What You Will Do: Position Highlights: Clinic staffing: 1 MD and 1 NP Each provider has 1:1 MA (Medical Assistant) support Remote RN triage support available through a regional pool Physicians take their own call Monday–Thursday nights Weekend call rotation: 1:7 (increasing to 1:8 in November 2026) MAs perform lab draws onsite Beautiful facility is approximately 6 years old Responsibilities: Provide medical services to patients in an assigned area. Evaluate and treat patients with appropriate medical diagnostic and treatment skills. Recommends, participates in, and works to ensure the success of efforts to improve cost effectiveness and quality of care provided to patients. Participate in academic programs (e.g. medical education and research) as requested. Provide appropriate documentation that meets insurance company requirements; appeal all denials in a timely manner. Opportunity to participate in inpatient and outpatient consultation for specialty, which may include on call schedules.
