Senior Software Engineer

From $360/yr

About Us Base360.ai is the AI operating system for short-term rental businesses, helping property managers run their operations on autopilot. Born out of The Flex, a short-term rental operator that scaled to an eight-figure business using its own software, Base360.ai is now launching as a standalone platform for short-term rental operators worldwide. We bring reservations, guest communication, pricing, payments, cleaning, maintenance, and reporting into one platform—helping operators automate manual work, reduce costs, increase revenue, and scale their portfolios. We're looking for a highly ambitious Senior Software Engineer who wants to build systems that solve real problems at scale. You'll build, ship, automate, and deliver products that directly impact property managers, their teams, and their guests. If you're excited by APIs, automation, AI agents, cloud infrastructure, and building products from the ground up, we want to meet you. What You'll Build As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll help architect and scale Base360.ai —the platform powering every aspect of a short-term rental business. You'll build customer-facing products, automation engines, AI-powered workflows, integrations, and operational systems that help property managers grow without increasing their workload at the same rate. Your work will span the entire short-term rental lifecycle: from listing distribution, pricing, and bookings to guest stays, property operations, and financial reporting. Your Mission Build the Core Platform Design and develop scalable applications, services, and APIs that power reservations, availability, pricing, payments, guest experiences, and property operations. Create Powerful Automations Build event-driven workflows that eliminate repetitive work—from scheduling cleaning after a booking to sending check-in instructions and generating owner statements. Develop AI-Powered Systems Use LLMs and AI agents to automate guest communication, triage maintenance requests, support pricing decisions, and help operators manage their portfolios more efficiently. Design API-First Architecture Create robust APIs that connect internal services, booking channels, third-party providers, and customer systems. Integrate the Ecosystem Build and maintain integrations with platforms including Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI, Google, and other strategic partners across the short-term rental ecosystem. Scale Infrastructure Deploy and manage cloud-native infrastructure designed for reliability, performance, and global growth across multiple property management businesses. Solve Complex Operational Problems Build solutions for: Real-time reservation and availability synchronization Dynamic pricing intelligence Smart lock access and key management Automated guest communication across channels Operational forecasting Cleaning and maintenance automation Owner reporting and financial workflows AI-powered monitoring and alerts Move Fast and Own Delivery Own projects end-to-end—from understanding an operator’s problem to architecture, implementation, deployment, and ongoing improvement. Bring senior engineering judgment to technical decisions, code reviews, and the reliability of the systems you build. Tech Stack We care more about capability than specific technologies, but our current stack includes: Python FastAPI React TypeScript Supabase PostgreSQL AWS Serverless architecture OpenAI APIs Twilio Stripe Docker GitHub Actions You Might Be a Great Fit If You Have Strong experience building and owning production-grade software systems Experience with FastAPI, Python, React, or similar frameworks Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and cloud architecture Experience designing scalable backend systems and reliable data models The ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions Strong problem-solving skills and a product mindset Curiosity about AI, automation, and operational efficiency A bias toward action, shipping, and learning from real users The ability to balance delivery speed with maintainability and reliability Bonus points for experience with: Short-term rentals, hospitality technology, or property management systems Multi-tenant SaaS platforms Marketplace businesses and booking channel integrations AI agents and workflow automation Event-driven architectures Supabase AWS serverless infrastructure What Success Looks Like Within your first 12 months: Core short-term rental workflows are automated through systems you've built Property managers spend less time on manual administration Reservations, availability, payments, and operational data move reliably between systems New integrations are deployed and maintained reliably AI-powered workflows become part of customers’ everyday operations The platform supports more operators and properties while maintaining reliability and performance Base360.ai helps customers grow their portfolios, improve guest experiences, and operate more profitably Why Join Us Build Something Meaningful Solve problems experienced daily by short-term rental operators, with direct access to The Flex’s operations to test ideas and see their impact. Extreme Ownership Have the freedom and responsibility to make technical decisions and deliver systems that matter. Small Team, Massive Opportunity Work closely with the founders and directly influence the product and technical direction of Base360.ai . Learn Faster Solve real-world challenges across software, AI, automation, hospitality operations, and scale. Performance-Based Rewards Competitive compensation with substantial upside for exceptional performers. Remote-First Work from anywhere. We care about outcomes, not hours. This Role Is Not For You If You're looking for a slow-paced corporate environment You prefer a narrowly defined role with limited product involvement You need detailed instructions for every task You avoid ownership and accountability You're comfortable shipping work without taking responsibility for its quality We're looking for someone who wants to help build the AI operating system for the short-term rental industry. #LI-Remote Find Jobs in France on Arbeitnow

Software Engineer, Web (Growth)

