As a Business Analyst Intern, you will be embedded within our core Business Analyst Team to help turn raw data into actionable business insights. You will play a key role in enhancing our workflow efficiency and supporting our Talent Acquisition (TA) operations through advanced reporting and process improvement initiatives. What You Will Do As a Business Analyst Intern you will have the opportunity to participate in work within the Business Analyst Team. Reporting \& Data Analytics: You will utilize Google Sheets and SQL to fulfill reporting requests, manage data sets, and visualize key performance indicators (KPIs). Process Improvement: You will help identify bottlenecks in current team workflows and propose data-backed solutions to enhance overall operational efficiency. Talent Acquisition (TA) Support: Partner with the BA TA function to assist with data management, reporting, and process tasks related to organizational growth. ServiceNow \& Ticket Workflows: Gain hands-on experience navigating ServiceNow to manage business requests and analyze workflow trends. Presentations: Develop slide decks to present findings and "actionable insights" to team stakeholders. Essential Functions Requirements Gathering: Working with colleagues and stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of critical business requirements. Data Analysis: Analyzing data models to deliver logical conclusions, utilizing tools like Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs/Pivot Tables) and SQL. Solution Development: Developing innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes, particularly in process improvement. Process Invention: Proficient in inventing processes or systems; and conducting tests, surveys, and workshops to ensure positive outcomes. What minimum qualifications you'll need: Education: High school diploma equivalency OR Enrolled in accredited program specific to discipline required. What additional requirements you'll need: Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Linguistics, Operations Research, data science, technology degree, and/or a related technical field. Preferred Competencies: Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets (specifically VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables) and an introductory understanding of SQL. Systems: Familiarity with workflow or ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) is highly preferred. Presentation: Effective communication skills with the ability to create professional slide decks to communicate data findings. Work Style: Self-starter with a strong willingness to learn, work independently on assigned tasks, and take initiative to improve processes. Effective analytical, product and/or project management skills.
