, retire, or keep strategies for moving to the Lakehouse. * Design SAP data integration: Build ingestion patterns for SAP sources (ODP/ODQ, CDS views, SLT, Datasphere replication flows and Open Sharing via SAP Business Data Cloud connect) into Lakehouse. * Preserve business semantics: Rebuild hierarchies, authorizations, currency/unit conversions, and key figures in Unity Catalog and metric views so analysts keep trusted definitions. * Architect hybrid and coexistence models: Advise on patterns where SAP Datasphere and Databricks work side by side rather than assuming rip-and-replace. * Build AI and applications on SAP data: Deliver use cases such as forecasting, working capital, supply chain and procurement analytics, and GenAI applications over ERP data, including user-facing interfaces. What we look for * 6+ years of experience in data engineering, data platforms \& analytics, or software engineering * Strong coding skills in Python, Scala, or JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks * Working knowledge of two or more cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) with expertise in at least one * Deep experience with distributed computing using Apache Spark™ and knowledge of Spark runtime internals * Hands-on experience with CI/CD for production deployments * Working knowledge of MLOps, ML/AI models, and AI APIs * Proven experience designing and deploying performant, production end-to-end data architectures and applications that combine data pipelines, ML/AI models, and user-facing interfaces * Proven experience delivering technical projects: managing scope, timelines, and measurable outcomes, and translating complex concepts into actionable solutions * Experience working with enterprise clients and managing competing priorities across a broad range of stakeholders * Strong documentation and whiteboarding skills * Hands-on experience with SAP BW across multiple versions (BW 7.x, BW on HANA, BW/4HANA), including data modeling (ADSOs, CompositeProviders, InfoObjects), BEx/Analysis for Office, and process chains * Solid knowledge of SAP extraction technologies: ODP, SLT, CDS views, OData, and SAP HANA SQL/calculation views * Comprehensive knowledge of S/4HANA and ECC data models * Databricks Certification, or willingness to obtain it within [X] months of joining * Willingness to travel to customers up to 20% of the time * Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to explore new technologies that support Databricks-based customer solutions * Bonus: Experience with SAP Datasphere (spaces, replication flows, data flows, Analytic Models) and/or SAP Business Data Cloud * Bonus: Understanding of SAP functional domains (FI/CO, SD, MM, SCM) and how they surface in analytics * Bonus: Familiarity with SAP NetWeaver, the ABAP stack, and Basis concepts * Bonus: Experience leading BW-to-cloud migrations or SAP-to-Lakehouse integrations, including fit-gap and migration assessments * Bonus: Experience working with SAP Basis, BW/BI, and functional teams, and navigating the organizational dynamics of evolving or retiring a long-standing BW estate * Bonus: Ability to explain Lakehouse concepts to SAP-centric stakeholders (CIOs, SAP COE leads) using familiar BW terminology Why join us * Make a strategic impact on large, highly visible modernization programs at enterprises that run on SAP * Combine your modeling and governance expertise with modern AI, streaming, and application development * Contribute reusable accelerators and shape the product roadmap based on what you see in the field * Work alongside engineering, product, and developer relations teams About Databricks Databricks is the Data and AI company. Senior Backend Engineer (f/m/x)