AmoParis

From $100/yr

We are looking for someone to join us as an early member of the Web team, owning the user-facing web at amo. For many people, the web is where they first meet our apps: a link shared by a friend, opened in a messenger or a social feed, often seconds before they decide whether to download. That moment matters a lot to us. In the initial months, you’ll work closely with the team on the surfaces that bring new people into our products, gradually taking ownership of a growing part of our consumer web experience. Given our stage, we’re seeking versatile engineers comfortable working across product, engineering and growth. We value team members who delve deep into their respective domains, aiming to cultivate a team of subject matter experts with a high sense of ownership. This commitment to expertise is an expectation for every team member. As a Web Engineer, your day-to-day will include: Consumer Web Experiences Building fast, beautiful, conversion-focused web experiences that show off our apps at their best, from the first link someone taps to the moment they open the app. You’ll turn designs into polished UI that loads instantly on any device and in any in-app browser, and you’ll care about every millisecond and every pixel. Deep Linking & App Entry Owning the bridge between web and app: Universal Links, App Links, deferred deep linking, attribution, and App Clips. Whether the user already has the app or not, every link should take them exactly where they expect to go. Sharing & Rich Previews Making everything shared from our apps look great everywhere it lands. That includes generating dynamic OG metadata and preview images at scale, and iterating on what gets shared and how it’s presented, based on what actually converts. Analytics & Experimentation Designing and maintaining our event tracking taxonomy (Amplitude) so that the data is consistent, well organized and trusted across teams. You’ll instrument funnels end-to-end, run rigorous A/B tests, and turn the results into decisions. Growth Initiatives Identifying and shipping new ways to improve acquisition and conversion. We expect you to look at the funnel, form your own hypotheses, build, measure, and then either scale or drop the idea. You’ll be an active contributor to the roadmap, not just its executor. Owning your scope You’ll be responsible for the architecture, performance, monitoring and reliability of everything you ship. We value engineers who take full ownership of their scope, and who proactively address issues before anyone asks. Your Skills & Experience: We are hiring multiple engineers of varying levels, so please indicate your years of experience on the application form to apply for the appropriate position. 5+ years of professional experience building consumer-facing web products. Deep expertise in React / Next.js, TypeScript and Node.js. Strong understanding of web performance: rendering strategies (SSR, edge, static), caching, CDNs, Core Web Vitals, and how mobile and in-app browsers behave. Hands-on experience with deep linking, Universal Links / App Links and attribution. Experience with App Clips is a big plus. Experience designing analytics taxonomies and running experiments, and real care for data quality. A growth mindset: you think in funnels and conversion rates, and you love moving a metric. Strong product and visual taste. You notice the 2px misalignment and the 100ms delay. Comfortable working autonomously across frontend and backend. Knowledge of infrastructure (Bazel, GCP, Kubernetes) is a plus. Passion and experience building consumer-facing products. We’d love to hear about things you’ve shipped! AI as a multiplier AI is part of how we build every day. We’re looking for engineers with a real grasp of these tools, who use them to multiply their output and not to make up for missing expertise. You should be able to drive an agent through a complex change, judge what it produces, spot where it’s subtly wrong, and stand behind every line that ships. The bar We’re looking for exceptional engineers, and we set the bar high on purpose. In return, you’ll get real ownership of a high-impact surface, products used by millions of people, a team that ships in days rather than quarters, a modern stack with top-tier tooling, and colleagues who will push you to grow. You don’t need to speak French to apply (and you don’t need perfect English; we’ll help you ramp up quickly). Life at amo To ensure that everyone is set up for success within our way of working, we work together onsite 5 days a week. We wanted to make sure coming to the office was as comfortable as possible for you: We chose a location in central Paris, near Opera (Metro lines 3,8,9 and RER A). We have a beautiful Parisian-style office with high ceilings, balconies, and huge windows. So a lot of natural light! Because life outside of work should also be stress-free, we cover: Health care (100% coverage). Maternity Leave, Paternity Leave, Second Parent Leave (salary maintained at 100%). Vacation days: 8-9 weeks (total) per year - (European summer? 🥹😎). 5 weeks of paid time off (by the state); 1-2 additional weeks (RTT, based on our company contract); ~11 bank holidays. We shut down entirely twice a year, two weeks in summer and one week in winter to allow everyone to truly recharge and to avoid prolonged slowdowns (especially in the summer). These pauses are part of your total vacation time, giving everyone a real chance to unplug and recharge. No Slack, no email, no FOMO. Relocation We love the diverse perspectives we get from having people from all over the world join us (68% of our team is international), and so we of course support relocation to Paris with: Help and sponsored visa process. 1 month of Airbnb 100% covered by amo upon arrival. Assistance from a trusted relocation agency to find your permanent home. Help with french paperwork like opening a french social security account, tax forms, getting your carte vitale (free healthcare) and more. French lessons to be fully set with your new Parisian life. Product Engineer

