Frontend Engineer

SHIFTBASE B.V.Zoetermeer, Zuid-Holland, Netherlands

From $10,000/yr

About Shiftbase We build workforce software that helps people get work done. More than 10,000 companies use our platform every month to plan shifts and track time, with less admin in the way. We work from our Zoetermeer office with over 80 people and we grow every year. The culture is open and informal. You can push back on an idea regardless of title, and we change how we work when someone makes the case in retro. About the role You build frontend features that customers use the day you release them. You sit in a product team with backend, QA, design and product, and you take a feature from a rough product idea to a screen a planner can use without a manual. Your time is a balance between working on features, bugs and resolving technical debt. Claude Code is how our engineers write software. Everyone here uses it daily, and whole features now go out with an agent doing most of the coding. You still own what you merge, so you read the diff, you know why it works, and you can defend it in review. The interesting part of the job is deciding what to hand to an agent, what to write yourself, and what context the agent needs to get it right the first time. You ask what a planner is trying to do before you read what the ticket says. You automate the parts of your own process that don't need a human. Year one, in order First, ship. Deliver features in scheduling and time tracking. Start small, then take one full feature from the product conversation through to release. Then, own an area. Pick up a product surface end to end and become the person the team asks about it, including what it should do next. That covers how AI fits your area, which patterns you document for the agent and which calls you keep for yourself. Along the way, make what you build safe to change. Restructure and test the paths you build on while you build on them. Extend test coverage where it's lacking. We move fast and keep quality up by automating what a human doesn't need to do, including the checks that catch what an agent got wrong. What you'll do Design and build frontend features starting from rough product ideas Deliver features with Claude Code, from the prompt through to the pull request, and review the output as closely as a colleague's Write the patterns, conventions and project context our agents work from, so generated frontend code lands in the right shape Turn tangled domain rules into screens people can use without a manual Fix bugs in your own features and in code you've never seen Improve the code you touch while you touch it, so the next feature in that area costs less Write and maintain automated tests in Jest and Playwright Ship in short cycles with your product team Pair, review, and teach what you know How we work Frontend in Angular, backend in PHP, a web app and a mobile app in React Native. Tests in Jest and Playwright. We develop AI-assisted with Claude Code as the primary tool, and a growing share of our code starts there. Human review and engineers owning what they ship keep it safe. We ship in short cycles in product teams with mixed specialisations. We pair often, with each other and with an agent open. Every quarter you get time to build and ship one of your own ideas, and we run hackathons. Must-haves 3+ years of professional experience with an SPA framework, Angular preferred. Depth in React or Vue works if you can show you'll carry it over. You ship. You've delivered features to real users at a steady pace, and you can tell us what you cut to get them out. You've shipped production code with an AI agent. Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot or similar. Tell us where you let it run, where you took the keyboard back, and what you changed about your own workflow after a month of it. You automate your tests. Jest and Playwright, or equivalents, and you have an opinion about what deserves a test. You simplify. Hand you a tangled domain problem and you produce a screen that hides the tangle. You explain your choices. In review, in a design discussion, and to a product manager who doesn't read code. You work as a peer. You pair, you review, and you make the people around you better without needing a title to be heard. Nice-to-haves Claude Code in particular, or agent setups you've tuned for a team rather than yourself TypeScript at depth Storybook or component library ownership React TDD PHP, or enough backend to reason about the API you're consuming Familiarity with a complex, regulated domain (ours covers scheduling, time tracking, leave, and labour law across countries) This might be your dream job if… ✅ You want your work in front of customers within days ✅ You'd rather own a feature end to end than take a finished spec ✅ You want a say in how a team writes frontend code with agents while the answer is still open ✅ You improve the code you touch without being asked, and you stop before it turns into a six-week rewrite ✅ You like a domain that takes months to learn This probably isn't your dream job if… ⛔️ You want the technical approach decided before the ticket reaches you ⛔️ You want a job where AI stays out of your editor ⛔️ You'd merge agent output you can't explain in review ⛔️ You'd stop shipping to finish a refactor ⛔️ You prefer pixel work and would rather leave tests and architecture to someone else ⛔️ You'd rather work alone than pair and review What we offer A laptop on Mac, Windows, or Linux 32 or 40 hours workweek Hybrid, from home or the Zoetermeer office 25 vacation days based on a 40-hour contract Pension plan NS business card or travel expenses reimbursed. Training budget for personal development Please be aware that this is not a remote position and we are not taking applications in consideration outside of the Netherlands for this position. Data Scientist