LiveEO GmbHBerlin, BE, DE

From $30/yr

Build the Market Leader in Satellite Analytics with us at LiveEO You will work on applications that use deep learning and satellite data and other data sources to help companies and governments fight deforestation, monitor critical infrastructure, and respond faster and more precisely to natural disasters. Our aim is to empower any user in the world to harness the power of earth observation satellites to simplify and improve their daily work. You will join the team that turns analytics outputs into data products and makes them available across the platform and to customers. We already have deep geospatial and data engineering expertise in the team; what we need is a strong generalist software engineer who makes our core services and pipelines more reliable, observable and scalable. Concrete topics you would work on are, for example, the performance and scalability of backend services serving large volumes of geospatial data, the health and observability of our end-to-end processing pipeline, and the stability of the interfaces between the services that make it up. We are a team of five engineers and three geospatial analysts today, embedded in a cross-functional group of product managers, UX/UI designers, data, devops, ML, and geospatial engineering experts. You will not be the only person responsible for any system you touch, but you will play a crucial role in how we evolve our services and components. Your challenge * Own the maintenance, performance and scalability of core backend services, evolving their data models, APIs and storage as data volumes and consumers grow. * Maintain a clear, shared view of the health of the end-to-end product pipeline so that regressions and failures are detected early rather than discovered late or through manual coordination. * Build and uphold the practices that make this possible: monitoring, alerting, automated quality checks and testing across services. * Help keep the interfaces between services stable: spot schema drift, contract failures and version incompatibilities early, feed concrete failure cases back to the owning engineers and help establish durable contracts. * Contribute to safer release practices such as backwards compatibility, feature flags and staged rollouts. * Maintain and improve our workflow orchestration and the automation around it, reducing manual steps and operational toil. * Turn observed system behaviour into concrete improvement work and bring it into team planning. * Mentor engineers through code review and pairing; raise the bar on scoping, testing and release stability. Stack* Backend: Python * Orchestration: Prefect, Anyscale, K8s * Database: PostgreSQL / PostGIS (including geospatial workloads) * Infrastructure \& CI/CD: Gitlab, AWS Your profile Must have: * At least 5 of experience building and operating production backend services or data pipelines in Python * Solid track record maintaining and scaling services already in production: performance work, observability, testing, incident handling * Strong relational database skills; comfortable with API design and service-to-service contracts * Hands-on experience deploying and operating services on Kubernetes, including troubleshooting and incident response * You've used AI-assisted coding in your actual day-to-day, not just tried it once Nice to have:* Geospatial data experience (PostGIS or similar) * Raster processing or satellite imagery background * Spec-driven or test-driven development, agentic or otherwise * Experience with a workflow orchestrator (Prefect, Airflow or similar) * Experience running workloads on AWS * Experience working across multiple teams on shared interfaces or contracts You do not need all of the "nice to haves," and you do not need to match every "must have" perfectly. If you read this and think you'd be a good fit but you're missing a line item, apply and tell us what you'd bring instead. We especially encourage people from groups underrepresented in tech - including women, trans, non-binary, and intersex people - to apply. Engineering at LiveEO isn't as diverse as we want it to be, and we'd rather change that than just talk about it.#### Your Benefits * The opportunity to create a product that can improve business processes and lives across the globe. * Flexible working hours and hybrid work model - we trust our employees to get their work done while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. * We empower employees to drive their own career development, take initiative and have the freedom to be creative and bold. * Not an overtime culture - we take care that overtime is done only as a necessity and always offset with time off and rest. * A collaborative and learning environment - frequent internal workshops, knowledge sharing sessions, journal clubs and hackathons. * Office located in the centre of Berlin Kreuzberg with free fruit, nuts and drinks. * Potential to participate in the employee stock option program. * Urban Sports membership and BVG subsidy, corporate pension program. * A diverse and vibrant international environment of 30+ different nationalities. About us LiveEO is a well funded startup founded in 2018 and based in Berlin. Our primary service is modelling risk to our customers’ assets and infrastructure from vegetation, ground deformation and change detection. Sr. Product Manager (m/w/x)