We're looking for an ambitious Product Engineer who wants to turn real customer problems into intuitive, reliable software. You'll work closely with founders, designers, and operators to identify what matters, build solutions, and improve them based on how people use them. If you enjoy owning the full journey from customer problem to shipped product—and you're excited by AI, automation, and short-term rentals—we want to meet you. What You'll Build As a Product Engineer, you'll help shape and scale Base360.ai across the entire short-term rental lifecycle. You'll build customer-facing features, operational dashboards, automation engines, AI-powered workflows, and integrations that help property managers grow without increasing their workload at the same rate. Your work will connect what users see with the systems behind it—from a guest’s check-in experience to the workflows coordinating reservations, cleaning, payments, and owner reporting. Your Mission Understand Customer Problems Work directly with property managers and internal teams to understand their workflows, identify friction, and decide which problems are worth solving. Build Products End-to-End Take features from idea and prototype through frontend, backend, integrations, testing, and deployment. Own the complete experience and how it performs in production. Create Intuitive User Experiences Work with designers to make complex short-term rental operations easy to manage. Build interfaces that help users complete tasks quickly and confidently. Create Powerful Automations Build event-driven workflows that eliminate repetitive work—from scheduling cleaning after a booking to sending check-in instructions and generating owner statements. Develop AI-Powered Features Use LLMs and AI agents to automate guest communication, triage maintenance requests, support pricing decisions, and help operators manage their portfolios more efficiently. Connect the Ecosystem Build reliable APIs and integrations with platforms including Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI, Google, and other partners across the short-term rental ecosystem. Solve Real Operational Problems Build solutions for: Real-time reservation and availability synchronization Dynamic pricing intelligence Smart lock access and key management Automated guest communication across channels Guest check-in and upsell journeys Operational forecasting Cleaning and maintenance automation Owner reporting and financial workflows AI-powered monitoring and alerts Measure and Improve Use customer feedback, product usage, and operational results to evaluate what you ship. Improve features based on adoption, time saved, fewer errors, and better user outcomes. Build for Scale Make sound technical decisions that balance delivery speed, maintainability, security, and reliability as more operators and properties join the platform. Tech Stack We care more about capability than specific technologies, but our current stack includes: Python FastAPI React TypeScript Supabase PostgreSQL AWS Serverless architecture OpenAI APIs Twilio Stripe Docker GitHub Actions You Might Be a Great Fit If You Have Strong experience building and shipping production software The ability to work across frontend and backend systems Experience with React, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, or similar technologies Strong understanding of APIs, databases, integrations, and cloud architecture A product mindset and curiosity about why users need a feature Good judgment around usability, scope, and technical trade-offs The ability to turn an ambiguous problem into a practical, working solution Confidence working directly with customers, designers, and founders The ability to work independently and own outcomes Curiosity about AI, automation, and operational efficiency A bias toward shipping, learning, and iterating Bonus points for experience with: Short-term rentals, hospitality technology, or property management systems Multi-tenant SaaS platforms Marketplace businesses and booking channel integrations AI agents and workflow automation Product analytics and experimentation Event-driven architectures Supabase AWS serverless infrastructure What Success Looks Like Within your first 12 months: You've shipped features that property managers actively use Core short-term rental workflows are automated through products you've built Customers spend less time on manual administration and repetitive tasks Complex workflows become easier to understand and complete Integrations move reservations, availability, payments, and operational data reliably AI-powered features become part of customers’ everyday operations Customer feedback and usage data consistently inform your product decisions Your work helps operators grow their portfolios, improve guest experiences, and operate more profitably Why Join Us Build Something Meaningful Solve problems experienced daily by short-term rental operators, with direct access to The Flex’s operations to test ideas and see their impact. Own the Product Outcome Help decide what to build, how it should work, and how to measure its success. Take responsibility for features from the first conversation through ongoing improvement. Small Team, Massive Opportunity Work closely with the founders and directly influence the product and technical direction of Base360.ai . Learn Faster Solve real-world challenges across product, software, AI, automation, hospitality operations, and scale. Performance-Based Rewards Competitive compensation with substantial upside for exceptional performers. Remote-First Work from anywhere. We care about outcomes, not hours. This Role Is Not For You If You're looking for a slow-paced corporate environment You want a narrowly defined role with limited customer or product involvement You need detailed specifications before you can make progress You avoid ownership and accountability You consider a feature finished without checking whether it solves the user’s problem We're looking for someone who wants to help build the AI operating system for the short-term rental industry. #LI-Remote Find Jobs in France on Arbeitnow