KaizoAmsterdam, Noord-Holland, Netherlands

From $200/yr

Do you want to work out how you actually measure whether an AI system is doing a good job, and then make it better? We're looking for a sharp, analytical data scientist to own the evaluation and quality loop of our AutoQA product. You can be early in your career (recent graduates with strong LLM fundamentals are welcome), we have room and a clear path for you to grow. In a nutshell Join a fast-growing SaaS company in an international environment (steep learning curve guaranteed). Own a high-impact problem: making LLM-powered quality assurance measurably accurate at scale. Sit at the intersection of AI and CX, working directly with enterprise customers and their real-world QA rubrics. Grow into a Senior Data Scientist, AI Engineer, or ML Engineer role. We invest in progression. Enjoy the perks: flexible hours, open holiday policy, an office in the heart of Amsterdam with hybrid flexibility, visa sponsorship, great gear, workations, and team events. About Kaizo At Kaizo, we build a performance development and quality platform for customer support teams. Our AutoQA product uses LLMs to review support conversations against each customer's own quality rubric, automatically and at scale. Behind it sits a microservices-based stream processing platform handling over 200 million events per day (Kafka, Kubernetes on Google Cloud, ElasticSearch, MongoDB, BigQuery), and an LLMOps stack built around LangSmith for experimentation, prompt management, and tracing. The hard part isn't calling an LLM. It's knowing, with evidence, how well the system performs on every customer's unique rubric, and having a reliable, repeatable way to improve it. That's where you come in. What you'll focus on Translate customer rubrics into AutoQA instructions. Work with real customer quality criteria and turn them into precise, testable instructions that LLMs can score reliably. Run experiments that move accuracy. Design and execute evaluation experiments on large, representative datasets using LangSmith and BigQuery, and track quality with our performance metrics. Build the datasets that make evaluation possible. Curate raw production data into golden datasets with balanced coverage, and generate synthetic data to cover the rare cases that matter most. QA is a discipline of rare occurrences: distributions are skewed, positives are scarce, and resourcefulness beats volume. Build LLM-as-a-judge pipelines to assess system quality internally and make evaluation repeatable. Make results actionable. Your experiments should end in a decision: change a prompt, adjust which tools the system uses, surface context the AI is missing, or flag where new capabilities are needed. You'll work with the AI team to ship those decisions. Evaluate across the full stack. Beyond scoring quality, you'll help validate retrieval (RAG/IR), tool calling, and speech pipelines (transcription and diarization quality). Join customer calls with the team to understand how QA leaders define quality, and feed what you learn back into the product. What you'll grow into Shaping how customers monitor quality themselves, catch drift, and keep their AutoQA setup improving over time. Smarter categorization and routing of conversations to power analytics and get the right tickets to the right evaluation. A solid understanding of how LLMs work and hands-on experience prompting them for accuracy (coursework, thesis, internships, or side projects all count; production experience is a bonus). Good applied statistics: experiment design, classifier evaluation, precision/recall trade-offs, and working with heavily imbalanced data. Strong Python skills and fluency with the standard data toolkit (Pandas, NumPy, Jupyter). SQL is a plus. An analytical, evidence-first mindset: you'd rather measure than assume. Product sense and empathy for end users. You'll be building for QA managers and support agents, not just for benchmarks. Excellent written and verbal communication. You'll present findings to the team and join customer conversations. 0 to 2 years of industry experience. Recent graduates with strong relevant work are encouraged to apply. A team player who's comfortable wearing multiple hats. We're an early-stage company and things move fast. Bonus points for: Experience with LangSmith or similar LLMOps/evaluation tooling Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, Docker, or Kubernetes Speech/audio processing or ASR evaluation Fine-tuning or building synthetic datasets for LLMs Who you'll work with You'll join our AI team (two data scientists, an AI engineer, and an ML engineer) and collaborate closely with our data engineers, frontend engineers, designer, product manager, and CX teams. You'll have mentorship from day one and real ownership fast. What's in it for you? An office in the heart of Amsterdam, with the flexibility of hybrid working Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates Great office gear: MacBook, tools, desk, chair, whatever you need Flexible working schedule and an open holiday policy Fun workations and team events A clear growth path into Senior Data Scientist, AI Engineer, or ML Engineer roles Find Jobs in Netherlands on Arbeitnow

