Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this is a highly visible role with an opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-growing, market-leading technology company. Responsibilities * Lead the product marketing vision for a high-growth, innovative SaaS company. * Own product positioning, prospect research, and competitive analysis for our category-leading real estate technology platform * Drive successful launches of new products and feature updates. * Recommend tactics to improve qualitative and quantitative research to better understand the needs and preferences of our target customers. * Work closely with product management, marketing and content teams to build product narratives and message frameworks that inform, delight, and persuade. * Use strong business acumen to help prioritize business objectives. * Monitor and analyze relevant data to evaluate program effectiveness and ROI, and continually make recommendations for growth. * Serve as an expert resource to other teams, and act as a key stakeholder in helping us go to market more effectively and win greater market share. Qualifications * 5 or more years of experience in product marketing roles in a marketing-led, self-service go-to-market motion, i.e. consumer or SMB B2B companies. Proptech or real estate experience a plus. * Demonstrated experience building or modifying positioning for established technology products or brands, which resulted in increased awareness, customer preference, and/or revenue. * Able to analyze market segments and make evidence-based recommendations on which segments to prioritize. * An exceptional sense of customer empathy, and the ability to uncover expressed and latent factors that drive purchase decisions. * A passion for innovation and an ability to translate complex technology features into simple, compelling customer benefits and marketing claims * A demonstrated willingness to experiment, fail fast, iterate and succeed, with a track record of extracting concrete, actionable insights from test results. * Ability to work independently, and in a virtual team environment across multiple time zones. * Comfortable presenting results and ideas to senior management. * Relentless focus on execution, without losing the ability to see the big picture. * An innate curiosity and a passion to succeed. * Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. MBA strongly preferred.
