Digital Product Manager

OVMERemote, USremote

From $27/yr

Description Zenoti is the operating system of OVME. It’s how clients book, how providers run their day, how our front desk teams welcome guests, and how our memberships come to life. As the Digital Product Manager, you will own the day-to-day performance, configuration, and evolution of Zenoti across all 27 studios — and serve as a connective product owner across the broader digital platform ecosystem that supports the business (including NetSuite, Bubblehouse, Klaviyo, Birdeye, and the integrations between them). Roughly 80% of your time will be focused on Zenoti — ensuring it performs, scales, and supports our growth. The remaining 20% will flex across other digital platforms where product ownership, configuration, or cross-system integration is needed. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who loves the intersection of operations, technology, and client experience, and who is energized by being the single point of accountability for how our digital stack works together. Key Responsibilities * Zenoti platform management (primary focus): Serve as the internal subject matter expert on Zenoti. Own configuration, feature rollouts, release management, and the vendor relationship with the Zenoti team. * Cross-platform product ownership: Act as the digital product owner across adjacent systems — NetSuite, Bubblehouse, Klaviyo, Birdeye, and others — partnering with system owners to scope enhancements, manage integrations, and ensure data flows cleanly between platforms. * Roadmap \& prioritization: Build and maintain a rolling product roadmap informed by field feedback, client experience signals (including Birdeye sentiment), and executive priorities. Balance quick wins with longer-term platform investments across the digital stack. * Cross-functional partnership: Translate between studio operations, clinical leadership, marketing, and finance — turning ambiguous business problems into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes. * Client experience optimization: Partner with Marketing and Operations to continuously improve the booking, rebooking, and membership experience — a known friction point and a clear growth lever. * Membership enablement: Support the Membership workstream by scoping and delivering features like member-exclusive booking windows, waitlist prioritization, rollover credit visibility, and Bubblehouse-powered loyalty experiences. * Data \& reporting: Ensure Zenoti and adjacent platform data flow cleanly into Power BI and BigQuery. Partner with the Data \& Enablement team to standardize definitions, govern integrations, and surface new insights. * Studio support \& enablement: Build the documentation, training, and escalation paths that help 27 studios use the platform confidently and consistently. * Release \& change management: Test new features, manage rollouts, and communicate changes clearly to field teams so updates land smoothly — across Zenoti and any adjacent platform changes that affect studio workflows. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise * 4+ years of product management, platform management, or technical operations experience — ideally with a booking, POS, CRM, or practice management platform (Zenoti, Mindbody, Boulevard, Vagaro, Athena, or similar) * Experience working across multiple SaaS platforms and integrations — comfort owning product decisions in an environment where systems must talk to each other cleanly * Proven track record translating operational and client experience needs into product requirements and measurable results * Comfort living in the details: configuration settings, API integrations, data flows, reporting logic * Strong written and verbal communication — you can brief an executive, write a crisp requirements doc, and train a front desk team all in the same day * Experience partnering with external vendors and internal technical teams Bonus Points For * Direct Zenoti experience (configuration, reporting, or API integrations) * Familiarity with NetSuite, Bubblehouse, Klaviyo, or Birdeye * Familiarity with Power BI, BigQuery, or similar BI and data warehouse tools * Background in medical aesthetics, wellness, or premium consumer services * Experience supporting membership or subscription business models * Multi-location retail, hospitality, healthcare, or wellness experience strongly preferred * A client-first instinct. You obsess over the moments that make (or break) an experience. Benefits * 15 Days Paid Time Off * 13 Paid Holidays * Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage * Short- and Long-Term Disability, AD\&D, and Life Insurance 100% company-paid * 401k Employee Contribution * 401k Employer Match * Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Resource * Employee Service Allowance * 50% Employee Retail Discount * Friends and Family Discount * Team Member Referral Bonus * Wellhub membership About OVME OVME, pronounced “of me,” is a medical aesthetic enterprise that connects aspiring women and men with skilled health care providers in select cities nationwide. Senior Technical Product Manager, Security

