Senior Program Manager/Technical Program Manager (Engineering/Product)

PaxosNew York City, United Statesonsite

About Paxos Paxos builds the regulated infrastructure powering the digital economy. Our technology and licenses enable the world's leading companies to issue and move tokenized money and assets, safely, instantly, and globally. From powering PayPal USD to building the Global Dollar Network, we're setting the standard for trustworthy digital finance. The Opportunity We're hiring a Program Manager/Technical Program Manager to work directly with the Head of Engineering Operations & Delivery to make the engineering and product organization faster, sharper, and more effective. As a Program Manager (PgM) or Technical Program Manager (TPM) at Paxos, you will sit at the intersection of traditional finance and the frontier of blockchain technology. You won't just be managing schedules; you’ll be the primary driver of execution for regulated infrastructure that moves trillions of dollars in assets. In this role, you will navigate complex dependencies across engineering, product, and other functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of products across the Paxos portfolio. We are looking for a high-agency leader who thrives in ambiguity, possesses deep technical intuition, and is obsessed with building the financial plumbing of the future. You'll be an AI-native in how you work. When you see a manual process, your instinct is to build a system. When you're synthesizing information across teams, you'll use AI to do it in hours instead of days. You'll bring this disposition to everything: evaluating requirements, running strategic initiatives, improving operating rhythms, and helping leadership make better decisions faster. 1. REGULATED PRODUCT LIFECYCLE & COMPLIANCE Paxos operates in a uniquely high-stakes environment where "moving fast" must be balanced with "moving correctly." As a PgM/TPM, a significant portion of your focus will be ensuring that technical roadmaps align with stringent regulatory requirements. You will bridge the gap between engineering velocity and the rigorous audits, security reviews, and compliance milestones necessary to maintain our position as a trusted, regulated institution. 2. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL SOLUTIONING & DEPENDENCY MANAGEMENT Our products are deeply interconnected. You will be responsible for: - De-risking technical execution: Identifying "single points of failure" in project timelines. - Infrastructure Scaling: Managing the rollout of scalable cloud architecture to support high-throughput financial transactions. - Stakeholder Synthesis: Translating complex technical constraints into clear business trade-offs for leadership. 3. ENGINEERING EXCELLENCE & OPERATIONAL RIGOR You will be the guardian of the "how." This involves optimizing the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) to ensure high-quality code deployment without sacrificing speed. You’ll focus on: - Metric-Driven Progress: Implementing KPIs that measure team velocity, system uptime, and deployment success rates. - Incident Response & Post-Mortems: Driving a culture of continuous improvement by leading technical retrospectives. - Resource Allocation: Ensuring engineering bandwidth is prioritized toward the highest-impact initiatives while maintaining technical debt. Over time, the scope will evolve. You may shape which product bets we fund, lead the operating model for how we evaluate and pursue new opportunities, or take on emerging product domains. The common thread: sound judgment, operational rigor, and a bias for building systems that make people faster. WHAT YOU'LL DO STRATEGIC PROGRAMS & PROJECTS - Lead cross-functional programs and projects that span teams and functions: platform improvements, pricing, analytics, cross-product workflows, process redesign. PROGRAM OWNERSHIP & INTEGRATED PLANNING - Ensure every initiative has complete PRDs, Technical Design Documents, and Delivery Plans with clear objectives, scope, success metrics, timelines, and key risks before work begins - Maintain a single integrated plan capturing milestones, dependencies, and critical paths across Engineering, Product, Operations, Compliance, and Treasury - Proactively manage sequencing, resourcing tradeoffs, and escalations CROSS‑FUNCTIONAL COORDINATION DURING BUILD - Drive a structured intake and kickoff process for cross‑team work: confirming goals, success metrics, and scope boundaries with all contributors. - Keep a single source of truth for status, decisions, risks, and owners throughout the program (e.g., shared docs, boards, and structured updates). - Ensure Operations, Data, Compliance, and Treasury readiness tasks (process updates, documentation, training, approvals) are sequenced to land alongside engineering milestones, not after launch. - Facilitate decision‑making by surfacing structured options and tradeoffs, rather than ad hoc escalation, so leaders can quickly unblock teams. OWNERSHIP OF IMPLEMENTATION, TESTING & LAUNCH READINESS - Own the end‑to‑end test strategy for cross‑team initiatives: integration flows, end‑to‑end functional scenarios, negative/edge cases, throughput/performance checks, and regression suites. - Coordinate UAT and shadow validation across non‑prod and prod‑like environments, define Go/No‑Go criteria, and