GroverBerlin, BE, DE

From $201/yr

About Grover Founded in 2015, Grover enables consumers and businesses across Europe to subscribe to tech devices and comprehensive technology solutions - from individual smartphones, laptops, and wearables to full corporate device setups. The company offers access to over 1,000 unique tech items on flexible and financially convenient terms. A pioneer of the circular economy, Grover refurbishes and recirculates devices to help eliminate e-waste. To continue this incredible adventure, we are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our talented Commercial team, full-time (40 hours/week) and a minimum 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday) at our Berlin HQ. In this role, you will report to and work closely with the Principal PM for Circular Supply Chain, who owns the procurement, fulfillment, return, grading, channeling, repair and resale. Grover's economics are not defined by a single transaction. They are defined by how many times the same physical device earns for us. If a device only earns once, our plan does not hold. If it earns two or three times, it does. This works only when we have a spine that holds a record of every asset we own that we can actually trust. Where it is, what condition it is in, which contract it sits on, what it is worth and what happened to it last. Today that record is spread across multiple systems including warehousing, third-party logistics providers, and a set of legacy systems that each hold part of the truth. You will own that record, and the systems that maintain it. This is the Asset Lifecycle Management platform: the asset registry, the reconciliation, the return-to-rentable loop, and the monitoring and tooling that keeps it honest at scale. What you will contribute: * Own the asset registry and the lifecycle it records: Bring the asset lifecycle onto a single source of truth. Define the asset state model, the events that move an asset between states, and the contracts between the systems that emit them. * Stock Availability: E2E device lifecycle handling via different sources of truth within Grover eco-system breaks in several places and each break is stock we own but cannot sell. You will close the gaps and ensure we show the stock available to end customers when we hold them in our warehouses. * Internal tooling to support asset operations: Proactive alerts, monitoring and internal tooling; so that the exceptions like - a lost device, a quarantined unit, a stuck reservation, a unit that never came back - are detected and resolved by a system rather than a spreadsheet. Your job is to keep turning manual, human-in-the-loop operations into automated, rule-based services. * Own the finance and procurement interfaces: Asset cost, net book value, capitalisation and depreciation flow between the asset platform and the general ledger. You will specify what the asset platform needs from finance systems and hold a clean interface, rather than letting business logic leak across the boundary. * Be the API-as-a-product owner for the warehouse and logistics integrations: Operational Logistics owns the commercial relationship with our partners. You own the technical integration, the data contracts and the systems logic that executes our business needs inside their four walls - including, over time, the WMS integration for our own warehouse. * Vendor Management: Parts of this landscape are delivered with an external implementation partner. You will own the requirements, the acceptance criteria and the testing that decide whether what they delivered is what we asked for. What you bring: * System-of-record migration track record: You have run a system-of-record migration: You have moved a business off a system that held the truth about something valuable, onto one that holds it better, while the business kept running. You know what dual-running, cutover, backfill and reconciliation actually cost. * Domain fluency: You are fluent in a relevant domain. Supply chain, reverse logistics, e-commerce fulfilment, re-commerce, rental or asset finance. You understand that a physical asset behaves differently from a row in a database, and that the difference is where the bugs live. (A plus if you have experience in rental, leasing, subscription or circular business, where the same asset is sold more than once.) * Self-sufficient, AI-augmented data skills: You are self-sufficient with data. In the world of AI, you use AI tolling as your partner in driving data, reports and analytics and very much cater as an analyst to guide yourself and take informed decisions backed up by data. * Automated operations \& configurable decisioning: You have shipped rules or decisioning products that the business operates. Not a rules engine that only engineering can change. Something an operations or commercial team configures, with the guardrails, audit trail and versioning that makes that safe. * API-as-a-product mindset: You have an API-as-a-product mindset. Your users are other engineers, operations teams and external partners. You know how to define a data contract, version it, document it and support it. * Vendor \& Systems Integrator governance: You have held a vendor or systems integrator to a contract. You can write requirements precise enough to be tested against, and you are comfortable being the person who says this is not what we specified. * Pragmatic brownfield execution: You are a pragmatic operator in a brownfield. You are not intimidated by legacy. You can balance the new build against the reality, and you would rather agree on a descope in advance than discover it in March. * System-to-stakeholder translation: You communicate with clarity and structure. You can take a genuinely complicated system and make it legible to an engineer, an operations lead and an executive, in the language each of them needs. * Bonus points: if you have experience with ERP interfaces - S/4 HANA, Navision or similar - from the operational side rather than the finance side. The Grover Way - How We Drive Success: * Own It: We take ownership seriously and define what success looks like. We drive shared ownership and don't wait - we drive. We keep one another accountable and take responsibility when issues arise. * Challenge, Decide, and Commit: We engage in proactive support, active listening, and healthy conflict to reach the best outcomes. We value diverse perspectives and, once a decision is made, we commit to it fully. * Empower and Grow: We enable, trust, and coach one another toward high performance, always thinking and acting like owners. We seek growth, apply feedback, and support the development of our peers. * Respect, Transparency, and Clarity: We strive for clear, respectful, and open communication with no surprises. We simplify complex information so everyone knows the "what, why, and how". ❤️‍ What you will love about us: * A diverse global team of 75 nationalities (and counting!) * Virtual or In-person Coaching Sessions with the Fürstenberg Institut * Physical health support with Urban Sports Club * Annual learning budget of 750€ * 15 remote business days per year to work abroad * 4 Volunteer days per year * Exclusive Grover Tech discount * BVG monthly discount to drive you everywhere in Berlin * Engaging, open office located in Berlin-Schöneberg with regular events Embark on a rewarding journey with the Grover Rocketship, where your impact is felt, and together, we cultivate a more circular world. We are looking forward to e-meeting you!

