HealthCare Sales Specialist CorsoCare Position Summary: The Healthcare sales specialist is a sales professional responsible for establishing new accounts and increasing and promoting the companies overall service lines. The Healthcare sales specialist will be responsible for interacting, building, and expanding relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, senior agencies, and other senior communities. The primary focus of the Health Care Specialist is to drive business and support all organizational product lines. This position may require up to 80% regional travel. Required Experience/Skills for Healthcare Sales Specialist: Proven sales results and ability to consistently meet sales targets. 0-3 years of sales experience preferred, but not required. Sales or clinical sales background preferred but not required. Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS, Outlook) Strong presentation and public speaking skills required. Ability to work under pressure. Entrepreneurial mindset Good communicator, able to articulate product lines and services. Customer and solutions orientated. Thrives in a fast-paced environment while remaining proactive, organized, and energetic. Proven self-starter with the ability to initiate, manage and complete multiple projects while working independently. Must possess high energy and persuasion. Ability to improvise, multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced, always changing environment while maintaining composure. Demonstrates the importance of detail and follow through. Great time management skills Exercises good judgment and sensitivity to confidential and non-routine matters required. Primary Responsibilities for Healthcare Sales Specialist: Actively demonstrates company culture and values –safety, common beliefs, and a culture of feedback. Promote all CSIG service lines and drive referral business. Seeks new opportunities to expand our growing number of referrals sources. Proven and consistent ability to achieve build and executive results orientated business plans. Establish new account relationships, understand account needs, and nurture account relationship. Provide patient and professional educational services. Work collaboratively with the Transitional Care Navigator to provide support to medical professionals. Consistently engages across business areas to increase understanding, cohesion, efficiencies, and driven results. Performs other tasks as needed. General Working Conditions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to communicate effectively with others, sit, stand, walk and use hands to handle keyboard, telephone, and other equipment and objects. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to review detailed documents and read computer screens. The employee will occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is moderate. Some travel may be required. Accountabilities for Caregiver: Timely \& Accountable Attendance: Upholding to work schedules, being ready to start work on time, remaining on the job for the whole duration of shift and limited use of time off. 1440 Care for residents: Understanding and leading our 1440 care standards so you and your team ensure that each resident and each family has their needs met. Communicate resident changes immediately: Providing timely and detailed information to your Wellness Leader regarding any changes to a resident’s needs or care. Responsible communication with families: Communicating messages tactfully and timely with resident’s families and ensuring the message has been received and correctly understood. Build strong community relationships: With Wellness and community peers, with families, residents and Leaders. Responsibilities for Caregiver: Actively supports our culture – our pillars and 1440. Completion of daily/weekly tasks as assigned by the Wellness Coordinator, as well as assisting others routinely with their assignments if needed. Will provide compassionate and competent care for residents by performing the following services: + Bathing, showering and grooming assistance + Assist residents with dining + Provides wheelchair and walking escorts + Provides toileting and light incontinence care assistance + Assistance with morning and bedtime routines + Performs light upkeep of resident rooms + Answers resident call signals + Medication assistance, personal care/ medication administration, Assisted Living, Memory Care + Provide comprehensive care for resident pets, including feeding, replenishing water, and bathroom requirements Completes and documents appropriate records, including pertinent information entered into log book. Works scheduled shift but also provides flexibility and is open to helping other shifts if needed. Maintains knowledge of all safety and emergency procedures. Is knowledgeable of and abides by all company policies and procedures. Communicates any concerns regarding resident care, treatment, or changes in behavior to the appropriate person. Attends community staff meetings, in-service programs, safety courses, and other required meetings. Stays up to date and knowledgeable of all departmental communication. General Working Conditions: This position entails standing for long periods of time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to communicate effectively with others, sit, stand, walk and use hands to handle keyboard, telephone, paper, files, and other equipment and objects. The employee must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and push/pull equipment frequently. The employee is expected to possess good organization skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. The employee must be compassionate and empathetic.
