Product Manager

From $90,000/yr

Product Manager – Europe: Germany, United Kingdom, or Czech Republic or US East Coast PeoplePath is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the enhancement pipeline for our SaaS platform, from the first client conversation to a specified, prioritized requirement our development team can pick up. As a Product Manager, you will serve as the voice of the market inside PeoplePath, running discovery with our Customer Success team, clients, and prospects, turning what you learn into documented requirements and prototypes, and ranking and defending the backlog. The ideal candidate will be intellectually curious, organized, self-motivated, collaborative, evidence-driven, and team-centric. To be successful in this role, you should have experience in B2B SaaS product management with enterprise clients and be able to articulate client needs in both business and technical terms. You’re comfortable having commercial conversations with client executives and detailed working sessions with developers. You will not manage the build: development runs its own lifecycle under our product and technology Co-CEO. Your job is to make sure the right things enter that lifecycle, fully specified. You will report to our Co-CEO responsible for go-to-market and Customer Success, which gives you direct access to commercial context and short decision paths. PeoplePath has locations in Seattle, Washington, Munich, Germany, and the Czech Republic. Our team is distributed across the United States, Germany, and the Czech Republic. We are seeking a team member based in Europe or on the US East Coast with reliable working-hour overlap with Central European Time. Currently, we are fully remote and travel to meet in person quarterly. Responsibilities • Partner closely with Customer Success and run discovery with clients and prospects to understand their needs, usage patterns, and adoption barriers, and what each need is worth, then translate those insights into product priorities • Separate one-off requests from patterns across the client base • Write requirements the development team can work from, including the problem, affected clients, proposed behavior, and acceptance criteria • Build the artifact each requirement needs, whether a wireframe, a clickable prototype, or a working prototype built with AI coding tools, so the requirement is unambiguous for the development team that designs and builds it • Maintain one visible, ranked backlog using a consistent prioritization method that covers retention risk, revenue impact, and reach • Present the pipeline to the Co-CEOs and defend the ranking • Close the loop with everyone who raised a request, including explaining why a request was declined • Prepare Customer Success for releases with client-facing feature briefs and plain-language internal guides covering intended audiences, value, configuration steps, and considerations • Help shape product direction and feature pricing with leadership, and explain where the product is going and why so Customer Success and clients understand how it supports client goals • Join client reviews and prospect conversations where product decides the outcome • Share learnings internally with the Customer Success and Development teams Desired Qualifications \& Experience • 3+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS product management, selling to enterprise clients • Alternatively, around 3 years in technology or digital consulting gathering requirements, running client workshops, and writing specifications, even without a product title • Track record of owning a requirements pipeline end to end, including saying no and explaining why • Direct client contact as a normal part of your week • Specifications that development teams have actually built from • Experience prototyping in whatever form fits the question, including wireframes and flows, Figma, or AI-assisted working prototypes • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort interacting with clients at varying seniority levels • Highly developed oral and written communication skills, with business fluency in English • Track record of working successfully in teams • Possess intellectual curiosity with the goal of learning and improving • Based in Europe (Germany, UK, or Czech Republic) or on the US East Coast with reliable overlap with Central European Time Nice To Haves Domain experience in any of these areas is a plus. We are equally interested in strong B2B SaaS product managers coming from other categories. • Alumni, community, membership, or association platforms • HR technology, talent CRM, recruiting CRM, or talent marketplaces • CRM, contact data management, segmentation, or marketing automation • Enterprise SaaS sold to professional services firms Portfolio Please include a portfolio of two or three work samples that show how you take a client's need to a development-ready requirement. Strong samples include a specification or requirements document, a prioritized backlog with the reasoning behind it, and a wireframe or prototype. Remove or anonymize any confidential client or employer information, and add a brief note on the context and your role for each sample. If you can’t share past work, a mock example created for this application is welcome. About PeoplePath PeoplePath believes that lifelong relationships are the foundation for mutual success. Clients use PeoplePath’s cutting-edge software platforms for candidate relationship management and alumni engagement to lower recruiting costs, build brand ambassadors, and generate new business. With locations in the United States and Europe, we take talent management to the next level through our cloud-based platform, services, and customer-centric account management. Junior Product Manager – IT Fulfillment