align rollback/mitigation plans ahead of launch. - Partner closely with engineering and ops to instrument monitoring, alerting, and runbooks for the new or changed flows (e.g., on‑chain events, wallet balances, reconciliation checks, signing errors, fiat settlement mismatches). - Ensure that launches are “audit‑ready” with clear evidence for controls, testing, and approvals, reducing downstream work for Compliance and Audit. DEFECT MANAGEMENT, RESILIENCE & INCIDENT LEARNINGS - Proactively surface defects through scenario testing and failure injection, especially in asset lifecycle and rails flows. - Maintain a living RAID log with clear owners and impact assessments - Work with Engineering and Operations to feed incident learnings back into design, test coverage, and runbooks so that each incident improves the underlying systems and processes rather than just fixing symptoms. COMMUNICATION, DOCUMENTATION & STAKEHOLDER ALIGNMENT - Partner with Product, Engineering and other teams at Paxos to optimally translate business requirements into technical requirements - Produce concise, structured documentation of program objectives, architecture decisions, and operational impacts so that new joiners and partner teams can quickly understand context - Provide regular, predictable status updates (written and verbal) tailored to different audiences: - Engineering teams: blockers, dependencies, upcoming milestones - Product/Business: timeline, scope, customer impact - Leadership: key risks, tradeoffs, and decisions needed - Ensure all key decisions (e.g., scope cuts, design choices, risk acceptances) are captured in a durable place, not just in meetings or instant messages. PRODUCT OPERATIONS - Build and improve the operating systems that drive product decisions: planning cycles, reviews, decision frameworks, launch readiness. - Identify inefficiencies and fix them through automation, AI-powered tooling, or process redesign - Synthesize complex information into clear, actionable recommendations that help leaders decide and move. - Create leverage by building repeatable systems. The goal is not to be in every room, but to build the frameworks and tools that make the right things happen without you. ABOUT YOU - Minimum 5+ years of experience in program management, technical program management and operational execution in a high-growth and/or regulated environment. - Product-first thinker. You evaluate everything through: what's the user problem, what's the fastest path to learning, and what actually moves the needle. You apply this lens whether the "product" is a partner integration or an internal operating process. - AI-native. You use AI tools daily to do your actual work, not as a side project. You've built workflows, prompts, or lightweight applications that changed how you or your team operates. When you encounter a repetitive process, your instinct is to automate it before anyone asks. You think in terms of systems and leverage, not just effort. - Strong commercial and analytical instincts. You can understand commercial aspects of a deal, assess trade-offs, model scenarios, and evaluate whether an initiative is worth the investment. - Exceptional communicator. You can write excellent documentation that clarifies a complex decision, build a framework that a team actually adopts, and hold your own in a room with execs and internal/external partners. - Comfortable in ambiguity. You build a structure where there is none. You don't wait for someone to define the role, you define it by what you ship and execute upon. - Deep curiosity for technology and how systems, integrations, and networks scale. Bonus if you've worked in regulated or financial infrastructure environments. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE - The product and engineering organization operates with measurably improved clarity, focus, and velocity, and you can point to specific systems, tools, or changes you built that caused it. - Strategic programs and projects delivered with measurable outcomes, not just completed tasks. - You've built AI-powered tools, frameworks, or workflows that the team actually uses, and that made a process meaningfully faster or a decision meaningfully better. - You've killed or deprioritized at least one workstream that wasn't delivering value, not just added new ones. Important Notice for Paxos Applicants We’ve become aware of fraudulent accounts posting as Paxos recruiters on LinkedIn and other platforms. These scammers attempt to deceive applicants into paying for job opportunities or providing personal financial information. To verify a legitimate Paxos recruiter: - We only use @paxos.com emai

CommandLinkRemote, USremote

$140,000 - $180,000/yr