UX Designer

HandpickedRotterdam, Zuid-Holland, Nederland

From $600/yr

Vragen? At Attendi, we’re building a medical AI copilot to give them their time back. Our tools handle the heavy clinical documentation - from live ambient transcription to structured report writing - so doctors can look at their patients, not their screens. With an aging population, the pressure on healthcare is scaling faster than the workforce. We believe intelligent technology should step up and carry the administrative weight, and we need team members who want to build systems that solve real-world human burnout. Senior Financial Operations Specialist

Ecochain TechnologiesAmsterdam, Noord-Holland, Netherlands

$30 - $150/yr

Ecochain is a fast-growing, purpose-driven B2B SaaS scale-up on a mission to make sustainability data accessible for 100M products by 2035. We build LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) automation platforms—Mobius and Helix—that help Industrial Manufacturers quantify, share, and reduce their environmental footprint with speed and scale. Founded in 2011 in the Netherlands, we're now a team of 50+ professionals serving Construction Products and Industrial Equipment manufacturers across Benelux, DACH, and beyond. Our customers trust us to turn complex impact data into actionable insights, enabling them to meet compliance requirements (CPR, EPBD, ESPR) and build more sustainable products. Our Values: We Care – We support our teammates, customers, and the planet We Share – We grow stronger by sharing knowledge, feedback, and success We Empower – We create space for people to lead, learn, and make a difference The Role As our Senior Financial Operations Specialist, you'll own the operational backbone of our financial administration—accounts receivable, the vendor invoice pipeline, and a clean, on-time month-end close. Reporting directly to our Financial Controller, you won't be assisting someone else's process. You'll own a domain outright, and your Controller will review your work rather than rebuild it. This is a deliberately designed 24-hour role. Not a full-time job squeezed into part-time pay, and not a stopgap—a permanent, well-organised position for someone who wants to do one thing properly rather than five things partially. What You'll Do Own accounts receivable end-to-end —customer billing, contract invoicing, credit management, and the AR aging overview. Run collections independently , following up past-due balances with a friendly, professional approach and resolving billing queries yourself. Manage the accounts payable pipeline —intake, approval routing, and submission of vendor invoices to our external accountant. Prepare weekly payment batches for approval , maintaining continuous oversight of what's unpaid. Code invoices accurately to the correct general ledger accounts and cost centres. Prepare routine monthly journal entries (accruals and revenue allocations) and perform balance-sheet reconciliations. Review P&L cost and revenue lines to verify correct period allocation. Keep the administration audit-ready as a matter of course, and support the Financial Controller on ad-hoc projects and process improvements. Reports to: Financial Controller Team: Finance (working closely with our external accountant, Customer Success, and Sales) Hours: 24 per week—three full days, or spread across four or five. You choose the pattern. What We Offer Compensation & Benefits Competitive Salary: Gross full-time salary of €3,500 – €4,500 per month depending on experience (based on 40 hours, pro-rated to 24 hours), plus 8% holiday allowance ( vakantiegeld ) Secondary benefits: Pension contribution, phone allowance, sports allowance Free lunch options in our Amsterdam-area office 100% public transport reimbursement or €0.25/km for own vehicle Purpose & Impact Mission-driven work: Enable 100M products to share sustainability data by 2035 Real-world impact: Clean, well-run administration is what frees up capacity for the mission-driven work everyone else here is doing. Cash collected on time is cash that funds the next release B Corp employer: We're measured on our impact, not just our margins Growth & Development Scale-up phase: We're growing—be part of the journey High ownership: Influence how our financial processes are designed, not just how they're executed Career path: Grow through scope—ownership of the close calendar, the AP approval design, supplier terms. If the role outgrows 24 hours, we'll have that conversation honestly Learning culture: Product training, cross-functional exposure, and sustainability context you won't get in a traditional finance department Work-Life Integration Genuinely flexible hours: 24 per week, structured around your life. We plan around your pattern, not the other way around Hybrid working: Office presence during close week, otherwise your call Protected time: When you're off, you're off. You are not expected to monitor emails, Slack, or check in on days you aren't