SuitsupplyAmsterdam

From $40/yr

Every order a Suitsupply customer places, online, in a store, or through customer service, has to be captured, understood and carried all the way through to delivery or return. As Junior Product Manager for IT Fulfillment, you will help build and improve the services that make that happen: the order flows, data and interfaces that connect our webstore, our stores, our warehouses and our customer service teams. You will work in a small team inside the IT Fulfillment domain, alongside the Group Product Manager and our own engineers. The Group Product Manager shapes the functional direction with the business and sets priorities; together you turn it into clear requirements, well-defined tickets and working software, built with engineers and AI agents. This is a technical product role: we build our own services, so you will spend your time in data models, interfaces and requirements rather than managing a vendor’s roadmap. You start close to delivery, with support while you learn the domain, and grow into owning more of the roadmap. What you will do Turn mapped-out functional flows into clear, buildable work: technical requirements, acceptance criteria and user stories that engineers and AI agents can pick up without coming back with questions. Own the detail as both product manager and business analyst: the data model, the way systems talk to each other, and the edge cases nobody thought of yet. Break large changes into chunks that can be built, tested and released safely, and keep the backlog in a state where work can start at any moment. Work with engineers day to day in refinement, planning, reviews and releases, and use our AI tooling to draft, structure and pressure-test the work before it reaches them. Design our order data and interfaces so that AI agents can read, reason over and act on them as reliably as our own systems do. Create visibility across the end-to-end fulfillment journey, so anyone from a customer service agent to a supply chain lead can see where an order is and what happened to it, and turn that into measures the business trusts. Take on discovery for smaller and mid-sized roadmap items as your domain knowledge builds: the options, the trade-offs and the recommendation. Who you are Business analysis experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner. You have written functional and technical specifications, worked directly with developers, and been accountable for the detail being right. The analysis craft is what we are hiring for. Domain experience: That experience is in fulfillment, order management, supply chain, e-commerce or retail operations. You know what an order, a shipment, an allocation and a return actually are, and what it costs operationally when one goes wrong. Eye for detail: You chase the last open question rather than leaving it for someone else to find in production. AI-native mindset: You already work with tools like Claude and Cursor every day to analyse, draft, prototype and check your own thinking, and you know what to hand over and what to validate yourself. Technical fluency: You can hold your own in a technical conversation without being an engineer, and you say “I don’t understand that yet” rather than guessing. Communication: You are a clear writer who asks the uncomfortable question early rather than the polite one late. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. What you will get Autonomy: We empower you to take ownership, make meaningful decisions, and drive impact close to our customers. Growth: You will develop within a high-performance digital product environment, increasing your business impact and decision scope over time. Corporate Social Responsibility: Our commitment to sustainability and ethical business is unwavering. We work exclusively with suppliers who uphold the highest standards, in alignment with the International Labour Organization. Style: Immerse yourself in a world of beautifully crafted, high-quality products, and enjoy a 40% discount on Suitsupply products. Compensation: We offer a competitive salary based on relevant skills and experience. Find Jobs in Netherlands on Arbeitnow

Sr. Product Manager (m/w/x)