About Command|Link Command|Link is a global SaaS Platform providing network, voice services, and IT security solutions, helping corporations consolidate their core infrastructure into a single vendor and layering on a proprietary single pane of glass platform. Command|Link has revolutionized the IT industry by tackling the problems our competitors create. In recognition for our unprecedented innovation and dedication, Command|Link was recognized as the SD-WAN Product of the Year, ITSM Visionary Spotlight, UCaaS Product of the Year, NaaS Product of the Year, Supplier of the Year, and the AT\&T Strategic Growth Partner. Command|Link has built the only IT platform for scale that solves ISP vendor sprawl and IT headaches. We make it easy for our customers to get more done, maximize uptime and improve the bottom line. Learn more about us here! This is a 100% remote position About your new role: We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the Security pillar of that platform and lead our high-growth MDR, NDR, and XDR offerings. You will position Command|Link as the leading network-aware SOC-as-a-Service provider for global enterprises, converging Network and Security operations (NOC and SOC) so that security is a first-class part of the stack rather than a bolt-on product, leveraging network and SASE context that point-solution competitors simply do not have. This is an ownership-first, commercially accountable role. You will define the roadmap, manage technical requirements, and equip our dedicated analyst PODs to hit world-class detection and response times, while growing the portfolio through new bookings, expansion, and retention with revenue as a key success metric. We also want someone who builds: identifying market gaps and bringing net-new security products from concept to launch to a meaningful line of business. Operating with autonomy and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority, your decisions will shape the security posture of thousands of organizations and the next phase of Command|Link's global expansion. Key Responsibilities * Product Vision and Strategy: Own the long-term vision and roadmap for the Command|Link MDR, NDR, and XDR service lines. Align security product goals with revenue targets, broader business objectives, the evolving threat landscape, and the direction of the wider Command|Link platform. Operate with ownership and accountability for measurable outcomes. * Revenue Growth: Help grow the security portfolio’s revenue (new bookings, expansion/upsell, and retention) by partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Finance on pricing, packaging, and attach strategy across the platform. Build the business case for net-new security products and revenue streams. * Portfolio Integration: Ensure the security roadmap stays coherent with Command|Link’s connectivity, SD-WAN, and SASE/SSE (ZTNA, SWG, CASB, FWaaS) offerings. Partner with the Network and SASE product owners so security capabilities, data models, and the customer-facing single pane of glass evolve together, turning the convergence of NOC and SOC into a defensible competitive advantage. * Roadmap Execution: Translate high-level strategy into detailed functional requirements and user stories. Collaborate closely with engineering, threat research, and data science teams to deliver scalable, AI-powered security solutions. Drive clarity in ambiguous situations and maintain execution velocity in a high-growth environment. * Platform and Telemetry Integration: Oversee the continuous integration of disparate telemetry sources (endpoints, firewalls, servers, SD-WAN flow data, and cloud workloads such as M365, AWS, Azure, and GCP) into our proprietary SIEM/XDR platform. Treat network context (NetFlow/IPFIX, SD-WAN, NOC signals) as a first-class security input. Confidently participate in architectural discussions on data modeling, API integrations, and cloud-native security, including how security functions interoperate with our technology partners (e.g., Fortinet, Cato, Versa, Meraki) at the SASE/SD-WAN edge. * Analyst Experience (AX): Partner with our SOC leadership to design and optimize the analyst workflow. Build features that reduce alert fatigue, automate repetitive triage tasks, and improve the human-in-the-loop decision-making process while maintaining operational excellence. * Performance Metrics and KPIs: Define, track, and report on critical success metrics across two dimensions. Commercial: security revenue and ARR growth, net revenue retention, attach rate, expansion/upsell, and margin. Operational: Mean Time to Detect (MTTD), Mean Time to Respond (MTTR), and False Positive rates. Use data-driven insights to inform roadmap prioritization and clearly communicate business impact to executive stakeholders. * Market and Competitive Research: Conduct ongoing analysis of the managed security market. Identify emerging trends in Attack Surface Management (ASM) and Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM), and translate findings into strategic product advantages, with particular attention to how converged network-and-security platforms differentiate against point-solution MDR vendors. * Go to Market (GTM) Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Sales to define target personas, messaging, and product positioning. Champion the “one vendor for network and security” value proposition. Act as the primary technical advocate for our security services in customer-facing and executive-level discussions, simplifying complex capabilities into compelling value propositions. * Compliance and Security Assurance: Ensure that our security products and services meet or exceed industry standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR) and support our customers’ regulatory requirements. * Takes on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the success of the team and organization. What You'll Need for Success * Domain Expertise: 7+ years of product management experience, specifically