working Trust-based culture: High autonomy with clear accountability and support Inclusive team: International team of 50+ colleagues who live our values (We Care, We Share, We Empower) How to Apply Submit your application including your Resume/CV and a Cover Letter . We read the cover letter first, and we'd love for you to answer three quick questions directly: The full cycle you've owned: Walk us from a customer signing to the accountant filing. Be specific about where your responsibility started and stopped. A balance you recovered: Tell us about a past-due balance you recovered from an unhappy customer. What did you say, and what happened to the relationship afterwards? Managing a 24-hour week: How do you organize your work across 24 hours so that routine deadlines (like month-end or payment runs) are met smoothly without urgent tasks getting stuck on days you're off? Three short paragraphs are plenty. Specific beats polished—we'd rather read one real story than three pages of adjectives. Interview Process We move quickly for the right candidate: Screening Interview – Financial Controller (30 min): Culture fit, ownership experience, motivation, and how a 24-hour week fits your life. Working Interview – Financial Controller (90 min): A live case using real, anonymised material from our own administration, plus a short take-home assignment (capped at 3 hours, and paid). Final Interview – CEO (30 min): Vision alignment, long-term commitment. What We're Looking For Must-Haves: Full-cycle ownership: Proven track record in bookkeeping, financial administration, or financial operations where you've owned a complete financial administration alongside an external accountant. Accounting know-how: Solid understanding of general ledger mechanics, double-entry bookkeeping, accruals, and reconciliations. Collections capability: You chase money by picking up the phone, and you keep the relationship intact while you do it. Tech-savvy: Comfortable with cloud accounting platforms (e.g. Exact, AFAS, NetSuite) and Excel. Languages: Fluent in English and Dutch, written and spoken—including phoning a customer about money in either. Self-starter mentality: You manage your own schedule and follow up on details independently. Strong Preferences: Scale-up or SaaS experience—particularly recurring billing (proration, mid-term upgrades, monthly-to-annual conversions) Experience working alongside an external accountant rather than inside a large finance department Company size of roughly 30–150 people—big enough for real volume, small enough that you owned it B2B invoicing to international customers across multiple countries and currencies Dutch professional qualifications (PDB, MBA Moderne Bedrijfsadministratie, MBO/HBO bedrijfsadministratie) Having been through an audit or due-diligence process from the administration side Who Will Thrive in This Role? YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF: You've owned a complete financial administration and can describe exactly where your responsibility started and stopped You take genuine pride in clean accounts—being audit-ready is just how you work, not a project you run in January You treat collections as a relationship job with a number attached, not as sending reminders You're clear and outcome-focused: you appreciate having simple, transparent goals so you always know what success looks like You want a permanent, well-organised 24-hour role that fits your life, and you're not looking to grow out of it next year You'd rather fix the cause of a recurring problem than get faster at handling it You're willing to tell a colleague—including a senior one—that a number or a contract term is wrong YOU'RE NOT A FIT IF: You've only ever been one specialist inside a large finance department—this role has nobody to hand work to You need fully remote work (we need you in the Amsterdam office during close week) You want to move into controlling or FP&A within a year—this is a permanent operations role and that ambition will frustrate you You're looking for a bonus—there isn't one here, deliberately You expect a full-time workload to be squeezed into 24 hours, or you expect 24 hours to mean 32 You view part-time as "less accountability" rather than "same ownership, fewer hours" About Ecochain's Culture We're a diverse, international team committed to fostering an inclusive environment where every team member is valued for their unique perspectives. We believe in: Transparency: Open communication, shared wins and mistakes, honest feedback Empowerment: Trust over micromanagement, ownership over task execution Care: Support for teammates, customers, and the planet—always Accountability: Clear expectations, regular check-ins, and data-driven decision-making If you're ready to combine precise, well-run financial operations with meaningful, planet-positive work, we'd love to hear from you. Ecochain is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. Find Jobs in Netherlands on Arbeitnow