GroverBerlin, BE, DE

From $201/yr

About Grover Founded in 2015, Grover enables consumers and businesses across Europe to subscribe to tech devices and comprehensive technology solutions - from individual smartphones, laptops, and wearables to full corporate device setups. The company offers access to over 1,000 unique tech items on flexible and financially convenient terms. A pioneer of the circular economy, Grover refurbishes and recirculates devices to help eliminate e-waste. To continue this incredible adventure, we are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our talented Commercial team, full-time (40 hours/week) and a minimum 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday) at our Berlin HQ. In this role, you will report to and work closely with the Principal PM for Circular Supply Chain, who owns the procurement, fulfillment, return, grading, channeling, repair and resale. Grover's economics are not defined by a single transaction. They are defined by how many times the same physical device earns for us. If a device only earns once, our plan does not hold. If it earns two or three times, it does. This works only when we have a spine that holds a record of every asset we own that we can actually trust. Where it is, what condition it is in, which contract it sits on, what it is worth and what happened to it last. Today that record is spread across multiple systems including warehousing, third-party logistics providers, and a set of legacy systems that each hold part of the truth. You will own that record, and the systems that maintain it. This is the Asset Lifecycle Management platform: the asset registry, the reconciliation, the return-to-rentable loop, and the monitoring and tooling that keeps it honest at scale. What you will contribute: * Own the asset registry and the lifecycle it records: Bring the asset lifecycle onto a single source of truth. Define the asset state model, the events that move an asset between states, and the contracts between the systems that emit them. * Stock Availability: E2E device lifecycle handling via different sources of truth within Grover eco-system breaks in several places and each break is stock we own but cannot sell. You will close the gaps and ensure we show the stock available to end customers when we hold them in our warehouses. * Internal tooling to support asset operations: Proactive alerts, monitoring and internal tooling; so that the exceptions like - a lost device, a quarantined unit, a stuck reservation, a unit that never came back - are detected and resolved by a system rather than a spreadsheet. Your job is to keep turning manual, human-in-the-loop operations into automated, rule-based services. * Own the finance and procurement interfaces: Asset cost, net book value, capitalisation and depreciation flow between the asset platform and the general ledger. You will specify what the asset platform needs from finance systems and hold a clean interface, rather than letting business logic leak across the boundary. * Be the API-as-a-product owner for the warehouse and logistics integrations: Operational Logistics owns the commercial relationship with our partners. You own the technical integration, the data contracts and the systems logic that executes our business needs inside their four walls - including, over time, the WMS integration for our own warehouse. * Vendor Management: Parts of this landscape are delivered with an external implementation partner. You will own the requirements, the acceptance criteria and the testing that decide whether what they delivered is what we asked for. What you bring: * System-of-record migration track record: You have run a system-of-record migration: You have moved a business off a system that held the truth about something valuable, onto one that holds it better, while the business kept running. You know what dual-running, cutover, backfill and reconciliation actually cost. * Domain fluency: You are fluent in a relevant domain. Supply chain, reverse logistics, e-commerce fulfilment, re-commerce, rental or asset finance. You understand that a physical asset behaves differently from a row in a database, and that the difference is where the bugs live. (A plus if you have experience in rental, leasing, subscription or circular business, where the same asset is sold more than once.) * Self-sufficient, AI-augmented data skills: You are self-sufficient with data. In the world of AI, you use AI tolling as your partner in driving data, reports and analytics and very much cater as an analyst to guide yourself and take informed decisions backed up by data. * Automated operations \& configurable decisioning: You have shipped rules or decisioning products that the business operates. Not a rules engine that only engineering can change. Something an operations or commercial team configures, with the guardrails, audit trail and versioning that makes that safe. * API-as-a-product mindset: You have an API-as-a-product mindset. Your users are other engineers, operations teams and external partners. You know how to define a data contract, version it, document it and support it. * Vendor \& Systems Integrator governance: You have held a vendor or systems integrator to a contract. You can write requirements precise enough to be tested against, and you are comfortable being the person who says this is not what we specified. * Pragmatic brownfield execution: You are a pragmatic operator in a brownfield. You are not intimidated by legacy. You can balance the new build against the reality, and you would rather agree on a descope in advance than discover it in March. * System-to-stakeholder translation: You communicate with clarity and structure. You can take a genuinely complicated system and make it legible to an engineer, an operations lead and an executive, in the language each of them needs. * Bonus points: if you have experience with ERP interfaces - S/4 HANA, Navision or similar - from the operational side rather than the finance side. The Grover Way - How We Drive Success: * Own It: We take ownership seriously and define what success looks like. We drive shared ownership and don't wait - we drive. We keep one another accountable and take responsibility when issues arise. * Challenge, Decide, and Commit: We engage in proactive support, active listening, and healthy conflict to reach the best outcomes. We value diverse perspectives and, once a decision is made, we commit to it fully. * Empower and Grow: We enable, trust, and coach one another toward high performance, always thinking and acting like owners. We seek growth, apply feedback, and support the development of our peers. * Respect, Transparency, and Clarity: We strive for clear, respectful, and open communication with no surprises. We simplify complex information so everyone knows the "what, why, and how". ❤️‍ What you will love about us: * A diverse global team of 75 nationalities (and counting!) * Virtual or In-person Coaching Sessions with the Fürstenberg Institut * Physical health support with Urban Sports Club * Annual learning budget of 750€ * 15 remote business days per year to work abroad * 4 Volunteer days per year * Exclusive Grover Tech discount * BVG monthly discount to drive you everywhere in Berlin * Engaging, open office located in Berlin-Schöneberg with regular events Embark on a rewarding journey with the Grover Rocketship, where your impact is felt, and together, we cultivate a more circular world. We are looking forward to e-meeting you!