in cybersecurity. Deep knowledge of MDR, NDR, EDR/XDR, SIEM, or SOC-as-a-Service models. Exposure to SASE/SSE and the convergence of network and security operations is a strong plus. * Technical Foundation: Strong technical acumen with the ability to participate in architectural discussions regarding data modeling, API integrations, and cloud-native security. Familiarity with Syslog, IPFIX, and NetFlow is essential, along with an understanding of how network telemetry enriches security detection. * New Product Launch Experience: A proven track record of taking net-new security products from concept (0-to-1) to launch and scale in fast-paced, high-growth environments, not solely refining or maintaining offerings already in market. You can point to products you stood up and grew, and the revenue they produced. Experience with Agile development methodologies and backlog management tools. * Commercial Acumen: Experience contributing to revenue growth (bookings, expansion, and retention) and comfort partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Finance on pricing, packaging, and go-to-market. Familiarity working toward a revenue target or business-line goal is a plus. * Certifications: CISM or CISSP certification will distinguish you from the candidate pool. * Operational Awareness: An understanding of the day-to-day challenges of SOC analysts and the importance of Analyst Experience (AX) in achieving high-fidelity security outcomes. Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, adapt to changing priorities, and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences. This is a high-impact, cross-product role: instead of being embedded in a single product team, you will operate across all three of our core products - Hire, Manage, and Grow - building the unified AI layer that connects them. You will own the agentic product strategy and multi-cycle roadmap, driving everything from Model Context Protocol (MCP) infrastructure and specialist agents (Help, Hiring, Analytics) to action execution and external ecosystem channels like Slack and mobile. This is an execution-heavy role for a technically fluent product leader. You will act as the primary product contact for an AI/LLM-native engineering team, collaborating deeply on agent architectures, evaluation loops, and quality frameworks. You will also partner with our exploratory AI workstream to integrate long-term vision into concrete, shippable increments. You will report directly to our Chief Product Officer (CPO) and work day-to-day with our AI Engineering Team Lead. Your 12-month journey * First 3 months: Immerse yourself in the existing capabilities of Hire, Manage, and Grow. Establish a trusted operating cadence with the AI engineering team and build alignment with product PMs across our core areas. Deliver structural clarity to the immediate cycle work and take over the execution of our foundation layer. * After 6 months: Ship the foundational MCP infrastructure alongside our first wave of specialist agents (Help, Hiring, Analytics) into production. Establish clear evaluation methodology and quality loops to measure and define agentic adoption, moving from exploratory paths to predictable delivery. * After 1 year: The agentic foundation is adopted and driving measurable value across our customer base. You have mapped out a legible multi-cycle roadmap extending to proactive suggestions and external channels, validated early agentic monetization hypotheses, and successfully secured active production design partners within the AI-native segment. What you’ll be doing * Product strategy \& cross-product roadmap: Own the agentic product lifecycle across Hire, Manage, and Grow. Ensure the AI layer acts as a cohesive fabric rather than isolated features, maintaining constant alignment with core product PMs. * AI engineering partnership: Act as the direct product counter-weight to a highly technical, LLM-native engineering team. Collaborate on agent architectures, tooling, eval loops, and engineering tradeoffs. * Vision execution: Bridge the gap between blue-sky AI possibilities and reality. Partner with our exploratory AI workstream to ingest strategic vision and translate it into a pragmatic roadmap with clear execution metrics and kill criteria. * Market \& monetization tracking: Keep a pulse on the rapidly evolving agentic HR landscape (both AI-native startups and pivoting incumbents). Inform our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) direction and test pricing hypotheses, including per-agent monetization models. * Defining "Good": Establish and track adoption metrics that signal a successful transition to a System of Action, providing clear signals that leadership and the GTM teams can act upon. What you bring We are looking for a seasoned product leader who possesses the technical depth to hold their own with AI engineers, paired with the product judgment to know what not to build. You lead with a bias to ship the smallest possible thing that proves the next strategic bet. Must-haves * Significant experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record of shipping production-grade AI/agentic products or developer tooling. * Strong technical fluency in LLMs, agent architectures, MCP-style patterns, and LLM evaluation methodologies. * Comfort navigating multi-cycle, cross-product initiatives