Senior Product Manager, Global Tax

ShineBerlin, BE, DE

From $400,000/yr

Shine is the financial copilot for entrepreneurs and small business owners. Founded by serial entrepreneurs Rico Andersen and Martin Hegelund, Shine is a leading European fintech unicorn on a mission to restore the joy of running a business, by ending wasted time on financial admin. Shine offers a connected solution for invoicing, accounting, payroll, business accounts, payments, and financing, meaning business owners can focus their energy on growing a healthy business, not held back by manual admin. Part of something bigger Today we're part of Cegid, a European leader in cloud software for finance and accounting. Together we're building Europe's leading financial copilot for small businesses and their accountants. Shine already supports more than 400,000 small businesses. As part of Cegid, we now reach over one million small businesses and 15,000 accountants across Europe. We're a multicultural team working from France, Germany, Denmark and the Netherlands, contributing to a wider European network that spans Spain, Portugal. Your hiring experience matters Just as we respect our customers' time, we respect yours. Your experience with Shine and Cegid should feel simple, transparent and genuinely supportive. If this sounds like somewhere you want to grow, we'd love to hear from you. The Tax \& Year-End area at Shine The Tax \& Year-End area is a brand-new area at Shine with a dual mission: building the pan-European tax \& year-end engine, and building a winning product for tax advisors and CPAs in Germany. German accounting and tax is a highly specialized domain, and building the right product requires more than generic product expertise. We need someone who can understand the tax advisory profession in Germany and help us turn that expertise into a stellar product. Your role as Senior Product Manager, Global Tax The Tax \& Year-End area is built around two core teams: Global Year-End, which takes accountants from raw books to approved annual accounts, and Global Tax, which takes those approved figures all the way to a filed and accepted tax return. As Senior Product Manager, Global Tax, you own the tax half of the engine. You lead the product side in a cross-functional team of engineers, design and tax domain experts building a multi-country tax module, natively integrated with the common ledger underlying Shine and able to run on top of other systems. Germany comes first, with France close behind and Spain next. You will work hand in hand with the Senior PM for Global Year-End: their output is your input. Job located in Berlin, Germany with possibility of remote working days What you will do * Own the Global Tax strategy and roadmap — all annual business tax returns across all core markets sequenced by customer value and regulatory deadlines. * Build one tax engine, not three products — define what is shared (data model, tax mapping from the ledger, rules framework, review workflow) and what is local (forms, calculations, validations), so each new country is a configuration, not a rebuild. * Own electronic filing end-to-end — transmission and certification through ELSTER/ERiC in Germany and the equivalent channels in France and Spain, including submission status, error handling and checking the tax assessment (Steuerbescheid) against the filed return. * Serve two segments on one engine — primarily a comprehensive, high-throughput workflow for tax advisors and CPAs, and secondarily a simplified, guided DIY experience for business owners in Shine Micro. * Make AI a core capability — pre-filled returns, automated classification of tax-relevant postings, plausibility checks and clear explanations that let advisors review instead of re-key. * Run deep discovery with tax advisors — sit with Steuerberater and their teams during tax season, understand where time is lost today, and turn that into a sharp, prioritised backlog. * Keep the product compliant year after year — set up a reliable process for annual form changes, new legislation and authority interface updates, so advisors can trust the product when deadlines hit. * Orchestrate across the ecosystem — partner closely with Global Year-End, Core Accounting, Advisor, the common ledger teams and the local products in France, Germany and Spain. What success looks like * German tax advisors file their clients' core annual business tax returns from Shine via ELSTER, with a high first-time acceptance rate. * The handoff from Global Year-End to Global Tax is seamless: approved accounts flow into tax returns without manual re-entry. * The engine architecture is proven multi-country, with France live or in beta on the same foundation. * Advisors measurably win back time per return, and Micro customers can complete a simple return on their own. * Annual form and legislation updates ship on time, every year, without fire drills. What you will bring * You are a seasoned product manager — 5+ years building complex B2B SaaS, ideally in tax, accounting, ERP or other regulated domains, with a track record of taking products from discovery to adoption. * You have good accounting fundamentals — you have a good understand of double-entry bookkeeping, charts of accounts, and how a ledger turns into financial statements. * You think in platforms — you can separate what is shared from what is local across countries and turn that into a scalable engine. * You are technically fluent — comfortable discussing data models, rules engines, APIs and government interfaces with engineers. * You are AI-fluent — you use AI in your own workflow and think critically about where AI should change how tax work gets done. * You care about precision — tax filings leave no room for “almost right”, and you design for correctness, auditability and trust. * You communicate clearly — with engineers on system design, with tax advisors on workflow needs, and with leadership on trade-offs. * You are fluent in English; German is a big plus. Equal Opportunity Employer We follow the principle of equal treatment to consider all job applicants and do not discriminate based on their gender, sexual orientation, color, racial or ethnic origin, religion, disability, etc. as per applicable law. Our recruitment process * A 30' first call with Recruiting Partner to get to know you better and share more about Shine. * A 45' interview with Hiring Manager to discuss your past experiences and the role we are offering. * A 45' business case presentation to highlight your skills and give you a hands-on feel for the role. * A 45' meeting with the team to get a feel for how the team works together. * A 30' team introduction, followed by a soft skills interview to see how we can best support your growth at Shine.

