Senior Sales Operations (SalesOps) Manager

Rotterdam, Zuid-Holland, NetherlandsFrom $10/yr

Do you like making it easier for a Sales team to do its best work? Do you enjoy owning the details that keep deals moving, while also spotting where the process could work better? And do you get satisfaction from turning repetitive work into a simpler, smarter way of working? AIHR is looking for a Senior Sales Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. You’ll help support more than €10 million in annual deal value , working closely with Sales leadership while owning the operational processes that move deals from opportunity to collected revenue. About AIHR Founded in 2016 with the mission to future-proof HR, the Academy to Innovate HR (AIHR) has become the world’s market leader in online training for human resources (HR) professionals. We have a global customer base spread across 140+ countries, amongst which companies like Unilever, Reckitt, Goldman Sachs, Philips, Deloitte, Nike, Heineken, and UBS. It is our goal to continuously upskill and empower 1,000,000 HR Professionals. We are an international team of 90+ people, driven by excellence, innovation, and a hunger to grow in everything we do. As such, we strive to provide the world’s best courses and excellent support to our customers while continuously optimizing every aspect of our work. With over 30 nationalities, our team is diverse, yet we all share a few traits: we're friendly, enthusiastic, and great team players. Being a fast-growing company, working at AIHR means taking on a lot of responsibility and getting countless opportunities to develop yourself in new areas and potential to craft your own role. Role and Responsibilities As our Senior Sales Operations Manager, your job is to make it easier for Sales to do great work. This is a hands-on role with a broad view of the commercial journey. You’ll work on how Sales operates, support leadership with better insight, and own processes such as the Deal Desk, vendor registration, invoicing, collections, and order-to-cash. We see those responsibilities as connected. Being close to the day-to-day work gives you the context to see where time is being lost, where a process no longer works, and where the same problem keeps coming back. We want someone who is comfortable doing the work themselves, but who does not simply accept unnecessary manual work because “that’s how we do it.” This role is a combination of keeping things moving today and making sure they work better tomorrow. Your responsibilities include: Improving how Sales works. You use data, feedback, and your understanding of the day-to-day work to identify where things can be better. That could mean redesigning a workflow, improving reporting, clarifying ownership, creating a better operating rhythm, or removing manual steps that no longer add value. Helping Sales leadership improve performance. You look beyond individual requests and help spot patterns across the Sales organization. Where are deals slowing down? What does the data tell us about why? Are we missing information in HubSpot that would help Sales, Marketing, or leadership make better decisions? You turn those observations into practical recommendations and are comfortable challenging existing ways of working when the data points somewhere else. Owning and improving the Deal Desk. When a deal needs something outside the standard process, you help move it forward. This can include approvals, documentation, commercial questions, vendor or supplier registration, procurement portals, questionnaires, and coordination across internal and external stakeholders. You take care of the immediate need, while also looking for patterns that could make the next request simpler. Owning order-to-cash and collections. You take responsibility for turning booked revenue into collected cash. Collections is a meaningful and hands-on part of the role: monitoring outstanding invoices, following up with customers, picking up the phone when that is the best way to resolve an issue, and working with Sales, Finance, procurement teams, and other stakeholders to clear payment blockers. You also look at the process behind the work — reducing overdue balances, improving follow-up, and finding ways to make order-to-cash more effective over time. Working AI-first. You actively use AI and automation where they can make the work more efficient or improve the quality of the outcome. That might mean analyzing patterns in Sales data, speeding up vendor registration, improving a recurring workflow, or removing repetitive administrative work. As part of RevOps, you are expected to try new approaches, keep what works, and share useful ways of working with the wider team. Connecting the dots across teams. Many commercial processes cross Sales, Finance, Customer Experience, Marketing, Operations, and other parts of the business. You help create clarity around ownership, bring the right people together, and make sure decisions turn into action. You’ll work with tools including HubSpot, Gong, Atlassian, QuotaPath, Zapier, Google Workspace , and a growing set of AI tools and internal AI workflows. We do not expect you to arrive as an expert in every system. We do expect you to be comfortable learning how they fit together and questioning whether we are using them in the best way. Success in this role is not simply an empty queue or a dashboard that looks good. It is reliable day-to-day execution combined with steady improvement in how Sales operates. On a typical day On Monday morning, you start by getting a view of the commercial week ahead. You check active deals in HubSpot, outstanding operational requests, the payments inbox, and anything else that needs attention. During the RevOps stand-up with the RevOps team, you talk through priorities. An Account Executive is working on an enterprise opportunity where the customer's procurement team needs AIHR registered as a vendor. Several invoices need follow-up. You have also noticed a group of deals spending longer than expected in one stage of the pipeline. The vendor registration comes first. You use one of our existing AI workflows to help complete the documentation, gather any missing information internally, and get the process moving. While doing that, you notice that part of the information the workflow relies on is out of date. Rather than working around it, you fix the source and make sure the next registration is easier. Later, you turn to the stalled opportunities. You dig into the data, speak with the Sales team, and find that Account Executives are not consistently recording meeting outcomes. That makes it difficult to understand why certain MQLs progress while others do not. The answer may not be “Sales needs to update HubSpot more.” You look at why the information is not being captured in the first place and whether the workflow can be made easier for reps while still giving Marketing and leadership the information they need. You believe it’s easier to change a process than to change human behaviors. After lunch with colleagues in the office, you spend time on collections. Some invoices need a straightforward reminder. Others need more persistence. You follow up with customers, get on the phone where needed, and work through issues involving purchase orders, invoicing details, procurement processes, or internal ownership. This work is part of the role, not something sitting outside it. And because you are doing it yourself, you see first-hand which issues are one-offs and which ones point to something we should fix. On another day, you sit down with Sales leadership to look at commercial performance. You are not there simply to report what happened. You help interpret what is behind the numbers and what we might do differently. You also regularly connect with Neal, Head of CX & Operations , and colleagues across Business Operations. Some weeks you will spend more time on live operational work; other weeks give you more room to improve reporting, build an automation in Zapier, clean up a process in HubSpot, or work on a broader RevOps project. That balance is part of the role. By Friday, a good week means the work got done: customers were followed up, deals moved forward, Sales had the support they needed, and something in the way we operate is now a little clearer or easier than it was before. We offer A high-impact role working closely with Sales leadership and the wider Business Operations organization; The opportunity to own important commercial processes while also improving how our Sales organization works; Managing a growing deal volume of €10M+ per year across the commercial funnel; Competitive, benchmarked compensation; The opportunity to shape your own day-to-day work; Regular growth talks and support to reach your career goals; Flexible working hours & working from home arrangements; A high degree of autonomy in a vibrant, result-driven, inclusive, and international team; Access to AI tools including the latest AI models so you can automate repetitive work and improve how you operate day to day; A beautiful office right across Rotterdam Central Station (Milleniumtower) and a satellite office in Amsterdam; 26 paid holidays per year + 1 extra day for the first 5 years you work at AIHR Exchange any 2 public holiday days for 2 other days of your choice; Work from anywhere policy, where you can work abroad for 20 days in a calendar year; Pension plan; 4 Trust days per year (ad-hoc recovery days to take whenever you're overwhelmed, exhausted, or need to deal with something personal); Access to OpenUp mental health platform; Personal development budget, training, and we pay for the books you read; All public transport expenses covered (NS Business Card); MacBook + all other equipment you need to do your work; Daily lunch prepared by a chef, regular drinks, and fun team activities; Free access to the office gym. Get a taste of the AIHR experience and check out our AIHR Benefits Guide ! Apply for the job Are you excited to become our Senior Sales Operations (SalesOps) Manager? Then we'd love to hear from you! We are looking to hire for this role as soon as we find an eligible candidate. P.S. Research shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet an average of 60% of the criteria, women tend to apply only when they meet 100% of them. So if you think you have what it takes, but don't necessarily meet every single point above, please still apply. We'd love to consider you and see if you could be a great fit. Who you are We are looking for someone who combines strong operational execution with commercial awareness. You are comfortable getting into the details and doing repetitive work when it needs to be done. At the same time, you tend to notice when the same issue keeps appearing and start thinking about how to remove it rather than simply processing it faster. You are likely a strong fit if you: Have solid experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, or an end-to-end order-to-cash role within a B2B environment, including hands-on exposure to collections; Understand how B2B Sales processes work and can use data, operational signals, and feedback from Sales to identify where things could improve; Are comfortable owning processes such as the Deal Desk, vendor registration, invoicing, collections, and order-to-cash , even if you have not owned every one of them previously; Are confident working with CRM data, spreadsheets, reporting, and operational tools. Experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Gong, Atlassian, QuotaPath, Zapier, or Google Workspace is useful, but curiosity and the ability to learn matter more than knowing our exact stack; Communicate clearly across Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and leadership, and are comfortable raising a different point of view when you believe there is a better way forward. You do not need to match every point perfectly. What matters most is that you can combine ownership, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the judgment to know when to execute the process and when to change it. Growth Account Executive / Account Manager