Senior Sales Operations (SalesOps) Manager

AIHRRotterdam, Zuid-Holland, Netherlands

From $10/yr

Do you like making it easier for a Sales team to do its best work? Do you enjoy owning the details that keep deals moving, while also spotting where the process could work better? And do you get satisfaction from turning repetitive work into a simpler, smarter way of working? AIHR is looking for a Senior Sales Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. You’ll help support more than €10 million in annual deal value , working closely with Sales leadership while owning the operational processes that move deals from opportunity to collected revenue. About AIHR Founded in 2016 with the mission to future-proof HR, the Academy to Innovate HR (AIHR) has become the world’s market leader in online training for human resources (HR) professionals. We have a global customer base spread across 140+ countries, amongst which companies like Unilever, Reckitt, Goldman Sachs, Philips, Deloitte, Nike, Heineken, and UBS. It is our goal to continuously upskill and empower 1,000,000 HR Professionals. We are an international team of 90+ people, driven by excellence, innovation, and a hunger to grow in everything we do. As such, we strive to provide the world’s best courses and excellent support to our customers while continuously optimizing every aspect of our work. With over 30 nationalities, our team is diverse, yet we all share a few traits: we're friendly, enthusiastic, and great team players. Being a fast-growing company, working at AIHR means taking on a lot of responsibility and getting countless opportunities to develop yourself in new areas and potential to craft your own role. Role and Responsibilities As our Senior Sales Operations Manager, your job is to make it easier for Sales to do great work. This is a hands-on role with a broad view of the commercial journey. You’ll work on how Sales operates, support leadership with better insight, and own processes such as the Deal Desk, vendor registration, invoicing, collections, and order-to-cash. We see those responsibilities as connected. Being close to the day-to-day work gives you the context to see where time is being lost, where a process no longer works, and where the same problem keeps coming back. We want someone who is comfortable doing the work themselves, but who does not simply accept unnecessary manual work because “that’s how we do it.” This role is a combination of keeping things moving today and making sure they work better tomorrow. Your responsibilities include: Improving how Sales works. You use data, feedback, and your understanding of the day-to-day work to identify where things can be better. That could mean redesigning a workflow, improving reporting, clarifying ownership, creating a better operating rhythm, or removing manual steps that no longer add value. Helping Sales leadership improve performance. You look beyond individual requests and help spot patterns across the Sales organization. Where are deals slowing down? What does the data tell us about why? Are we missing information in HubSpot that would help Sales, Marketing, or leadership make better decisions? You turn those observations into practical recommendations and are comfortable challenging existing ways of working when the data points somewhere else. Owning and improving the Deal Desk. When a deal needs something outside the standard process, you help move it forward. This can include approvals, documentation, commercial questions, vendor or supplier registration, procurement portals, questionnaires, and coordination across internal and external stakeholders. You take care of the immediate need, while also looking for patterns that could make the next request simpler. Owning order-to-cash and collections. You take responsibility for turning booked revenue into collected cash. Collections is a meaningful and hands-on part of the role: monitoring outstanding invoices, following up with customers, picking up the phone when that is the best way to resolve an issue, and working with Sales, Finance, procurement teams, and other stakeholders to clear payment blockers. You also look at the process behind the work — reducing overdue balances, improving follow-up, and finding ways to make order-to-cash more effective over time. Working AI-first. You actively use AI and automation where they can make the work more efficient or improve the quality of the outcome. That might mean analyzing patterns in Sales data, speeding up vendor registration, improving a recurring workflow, or removing repetitive administrative work. As part of RevOps, you are expected to try new approaches, keep what works, and share useful ways of working with the wider team. Connecting the dots across teams. Many commercial processes cross Sales, Finance, Customer Experience, Marketing, Operations, and other parts of the business. You help create clarity around ownership, bring the right people together, and make sure decisions turn into action. You’ll work with tools including HubSpot, Gong, Atlassian, QuotaPath, Zapier, Google Workspace , and a growing set of AI tools and internal AI workflows. We do not expect you to arrive as an expert in every system. We do expect you to be comfortable learning how they fit together and questioning whether we are using them in the best way. Success in this role is not simply an empty queue or a dashboard that looks good. It is reliable day-to-day execution combined with steady improvement in how Sales operates. On a typical day On Monday morning, you start by getting a view of the commercial week ahead. You check active deals in HubSpot, outstanding operational requests, the payments inbox, and anything else that needs attention. During the RevOps stand-up with the RevOps team, you talk through priorities. An Account Executive is working on an enterprise opportunity where the customer's procurement team needs AIHR registered as a vendor. Several invoices need follow-up. You have also noticed a group of deals spending longer than expected in one stage of the pipeline. The