Was machst du konkret? Senior Marketing Manager SaaS/AI Startup f/m/d

Pult GmbHBerlin, BE, DE

$50,000 - $65,000/yr

About PULT PULT is the Workplace Presence \& Visitor Platform for fast growing companies. We help IT, Workplace and People teams understand who is actually in the office, run compliant visitor management, and make better decisions about their space. We are a Hamburg-based B2B SaaS company, backed by strong investors, with customers like VEVO, Wellhub and SG Fleet. We are post-seed, growing fast, and preparing the next stage of the company. Marketing is one of the biggest levers we have, and it still has a lot of untouched potential. That is where you come in. Your first months at Pult We are hiring a senior marketing / growth manager: one person who owns the full funnel, end to end, and scales what works. A bold, AI-native generalist who wants the whole board. PULT is growing fast and opening international markets. You will turn it into a repeatable, measurable engine, and you will have the mandate, the budget and the backing to do it. If you have been waiting for the role where you finally get to run marketing rather than a slice of it, this is it. Your mission: Demand generation * Plan and run paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google and the channels you discover next, with full ownership of budget and ROI * Own the website and conversion funnel together with our web agency: messaging, landing pages, experiments * Build the organic engine: SEO, AI search visibility, content that IT and People leaders actually want to read * Run our webinar programme and turn it into a reliable pipeline source Brand and storytelling * Sharpen PULT's positioning and make sure every touchpoint tells the same bold story * Produce standout content: campaigns, videos, case studies, product launches, founder and customer stories * Set a high bar for design and copy, and hold the team and agencies to it Offline and events * Take PULT to the events that matter in DACH and the UK, from trade fairs to our own customer dinners and roundtables * Run account-based campaigns into our target accounts, online and offline, together with Sales Engine and scale * Own the marketing stack (HubSpot, analytics, AI tooling) and the data behind it: attribution, CAC, MQL growth, pipeline contribution * Use AI as a force multiplier for research, content, creative and ops, and build the agents and workflows that let a small team move like a big one * Define the marketing roadmap, report on results to the leadership team, and hire the first marketing team members as we scale What the role requires * A generalist with range. 3+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in a scale-up, with hands-on experience across paid, online and offline channels. You have run campaigns, written the copy, briefed the designer and read the dashboard yourself. * AI-native. You already work with AI every day: for research, content, creative, analysis and automation. You see where the tools are heading and you build with them, not around them. * High agency. You do not wait for a brief. You get excited by ambitious goals, find the path, and ship. * A storyteller with taste. Exceptional writing in English (German is a strong plus) and a sharp eye for design. You know the difference between content that fills a calendar and content that moves people. * Bold. You would rather launch something people talk about than something safe that nobody notices. You bring ideas we have not thought of. * ROI first. You think in pipeline, not impressions. You are comfortable with budgets, CAC, conversion rates and the conversation with Sales about lead quality. * International. You have experience in DACH and / or UKI market. You excited about expanding into new markets. * A builder. You want to be the leading marketing hire, expand on the foundations, and grow into leading a team. Benefits This is a remote-first position. You will have access to career training to support your professional development. A company laptop is provided for your daily work. Stay active with a sport membership. Enjoy flexible working hours. Company stock options give you a stake in the company's growth. Paid co-working options are also available. Compensation EUR 50,000–65,000 per year Join PULT If you match most of these requirements and are ready to shape the future of workplaces across the world, we encourage you to apply. You will be joining an early-stage startup where your contributions directly impact growth and product adoption.