Capital·com is expanding, rebuilding, and rethinking the way the traditional broking industry operates. Product teams are highly focused on delivering an exceptional and unified platform to empower traders to make better financial decisions. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager , you'll work alongside product teams — shaping how products are framed, narrated and ultimately adopted. Responsibilities: * Partner with product teams from early in the development process — contributing market insight, trader perspective, and positioning thinking before features are built, not after * Own end-to-end GTM for product launches — from positioning and messaging through to channel coordination and post-launch performance analysis * Build and maintain the messaging architecture for your product areas: what we say, to whom, in what order, and why * Work with marketing and local market teams to embed product as a pillar of brand — ensuring what we build and what we say reinforce the same story across every region and channel * Brief and review marketing copy, onboarding flows, in-app messaging, and enablement materials to keep the product story consistent across every touchpoint * Run competitive and market intelligence — synthesizing signals from client research, trading behavior data, and the broader market into actionable recommendations * Define success metrics for product adoption and report performance clearly Requirements: * 3+ years in product marketing, with at least 2 in a fintech, brokerage, or financial services product environment * Experience running GTM for multiple product launches, including scoping, briefing, cross-functional coordination, and measurement * Comfort working from first principles: you can start from a product spec and arrive at a positioning document without a template * Facility with data: you can pull your own analysis in Claude, Cursor or Amplitude, interpret it, and make a call * A working understanding of AI tools and how to apply them in a marketing workflow — to move faster, think more clearly, and produce better briefs, not to replace judgment * Experience working closely with creative teams — you understand what a strong brand identity requires, can brief against it precisely, and know when something is off Nice to have: * Experience with CFD, derivatives, or retail investment products — you understand the regulatory sensitivity and the client mindset * Exposure to multi-jurisdiction marketing — what you can say in the UK, Cyprus, Australia, and the UAE are meaningfully different constraints What you will get in return: * Competitive Salary: We believe great work deserves great pay! Your skills and talents will be rewarded with a salary that makes you feel valued and motivated * Work-Life Harmony: Join a company that genuinely cares about you - because your life outside of work matters just as much as your time on the clock * Generous Time Off: Need a breather? Be a key player at the forefront of the digital assets movement, propelling your career to new heights! Join a dynamic and rapidly expanding company that values and rewards talent, initiative, and creativity. Work alongside one of the most brilliant teams in the industry. 🌟 Senior Product Manager | Data Platform | AI \& ML 🤝 The Orbis Product Recruitment Team is partnering with an established, London-headquartered enterprise SaaS business. Over the last decade they’ve built a rich set of proprietary data, taxonomies and machine learning models that power their products for some of the world’s largest organisations. 📈 They’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to own their data platform end to end. Senior Product Manager (Data Products)