vendor registration comes first. You use one of our existing AI workflows to help complete the documentation, gather any missing information internally, and get the process moving. While doing that, you notice that part of the information the workflow relies on is out of date. Rather than working around it, you fix the source and make sure the next registration is easier. Later, you turn to the stalled opportunities. You dig into the data, speak with the Sales team, and find that Account Executives are not consistently recording meeting outcomes. That makes it difficult to understand why certain MQLs progress while others do not. The answer may not be “Sales needs to update HubSpot more.” You look at why the information is not being captured in the first place and whether the workflow can be made easier for reps while still giving Marketing and leadership the information they need. You believe it’s easier to change a process than to change human behaviors. After lunch with colleagues in the office, you spend time on collections. Some invoices need a straightforward reminder. Others need more persistence. You follow up with customers, get on the phone where needed, and work through issues involving purchase orders, invoicing details, procurement processes, or internal ownership. This work is part of the role, not something sitting outside it. And because you are doing it yourself, you see first-hand which issues are one-offs and which ones point to something we should fix. On another day, you sit down with Sales leadership to look at commercial performance. You are not there simply to report what happened. You help interpret what is behind the numbers and what we might do differently. You also regularly connect with Neal, Head of CX & Operations , and colleagues across Business Operations. Some weeks you will spend more time on live operational work; other weeks give you more room to improve reporting, build an automation in Zapier, clean up a process in HubSpot, or work on a broader RevOps project. That balance is part of the role. By Friday, a good week means the work got done: customers were followed up, deals moved forward, Sales had the support they needed, and something in the way we operate is now a little clearer or easier than it was before. We offer A high-impact role working closely with Sales leadership and the wider Business Operations organization; The opportunity to own important commercial processes while also improving how our Sales organization works; Managing a growing deal volume of €10M+ per year across the commercial funnel; Competitive, benchmarked compensation; The opportunity to shape your own day-to-day work; Regular growth talks and support to reach your career goals; Flexible working hours & working from home arrangements; A high degree of autonomy in a vibrant, result-driven, inclusive, and international team; Access to AI tools including the latest AI models so you can automate repetitive work and improve how you operate day to day; A beautiful office right across Rotterdam Central Station (Milleniumtower) and a satellite office in Amsterdam; 26 paid holidays per year + 1 extra day for the first 5 years you work at AIHR Exchange any 2 public holiday days for 2 other days of your choice; Work from anywhere policy, where you can work abroad for 20 days in a calendar year; Pension plan; 4 Trust days per year (ad-hoc recovery days to take whenever you're overwhelmed, exhausted, or need to deal with something personal); Access to OpenUp mental health platform; Personal development budget, training, and we pay for the books you read; All public transport expenses covered (NS Business Card); MacBook + all other equipment you need to do your work; Daily lunch prepared by a chef, regular drinks, and fun team activities; Free access to the office gym. Get a taste of the AIHR experience and check out our AIHR Benefits Guide ! Apply for the job Are you excited to become our Senior Sales Operations (SalesOps) Manager? Then we'd love to hear from you! We are looking to hire for this role as soon as we find an eligible candidate. P.S. Research shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet an average of 60% of the criteria, women tend to apply only when they meet 100% of them. So if you think you have what it takes, but don't necessarily meet every single point above, please still apply. We'd love to consider you and see if you could be a great fit. Who you are We are looking for someone who combines strong operational execution with commercial awareness. You are comfortable getting into the details and doing repetitive work when it needs to be done. At the same time, you tend to notice when the same issue keeps appearing and start thinking about how to remove it rather than simply processing it faster. You are likely a strong fit if you: Have solid experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, or an end-to-end order-to-cash role within a B2B environment, including hands-on exposure to collections; Understand how B2B Sales processes work and can use data, operational signals, and feedback from Sales to identify where things could improve; Are comfortable owning processes such as the Deal Desk, vendor registration, invoicing, collections, and order-to-cash , even if you have not owned every one of them previously; Are confident working with CRM data, spreadsheets, reporting, and operational tools. Experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Gong, Atlassian, QuotaPath, Zapier, or Google Workspace is useful, but curiosity and the ability to learn matter more than knowing our exact stack; Communicate clearly across Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and leadership, and are comfortable raising a different point of view when you believe there is a better way forward. You do not need to match every point perfectly. What matters most is that you can combine ownership, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the judgment to know when to execute the process and when to change it. Freelancer UX/UI Designer (Design Engineer)

