We’re building a Data \& AI capability at Guardrisk that turns business problems into data, analytics, AI and automation products that people actually use. We’re looking for an experienced Data \& AI Product Manager to own products from initial discovery through delivery, rollout, adoption, value realisation and continuous improvement. This is not a traditional internal Product Owner role where requirements arrive ready to be put into a backlog. You will work closely with business teams, understand how decisions and processes work today, uncover the real problems behind requests, and determine where data, analytics, AI or automation can make a meaningful difference. You will then bring business and technology teams together around a clear product vision, make prioritisation and scope trade-offs, and stay accountable after launch to ensure products are adopted and deliver the intended value. Within Guardrisk’s Data \& AI CoE, Product Management is intended to provide the business interface and front door for demand, ensuring products address business needs, support adoption and deliver measurable value. COE Org Structure.txt What you will do * Build trusted relationships with business teams and work alongside them to understand their processes, decisions, pain points and opportunities . * Lead product and problem discovery, distinguishing a stakeholder’s initial request from the underlying business need. * Translate business needs into compelling opportunities for data products, analytics, AI and automation . * Develop clear product visions, strategies and value cases that connect investment to business outcomes. * Own a portfolio of products and maintain coherent roadmaps across discovery, build, launch, growth, improvement and eventual retirement. * Own and prioritise product backlogs, balancing business value, strategic fit, reuse, risk, dependencies and delivery effort . * Define product requirements, outcomes and acceptance criteria with enough clarity for engineering, data and AI teams to deliver effectively. * Work closely with engineers, architects, analysts and AI specialists to make informed trade-offs between user need, technical complexity, speed and long-term reuse. * Plan releases and work with business teams to drive rollout, adoption and operational change , rather than treating technical deployment as the finish line. * Define how product success will be measured and monitor usage, adoption, feedback and realised value after launch. * Use evidence from live products to determine what should be improved, expanded, consolidated or retired. * Identify where a requirement initially raised by one part of the business can become a reusable enterprise capability rather than a one-off solution. * Maintain clear product documentation and ensure stakeholders understand product direction, priorities, decisions and progress. * Help establish mature product-management disciplines across Guardrisk's growing Data \& AI capability. This product and use-case ownership is consistent with Guardrisk's emerging operating model: business demand is recorded as use cases, Product Management owns the intake front door, and PM-led shaping deals with overlaps, product dependencies, sizing and delivery alignment. Own a portfolio of data and AI products from discovery through rollout, adoption, value realisation and continuous improvement. What makes this different * Embedded with business teams, not waiting for requirements * Understands workflows, pain points and operating constraints * Distinguishes stated requests from the underlying problem * Shapes data, analytics, automation and AI opportunities * Owns product vision, roadmap, backlog, releases and lifecycle * Works closely enough to engineering to make credible trade-offs * Drives products into real operational use * Monitors usage, value and feedback after launch * Converts local needs into reusable enterprise capabilities where appropriate This is closer to a Forward Deployed Product Manager/ Engineer than a traditional internal Product Owner . Public role descriptions similarly position the forward-deployed PM as embedded with stakeholders, accountable for product outcomes, deployment into production, customer value and converting operational reality into product direction. Expected seniority: A mature hire who has already taken complex software, data or AI products from problem discovery into production and adoption. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data/Analytics or a related discipline , or equivalent practical experience. * Significant product-management experience with digital, software, data, analytics or AI-enabled products . * Demonstrated experience taking complex products from problem discovery and definition through delivery and into operational adoption . * Strong product discovery skills, including the ability to work with users and stakeholders to understand workflows, problems and desired outcomes. * Experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, prioritised backlogs, requirements and release plans . * Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and experience managing products beyond initial launch. * Experience defining product success measures and using adoption, usage, customer/user feedback and business outcomes to drive product decisions. * Sufficient technical fluency to work credibly with engineering, architecture, data and AI teams and understand the implications of technical trade-offs. * Strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to bring together people with different business and technical perspectives. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make complex problems understandable and create clarity from ambiguity. * Commercial and analytical thinking, with the ability to prioritise opportunities according to expected value rather than stakeholder volume or enthusiasm. Guardrisk's emerging product model makes lifecycle management substantive rather than administrative. Preferred Qualifications * Experience managing data products, analytics products, AI products or automation solutions , particularly where the end product changes a business process or decision. * Experience working in a mature digital product environment such as digital banking, fintech, telecommunications, e-commerce, SaaS or technology consulting . * Experience operating in a forward-deployed or highly business-embedded product role , working directly with users while remaining closely connected to engineering teams. * Understanding of modern data-product concepts, including data quality, lineage, semantics, APIs, analytical products and reusable data assets . * Practical understanding of generative AI, agentic AI and workflow automation , sufficient to identify appropriate use cases and product opportunities. * Familiarity with agile product-development practices and tools such as Azure DevOps or equivalent product-delivery platforms . * Experience managing a portfolio of related products , not only a single application or delivery project. * Experience establishing product adoption, usage and value measurement and using