where the ultimate destination is clear but the discovery path requires exploratory iteration. * Exceptional written and asynchronous communication skills. With a remote-first collaboration model across offices, documentation and clear writing are your primary levers. * High product judgment and a strong commercial mindset - you think in terms of adoption and customer value, not just technological capability. * Full professional proficiency in English (C1 level). Nice-to-haves * European market literacy, particularly regarding compliance and AI regulation (as compliance forms part of our core trust layer). * Experience managing cross-border stakeholder groups. What we offer * Hybrid or remote working setup across Amsterdam, the Cologne area, and Poland * A chance to shape one of the most ambitious scale-ups in Europe and lead a company-defining tech transition. * Work in a diverse, multicultural, and remote-friendly team. * €1,500 annual training budget + 2 dedicated learning days * Pension plan, travel reimbursement, and wellness perks. * 28 paid holiday days + 2 additional days to relax. * Work from anywhere for 4 weeks/year. * Apple MacBook and top-tier tooling. * €200 home office budget. Senior Product Manager Location: London (Hybrid) About the Company Our client is a leading global player in the digital asset markets — a crypto-native algorithmic trading firm providing liquidity across major exchanges and trading platforms. Their OTC desk offers a wide range of spot and derivatives products and supports a large base of counterparties spanning both crypto-native and traditional financial institutions. They are also active participants in the broader blockchain ecosystem through DeFi, an investments arm, partnerships, and incubations. Founded by trading industry veterans, the firm has successfully navigated multiple crypto industry cycles. Culturally, they combine the best of two worlds: the technology standards of high-frequency trading firms in traditional markets and the innovative, entrepreneurial culture of technology startups. About the Role We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of an institutional crypto trading platform, enabling seamless trading experiences for institutional clients. This role owns the end-user trading experience — the customer-facing UIs and execution workflows used daily by institutional clients. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with direct impact. You will work closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders across the business to define, build, and ship a secure, scalable, high-performance trading platform. It is best suited to PMs who are hands-on builders and delivery-driven. Key Responsibilities * Own the end-to-end delivery of customer-facing UIs and execution workflows, from concept through launch and iteration. * Own the product lifecycle of the platform, driving delivery with a strong bias toward shipping, user adoption, and measurable outcomes. * Track user adoption, usage patterns, and performance metrics to continuously iterate and improve shipped functionality. * Manage the engineering team's roadmap, sprints, and deliverables using Agile methodologies. * Partner with engineering, infrastructure, and security teams on technical feasibility, architecture, and cybersecurity standards. * Use Python for automation, prototyping, and light data analysis as needed. * Ensure integration with market data feeds and execution systems using the FIX protocol. * Maintain a focus on system latency, ensuring low-latency execution pathways and minimizing delays across the platform. Required Qualifications * Demonstrated experience owning and shipping customer-facing UI products used by external users. * 5+ years in a technical Product Manager role, ideally in fintech, crypto, or capital markets. * Strong technical background — able to engage deeply with engineers on system design and infrastructure to deliver complex, customer-facing products. * Proficiency in Python scripting for basic automation or data parsing. * Awareness of latency-critical systems and the ability to make trade-offs between speed, scalability, and reliability. Nice to Have * Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, identity/access management, and secure APIs. * Experience managing full-stack product development with a focus on scalability and performance, including latency-critical systems. * Hands-on experience with the FIX protocol and electronic trading systems. * Prior experience building trading platforms or single dealer platforms. * Knowledge of crypto markets, blockchain infrastructure, and DeFi protocols. Why Join * Opportunity to work at one of the world's leading algorithmic trading firms. * Engaging projects offering accelerated responsibilities and ownership compared to traditional finance environments. * A vibrant working culture with team meals, festive celebrations, gaming events, and company-wide team-building events. * A modern central London office with amenities, personalized desk setups, and a comfortable team breakout area. * Great company culture: informal, non-hierarchical, ambitious, highly professional with a startup vibe, collaborative, and entrepreneurial. * Performance-based compensation with significant earning potential, alongside standard perks like pension and private health insurance.

