Design Engineer, Product (Senior/Staff) (d/f/m)

PersonioMunich, Bavaria, Germany

From $500/yr

Personio's intelligent HR platform helps small and medium-sized organizations unlock the power of people by making complicated, time-consuming tasks simple and efficient. Our team of 1,500 Personios is building user-friendly products that delight our 15,000+ customers and their 1.5 million employees. Ready to make an impact from day one? This role requires 2 days per week in the office and is based in Munich/Berlin/London. As a Design Engineer at Personio, you will sit at the intersection of design craft and technical execution, bridging the gap between how we imagine our product and how it gets built. You will be a key force in elevating the quality, consistency, and velocity of our product experiences, working as part of our Design Infrastructure team, while also working across product teams on highest-priority initiatives. You will build the UI components, infrastructure and systems that empowers designers to work closer to code with consistency, contribute to high-priority product experiences that touch every customer, and help create AI-powered tooling that automates repetitive front-end work. As an early member of a newly-formalized discipline at Personio, you will help define what great Design Engineering looks like — and set the bar for those who follow. What You'll Do * Steward and improve the design system by building and maintaining high-quality, accessible, and performant components and patterns that are used consistently across Personio’s product surfaces. * Uplevel cohesion in the product by spotting gaps in consistency across the product, connecting disparate projects, and building reusable patterns and frameworks that scale. * Contribute to high-priority product features by embedding with product teams to deliver UX features and systems that benefit a wide reach of customers. * Collaborate across disciplines — maintaining a close relationship with both design and engineering to stay aligned on platform priorities, developer experience, and the evolving standards that govern design–engineering handoff. * Contribute to our Product \& Technology culture by bringing technical perspective into design conversations, and design perspective to engineering, mentoring designers on front-end concepts, and helping the org think more fluently about code and design together. * Build AI-powered design tooling and workflows that move designers closer to code through high fidelity prototyping and live production edits. * Help define and evolve the Design Engineering discipline at Personio — contributing to career expectations, playbooks, and processes as this practice matures. What You Need To Succeed * Technical proficiency in front-end development (React, Typescript, CSS) combined with strong UX sensibility and product instincts. Should have familiarity with NextJs, monorepos, UI testing, performance considerations and accessibility. Preference for experience with Vercel, Microfrontends and Motion. * Hands-on experience with design systems, including building and scaling component libraries, tokens, and patterns adopted by multiple teams. * Comfort with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude), and a track record of using these to accelerate design-to-code workflows. Preference for familiarity of the Claude ecosystem and agentic development workflows. * Experience creating reusable frameworks, tooling, or processes that improve how design and engineering teams work together and that are adopted beyond their original context. * Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions — working fluidly with designers, product managers, and engineers, and communicating at the intersection of both disciplines. * An eye for craft and consistency, with the drive to proactively identify quality gaps and take initiative to address them across the product. * Comfort operating in ambiguity, with the self-direction to define your own scope, navigate undefined spaces, and bring clarity to cross-functional challenges. * AI Fluency: You have hands-on experience using AI to improve your workflow, and the sound judgment to know exactly when to rely on it and when to step in yourself. Why Personio Personio is an equal opportunities employer, committed to building an integrative culture where everyone feels welcomed and supported. We embrace uniqueness and understand that our diverse, values-driven culture makes us stronger. We are proud to have an inclusive workplace environment that will foster your development no matter your gender, civil status, family status, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, education level, or race. At Personio, we value in-person collaboration while also offering flexibility. This role is office-based, with 2 days per week required in your contracted office location. The remaining days can be worked from home or in the office if you prefer. In addition, you’ll have 20 Flex Days per year to work remotely from other locations. Aside from our people, culture, and mission, check out some of the other benefits that make Personio a great place to work: * Receive a competitive reward package – reevaluated each year – that includes salary, benefits, and pre-IPO equity * Enjoy 28 days of paid vacation, plus an additional day after 2 and 4 years * Make an impact on the environment and society with 1 (fully paid) Impact Day * Receive generous family leave, child support, mental health support (including 24 sessions per year with Oli for yourself and 10 sessions for a significant other), and sabbatical opportunities * We enjoy gathering for meals, cultural initiatives, and events like local Summer Sessions and year-end celebrations. There's also healthy snacks, drinks, and a weekly catered lunch.