CommandLinkRemote, USremote

$140,000 - $180,000/yr

About Command|Link Command|Link is a global SaaS Platform providing network, voice services, and IT security solutions, helping corporations consolidate their core infrastructure into a single vendor and layering on a proprietary single pane of glass platform. Command|Link has revolutionized the IT industry by tackling the problems our competitors create. In recognition for our unprecedented innovation and dedication, Command|Link was recognized as the SD-WAN Product of the Year, ITSM Visionary Spotlight, UCaaS Product of the Year, NaaS Product of the Year, Supplier of the Year, and the AT\&T Strategic Growth Partner. Command|Link has built the only IT platform for scale that solves ISP vendor sprawl and IT headaches. We make it easy for our customers to get more done, maximize uptime and improve the bottom line. Learn more about us here! This is a 100% remote position About your new role: We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the Security pillar of that platform and lead our high-growth MDR, NDR, and XDR offerings. You will position Command|Link as the leading network-aware SOC-as-a-Service provider for global enterprises, converging Network and Security operations (NOC and SOC) so that security is a first-class part of the stack rather than a bolt-on product, leveraging network and SASE context that point-solution competitors simply do not have. This is an ownership-first, commercially accountable role. You will define the roadmap, manage technical requirements, and equip our dedicated analyst PODs to hit world-class detection and response times, while growing the portfolio through new bookings, expansion, and retention with revenue as a key success metric. We also want someone who builds: identifying market gaps and bringing net-new security products from concept to launch to a meaningful line of business. Operating with autonomy and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority, your decisions will shape the security posture of thousands of organizations and the next phase of Command|Link's global expansion. Key Responsibilities * Product Vision and Strategy: Own the long-term vision and roadmap for the Command|Link MDR, NDR, and XDR service lines. Align security product goals with revenue targets, broader business objectives, the evolving threat landscape, and the direction of the wider Command|Link platform. Operate with ownership and accountability for measurable outcomes. * Revenue Growth: Help grow the security portfolio’s revenue (new bookings, expansion/upsell, and retention) by partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Finance on pricing, packaging, and attach strategy across the platform. Build the business case for net-new security products and revenue streams. * Portfolio Integration: Ensure the security roadmap stays coherent with Command|Link’s connectivity, SD-WAN, and SASE/SSE (ZTNA, SWG, CASB, FWaaS) offerings. Partner with the Network and SASE product owners so security capabilities, data models, and the customer-facing single pane of glass evolve together, turning the convergence of NOC and SOC into a defensible competitive advantage. * Roadmap Execution: Translate high-level strategy into detailed functional requirements and user stories. Collaborate closely with engineering, threat research, and data science teams to deliver scalable, AI-powered security solutions. Drive clarity in ambiguous situations and maintain execution velocity in a high-growth environment. * Platform and Telemetry Integration: Oversee the continuous integration of disparate telemetry sources (endpoints, firewalls, servers, SD-WAN flow data, and cloud workloads such as M365, AWS, Azure, and GCP) into our proprietary SIEM/XDR platform. Treat network context (NetFlow/IPFIX, SD-WAN, NOC signals) as a first-class security input. Confidently participate in architectural discussions on data modeling, API integrations, and cloud-native security, including how security functions interoperate with our technology partners (e.g., Fortinet, Cato, Versa, Meraki) at the SASE/SD-WAN edge. * Analyst Experience (AX): Partner with our SOC leadership to design and optimize the analyst workflow. Build features that reduce alert fatigue, automate repetitive triage tasks, and improve the human-in-the-loop decision-making process while maintaining operational excellence. * Performance Metrics and KPIs: Define, track, and report on critical success metrics across two dimensions. Commercial: security revenue and ARR growth, net revenue retention, attach rate, expansion/upsell, and margin. Operational: Mean Time to Detect (MTTD), Mean Time to Respond (MTTR), and False Positive rates. Use data-driven insights to inform roadmap prioritization and clearly communicate business impact to executive stakeholders. * Market and Competitive Research: Conduct ongoing analysis of the managed security market. Identify emerging trends in Attack Surface Management (ASM) and Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM), and translate findings into strategic product advantages, with particular attention to how converged network-and-security platforms differentiate against point-solution MDR vendors. * Go to Market (GTM) Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Sales to define target personas, messaging, and product positioning. Champion the “one vendor for network and security” value proposition. Act as the primary technical advocate for our security services in customer-facing and executive-level discussions, simplifying complex capabilities into compelling value propositions. * Compliance and Security Assurance: Ensure that our security products and