Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to manage a portfolio of captive insurance clients. This role is a senior individual contributor position with responsibility for financial oversight, regulatory compliance, governance support, and day‑to‑day client relationship management. We are seeking a senior Business Analyst / Quality Assurance Analyst to play a pivotal role in the Global System Implementation program in Colombia, relaunching JDE (ERP/GL/AP/PO/FA) and deploying Kyriba (Treasury), Circulus (AP Automation) and Concur (T\&E). This role will work closely with global teams, local stakeholders, and the external implementation vendor to ensure that local requirements and regulatory needs are accurately captured, designed, tested, and delivered in alignment with the global template and program standards. The person in this role will act as a primary link between Colombia’s business and finance teams and the implementation partner, making sure local needs are clearly understood and correctly implemented. Strong knowledge of Accounting and Finance, experience with financial system implementations, and solid QA skills are essential. How you'll make an impact 1) Solution Design Lead, collect and document business requirements with Accounting (General Ledger, Chart of Accounts), Finance, Fixed Assets, Accounts Receivable, Trade and Non‑Trade Accounts Payable, Procurement, Treasury Management (Kyriba), Tax, Master Data, Travel \& Expense (Concur), Operations, and other business areas. Translate needs into clear business requirements, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria. Support solution design sessions with the vendor and global teams. About you Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Information Systems or a related field. 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or QA Analyst. We are seeking a senior Business Analyst / Quality Assurance Analyst to play a pivotal role in the Global System Implementation program in Colombia, relaunching JDE (ERP/GL/AP/PO/FA) and deploying Kyriba (Treasury), Circulus (AP Automation) and Concur (T\&E). This role will work closely with global teams, local stakeholders, and the external implementation vendor to ensure that local requirements and regulatory needs are accurately captured, designed, tested, and delivered in alignment with the global template and program standards. The person in this role will act as a primary link between Colombia’s business and finance teams and the implementation partner, making sure local needs are clearly understood and correctly implemented. Strong knowledge of Accounting and Finance, experience with financial system implementations, and solid QA skills are essential. How you'll make an impact 1) Solution Design Lead, collect and document business requirements with Accounting (General Ledger, Chart of Accounts), Finance, Fixed Assets, Accounts Receivable, Trade and Non‑Trade Accounts Payable, Procurement, Treasury Management (Kyriba), Tax, Master Data, Travel \& Expense (Concur), Operations, and other business areas. Translate needs into clear business requirements, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria. Support solution design sessions with the vendor and global teams. Perform fit-gap analysis against the global template (JDE, Kyriba, Circulus, Concur), proposing viable localization designs for Colombia. Create process maps (as‑is / to‑be) and help define internal controls. Support data‑related activities such as mapping, validation, and master data definitions. 2) Quality Assurance \& Testing Leadership Create and maintain the testing plan including functional, integration, regression, and UAT. Organize and support User Acceptance Testing with business users. Document test results and prepare materials for go‑live readiness. 3) Change Management, Training \& Adoption Support change impact assessments, stakeholder communications, and training (materials, playbooks). Work with teams to ensure successful adoption of the new tools and processes. 4) Colombia Localization, Controls \& Compliance Ensure system design meets Colombian accounting, tax and regulatory requirements, aligning with global accounting policies (IFRS/US GAAP) and internal control frameworks (SOX, Segregation of Duties). Review impacts on financial close, reconciliations, tax calculations and audit requirements. Validate rules related to taxes, reporting, electronic documents, and other local obligations. 5) Data, Integration \& Banking Connectivity Work with the vendor and IT teams to define and validate integration interfaces across systems (JDE, Kyriba, Circulus, Concur, Tax/Invoice Vendor, Payroll). Support data migration activities, including data preparation, testing and reconciliation. Assist in designing and validating bank connections, payment files and statement imports. Support environment setup and infrastructure configuration, including validation of system environments, connectivity and technical readiness. Test and validate user access, roles and permissions across JDE, Kyriba, Circulus, Concur and integrated systems. Coordinate and test connectivity and integration flows with the Corporate JDE environment and other global platforms. Work with IT teams to troubleshoot environment issues, interface failures, access problems and technical dependencies. 6) Vendor \& Stakeholder Management Work closely with the implementation partner, reviewing deliverables and tracking progress. Monitor open issues, follow up on deadlines and help manage scope changes. Ensure the vendor understands local needs and delivers solutions that work for Colombia. Communicate risks and problems early to avoid delays. Align global, regional (LatAm) and local stakeholders through clear status reporting, demos and decision logs. 7) Delivery Methodology \& Governance Work within Agile/Hybrid delivery (backlog management, sprint planning, demos/retros, release readiness). Maintain rigorous project documentation (requirements, configurations, test evidence, SOPs), ensuring auditability and knowledge transfer. Support cutover planning, go‑live preparation and hypercare after deployment. About you Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Information Systems or a related field. 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or QA Analyst. Solid grounding in Accounting/Finance processes (period close, accruals, reconciliations, AP/AR, T\&E), with understanding of IFRS/US GAAP; Colombia statutory/tax familiarity is essential. Proven experience implementing systems such as JDE, Kyriba, Concur or AP automation tools. Experience with integrations, data migration and banking processes. Understanding of Colombian tax and accounting rules is required. Experience in insurance/brokerage accounting and operations is a strong plus.