From $1/yr

Permanent employee, Full-time · Berlin THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE From socks and pet food to cosmetics, charles is helping countless brands reach their loyal customers every day, one conversation at a time. As a Senior Product Manager in our Messaging \& Analytics area, you'll own the product surface that every single one of our customers uses daily — the messaging channels they send on, the journeys and campaigns they build, and the analytics they use to decide what to do next. You'll partner directly with engineering and design to discover, scope, and ship — and you'll make the product measurably more AI-first as you go, turning manual configuration into something conversational, intelligent, and effortless for our customers. THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING * Own the roadmap and delivery for a major slice of the charles product — our messaging channels (WhatsApp, RCS, and future channels), Journeys, Campaigns, Contact Management, and Analytics * Drive continuous iteration on mature, high-usage features: understand what's working, what isn't, and where the highest-leverage improvements are * Make our core product meaningfully more AI-first — rethinking flows, configuration, and analytics through an LLM lens and shipping features that replace manual work with intelligent defaults * Talk to customers directly — including running discovery sessions in German with DACH brands — to stay close to real usage and real pain * Partner with engineering and design in a strong product trio to move from problem to shipped feature quickly and with high quality * Work cross-functionally with CSMs, Sales, and Support to prioritise based on real customer impact and business value * Define success metrics, track them, and use data to validate that what we ship actually moves the needle YOU'LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND VALUES * 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally on products with depth and maturity (not just greenfield 01 work) * Strong product judgment: you know how to pick the right problem to solve, not just the most interesting one, and you ruthlessly prioritise based on customer and business impact Hands-on AI-first mindset: you've shipped features using LLMs in production — or* you've gone deep on AI in your own time (built side projects, engaged with the technical details, formed real opinions from hands-on experience) and are ready to apply it to a real product * AI-fluent in your own workflow: you use AI tools daily for research, analysis, writing, and prototyping, and have a clear point of view on how they should change how product work gets done * Strong engineering partnership: you build trust with engineers by understanding their world, you negotiate scope and timelines as peers rather than dictating, and you make pragmatic calls on when to invest in product debt vs. when to ship new value * Technical fluency: you're comfortable reading API specs, discussing data models, and getting into the details of how messaging systems, analytics pipelines, or agent orchestration actually work * Data-driven decision making: you can query data yourself (SQL, BigQuery, or equivalent), design experiments, and use numbers to build your case * Customer-close: you genuinely enjoy talking to customers, running discovery, and synthesising patterns from messy qualitative input * German and English: fluent English is required, and fluent German is strongly preferred so you can run customer conversations with DACH brands directly Nice to have: * Previous experience with messaging products, CRM/CDP, marketing automation, or analytics/BI tools * Experience in conversational commerce, ecommerce, or martech * Familiarity with WhatsApp Business Platform, RCS, or similar channel APIs * Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar commerce/marketing ecosystems Meeting all requirements is not necessary to apply. Senior Product Manager

$125,500 - $144,000/yr

Overview: National Debt Relief's Senior Product Manager owns a portfolio of customer-facing and operational products that shape how clients experience their debt relief journey and how our internal teams support them. This role sits at the intersection of business operations, engineering, and data — leading problem definition, prioritization, and end-to-end delivery for complex, system-driven workflows that directly impact client outcomes and business KPIs. You'll focus on the post-sale client journey — supporting our Client Success and Client Loyalty teams as they help clients stay on program and reach graduation. As a senior member of the product team, you'll set direction within your domain, raise the bar for product craft across the organization, and partner directly with engineering, operations, and senior leadership to deliver measurable impact at scale. Responsibilities: Essential Duties/Responsibilities:* Core Responsibilities * Own the product strategy and roadmap for your domain, grounded in deep understanding of the NDR customer journey, operational workflows, and supporting systems. * Define and communicate a compelling 6–12-month vision for your domain