From $25/yr

Weekly office requirement: 2 days per week, Mondays & Wednesdays Employment type: Permanent Seniority level: Senior Language: All stages of the recruitment process will be conducted in English At GWI we’re always looking for extraordinary people who thrive on making an extraordinary impact. Right now we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to play a key role in our Data Product team in London. If that’s you, and making a difference gets you out of bed in the morning, keep reading. It could be the start of something, well, extraordinary. Sounds great, what will I be doing? 🤔 As our Senior Product Manager you’ll own a new suite of AI and ML-powered data products at the forefront of innovation in the market research industry. This is a chance to shape how businesses around the world access and act on consumer insight, and to define what AI-native market research looks like rather than follow someone else’s lead. You’ll set the vision and strategy for the suite, turn it into a roadmap, and lead the squad that builds it. You’ll work closely with Data Science, ML and Engineering, as well as Design, Sales, Client Success, Marketing and Finance, with plenty of direct contact with clients and prospects. A few things you’ll be responsible for: 👉 Defining the vision, strategy, and positioning of our new AI and data product suite, and how it fits into GWI’s wider platform 👉 Identifying where AI and ML create real value for clients, and separating what’s genuinely useful from what’s just novel 👉 Working with Data Science and ML Engineering on the models, data, pipelines and methodology behind the products, so they are accurate, reliable, scalable, and trusted 👉 Defining how we measure AI quality, including evaluation frameworks, accuracy and reliability benchmarks, and feedback loops, and deciding what “good enough to ship” means 👉 Shaping our approach to responsible AI, covering transparency, data governance, privacy and explainability, so clients can trust what the products tell them 👉 Building the roadmap from client feedback, market and competitor insight, internal stakeholder input and usage analytics, then prioritising the most valuable work 👉 Taking products from early discovery and prototyping through to launch and adoption, including shaping the commercial model, pricing and packaging with Finance and Revenue teams (including usage-based and consumption models) 👉 Communicating progress, trade-offs and results clearly to the Exec team and wider business It’s also fun. Shaking things up is what working for GWI is all about. In a fast-moving AI landscape, you’ll need to be flexible, comfortable with continuous change, and happy working in a high-tempo environment. What do I need to bring with me? 🧳 You’ll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires. You don’t have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that you’re willing to learn. Here’s what the team will be looking for in you: 👉 You’ve shipped AI, ML, data or analytics products at a B2B company, ideally SaaS 👉 You understand how AI and ML products are built (for example, LLMs, retrieval, agents, predictive models) 👉 You’re comfortable with data. You can work with engineers on data quality, modelling, and delivery (APIs, dashboards, integrations) 👉 You’ve built complex roadmaps with cross-functional dependencies, and you can balance multiple priorities without losing the plot 👉 You make informed decisions at pace, even when the picture isn’t complete, and you’re happy taking a big initiative and running with it 👉 You’re a strong problem solver, negotiator, and influencer. You get alignment without needing authority 👉 You explain complex things clearly to very different audiences: execs, engineers, customers 👉 You ask questions and draw knowledge out of your team to find the right engineering, data science and design solutions 👉 Bonus points if you’ve worked in market research, consumer insight or analytics, with large-scale survey or behavioural datasets, or on usage-based pricing for AI or API products Equally important is attitude. We want people who think big (to make an impact), ask why (to find a better way), and show respect (to everyone, at every level, all the time). Those are our values, and they’re a big part of what we’re looking for in you. Why Join Us 👉 You’ll work on a new AI-powered product suite at the leading edge of the market research industry 👉 You’ll build on GWI’s large-scale consumer datasets, a strong foundation for AI products that competitors can’t easily replicate 👉 You’ll have room to shape the strategy and run your own squad your way What We Offer 🧘 At GWI, you’ll find meaningful work, visible impact, and a culture that empowers you to do your best. Our package includes: Time to recharge – 25 days’ annual leave, plus office closures over the holidays. Health & wellbeing – Health cash plan, enhanced family benefits, carer days, and mental health support. Financial benefits – Competitive salary, 4% pension matching, and recognition programs that celebrate success. Flexibility & balance – Flexitime, early Friday finishes, hybrid and remote options, plus a “work from home” budget. Career growth – Accredited learning, leadership development, and global career mobility. Community & impact – DE&I initiatives, volunteering opportunities, donation matching, and payroll giving. Put all that together and GWI is the friendliest, most fulfilling place any of us has ever worked. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion 🫶 Diversity is fundamental to who we are—as a data company and as a workplace. Our data reflects global realities, and so must our teams. Product Manager