Senior Product & Technical Marketing Manager – Fusion Design (EMEA)

AutodeskMunich, Bavaria, Germany

From $26/yr

Job Requisition ID # 26WD100979 Position Overview We are seeking an experienced product and technical marketing professional with a mechanical design and engineering background to support and expand the Fusion design portfolio in EMEA. Autodesk Fusion brings CAD, CAM, CAE, PCB, PDM, and PLM together on one cloud platform at a price that puts professional tools within reach of every engineer and every shop. EMEA is home to some of the world’s most demanding design and manufacturing customers, and they don’t buy generic messaging. They buy from people who understand their workflows, their tools, and their constraints. You will own messaging and positioning for Fusion design in the region, develop technical assets, and produce enablement content that empowers our go-to-market teams to win against entrenched incumbents such as SolidWorks, Inventor, Onshape, NX, and Creo. This role requires someone who has worked as an engineer or designer, understands how products are modeled, simulated, documented, and released to manufacturing, and can translate technical capabilities into compelling business value. Ideal candidates will bring an experimentation mindset and continuously find ways to use AI to scale themselves and the team. Responsibilities Product Marketing * Own the Autodesk Fusion design story and point of view for EMEA, including AI-enabled design workflows, adapting the global narrative to regional segments, industries, and competitive dynamics, and feeding what you learn back into the global story. * Define and articulate messaging and positioning for Fusion design across parametric and direct modeling, assemblies, simulation, generative design, electronics, data management, and the connected design-to-manufacture workflow. * Spend real time with customers. Run discovery conversations with mechanical engineers, industrial designers, and shop owners across the region, then turn their pain points, language, and objections into messaging, campaigns, and enablement. * Monitor the competitive landscape and build competitive intelligence and positioning, including win/loss signal that you bring back to product, global PMM, and regional sales. * Develop go-to-market strategies in collaboration with product management, sales, and Campaigns, Demand Gen, and Growth Marketing teams to drive adoption. Co-own the outcomes: you succeed when their funnels convert. * Lead regional launches end to end: localized messaging, field and partner enablement, events, and post-launch adoption. Turn each release into a demand-generating moment, not just an announcement. * Create enablement materials including presentations, solution one-pagers, competitive comparisons, battlecards, and case studies. * Partner with the channel and strategic partner ecosystem across EMEA to drive adoption and awareness. * Partner with industry strategy and product management teams to ensure alignment with market needs. Technical Marketing * Build technical assets such as demos, reference workflows, videos, and blogs showcasing Fusion’s design capabilities, from first sketch through simulation, drawings, and handoff to manufacturing. * Run hands-on competitive evaluations. Build the same part or assembly in Fusion and in competing tools, and document where Fusion wins, where it doesn’t, and what that means for positioning. Turn the results into comparison assets that hold up to engineering scrutiny. * Validate new workflows and features before release to ensure accurate technical storytelling, and give product management a clear read on how each feature will land with EMEA customers. * Develop out-of-the-box, ready-to-run technical demos that field teams and partners can deliver without you. * Deliver and support technical presentations at internal and external events, such as Autodesk University and regional industry conferences. * Collaborate with product teams to highlight differentiators and competitive advantages. AI-Driven Workflows * Build and maintain AI-powered workflows that scale product and technical marketing, such as call-transcript and win/loss analysis, competitive release monitoring, messaging testing pipelines, and research synthesis. * Maintain the custom GPTs, Claude projects, and skills your team uses day to day. Show us what you built and what it changed. Qualifications * A degree in mechanical engineering or a closely related field, or equivalent hands-on experience as a practicing engineer or designer. * 5+ years of experience in mechanical design or engineering roles, such as product design, design engineering, or applications engineering, with hands-on use of a CAD tool in real projects. * Strong technical experience with Fusion or another major CAD platform (SolidWorks, Inventor, NX, Creo, CATIA, Solid Edge, or Onshape). You understand parametric versus direct modeling and can explain why the difference matters to a customer. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of competitive CAD tools. * Familiarity with simulation, generative design, electronics design, CAM, or PDM/PLM is a plus, along with the curiosity to learn the rest. * Proven experience in product marketing and technical marketing within software or engineering technology. If your background is in solutions engineering, applications engineering, or technical sales, show us the positioning, enablement, or launch work that demonstrates product marketing aptitude and ambition. * You’ve shaped positioning and messaging, tested it with real customers, and iterated until it resonated. You don’t ship copy you haven’t validated. * Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and business audiences. * Skilled in creating engaging multimedia content (video, demos, infographics). * Demonstrated experience building AI workflows beyond the chat window, such as agents, automated analysis, or custom GPTs and skills your team relies on. * Fluent in the EMEA market and comfortable with multi-country, multi-language GTM. English is required; German, French, or another major European language is a plus. How We’ll Measure Success * Messaging that resonates with EMEA customers, is adopted by field and partners, and shows up in win rates. * Technical content, demos, and comparisons that field teams use and that hold up when customers test them. * A steady flow of customer insight that changes global positioning, campaigns, or roadmap priorities. * Regional launch and campaign outcomes (activation, adoption, and pipeline influenced), measured jointly with Campaigns, Demand Gen, and Growth. * AI-driven workflows that shorten the time from customer or competitor signal to updated positioning and enablement. Why Join Us? Fusion is a strategic growth area for Autodesk, and EMEA is a market we’re actively building. In this role, you will shape how we tell the story of connected design and manufacturing workflows and help customers move from first concept to finished product on one platform. reevMunich, Bavaria, Germany