From $100,000/yr

Short Description SPREAD builds engineering intelligence for the world's most complex products. Our AI-native platform gives automotive OEMs, defense primes, and industrial manufacturers a single source of product truth so engineering teams can make confident product decisions, fast. We work with companies like Volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes, Bosch, Stadler, and Rheinmetall. Backed by HV Capital, DTCP, La Famiglia / General Catalyst, and Salesforce. This is a hands-on role in a small, senior marketing team alongside Growth, GTM Ops, and Design. Your Mission * Own positioning and messaging for SPREAD's platform, turning engineering intelligence into value propositions that land with top engineering leaders. * Build and maintain competitive intelligence across the PLM and engineering data landscape and turn it into battle cards and objection-handling guides that Sales uses daily. * Create sales enablement assets that shorten enterprise sales cycles and improve win rates. * Partner with Product and Engineering on go-to-market for product releases, connecting every launch to a measurable customer outcome. * Develop thought leadership content that builds credibility with deeply technical audiences. * Partner with Growth and GTM Ops on campaign messaging and account targeting so demand gen speaks the right language to the right pain points. * Represent SPREAD at industry events and customer conversations where engineering leaders expect a peer-level discussion about their domain. You use AI tools daily to scale your output, from content creation to research to workflow automation. What You'll Do* Lead assigned projects from feasibility and permitting through scoping, design, procurement, execution, handover and close-out, coordinating procurement and contract setup with the Construction Manager so packages are biddable and aligned to the plan * Build the roadmap and integrated plan and make sure Design, Engineering, Construction and the end user have the inputs they need before a missing decision stops the work * Own schedule, milestones, dependencies and the stage-gate rhythm, flagging slippage early with a cause and a recovery action and identify resource gaps (including engineering or modelling capacity) before a deadline is missed * Own budget and forecast inputs with the Manager, Infrastructure – Special Projects and each discipline lead and surface cost and schedule trade-offs before they become surprises * Run the risk and opportunity process by keeping one register, assigning owners and driving actions to an acceptable level * Act as the primary contact for internal stakeholders on progress, priorities and handover criteria (including permitting and Environment, Health \& Safety (EHS) interfaces), maintain the digital delivery record in Tesla's common data environment as the single source of truth for scope and keep Infrastructure Development (InfraDev) reporting current and accurate * Set the program standard for how Special Projects are planned and reported and mentor others in that rhythm What You'll Bring* Degree in Engineering, Construction or Project Management, or equivalent professional experience * Strong, demonstrable experience managing complex technical or industrial projects, including multi-discipline work. Experience across more than one country is an advantage * Advanced skills in scheduling, cost control, stage gates and dependency management * Working knowledge of bidding and of commercial and contractual issues, enough to challenge a package before it is awarded, plus the ability to review a design, identify gaps and secure decisions from engineers, designers, contractors and end users * Advanced understanding of project processes, EHS interfaces, quality expectations and document control * Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Microsoft Project and in Tesla's project systems * Based in EMEA (Berlin is an option, not a requirement), willing to travel to project sites and fluent in English. Your mandate will be twofold: maximize the business value of customer data and accelerate the development of AI-powered products. Beyond delivering insights and tools, you will challenge existing business practices, identify opportunities for improvement and ensure that data becomes a driver of strategic decision-making rather than simply a reporting function. You will lead the restructured Data Analysis and Data Science teams, establish the foundations for scalable Data adoption, and work closely with Data Engineering to ensure the reliability, accessibility and performance of Cafeyn's data infrastructure. Your responsibilities 1. Define the Customer Data strategy and drive business performance * Define and implement Cafeyn Group's Customer Data