services meet or exceed industry standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR) and support our customers’ regulatory requirements. * Takes on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the success of the team and organization. What You'll Need for Success * Domain Expertise: 7+ years of product management experience, specifically in cybersecurity. Deep knowledge of MDR, NDR, EDR/XDR, SIEM, or SOC-as-a-Service models. Exposure to SASE/SSE and the convergence of network and security operations is a strong plus. * Technical Foundation: Strong technical acumen with the ability to participate in architectural discussions regarding data modeling, API integrations, and cloud-native security. Familiarity with Syslog, IPFIX, and NetFlow is essential, along with an understanding of how network telemetry enriches security detection. * New Product Launch Experience: A proven track record of taking net-new security products from concept (0-to-1) to launch and scale in fast-paced, high-growth environments, not solely refining or maintaining offerings already in market. You can point to products you stood up and grew, and the revenue they produced. Experience with Agile development methodologies and backlog management tools. * Commercial Acumen: Experience contributing to revenue growth (bookings, expansion, and retention) and comfort partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Finance on pricing, packaging, and go-to-market. Familiarity working toward a revenue target or business-line goal is a plus. * Certifications: CISM or CISSP certification will distinguish you from the candidate pool. * Operational Awareness: An understanding of the day-to-day challenges of SOC analysts and the importance of Analyst Experience (AX) in achieving high-fidelity security outcomes. Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, adapt to changing priorities, and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences. Why you'll love life at Command|Link Join us at CommandLink, where you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of business communication. Fundación Cuenta Conmigo is a nonprofit foundation created to support low-income families with a family member suffering from cancer in the Chilean public health system. Specifically, the foundation assists families navigating the process of their child’s cancer treatment. This includes covering expenses and helping address needs that are not supported by the State or other non-governmental institutions. This organization is near and dear to Ana Wainer’s heart. Her son, Dante’s, close friend, Vicente, was diagnosed with pre-leukemia at age 9. After long and exhausting treatment, he underwent a bone marrow transplant. Unfortunately, it was not successful. Vicente later relapsed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia, "a diagnosis that profoundly changed the lives of his family and of all of us who knew him and accompanied them throughout the process,” Ana says. At age 11, after a long and courageous battle, Vincente passed away. “Despite the deep sorrow, Vicente left us invaluable life lessons and opened our eyes to a reality that often remains invisible to much of society,” Ana says. Shortly after his passing in March 2019, Vicente’s parents founded Fundación Cuenta Conmigo in 2020. Ana was a co-founder of the foundation and served as a volunteer member on the board of directors for three years. Through her role at Lockton, she coordinated activities between Lockton and the foundation as part of their Christmas initiatives since 2022. “From the moment I introduced the foundation at Lockton, the company was very open to collaborating and the response was overwhelmingly positive,” Ana says. “When I invited my colleagues to participate as volunteers, everyone showed a genuine interest in helping in any way needed.” Ana’s love and dedication towards this foundation have been recognized by Lockton, earning her the Lockton Cares Community Impact Award for the Latin America region. This award celebrates Lockton Associates across the globe who go above and beyond to improve their communities through volunteering and philanthropy. Each recipient can direct a $25,000 donation to a charity of their choice, funded directly by the Lockton family. “As first I was genuinely surprised to hear my name, followed by a deep sense of emotion, pride, and gratitude,” Ana explains. The award funds were used to purchase a brand-new utility vehicle, which is now used to distribute the various donations the foundation receives and delivers to families undergoing treatment in public hospitals. Donations include food, Christmas gifts, medical supplies, orthopedic equipment, and other essential items as needs arise. Ana had to step down from her role on the board of directors, but this award represents the support she wished she could have continued providing. “I feel like it is a kind of legacy that Lockton helped me leave for the foundation, for Vicente, and for his family,” she says. As she becomes more familiar with Lockton culture, Ana says it was a pleasant surprise to see that the importance of culture is not something just written on paper, but something truly reflected in the company’s commitment to charitable causes around the world. “Lockton genuinely cares,” Ana says. It’s no secret how much this foundation means to Ana, and she will continue contributing and encourage more people show support in any way they can. Fundación Cuenta Conmiga gave Ana an opportunity to discover an unfamiliar world—one that anyone could find themselves in one day. “It taught me to value what I have,” she says. “To be more empathetic toward those going through difficult times."