Senior Data Engineer - Central Data & Analytics Team

VoodooParis

From $201/yr

About Voodoo Founded in 2013, Voodoo is a tech company that creates mobile games and apps with a mission to entertain the world. Gathering 800 employees, 7 billion downloads, and over 200 million active users, Voodoo is the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in terms of downloads after Google and Meta. Our portfolio includes chart-topping games like Mob Control and Block Jam, alongside popular apps such as BeReal and Wizz. Team The Engineering & Data team builds innovative tech products and platforms to support the impressive growth of Voodoo's gaming and consumer apps, keeping us at the forefront of the mobile industry. The team plays a key role in Voodoo's long-term strategy: it accelerates product diversification and provides a state-of-the-art growth engine to distribute and scale our games. We create solutions that drive growth with a pragmatic approach, ranging from simple search to complex machine learning systems. Within Engineering & Data, the Central Data & Analytics team makes data a reliable guide for the whole company. Data engineers, analytics engineers, data analysts and a product data PM work side by side to build and grow the foundations behind every critical business and product decision at Voodoo. This position is hybrid and requires 3 days/week in our Paris office. Role We’re looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our Engineering & Data team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for a wide array of topics such as: Build and operate robust data pipelines that keep pace with ever-evolving business needs, ensuring the architecture supports them cleanly. Contribute to the codebase, ship and maintain your changes in production, and champion strong coding and data engineering practices. Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, and whatever comes next) as a core part of your daily workflow — to move faster on pipelines, migrations, tests and documentation — while staying fully accountable for what you merge. Look for opportunities to put AI inside our data platform, not just around it: LLM-assisted data quality checks, semantic layers, natural-language access to datasets, agent-driven internal tooling. Take ownership of projects from initial discussions to release: feature estimation and scoping, architecture design, benchmarking of new technologies, product feedback. Work in a very agile environment with a fast decision process. Collaborate directly with back-end engineers, data scientists, mobile game and consumer app teams, product and marketing. Profile Extensive experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role. A proven track record of building and optimizing data pipelines for massive volumes of data (at scale). Strong experience with scalability, reliability, and security topics. Hands-on experience coding with AI assistants and agentic tools — you know how to give them the right context, break work down for them, and review their output critically rather than trusting it blindly. Genuine curiosity about modern tooling and practices: you follow how the data and AI ecosystem is evolving, try new tools on real problems, and form your own opinion instead of following hype. You can explain why you adopted something — or why you dropped it. Strong analytical skills and comfort working with unstructured datasets. Experience with Amazon Web Services. Result-oriented and focused on the value your work creates. Curious about business needs and keen to build innovative, pragmatic solutions that grow the business through data. Excellent communication skills (you can speak and write English). Experience with LLM-based systems (RAG, evals, prompt and context engineering) is a strong plus. Experience in gaming, advertising, or another fast-growing company is a plus. Familiarity with Voodoo's ecosystem: gaming, apps, advertising, analytics. Our Stack Amazon Web Services; Python; Spark; Scala; Terraform; SQL (Athena, StarRocks); DBT;; Airflow; Kubernetes; AI-assisted development tooling (Claude Code, MCP-based internal tools) Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Swile Lunch voucher Gymlib (100% covered by Voodoo) Premium healthcare coverage with SideCare, 100% covered for you and your family Wellness activities in our Paris office Remote Fridays Find Jobs in France on Arbeitnow