ONIOxford, England, UK

From $10/yr

At ONI, we are driven by a profound mission: to propel scientific discovery and combat diseases by granting everyone the ability to visualize, comprehend, and share the intricate microscopic details of life. Our revolutionary Nanoimager and Aplo Platform stand at the forefront of advancing cellular studies on a molecular level, making substantial contributions to the evolution of scientific knowledge. We’re looking for a Product Manager to own our kits and workflows, including EV Profiler and LNP Profiler, now that the concept is proven. You’ll make sure sample preparation, fluid handling, imaging, analysis and reporting software work together as one system, and your responsibility is the complete customer experience, from sample to scientifically meaningful result. The job is making that system rock solid: hardening what’s already on the market, making sure it works the same way at every site, and getting more customers on it without support load growing at the same rate. The Role As part of the Product team, you’ll own the product management of our kits and end-to-end workflows, including the Discovery Kit, EV Profiler and LNP Profiler and their future revisions. You will ensure these work together with automated sample preparation and fluid handling, imaging, analysis and reporting software to deliver reliable, reproducible and intuitive solutions for our customers. The initial products have launched, and the work now is making them dependable, repeatable, and scalable for our customers. You’ll create clarity and momentum for the R\&D teams by understanding which problems matter, turning customer and market evidence into priorities, and removing barriers to delivering a coherent solution. You’ll grow adoption to routine use across many sites, including bioprocessing and QC settings where results must be reproducible and defensible, and you’ll work with Marketing on positioning and the product story as the portfolio evolves. You will play a critical role in bringing these quality improvements to the market and ensuring that current and future kits maintain their quality over time, and you’ll help define the roadmap for next iterations of existing and future kits and workflows. As a product manager, you’ll be the connective tissue between software, hardware, bioware, support, and the field, acting as the voice of the customer to help internal teams better understand our customers’ needs and problems. The role is ideal for a technically curious, commercially aware individual who loves getting hands-on with products, takes ownership of outcomes and thrives on complex, cross-functional challenges. You will work broadly across our platform and alongside US colleagues; the position is based in Oxford and involves occasional travel to customers and our US team (typically 10-20%). What you’ll do * Understand scientists and their complete workflows first-hand. Work with customers and field teams, study usage and support data, and synthesize their sometimes conflicting inputs into the problems worth solving. * Drive evidence-led product direction and priorities across our solutions with R\&D and commercial leaders, balancing customer outcomes, differentiation, adoption, reliability, margin and technical feasibility. * Own the roadmap for our kits (including the Discovery Kit and the EV and LNP Profiler kits) and workflows, balancing quality, reliability, usability and new features. * Identify and prioritize the right customer and market problems, document them as clear market requirements, product performance requirements and user stories, and give development teams the context they need to design the best end-to-end solution—from sample preparation in Aplo Flow, through acquisition in Aplo Scope, to analysis in CODI. * Own validation for each kit and workflow: define acceptance criteria, performance specifications and validation plans, including reference samples and reproducibility across instruments, operators and sites. Work with R\&D, who own development and verification. * Become a hands-on power user of the full integrated workflows, from the manual and automated sample preparation of kits, imaging, analysis and reporting, identifying points of friction in the overall user experience. * Drive coherence across our end-to-end solutions, ensuring kits, reagents, lab automation, instruments and software evolve