Senior Product Manager, Exa Platform | Healthcare IT

Hybrid – Garner, NC or Remote (U.S.) We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our Exa Platform solutions, including RIS, PACS, and billing systems. This role is ideal for a seasoned product leader with a strong background in healthcare IT and a proven track record of delivering innovative, high\-impact products.