Creative Clicks B.V.Amsterdam, Noord-Holland, Netherlands

UX/UI Designer (Design Engineer) Location: Amsterdam, NL (beautiful office right near Leidseplein) Work Structure: Hybrid (4 days on-site, 1 day flexible remote) Experience Level: 2–4 years Type: Freelancer About Creative Clicks At Creative Clicks, we move fast, think big, and drive results. As a global leader in data-driven performance marketing, we combine high-impact user experiences with sharp creative to scale brands across continents. Our culture is built on our Triple E philosophy: Energy, Entrepreneurship, and Expertise . We operate with a vibrant, agile startup mentality and no corporate red tape. If you have an idea, you test it. If you see a friction point in a user journey, you fix it. We are expanding our Amsterdam headquarters and looking for a designer who ships: a UX/UI Designer who takes their own work from Figma all the way to a live Next.js production site. The Role This is not a classic handoff role. You design the experience and you publish it. Your Figma file becomes a live page because you built it, in Next.js, often the same week. Day to day you will design and ship high-converting landing pages, onboarding quiz funnels, and lifecycle emails; manage the websites they live on; and keep improving them with CRO experiments. AI-assisted building ("vibe coding" with tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or v0) is core to how this role works, not a side experiment. You will touch several verticals and own things end to end: design, build, CMS, tracking, iteration. What You’ll Do Design and publish, yourself: Map user journeys, wireframe, design high-fidelity screens in Figma, then build and deploy them in Next.js. No waiting on a dev sprint. Own the website stack: Manage our sites end to end. Set up and maintain a headless CMS so the team can edit content without touching code, and keep deployments, domains, and tracking healthy. Run optimisations and CRO: Analyze user behavior and funnel data, form hypotheses, ship A/B tests, and iterate based on real performance metrics. Work across verticals: Landing pages are the core, but you will also design and build onboarding quiz flows and email campaigns, so the same brain covers the whole funnel. Frontrun with AI: Actively use AI design and coding tools to collapse the distance between idea and live page. Prototype in hours, ship in days. Who You Are The sweet-spot experienced: 2–4 years as a UX/UI, product, or web designer, with shipped web work to show for it (conversion-driven e-commerce or startup experience is a major plus). Master of Figma: Clean component-based design systems, auto-layout, interactive prototypes. You publish, not just hand off: Comfortable enough with Next.js, React, and Tailwind (with AI tools doing the heavy lifting) to take your own design live in production. You don’t need to be a senior engineer. You need to ship. Infrastructure doesn’t scare you: Hosting and deployments (e.g. Vercel), domains and DNS, analytics and tracking scripts, and headless CMS setup (Sanity, Contentful, Payload, or similar) are things you can figure out and own. Data-informed and AI-native: You design what works, not just what looks good. You read funnel data, session recordings, and test results, and you turn them into the next iteration. Thrives in a dynamic culture: Rapid A/B testing, quick iterations, shifting priorities based on performace data. You enjoy that. Portfolio driven: Live URLs beat static mocks. We want to see things you designed AND built. To Apply Send us your CV and a portfolio with live links: pages you designed and shipped yourself. Tell us briefly what you built, what you would improve, and which tools you used to get it live. Find more English Speaking Jobs in Netherlands on Arbeitnow

Why Join Trane? At Trane, You Will Have The Opportunity To * Work on projects that improve schools, universities, hospitals, government facilities, industrial sites, and commercial buildings. * Lead complex infrastructure and facility modernization programs that create lasting customer impact. * Develop solutions that improve building performance, operational efficiency, sustainability, resilience, and occupant experience. * Collaborate with experts in engineering, controls, construction, analytics, digital services, energy, and emerging technologies. * Gain exposure to electrification, decarbonization, intelligent buildings, energy storage, resilience planning, and advanced building technologies. * Influence major customer investment decisions through solution development and project leadership. * Join a company recognized for innovation, sustainability, building technology, and energy services leadership. * Build a career path that can lead to Executive Project Developer, Team Leader, Preconstruction Leader, Business Leader, or broader Energy Services leadership roles. Founding Account Manager

