Shift Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm Job Summary The Clinic Supervisor provides clinical leadership and operational oversight for Richmond outpatient rehabilitation clinic. This role balances high-level orthopedic patient care with staff supervision, clinical quality, and day-to-day clinic performance. Leadership Responsibilities to include: providing day-to-day supervision of clinical staff and support personnel; mentoring clinicians to ensure consistent, evidence-based orthopedic care; leading hiring, onboarding, performance feedback, and professional development; maintaining clinical quality, efficiency, and patient satisfaction standards. Skills / Knowledge / Abilities The ideal candidate will have clinical experience, sound judgment, professionalism as it relates to interpersonal and general communication skills, attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