that connects business goals, customer outcomes, and platform investments. * Identify, frame, and prioritize business problems and opportunities — balancing operational efficiency, customer impact, compliance, and technical feasibility. * Own the problem-to-solution lifecycle: discovery, analysis, requirements, delivery, and post-release evaluation. * Partner with engineering to design practical, scalable technical solutions aligned with NDR's system architecture and long-term platform strategy. * Make and defend the hard product calls — scope, sequencing, and tradeoffs — with senior stakeholders and engineering leadership. * Hold yourself accountable to measurable business outcomes — defining success metrics upfront and driving the team toward them post-launch. * Stakeholder \& Delivery Leadership * Lead cross-functional alignment across business, operations, compliance, data, and engineering — bringing structure to ambiguous problems and driving teams toward shared decisions. * Communicate roadmap, tradeoffs, and outcomes to executive stakeholders, including translating technical complexity into business-relevant narratives. * Produce high-quality PRDs and engineering-ready artifacts that engineers can act on with minimal back-and-forth — including success metrics, assumptions, dependencies, and risks. * Act as the day-to-day product partner for engineering: answering questions, refining requirements, and providing final sign-off on delivered work. * Drive adoption and change management for delivered work, partnering with operations leaders to ensure agents and teams are trained, equipped, and bought in. * Process \& Systems Thinking * Maintain clear representations of current and future state workflows to support decision-making, development, and stakeholder alignment. * Partner with engineering and architecture to shape NDR's long-term platform strategy, balancing near-term delivery with long-term scalability and maintainability. * Identify systemic patterns across initiatives — pushing for reusable platform investments rather than one-off solutions where appropriate. * Team \& Function Leadership * Raise the bar for product craft — coaching peers on discovery, requirements quality, and stakeholder management. * Embrace AI-driven development — actively look for opportunities to improve processes, quality, and team velocity by leveraging agentic workflows and tools. * Contribute to product team standards, processes, and rituals that improve how we work. * Help interview and onboard new product team members. Qualifications: Education/Experience:* Bachelor's degree in a technical, analytical, or related discipline, or equivalent experience. * 5 years of Product Management experience. * Demonstrated track record of owning a product domain end-to-end and delivering measurable business impact. * Experience in financial services, fintech, debt relief, lending, or another regulated, operationally complex industry strongly preferred. * Fluent in agile delivery — can run sprint ceremonies, manage a backlog, and adapt the process when it isn't serving the team. Required Skills/Abilities:* Proven ability to analyze complex systems, identify root causes, and architect high-impact improvements that go beyond surface-level fixes. * Comfortable working with highly customized CRM or operational platforms (Salesforce or similar). Direct Salesforce experience is a strong plus but not required — we'll prioritize candidates who can demonstrate they ramp quickly on complex platforms and partner effectively with engineers on technical tradeoffs. * Sound product judgment — knows when to dig deeper, when to ship, and when to say no. * Hands-on experience building or leveraging agentic workflows, with deep familiarity using AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent. * Track record of bringing structure to ambiguous, fast-moving problems and driving them to resolution. * Strong data fluency — can write SQL or partner deeply with analysts, set up dashboards, and use data to validate hypotheses and measure outcomes. * Strong customer empathy — actively talks to users (agents and clients), observes workflows, and grounds decisions in qualitative as well as quantitative evidence. * Excellent written and verbal communication — can write a tight PRD, run a productive workshop, and present a recommendation to executives with equal effectiveness. * Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels — from individual engineers to executive stakeholders — and drive alignment across competing priorities. * Bias toward action, learning, and continuous improvement. National Debt Relief Role Qualifications:* Computer competency and ability to work with a computer. * Prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. * Punctuality expected, ready to report to work on a consistent basis. * Attain and maintain high performance expectations on a monthly basis. * Work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. * Use and navigate multiple computer systems with exceptional multi-tasking skills. * Remain calm and professional during difficult discussions. * Take constructive feedback. * Available for full-time position.