From $450/yr

About Mistral Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms. We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited. Our mission Build and lead a practical, high-trust health and safety program for Mistral AI’s rapidly expanding data center operations. You will protect employees, contractors and visitors while enabling safe deployment and operation of increasingly dense AI compute infrastructure across colocation sites. You will turn complex operational risks into clear standards, effective controls and measurable improvements. Operating context & accountability You will be the safety partner to Data Center Operations, IT Operations, infrastructure delivery, Security, Legal and People teams, and work directly with colocation operators, installation contractors and OEM service partners. Your remit spans live sites, deployment projects, commissioning and transitions into operations. You will ensure that safety responsibilities are clearly defined and that Mistral-controlled activities meet applicable requirements while challenging partner performance where shared interfaces create risk. Key responsibilities - safety management and compliance Own the operational health and safety management framework for the data center portfolio: policy, critical-risk standards, annual objectives, assurance calendar, risk registers, incident classifications, documentation and management reporting. Interpret applicable occupational health and safety requirements with local specialists; translate them into site-level expectations, control plans and auditable evidence across different countries. Lead regular risk assessments, inspections and assurance reviews; prioritize findings by severity and exposure, assign owners and verify corrective actions have actually reduced risk. Create consistent arrangements for site access, inductions, competency checks, contractor onboarding, safety briefings and refresher training, including evidence of completion. Develop meaningful leading and lagging indicators, including high-potential near misses, overdue critical actions, training coverage, contractor observations and incident trends; present clear recommendations to leadership. Support supplier selection and contract reviews by defining appropriate safety requirements, escalation expectations and minimum standards for colocation and technical service partners. Key responsibilities - operational and technical risk Provide safety oversight for electrical work interfaces, energized equipment, isolation and lockout/tagout, switching coordination, arc-flash exposure and simultaneous activities in live data halls. Assess safe systems of work for heavy rack deliveries, lifting and rigging, material handling, battery systems, working at height, temporary works, confined spaces where relevant and high-density IT installation. Review method statements, risk assessments, permits to work and job safety analyses for high-risk activities, ensuring that scope, boundaries, competence, emergency arrangements and hold points are understood. Partner with engineering teams on the risks introduced by direct-to-chip liquid cooling, CDUs, coolant handling, pressurized circuits, leak detection, hot surfaces and changing rack densities. Participate in readiness reviews before energization, commissioning, major deployments and changes in operating configuration; confirm critical safety issues are resolved or escalated before work proceeds. Coordinate emergency planning and drills with colocation operators and emergency responders for fire, evacuation, electrical incidents, coolant leaks, medical emergencies and loss of critical infrastructure. Key responsibilities - investigations and culture Lead or coordinate investigations of incidents, unsafe conditions and high-potential near misses involving Mistral activities; use structured causal analysis and share actionable learning across the portfolio. Challenge the completeness and quality of provider or contractor investigations when Mistral personnel or equipment may be exposed; track preventive measures through verification. Coach engineers, managers and vendors to identify hazards early, stop unsafe Mistral-controlled work and raise concerns without hesitation. Build strong partnerships with operations, construction, logistics, physical security, compliance and HR; communicate safety expectations clearly in written guidance, training and site discussions. Provide practical support to other regions during major incidents, rapid expansion or unusual operational risk. What success looks like Critical activities are governed by clear, adopted controls and a consistent standard across sites. High-severity findings are visible, owned and resolved; incident learning results in verified preventive action. Site and contractor training, emergency readiness and compliance evidence are maintained and readily accessible. The safety program scales with infrastructure growth without creating unnecessary bureaucracy. Minimum qualifications At least 5 years of practical health and safety experience in operational, industrial, construction or mission-critical environments. Experience implementing safety programs, contractor controls, inspections, risk assessments, investigations and training. Working knowledge of occupational safety regulations and high-risk work controls; ability to coordinate country-specific requirements. Strong communication and influencing skills across technical teams, suppliers and senior stakeholders; fluent professional English. Ability to work regularly on site and travel between data center locations; valid driving licence where required for site access. Preferred qualifications Data center, manufacturing, power infrastructure or complex construction experience involving employees and multiple contractors. Experience with electrical safety, critical mechanical systems, commissioning and work in live operational facilities. Founded in 2019, Pigment is one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies globally. With a team of 600+ across Paris, London, New York, Toronto, San Francisco and Austin, we've raised nearly $400M from top-tier investors and were named a Visionary in the 2024 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Financial Planning Software. At Pigment, we take smart risks, celebrate bold ideas, and challenge the status quo—all while working as one team. If you're driven by innovation and ready to make an impact at scale, we’d love to hear from you. The Data & Automations Team The Data & Automations team builds and operates Pigment's internal data platform, and designs, implements, and maintains the intelligent automation solutions that rely on it. Together, they streamline business processes and enhance data-driven decision making: we empower product, business and corporate functions through technology integration, robust data architecture, and process optimization, enabling teams to focus on high-value activities while ensuring accuracy and scalability. The data platform is the foundation of everything we deliver. It is a centralized, governed ecosystem that collects, stores, transforms, and serves data to internal consumers across Product, Go-To-Market (GTM), and General & Administrative (G&A) functions, providing a single source of truth for analytics, automations, and AI. Making it reliable, secure, cost-efficient, and scalable is at the core of our mission. The team also consolidates and orchestrates AI efforts across Pigment, from governance and enablement to building AI-powered solutions. Our team tackles diverse challenges, from integrating finance and HR systems and streamlining employee lifecycle processes, to building pipelines that turn product usage and customer interactions into actionable insights for Finance or GTM teams. AI is now at the center of most of what we do with data: many of our pipelines feed LLM-powered solutions, and the quality, structure, and governance of our data architecture directly determine what these solutions can deliver. The team is led by Pigment's Deputy CISO and works closely with the Security team: security and data governance are part of how we build, not an afterthought. Role As a Junior Data and Automations Engineer, you will contribute to the continued development of Pigment's data platform: ingestion pipelines, dbt models, orchestration, data quality, and the underlying cloud infrastructure. Our pipelines connect business systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, our HRIS, Gong, or Slack, and feed Pigment applications used by our own business teams. We also build LLM-powered pipelines and use AI tools in our daily engineering work. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow your skills across these technologies while making a meaningful impact on Pigment's operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Under the supervision of the Data & Automations team's more senior members, you will participate in addressing the following topics. GorgiasParis