LLEVERAGEAmsterdam, Noord-Holland, Netherlands

From $155/yr

About us Hey there! We're Lleverage, and we're making the Autonomous Back Office actually achievable for businesses in the physical economy. We enable teams to capture, automate, and integrate AI agents and workflows into their business, their IT landscape and their processes, because AI is only useful when it actually fits into daily operations. We help the most strategic European industries (manufacturing, logistics, and wholesale) automate the messy, manual processes that most tools can't handle. Not simple task automation, but AI agents that run full operational workflows: intake, decisions, exceptions, and the edge cases that break everything else, all inside the systems our customers already use. We're a fast-growing, VC-backed scale-up based in Amsterdam, with big ambitions and the momentum to back them up. This is your chance to join early, have real impact, and grow alongside the company. If that sounds like something you want to help build, we'd love to have you on board! About the role Right now, our founders run our accounts themselves, in between everything else they do. Even witht his set-up, our net revenue retention sits at 155%. Our customers expand because the product delivers, not because anyone is managing them very actively yet. A lot of pieces are here. The product works. Customers grow. The founders keep the relationships warm. What's missing is a coherent program that ties it together, fills in the missing pieces and accelerate our growth. We think focused ownership takes NRR past 200% easily. Here's why that's realistic. Every customer starts by automating one workflow, order processing, say, or invoice handling. The bigger opportunity is the rest of their back office: quotes, approvals, exceptions, the next department, the next process. Each account is a path from one agent to an autonomous back office, and nobody is walking customers down that path deliberately yet. You will. You'll be our first Account Manager, and you'll design the function from the ground up. No worked out playbook is waiting for you, so you'll build it: onboarding, health scoring, expansion motion, QBR structure, the way we talk to customers after they sign. You'll take the accounts off the founders' plate, work directly with them to shape how this works, and set the standard for everyone who joins after you. This is not a classic AM role, and we're not looking for a classic AM. Renewals and check-in calls are the floor, not the job. This is a strategic cornerstone of our Autonomous Back Office proposition, the person who makes sure customers get real value, expand across workflows, and become the references that pull the next customers in. Land-and-Expand is the corner stone of our growth strategy. Responsibilities Own the accounts. Take over the customers our founders currently manage, and become the person they trust with their operations. Design the function. Build our account management program from scratch: onboarding, adoption, health monitoring, expansion, QBRs. Start from what we've learned so far, then change whatever needs changing. You own how this works. Drive NRR from 155% toward 200%. Grow accounts by finding the next workflow worth automating, proving value, and expanding agents across teams, processes, and departments, moving each customer from one automation toward a fully autonomous back office. Talk strategy with the C-suite. Sit across from operations leaders and executives at manufacturers, wholesalers, and logistics companies. Understand their back office deeply, spot where agents fit next, and map the account like an owner. Set customers up for success. Run the training and enablement that gets teams using the product properly, so adoption sticks and value shows up fast. Own customer communication and lifecycle marketing. Product updates, customer stories, references, the ongoing relationship: this is yours, with support from the GTM team. Turn happy customers into case studies and advocates. Be the voice of the customer. Bring what you hear back to product and shape the roadmap with real operational feedback. Build the team after you. As we grow, you'll define what "good" looks like, hire, and lead the account management team you designed. What we're looking for You've operated at a high level in a demanding environment, and you've got the horsepower to prove it. We don't care whether that was investment banking, law, consulting, or building your own company. What matters is that you've worked to a high standard under real pressure, held your own with serious people, and delivered when it counted. You're a self-starter who doesn't wait for a brief. You see the gap, build the process, and run it without someone looking over your shoulder. You're tech-savvy and genuinely interested in AI. You don't need to write code, but you understand what our agents do, where they fit, and how to talk about automation credibly with people who run real operations. When a new tool drops, you're the one already trying it. You can hold your own with executives. You win trust fast, communicate with confidence at every level, and genuinely enjoy turning a customer into a long-term partner. You're energised by ambiguity. A role with no playbook, industries you may not know yet, a function nobody has built here before: that excites you rather than stops you. You love to build. You're consultative, not transactional. You understand that expansion comes from genuinely solving the next problem, not pushing an upsell. You listen well and use data to decide where to focus. You speak English and Dutch fluently. German is a big plus. You're based in Amsterdam. Nice to haves Experience in a high-performance environment such as banking, law, consulting, PE or an early-stage startup. Previous entrepreneurial experience: built something, ran something, grew something. Networks in manufacturing, wholesale, distribution, or PE. Familiarity with ERP environments like SAP or Business Central. A real habit of using AI tools in your daily work. Why Lleverage? Design the role, don't inherit it. You're the first AM here. You build the program, set the standard, and grow into leading the team. Own a genuine growth lever. 155% NRR with no one really focused on it yet. What you do here shows up directly in the company's trajectory. Work directly with the founders. No layers. You'll shape how this works alongside the people who built the company. Build a unique network. You'll sit across from the operators running Europe's most strategic industries, and help them run their operations on AI. Compensation. Competitive salary depending on experience, a strong bonus structure (if we win, you win), and an excellent share package that makes this genuinely worth betting on.