From $28/yr

Your Mission EV charging is moving from a specialist topic into the everyday infrastructure of businesses, buildings, and communities. The products behind that shift need to be powerful enough for complex energy systems and simple enough for people who are not mobility or energy experts. At reev, you will shape the experience of software used by businesses, electricians, and charging operators across Europe. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build real product experiences, not only define them from a distance. You will own product design end to end: from understanding a problem and exploring ideas to building interfaces, validating them with users, and preparing them for implementation. As reev's go-to Product Designer, you will work closely with Product Managers, the founder, UX Research, Engineering, customers and installers to boost our products’ usability and adoption. Your design work drives business metrics and caters to the success of reev. Own the full design process. Turn product problems into clear user experiences, flows, and interfaces that people can understand and use. Build, do not just advise. Spend meaningful time building prototypes and high-fidelity UI, while keeping the experience grounded in real user needs. Validate with the people who use the product. Test ideas and designs with customers and electricians, and use insights from Customer Support, Customer Success, and Sales to improve the experience. Work directly with Engineering. Explore feasibility with engineers early, explain design intent clearly, and hand over work in a way that supports high-quality implementation. Create consistency across the product suite. Help establish a coherent product design language across the entire product portfolio. Make design decisions that can stand up to discussion. Use design principles, benchmarks, user evidence, and sound reasoning to explain your choices while staying open to feedback and practical compromise. What You Bring Along You are a Product Designer with a strong foundation in product design and experience working as part of a cross-functional team. You enjoy building products, exploring solutions, and refining the details that make an experience work. You are comfortable working with C-Level Management and moving from early ideas to high-quality execution. * You bring strong product design craft. You can move from user experience flows to detailed UI, and you care about the quality of the final interaction and interface. * You bring structure and ownership. You can turn open questions into clear next steps, make thoughtful trade-offs, and involve the right people at the right time. * You communicate and collaborate with clarity. You can explain and defend design decisions with evidence, incorporate feedback, and make thoughtful trade-offs without losing sight of the user need. * You enjoy cross-functional collaboration. You work well with different perspectives and turn complex product challenges into useful products. * You use a modern design toolkit. You have practical experience with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools such as Claude Design and Lovable, alongside Figma. * You have developed a strong foundation through experience in a startup, scale-up, or established software company. You can apply your design foundation in a fast-moving product environment and work effectively across different stakeholders. Should have * Experience designing B2B SaaS products or other complex software products where clarity matters. * German language skills that help you take part in user interviews or user testing with customers and electricians. We don't expect every box ticked. But we do expect you to care deeply, move fast, and hold yourself to a high standard. Sound like you? Let's talk. What You Can Expect From Us How we work Clear goals. Real ownership. No politics. We move fast, decide together, and hold each other accountable - because progress beats perfection. Monthly team events and regular cross-office collaboration between Munich and Zagreb keep us connected as one team. Where you'll work Our office at Stiglmaierplatz is where collaboration happens - face to face, shoulder to shoulder. For this role, we expect you on-site four days per week. Not because we track attendance, but because we believe the best outcomes happen when great people are in the same room. What You Get * 28 vacation days - Plus additional days off between Christmas and New Year. Good work starts with proper rest. * Mental health, taken seriously - Free access to the nilo platform with individual sessions from psychologists and business coaches. We want you balanced, not just productive. * AI tools - no limits - Every person and every team at reev uses the AI tools they choose, without budget constraints. We believe in working with the best tools available, and we don't slow that down. * Move sustainably - JobRad, subsidised public transport, or EGYM Wellpass. You choose what fits your life. * €1,000 learning budget - Yours to use. Plus internal development opportunities. Because when you grow, we all grow. * Your future, sorted - Digital, commission-free company pension (bAV) with DYNO. Transparent, with a personal dashboard. No fine print. Benefits may vary slightly by location. Your recruiter will walk you through what applies to your role. About Us reev makes EV charging intelligent and energy management simple for more than 7,000 companies across Europe. We work on infrastructure that Europe really needs: charging, energy, buildings, connected in one system that simply has to work for our customers. The market is fast, complex, and full of open questions. That is exactly why we are looking for people who do not wait for perfect conditions. If you want ownership, reev is the right place for you. You get responsibility with room to make decisions. We decide, we deliver, we improve, openly, respectfully, and with a focus on what ultimately works. We work across teams, locations, and markets, pragmatic and closely aligned. For us, responsibility means finishing things, clarifying dependencies early, asking for help when things get stuck, and sharing knowledge so others can move faster. From $200/yr

Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes. 2,100+ customers across 80+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White \& Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $200M+ in ARR , with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI, Graceview, Cadastral, and Wexler. We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law. Joining Legora means three things. * We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. * We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. * We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. About The Role You're the local face of People at Legora: bringing local expertise, judgement and a strong understanding of employment practices to support employees and managers through a range of people matters. You will provide local advisory support, run local casework from start to finish, fill process and policy gaps, and make sure the employee experience in your market is accurate, timely and well handled. This is a hands-on, operational role and a strong launchpad for your next step. You'll be close enough to the business to understand how each function really works, trusted to make real judgment calls on the ground, and sharp enough to know when something needs a specialist instead. Sitting within People Operations, you will act as an escalation for our People Operations Specialists, providing guidance and resolving matters that require local interpretation, judgement or a more tailored approach You'll partner closely with Employee Relations \& Compliance, who own our jurisdictional frameworks, create consistent standards, and provide specialist expertise for complex, contested or legally sensitive matters. You'll also work alongside our People Business Partners, sharing local insights and supporting the effective delivery of people initiatives and organisational changes within your local market. What You'll Own * Provide practical advice to employees, managers and People Operations colleagues on local employment practices, policies and people matters that require interpretation or judgement. * Running local cases from start to finish within the scope of your certification, including absence management, ongoing performance concerns and restructuring conversations, with each one properly scoped, documented and closed * Handling intake for leave, accommodation and absence requests, resolving what's routine and recognizing what needs to go further * Building out local process and policy, and ensuring people programs effectively land in your market. * Identify opportunities to improve local processes, employee experiences and ways of working, collaborating with other People teams to implement improvements. * Applying your market's jurisdiction playbook accurately and consistently, and flagging where it doesn't fit local reality * Recognizing the moment a matter becomes formal, contested or legally sensitive, and handing it off the same day with everything the next person needs to pick it up seamlessly * Keeping your certification and calibration current so your casework meets the same standard as every other market * Work closely with People Business Partners and Employee Relations \& Compliance, sharing local trends, recurring issues and emerging risks to inform broader people decisions and improvements. What Success Looks Like * Employees and managers get fast, consistent, local support without having to wait on anyone * Every case you run is well documented and would stand up to close scrutiny * Handoffs are clean and immediate, and nothing formal or legally sensitive stays with you longer than it should * Patterns you spot locally, such as a recurring issue or a risk building in one team, are raised early with both Employee Relations \& Compliance and the relevant People Partner, before they become bigger problems * You're a trusted, visible presence in your market: the person people choose to go to, not a channel they're told to use Who You Are * Experience in an HR, People Operations or HR generalist role, ideally with some exposure to employee relations casework * A good understanding of local employment practices, employee relations and HR policies, with the ability to apply these in real-world situations. * Able to stay neutral and steady under pressure, including with senior stakeholders * Sound judgment on when to act and when to escalate; you'd rather flag early than guess * Organized and detail-oriented, with documentation clear enough that someone else could pick it up cold * Motivated by where this role can lead, with a genuine interest in growing * Comfortable working within a defined playbook while bringing your own judgment to how it's applied Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can do their best work. We welcome people of all backgrounds and don’t discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