From $16/yr

We believe conversations will become the #1 way to shop. At Gorgias, we’re building the platform that makes this real: a unified AI agent that sells, supports, and re-engages customers across the entire journey. Conversational Commerce is the future of ecommerce, and we’re leading that shift. Our mission is to turn every interaction between a brand and its customers into a relationship: personal, seamless, and intelligent. By combining deep product expertise with the latest in AI, we’re making shopping feel more natural, human, and connected than ever before. To win, we focus relentlessly on: - Quality: conversations that feel authentic and on-brand. - Experience: effortless shopping from chat to checkout. - Re-engagement: personal, 1-1 dialogue instead of noisy marketing. The opportunity is massive. As AI reshapes how people buy, Gorgias is building the foundation for the next decade of ecommerce, where every brand has its own intelligent agent and every customer feels understood. Join us to make Conversational Commerce real. ABOUT THE TEAM GTM Engineers builds the AI product layer for Gorgias's go-to-market teams: AI agents, internal cockpits, and the automations underneath them, all running on one shared context layer (Cortex). We work across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships. We build and maintain the agents, the business teams own the outputs, and humans review exceptions. ABOUT THE ROLE You'll own the AI agents that run Gorgias's GTM workflows, taking them from manual process to reviewed agent. The goal is to optimize as much GTM work as possible without losing quality. A strong fit ships working agents quickly, debugs a broken workflow in Cargo, HubSpot, or another GTM tool without waiting for help, and cares whether the business actually uses what gets built. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Navigate between our context layer, our app and service repositories, MCPs, and our automation tools to build and improve end-to-end GTM workflows. - Build custom agents and reusable agent skills on our agent stack (Cortex) , and on custom builds when the stack can't do the job. - Build and maintain agents for lead and account work: outbound reply handling, audience and call-list building, enrichment, event follow-up, and referral routing. - Map the Sales and Marketing workflow backlog, decide Agent vs. Automation vs. Manual for each workflow, and deliver the chosen option with a reviewable output for the business owner. - Improve live agents: tune prompts and skills, read conversation and performance data, fix regressions, and document edge cases. - Debug broken workflows fast across Cargo, HubSpot, Customer.io http://Customer.io, and other GTM tools, and fix the root cause. - Connect agents to our systems through APIs and workflows (n8n, Clay, custom code), with credentials managed centrally rather than on personal accounts. - Help Sales (BDRs and AEs) and CS adopt agents: learn their daily work, design flows with them, and train them to supervise outputs. - Work with the other GTM Engineers (cockpit, data, systems) so agents run on clean CRM data. WHO YOU ARE - You need to be passionate about AI. Claude Code, Conductor, or another AI coding harness is where you spend most of your time building—not something you only experiment with occasionally. - 3+ years in a technical GTM, RevOps, or growth engineering role, with production automations you can point to. - Hands-on with LLM applications: prompt design, tool or function calling, and reviewing output quality. Experience building custom agents is a plus. - Familiarity with a modern data stack (BigQuery, dbt, Segment, Airbyte, Hightouch) is a plus. - Solid SQL and Python or JavaScript, and comfortable working with REST APIs. - Working knowledge on outbound or engagement tool (Cargo, Dust, Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, Customer.io http://Customer.io, or similar). - Experience with n8n, Clay, or a similar automation tool is a plus. - Good business judgment: you know when an agent should draft and when it should act. - Ownership: you take a workflow from idea to live agent and flag breakages early. - Fluent English. French is a plus for the Paris team. Perks & Benefits - 🏖️ 5-week vacation plus 2 weeks RTT (We follow each country's appropriate PTO Laws) - 🤕 Paid sick leave - 🧸 Paid parental leave (16 weeks) - 💻 MacBook Pro - 🍽️ Personal credit card to buy lunches (we use Swile https://www.swile.co/en-FR) - 🏥 We provide private health insurance (we use GAN) - 💆🏻‍♀️ Get up to €700 to set up your workstation at home (working from home should feel breezy) - 📚 Get up to €2000 of learning material and wellness support per year! This includes €1500 for learning material (such as books, courses, and individual coaching sessions) directly linked to your job scope, as well as a €500 wellness budget. Take advantage of these resources to grow in your role and prioritize your personal development and wellness. - 🥰 Every quarter, we organize an online company-wide summit to discuss where we’re going and strengthen social bonds. Once per year we organize offsite team retreats and company retreats! AI at Gorgias At Gorgias, AI is a natural extension of how we work and build. Our teams use it every day to research, write, analyze, code, and craft better customer experiences. Everyone has access to premium AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Granola & others) and an annual L&D budget to explore new ones. The real magic happens when we share what we learn. Our #powerup Slack channel is a digital petri dish of new tools and workflows, and each team has AI champions who showcase fresh ideas during weekly company-wide standups, now practically AI demo sessions. We see AI not as a replacement for creativity or empathy, but as a multiplier, helping us move faster, think deeper, and serve customers better. AI use in Recruiting at Gorgias By submitting your application, you agree that Gorgias may collect and process your personal data for recruiting, workforce planning, and related purposes. For more information about how we process your data and your rights, please refer to our Applicant Privacy Policy https://www.gorgias.com/legal/applicant-privacy-policy. Product Manager (English/French)

