Corewell Health is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join our team at our Allendale, MI primary care clinic near Grand Valley State University campus. In this role, you will work alongside other Physicians and APP’s caring for the patients of Allendale, surrounding communities, and college campus. Work a four-day work week with EPIC EMR and 3 Physician and 3 Advanced Practice Provider colleagues. Team-based care is supplemented by a behavioral health specialist, care manager, medical assistants and experienced operations manager.