strategy, aligned with the Group's overall business priorities and growth ambitions. * Act as the primary representative of Customer Data at Executive Committee level, translating strategic priorities into actionable data initiatives and measurable business outcomes. * Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer behaviour, engagement, retention and monetization across Cafeyn's B2C, B2B2C, B2B and CDS business models. * Ensure that business teams have access to reliable, relevant and actionable dashboards, analyses and performance indicators to identify challenges, understand underlying trends and improve business performance. * Structure KPI frameworks and performance funnels across Marketing, Product, Content and Business, identifying opportunities to optimize acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention and revenue. * Develop predictive capabilities, particularly churn prevention models, to anticipate customer behaviour and enable proactive retention strategies. * Challenge business stakeholders constructively, moving beyond a traditional internal service-provider relationship to become a strategic business partner who questions assumptions and helps identify new opportunities. * Establish robust data governance policies, ensuring data quality, integrity, accessibility and consistent usage across the organization. * Drive data literacy and foster a data-driven culture, empowering teams to incorporate data into their day-to-day decisions. 2. Develop the data monetization strategy * Define Cafeyn's Customer Data monetization strategy, supporting the diversification of the Group's revenue streams. * Identify opportunities to create value from first-party data, audience insights and customer segmentation, particularly in relation to advertising and B2B commercial offerings. * Build the data foundations required for effective audience activation, including identity resolution, tagging, segmentation and measurement. * Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Business and Content teams to translate customer insights into new commercial opportunities and scalable revenue-generating initiatives. * Assess the potential of data products and services, ensuring that monetization initiatives are commercially relevant, technically feasible and aligned with applicable privacy and regulatory requirements. 3. Lead Data Science, AI-powered product innovation and experimentation * Lead Cafeyn's Data Science capability, managing a team of 2–3 Data Scientists responsible for developing and deploying AI-driven product features. * Define the Data Science roadmap in close collaboration with Product and Technology leadership, ensuring that initiatives address meaningful customer needs and deliver measurable value. * Establish the processes, methodologies and operating conditions required to accelerate the delivery, deployment and continuous improvement of Data Science developments. * Oversee the evolution of AI-powered product capabilities, including personalized recommendations, the automated daily digest feature, semantic search and future content discovery innovations. * Ensure that Data Science initiatives are prioritized according to their expected impact, feasibility and alignment with Cafeyn's product strategy. * Drive the transition from experimentation to production, improving delivery predictability, model performance and the operational impact of AI-powered features. * Partner closely with Product teams to measure the impact of AI innovations on engagement, retention, customer satisfaction and business performance. * Own the tooling and technical enablement of Cafeyn's A/B testing framework, using Statsig to support a scalable, quantitative experimentation capability. * Work closely with Product teams, who own the testing strategy and prioritization, to ensure that the underlying tooling enables reliable experiments, robust statistical analysis and informed product decisions. * Establish clear measurement practices to evaluate the impact of AI initiatives and experimentation on operational efficiency and product performance. 4. Partner with Data Engineering to build scalable data foundations * Act as the primary internal interface between Customer Data, Data Science and the Data Engineering team, ensuring that the data platform meets current and future business needs. * Work closely with Data Engineering leadership to assess whether the existing architecture can support Cafeyn's strategic ambitions, growing data volumes and evolving analytical requirements. * Define data availability, reliability, integrity and completeness requirements, establishing clear service-level agreements (SLAs) and access policies. * Ensure that the right data is accessible to the right teams, through the appropriate tools and within the required timeframes, from real-time applications to historical and cold-storage environments. * Guide decisions around data accessibility, storage costs and platform scalability, ensuring that infrastructure choices support both advanced analytics and production-grade AI applications. * Anticipate the data requirements of new business models, customer activation initiatives and AI-powered product features, aligning the data roadmap with the broader Technology strategy. 