together rather than as disconnected products. Champion reproducibility, usability and reliable results across the complete workflow. * Connect R\&D, operations, quality, service, field applications, sales, marketing and customers. Establish feedback loops, clear ownership and effective cross-team decisions across our teams in the US and the UK. * Own pricing and packaging for our kits and workflows, balancing customer value, competitiveness and margin targets. * Work with Marketing throughout a product's life to shape positioning, the value proposition and the product story as the portfolio evolves, not only at launch. * Lead launch and release planning with R\&D and Marketing: set readiness criteria, make go/no-go decisions, and coordinate documentation, release notes and training for each launch or revision. * Create and run webinars and internal training for the field application and sales teams on new products and revisions, and keep an accurate record of what each kit, instrument and software version can deliver. * Track post-launch performance, including adoption, kit reorders, time to first result, reproducibility, support burden, customer feedback and commercial results, and use it to set priorities. * Help investigate and reproduce difficult issues, equip support and field teams with workarounds and guidance, and bring well-evidenced problems to developers. Analyze tickets, logs and customer feedback to find recurring failure modes, and prioritize root-cause fixes into the roadmap. * Work with Quality and Operations on manufacturing transfer, life cycle support and end of life, so our kits and workflows maintain quality over time. * Maintain broad portfolio knowledge across all of ONI’s products and use cases, while maintaining primary focus on our integrated workflows. What you’ll bring * A life-science background, ideally EVs, LNPs, nanoparticle characterization, imaging or biophysics. Being able to speak the language of our customers is critical. An MSc/PhD or equivalent hands-on experience is a real plus. * Fluency across software, instruments, laboratory workflows and multidisciplinary R\&D; comfortable investigating issues hands-on and understanding how the system fits together. * Experience working with empowered, cross-functional development teams: knowing when to provide context, decide on a trade-off and leave the solution to specialists. * Product management (or product owner) experience in life-science tools or instrumentation, ideally taking something from first release to a scaled, supported product. * Experience planning and running launches with Marketing, R\&D and the field, from development through adoption. * Commercial and pricing judgement: You can weigh customer value, competitiveness and margin when setting price and packaging. * A quality mindset: You’re comfortable writing acceptance criteria and test plans, and you think about risk, reproducibility and traceability. Exposure to a quality system (ISO 9001 or 13485) is a plus. * Comfort with data: logs, tickets, precision and method-comparison numbers (CVs, site to site). Evidence sets priorities, not the loudest voice. * The ability to lead across software, hardware, bioware, support and field without owning any of them, and to prioritize when everything feels urgent. * Clear writing and organization skills. Requirements, release notes and docs that other people can act on. Nice to have * Super-resolution or single-molecule imaging experience (dSTORM, PALM, DNA-PAINT), or general microscopy experience (TIRF, widefield, confocal, spinning-disk). * Hands-on EV or LNP work in research, biopharma, gene therapy or drug delivery. * Laboratory automation, automated liquid handling, sample preparation, consumable kits, workflow integration, scientific software or data analysis. * Integrating instruments, software, consumables and automated lab workflows; exposure to verification, validation, quality systems or lifecycle support. * Commercialization, pricing, segmentation, product positioning or product marketing in technically sophisticated markets. At ONI, we understand that a fulfilling career involves more than just challenging work - it's about enjoying a well-rounded experience. When you become a part of our team, you not only contribute to groundbreaking research but also enjoy a range of benefits designed to enhance your life both inside and outside the workplace.
