Tasks and Responsibilities ------------------------------ Lead NetJets architecture process to develop project scope, evaluate constructability, feasibility, identify value engineering opportunities and perform budget validation through overall design process. Review potential real estate opportunities and provide the appropriate level of architectural design guidance based on NetJets' risk policies and profile. Craft project scope documents for use in contracting for services Manage A\&E vendor inclusive of designing (schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Documentation), planning, permitting, budget management, schedule management, construction management, safety, FFE installations and closeout. Direct and monitor vendor's work for compliance with schedule, budget, quality, safety, and overall conformance with the contract documents. Assist with reviewing transactional documents (leases, purchase and sale agreements, letters of intent, project management engagements, general contractor engagements, A\&E services agreement, etc. Coordinate all technical components related to projects such as code compliance, envelope detailing, and overall constructability Assist with ensuring the most efficient and cost-effective execution of projects and designs Coordinate with external stakeholders (consultants/ city officials/etc.) Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with business stakeholders and suppliers, with a particular emphasis on managing expectations, driving compromise and consistent, pro-active communication is expected Assist with the development and adherence to project budgets. Develop and implement policies, tools, and standards as a "best in class" design team Codevelop NetJets global real estate architectural design standards for all space types and asset classes Support Construction team in bidding and construction administration services Support Construction team to monitor general contractor's work for compliance with schedule, budget, quality, safety, and overall conformance with the contract documents Perform in-house design of non-structural/ non-seismic interior partitions and openings and non -structural built-in elements Lead selection/specification, planning, procurement, and coordination of: Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF\&E) specifications, bidding, and procurement services. This role will also coordinate and support collaborative efforts between a designated social work agency and local law enforcement agency to better identify and locate youth who have been reported missing. The Project Manager will serve as a subject matter expert, strategic planner, and liaison to ensure the success and sustainability of these initiatives. The Human Trafficking Project Manager will be required to attend in-person local and state meetings, provide onsite support, and statewide travel as needed. Funding: The Human Trafficking Project Manager 1 will work under the administrative direction of the Ohio Department of Children \& Youth. Job Description Summary: Evaluates, assesses, and treats musculoskeletal injuries and sports concussions that present in the Sports Medicine Physician practice, with oversight from and in consultation with a physician. Assists medical staff with completing required medical documentation, statistics, and other administrative paperwork per OhioHealth policy and at the request of the department/supervisor. The Health and Exercise Science program within Kinesiology is consistently ranked among the top programs in the country based on its innovative research activity and vibrant curriculum making it a preeminent place for the professional development of students and faculty. The goal of this search is to add a promising scholar to an internationally renowned team of faculty whose research interests focus on areas relevant to optimizing the human condition, including the application of behavioral science to exercise interventions impacting cardiovascular disease, cancer, aging, obesity, diabetes and other chronic diseases. We seek a candidate with distinct and recognized expertise in social and behavioral aspects of physical activity that includes an ongoing research agenda that aligns with major extramural funding opportunities from federal sources (e.g., NIH, CDC, DoD and HHS). We seek candidates with an excellent record of scholarship, teaching and service relative to the assistant/associate professor rank and commensurate with a research-intensive university. For candidates at the associate professor rank, they must have achievements qualifying them for tenure at a major R1 institution with strong preference for those with a track record of securing competitive extramural funding and recognized leadership in a focal area of scholarship. Preference will be granted to candidates who are able to integrate basic and/or applied science discoveries into behavioral interventions that improve health, teaching, and service agendas, and who offer evidence of sustained impact.
