Position Summary: The Product Manager for SSL Medical plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the product strategy for the SSL Medical portfolio. This position supports the Business Development Manager in driving innovation, market readiness, and commercial success of the product line. The Product Manager acts as the central hub between R\&D, Sales, Marketing, and Regulatory Affairs, ensuring that product development aligns with customer needs, market trends, and business goals. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy \& Lifecycle Management Support the development and execution of the product roadmap for SSL Medical. Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to launch and post-market support. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback collection to inform product decisions. Define product requirements and specifications in collaboration with R\&D and Application Sales. Project \& Portfolio Execution Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product development and launch. Monitor project milestones, budgets, and resource allocation. Assist in portfolio prioritization and strategic decision-making with senior stakeholders. Go-to-Market \& Commercial Support Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to develop launch plans, promotional materials, and training content. Provide product expertise and support to regional sales teams and key accounts. Track product performance metrics and contribute to revenue and margin optimization. Stakeholder Engagement Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization. Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners. Support regulatory and quality teams in documentation and compliance efforts. Qualifications \& Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. 3–5 years of experience in product management, preferably in medical devices or healthcare technology. Strong understanding of product development processes and regulatory environments. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Experience working in cross-functional and international teams. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Agile or Stage-Gate development methodologies. Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and CRM platforms.