those measures to make investment, improvement or retirement decisions. * Experience turning business-specific requirements into scalable or reusable capabilities that can serve multiple user groups. * Experience in financial services, insurance or another regulated environment . Job Description JOB SUMMARY: About the role: Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, develops and supports medical aesthetics products and professional education for healthcare professionals. The Clinical Specialist is a field-based, healthcare-professional-facing education role within the Allergan Medical Institute (AMI). The role works primarily in aesthetic clinics, helping healthcare professionals translate formal AMI learning into everyday clinical practice through structured, hands-off, one-to-one facilitation, needs assessment, coaching and follow-up. This is not a patient-treating or product-sales position: the healthcare professional retains full clinical judgement and responsibility for patient care. The role also supports AMI educational events and requires regular local and national travel. Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company (AA) has a duty to provide training on the safe and effective, on-label use of our products. The Allergan Aesthetics Clinical Specialist (CS) is an HCP-facing role within Allergan Medical Institute® (AMI) who facilitates HCP understanding of key learnings in-clinic. The CS will have required experience in Facial Aesthetics and will be trained to a high level of competency and skill. However, a clinical background/qualification is highly recommended for this role due to the clinical content and technical aspects covered with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs). The CS offers 1:1 in-clinic facilitation tailored to educational need and aligned to the AMI Educational Journey. The CS will guide on patient and facial assessment aligned to the MD Codes™, HArmonyCa™ and any other relevant Facilitation Programme. The CS will also cover related anatomy, ageing and aseptic non-touch technique (ANTT) plus the implementation of injection techniques covered within the relevant AMI Curriculum undertaken. Experienced in consultative patient facilitation, they assess educational need aiming to fill knowledge and skills gaps. Taking the theory learned from the AMI educational programmes, they support implementation into practice in the clinical setting on completion of relevant and/or required AMI content e.g. MD Codes™ Immersion Curriculum for HCPs. Educational needs will be specific to the individual and based on mutually agreed knowledge/skills gaps. This needs assessment determines the individualized facilitation pathway for each HCP, and in relevant markets, other in-clinic staff such as Beauty Consultants and Patient Coordinators. The CS will facilitate learning using approved AMI, and locally relevant, educational materials with an aim to support a standardised, repeatable methodology for patient assessment and treatment planning and for injection procedures aligned to defined AMI Infinity programme curricula related to Allergan Aesthetics brands. This is segmented based on each CS passing each stage of the ‘Clinical Specialist Learner Journey’ through formal exam and skills assessment. Key/Accountabilities * Delivers In-Clinic Services Identifies educational need and develops recommendations to enhance clinical practice in aesthetic practices through delivering a bespoke educational journey for each HCP enrolled on a Facilitation Pathway, and based on the HCP’s self-assessment of knowledge, skills, and confidence. Number of supported clinics/HCPs will be ~30 but aligned with Affiliate-level strategic need; HCPs will be selected through cross-functional alignment between the National Sales Manager and the AMI Lead. Establishes a bespoke AMI Infinity curricula-aligned Facilitation Pathway with the HCP in pursuit of supporting improved patient outcomes. Facilitation is hands-off and the HCP retains clinical judgement and responsibility for patient treatment. Focus will be Beginner and Intermediate HCPs, but other segments may require support as determined on educational need by the Area \& Affiliate AMI Lead. Maintains a high level of service through reliable and timely follow-up after any interaction with HCPs and records all activity in VEEVA CRM to allow for KPI monitoring. As a fundamental part of the Facilitation Pathway with a CS, guides HCP educational curricula utilising AA AMI Digital World (AMIDW) to help improve the level of clinical knowledge around AA products for clinicians. This channel is the core AMI offering for Beginner injectors but holds value for all HCPs that a CS interacts with as part of their role. The CS is integral to driving uptake and utility of AMI DW. * Supports AMI Lead in AMI Event Delivery Supports with the delivery of key Affiliate-level AMI events \& AMI operational tasks as requested by the AMI Lead. These include, but not limited to, attendance at industry conferences \& AMI meetings/workshops \& the MD Codes™ Mentee Programme, to engage with customers; educational content development and approvals; special project support and faculty management. This activity also supports CS self-development and upskilling. From time-to-time, CS may also assist backstage at an AMI event in a hands-off capacity (patient during the treatment and the medical procedure). Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in medical sciences, health sciences or another clinically based discipline as a foundational qualification. Relevant degrees may include medicine, nursing, dentistry, physiotherapy or clinical pharmacy. * Minimum of three years’ relevant surgical or procedure-based clinical experience, with a proven track record of effective performance in a clinical environment. * Demonstrated interest in medical aesthetics. Previous experience in facial aesthetics, aesthetic medicine or an aesthetics-related clinical setting is strongly preferred. * Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical-device industry is advantageous, particularly in a clinical specialist, professional education, training or customer-facing role. * Ability to drive a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license. The following experience and capabilities will be advantageous: * Proven facilitation, training or coaching capability, including the preparation and delivery of workshops or other learning solutions. * Strong clinical communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work one-to-one with healthcare professionals in a consultative and educational capacity. * Metrics-driven and administratively disciplined, with experience recording activity and managing follow-up in a CRM or comparable system. * Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel regularly for field-based work. * Intermediate skills in PowerPoint and Excel. * Experience in event management and supporting professional education programmes. * Confident business English and strong written and verbal presentation skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