Frontend / UX Engineer

AtiraMunich, Bavaria, Germany

From $10/yr

About Atira Atira builds the commercial brain for industrials. Our agents 10x the sales engineers of today by offering the complete toolbox of tasks needed in complex environments. They handle everything from extracting and classifying requirements from incoming RFQs, orchestrating communication and information retrieval across multiple stakeholders and systems, while generating outcomes like documentation, production system inputs, or configuration recommendations. CRM. Atira. ERP. We are one of the fastest growing teams in Munich and are looking for you to join us! Why UX engineers are foundational to what Atira ships As a UX / Front-End Engineer at Atira, you turn frontier AI from "demo-able" into "usable" inside the daily work of a sales engineer. Our agents handle some of the hardest workflows in industry: parsing 1000-page RFQs, reconciling specs against ERP tables, generating outputs that flow into SAP, Salesforce, and PLM systems. None of that matters unless a human can review, trust, and intervene in the agent's work at the right moment. You will design and build the surfaces where agents and humans meet and interact: Chat with human-in-the-loop, document review UIs that render complex multi-modal inputs (tables, drawings, configurator rules), agent timelines and trace views, diff and approval flows, internal tooling for our FDEs and AI engineers, and the design system that ties it together. A misread requirement can cost a manufacturer six figures, so the UI that surfaces that requirement to a human reviewer is crucial. The challenges are real and the margin for error is thin. Where you trained matters less than what you've built and the taste you bring. Atira is at a stage where you must own problems end to end, because what you ship today is what our customers use tomorrow. What you will do * Own the surfaces where agents meet humans. Chat with HITL, agent step-by-step traces, approval flows, inline reviewing, editing of agent outputs and generative UI. The best agentic functionality is only as good as its usability \& the underlying user trust * Lead our frontend architecture and design. You will own our frontend architecture and be responsible for our team shipping UI / UX in a scalable, consistent framing * Render complex, data-heavy documents. Industrials live in 1000-page RFQs, Excel pricing lists, BOMs, technical drawings, configurator outputs. You'll build the UIs that make these reviewable, diffable, and editable without dragging the browser to its knees * Build full-stack features end to end. From the React component to the route to the API contract, you ship vertical slices. You partner with FDEs and backend engineers but you do not wait on them * Set the bar for craft. Motion, interaction, latency, polish. You define the design system, component primitives, and patterns the rest of the team builds on. You care that a button feels right, not just that it works * Reliability and tests. Playwright coverage on the flows that matter. You think about loading states, error states, empty states, and what happens when the agent stream stalls at token 4,732 What we are looking for Taste, depth, and taking problems personally, go deep until the interaction feels right, and own the outcome including the parts that broke. Your profile * Very strong frontend fundamentals. Excellent TypeScript / React skills. You understand rendering behaviour, suspense, server components, concurrent features, and the gap between "code that works" and "code that won't haunt the next person." You can read someone else's production frontend, understand why it was built that way, and ship changes that make it more scalable * Strong taste. You understand and are opinionated around the right way of designing UI / UX to reduce user friction \& unlock feature adoption * Experience with our stack or close alternatives: React, Next.js, the Tanstack ecosystem (Query, Table, Router and Start), Vite, Playwright. Tailwind, shadcn/ui, Radix etc. * You've gone further than most with AI-assisted development. Whether it's Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or your own setup, you've invested seriously in building the skills, context, and workflows to get maximum leverage from coding agents * You are a strong technical decision maker who knows how to make tradeoffs on rendering strategy, state management, data fetching, and component architecture, and can explain the pros and cons of every solution * You've demonstrated ownership and initiative: a company you started, a serious open-source contribution (UI library, design system, real commit history), a side project that grew to production scale, or a role where you owned a user-facing surface that others would have delegated. We want to see evidence that you build things without being told to * Degree in Computer Science, HCI, Design Engineering, or a related technical field from a strong technical university, or an equivalent record of shipped work * Full working proficiency in English. German is not required What You'll Get * Real ownership: you'll be one of the early team members and shape both product and architecture, while working closely with customers * Strong peers: work with people who have built and shipped AI systems in industrial environments at scale before, and the chance to learn directly from them * Impactful work: your code is deployed all across Europe's and the US's industrial backbone, affecting how complex products and services are sold and configured worldwide * Competitive salary \& equity package and additional benefits including Wellpass, JobRad, and company dinners * Most importantly: collaborate and thrive in a high-performing but caring culture. We will own the industrial sales function but will do so with modesty and integrity What success looks like after a few months * You've shipped the agent and human interaction surfaces that customers spend their day in, and FDEs cite them as a reason deals close faster * You own a core surface (chat, document review, agent trace, internal tooling, the design system) and the team trusts your judgment on how it should evolve * When something breaks on the frontend, you can trace issues across React, Next.js or Tanstack Start, the API contract, and the backing services, and fix them end to end * The frontend is fast under real load: Your architectural decisions have held up and you can explain the tradeoffs you made and what you'd do differently