unframeParis, Paris

From $100/yr

About Unframe Unframe is an AI-first startup helping the world’s largest enterprises bring LLM-powered applications to life in days - not months. We combine the speed of a product company with the flexibility of a consultancy, helping customers move from idea to deployed AI systems faster than anyone else in the market. Backed by Bessemer, Craft, and TLV Partners with $100M in Series B funding, we’re building a fast-growing, revenue-generating company working with Fortune 500 customers globally About the role This role sits on the front line: you engage directly with enterprise clients, lead discovery to uncover core business challenges, and design and ship tailored AI solutions built on Unframe's platform. You own the work end-to-end, serving as the strategic and technical bridge from initial conversation through to final deployment. This is a true builder role. You write the precise specifications and prompt architectures that bring solutions to life, making the critical design decisions that determine whether an enterprise AI deployment actually succeeds. What you’ll do This is a project-led role with unmediated access to clients at every stage. You will typically manage several engagements simultaneously, with short planning horizons and evolving requirements. Roughly 30 to 40 percent of the role is active client management, ensuring senior stakeholders remain aligned through delivery, progress reviews, and post-deployment rollouts. Lead Enterprise Discovery: Conduct discovery sessions directly with enterprise clients to map workflows, uncover business challenges, and distinguish surface-level requests from fundamental operational needs. Design & Spec AI Solutions: Translate customer problems into structured solution plans on Unframe's platform. Write detailed specs and define prompt and context structures, owning the complete solution design. Drive End-to-End Delivery: Collaborate with engineers and AI specialists to deliver solutions on target. Prioritize requirements and manage tradeoffs across speed, stability, and scope. Represent the User & Platform: Act as the voice of enterprise operators and domain experts while collaborating with the Platform team to identify reusable product patterns. What we’re looking for 4+ years of experience in product management or technical delivery roles, with a proven track record working alongside engineering teams on complex, fast-paced technical products. Bilingual Fluency (English & French): Fluent in French to connect with users and stakeholders in France, and fluent in English for daily collaboration across our international teams. Customer-Led Discovery: Proven experience personally leading consultative conversations with enterprise buyers and operators - not supporting a sales call, not interviewing platform users, but owning the conversation to surface unstated needs and translate them into clear solution scope. Enterprise Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage senior client relationships through a complex delivery; keeping stakeholders aligned, navigating competing priorities, and being the primary point of contact when requirements shift or timelines compress. Problem-to-Solution Design: Ability to start from a raw business problem without existing features for reference, defining exactly how an AI solution should function and writing precise specs for build teams. Complex Delivery Execution: Experience shipping AI-powered features under tight timelines, managing evolving requirements, and documenting strategic tradeoffs. AI Solutions Experience: Direct exposure to building with LLMs - writing prompt structures, defining context and output constraints, working with agentic systems, or managing model uncertainty in a shipped product or working prototype. This is the dimension most learnable on the job; concrete work product carries more weight than certification. Builder Orientation: Driven by creating customer-facing solutions rather than simply managing traditional roadmaps or processing requests. Core Competencies: Strong written communication, systems thinking, high attention to detail, fluent English (written and verbal), and the ability to navigate multi-faceted projects. Location Remote (France): This position is 100% remote within France. Why join us At Unframe, you’ll help build AI systems that are already delivering real value to global enterprises - not prototypes, demos, or side projects. You’ll work with exceptional teammates, collaborate directly with top-tier customers, and have real influence over both the solutions we ship and the evolution of our platform. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where product thinking, technical depth, and creativity come together. If you enjoy solving hard problems, moving fast, and building practical AI products that actually make it to production - we’d love to meet you. In this role, you will be the architect of our technical narrative and the systems behind it, ensuring our customers and the AI agents that increasingly serve them have the right information at the exact moment it's needed. You'll go beyond writing "how-to" articles ; you will design and organize a logic-driven knowledge base that serves two audiences, our customers and AI agents (including the Documentation Agent in the Pigment platform), and you'll own the quality of content for both. Working at the intersection of Product and Customer Experience, you'll partner with subject matter experts to translate high-level product updates, including Pigment's native AI capabilities that allow users to build models simply by speaking their intent , into clear, concise, and discoverable content that drives self-service and empowers our users to master the platform independently. What you'll do: Own the Narrative: Write and edit logically structured, reader-focused documentation that aligns with our Style Guide, ensuring a consistent voice across all Pigment help resources, for both human readers and AI agents. Architect Information: Design intuitive content layouts and visual aids within our knowledge base, making strategic decisions on content length and structure to maximize user comprehension and self-service. Structure content so it can be reliably chunked, retrieved, and cited by AI agents, not only read by people. Train and Tune the Documentation Agent: Partner with Product and Engineering to improve the Documentation Agent in the Pigment platform. Run Docs as Code: Manage content through Git-based workflows (Markdown, pull requests, and automated checks for links, structure, and style) so documentation ships in step with product releases. Automate and Scale Content Operations: Build lightweight automation and AI-assisted workflows that reduce repetitive work, and make it easier for Product, Engineering, and Professional Services colleagues to contribute accurate documentation. Master the Product: Proactively explore new product functionalities and build clear, relevant use-case examples that help customers bridge the gap between feature and value. Collaborate and Influence: Build trust and rapport with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Professional Services to navigate blockers, gather requirements, and ensure documentation is ready at the moment of release. Drive Strategy and Impact: Use data-driven insights, including both traditional knowledge base analytics and measures of how well content performs for agents (such as answer accuracy and retrieval quality), to recommend improvements to our knowledge base. Thrive in Agility: Effectively prioritize and organize your tasks to meet deadlines in our fast-paced environment, maintaining focus on project goals even when demands or product priorities shift. Be a Mentor: Act as a main contributor to our team's documentation standards, including AI and docs-as-code practices, and provide guidance to peers to ensure high-quality output across the board. Who you are: 3-5 years of experience in technical writing, content strategy, or documentation engineering, preferably within the SaaS, EPM, or FinTech space. Strong command of authoring, hosting, and collaboration tools, such as Document360, Jira / Confluence, Git / GitHub, and Markdown (VS Code). Hands-on experience with docs-as-code workflows (Git, pull requests, Markdown, and CI-based checks). Practical experience using LLMs in a writing workflow, including prompting, critically reviewing output, and building repeatable workflows. An understanding of what makes content machine-readable as well as human-readable (consistent structure, self-contained sections, clear metadata). Strong editorial judgment, including the ability to verify AI-generated content for accuracy and to produce content that automation can't get to the right standard on its own. Proven ability to independently learn complex product functionality and translate it into clear, concise instructions for both technical and non-technical audiences. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a can-do attitude when faced with complex technical puzzles. Experience using data and insights to inform content decisions and measure the effectiveness of documentation. Highly collaborative mindset with the ability to work across various time zones and departments to achieve a common goal. Professional fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is a significant advantage, as many of our Product colleagues are French speakers. Nice to Have: Scripting ability (Python or JavaScript) for automation. Familiarity with RAG concepts, llms.txt, or MCP. Experience evaluating or improving the output of an AI assistant or agent. They work in strong partnership with Product Designers and Engineering, shaping strategy and decisions from problem definition all the way to delivery, with direct and visible impact on both the product and the business. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to form that partnership with a Product Designer: a duo jointly responsible for the end-to-end experiences you ship together. You'll take ownership of a strategic product area, identify the biggest opportunities, and turn them into clear product bets on a product used by millions of people. We're moving away from small, isolated feature launches toward bigger, end-to-end experiences tested at scale . You'll combine user understanding, data and strong product convictions to frame problems, shape solutions with Design and Engineering, and decide what to scale, iterate, or stop. You'll also work closely with Data, Machine Learning, Brand Marketing and Trust & Safety on challenges ranging from recommendation and discovery to retention, safety, monetization and AI. Product Manager, Editing Foundations