5. Build and develop high-performing teams * Lead and develop the restructured Product Data and Data Science organization, bringing together complementary analytical, machine learning and product innovation capabilities. * Manage a team comprising two Senior Data Analysts, one Machine Learning expert focused on predictive modelling, and a Data Science team of 2–3 specialists. * Establish clear priorities, ownership, delivery processes and performance expectations across the teams. * Foster collaboration between Data Analysis, Data Science, Data Engineering, Product and Business stakeholders. * Develop the team's capabilities, recruit additional talent where needed and create an environment that encourages technical excellence, experimentation and continuous improvement. What success looks like in the first 12 months * A clear Customer Data strategy and Data Science roadmap: A defined roadmap aligned with Cafeyn's business priorities, including measurable objectives and a clear data monetization strategy. * A stronger data-driven organization: Reliable KPI frameworks, actionable dashboards and performance analyses supporting Marketing, Product, Content and Business decision-making. * A more effective retention strategy: Predictive churn models and actionable customer insights translated into measurable retention improvements. * A structured Data Science capability: Clear prioritization, improved delivery predictability and successful deployment of high-impact AI-powered product features. * A fully operational experimentation framework: Effective A/B testing tooling and processes enabling Product teams to make better-informed decisions. * Scalable data foundations: Clear data quality standards, access rules and service-level agreements established in partnership with Data Engineering. * Measurable business impact: Demonstrable improvements in customer engagement, retention, operational efficiency and the identification of new data-driven revenue opportunities. Your profile * Significant experience in Data Analysis, Data Science, Machine Learning or a closely related data leadership role, ideally within a digital, technology, subscription or media environment. * A strong understanding of business performance analytics, customer behaviour, KPI frameworks and the translation of complex data into actionable business recommendations. * Proven experience leading Data Analysis and/or Data Science teams, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and develop their capabilities. * A strong understanding of machine learning and predictive modelling, including customer segmentation, churn prediction, personalization or recommendation systems. * Demonstrated experience defining and implementing data strategies or data-driven transformation initiatives. * A solid understanding of data architecture, data pipelines, governance and the operational requirements of analytics at scale. * Experience with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing and quantitative measurement is a strong advantage. * AI knowledge and experience in implementing AI strategies is a strong advantage but not a must-have. * An understanding of first-party data, audience activation and data monetization opportunities is highly desirable. * Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify commercial opportunities, challenge stakeholders and connect data initiatives to measurable business outcomes. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executive leadership, technical teams and operational stakeholders. * A hands-on mindset: you can challenge technical and analytical decisions, contribute to problem-solving and drive execution rather than relying exclusively on your teams. What will make you successful You combine strategic vision, strong data expertise and a genuine business mindset. You understand that the value of data lies not only in its quality or technical sophistication, but in its ability to improve decisions, strengthen customer relationships, accelerate product innovation and generate new revenue. You are comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels: defining a vision with senior leadership, challenging business assumptions, structuring teams and processes, and ensuring that initiatives translate into tangible results.