From $201/yr

About us Founded in 2019 and part of Y Combinator's 2020 cohort, Photoroom is the leading visual solution for e-commerce. We've raised Series B funding and reached 300+ million users worldwide, processing over 5 billion images annually and serving both small businesses and major enterprises like Amazon, DoorDash, and Decathlon through our mobile app, web platform, and API. We're a remote-friendly team of 100+ passionate builders giving e-commerce businesses superpowers to create visuals that help them grow, making the hardest parts of selling online disappear. We focus on craft, innovation, and collaboration, creating exceptional impact for e-commerce businesses worldwide. Role Summary We're looking for a Product Manager to own the editor: the surface every Photoroom user touches, on iOS, Android and the web. You'll sit in our Product Foundations team, whose mission is to build the core experiences that power Photoroom. You will work on the last-mile editing problem, giving users control with fine-grained edits for photos and videos. Working closely with engineers, designers, and the PMs who depend on you, you'll decide what gets built, why, and how it ships. Location: Paris, Ile de France (Hybrid) About the role Own the single- and multi-image editing experiences end to end. Build one unified visual editing experience across three platforms, iOS, Android, Web and API. Integrate visual editing experiences within chat editing. Photoroom gives users the ability to start with AI generation and then graduate into fine-grained editing tasks. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our researchers and engineers to make sure our users can traverse the full editing journey in Photoroom. Define the problem before the solution. Sharpen the user problem, then partner with design and engineering to ship work that feels effortless. On a surface this heavily used, the difference between "works" and "feels right" is the whole job. Stay close to the user. Talk to e-commerce sellers every week, watch them edit, and feed what you hear directly into roadmap decisions. Use data to decide, not to justify. Pull and interpret data yourself, including crash rates, latency and cross-platform parity, to form hypotheses, measure what shipped, and call what's next. You won't need to wait around for someone else to run the query. About You You've shipped products people love. Five+ years as a PM, with multiple launches where you’ve convincingly solved the user problem and delivered business value. You've owned a creative product surface. An editor, a canvas or another tool where you are giving a user creative control. AI has reshaped how you work. You use Claude or equivalent every day, for prototyping, testing with users, or automating the parts of the job that used to fill your calendar. The value you bring sits in strategy and direction, not in writing tickets. You have demonstrable product taste. You can show specific work where the details matter and explain the calls you made, including the ones you'd make differently now. Craft in an editor is measured in milliseconds and pixels. You create clarity from ambiguity. Given a fuzzy problem, you take action rather than waiting for direction: you structure it, decide what matters, and move. You're data-fluent. You pull, interpret, and challenge data yourself, and use it to form a point of view rather than confirm one. You thrive in small teams with high autonomy. You can ship without being managed, and can operate in a fully remote, async-first environment that offers no scaffolding around you. Nice to have: experience building creative tools or any product where craft and visual quality matter; an understanding of photography or videography; experience shipping native mobile alongside web; entrepreneurial experience (you've started, built, or run something). Benefits 30 days annual leave plus local public holidays Competitive equity package with stock options/BSPCE, giving you ownership in our growing company €1000 one-time home office grant OR €400 per month co-working space stipend €1,000 annual learning and development budget for training, courses, books, and skill development Private health insurance Access to personalised mental health support, including 1:1 sessions with therapists or coaches, self-care tools, and well-being resources via MokaCare Sports and cultural activities reimbursement Relocation support (up to 10k) available for those choosing to move to France, including apartment finding and visa assistance Note: Visa sponsorship and relocation support are only available for positions based in France. We cannot sponsor visas for remote positions outside of France. Hiring Process Screening call with Talent Manager (30min) Technical interview with Hiring Manager (60min) Take-home assignment (duration varies by role) and live review with the team (90min) Culture fit interviews and meet the team (~3h in total) Reference check and offer Support: We value diversity and aim to create an inclusive experience for all applicants. Please let us know if there's anything we can do to make the process more accessible for you. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging We're committed to enabling everyone to feel included and valued at work. We believe our company and culture are strongest when composed of diverse experiences and backgrounds. That's also why we have flexible working hours, trust people to work remotely, and extended parental leave. All qualified applicants receive consideration for employment without regard to age, color, family, gender identity, marital status, national origin, physical or mental disability, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