Rotterdam, Zuid-Holland, Netherlands$22 - $203/yr

Are you energized by growing existing business, building relationships, and finding hidden opportunities in a large portfolio? Do you enjoy combining structure and process with commercial instincts, and using AI to work smarter? At AIHR, we’re looking for a Growth Account Executive / Account Manager to take ownership of a global client base and help us expand our footprint with the world’s leading companies. We are an international team of 100+ people, driven by excellence, innovation, and a hunger to grow in everything we do. As such, we strive to provide the world’s best courses and excellent support to our customers while continuously optimizing every aspect of our work. Being a fast-growing company, working at AIHR means taking on a lot of responsibility and getting countless opportunities to develop yourself in new areas and potential to craft your own role. Role and Responsibilities As a Growth Account Executive / Account Manager , you are tasked with retaining and growing existing clients. That includes conducting meetings, demos, negotiations, and value-building. You will work on a portfolio which includes approximately ±175 clients primarily in the Mid-Market segment (1,000 to 5,000 employees), who spend on average around 8.5k € ARR with us, though actual deal sizes vary, with some larger accounts (25k € +) included. This portfolio includes some well-known brands, as well as more locally known organizations. These clients are based around the world in different industries. What these clients have in common is that they are all developing their HR teams with us. You are tasked with evangelizing our latest product offerings and services, including our AI programs that help HR teams build AI skills. And by doing so, you will drive your pipeline growth. With 175 accounts, you can't give every client the same amount of time. That's why you use AI tools to research accounts, prepare for meetings, and spot expansion signals across your portfolio, so more of your time goes to conversations with clients. In this role you will be working together closely with our Learning Consulting (Customer Success) team. About our Market Reports state that the global e-learning market was worth USD 215 billion in 2021. Moreover, it is estimated to reach an expected value of USD 645 billion by 2030 at a CAGR of 13% during the forecast period (2022–2030). We’ve grown from €0 to €10M in revenue in 6 years, bootstrapped. And 80% of our sales team hit their targets. AIHR is currently trailblazing the path in HR-specific e-learning. You can be a part of that. On a typical day You arrive at our 20th-floor HQ in Rotterdam, just across from Central Station, in the morning. After a brief chat with your colleagues, you grab a cup of coffee, start your computer, check your calendar for any last-minute changes, and prepare the day around the calls you have planned with your customers, and internal meetings with colleagues. For each client call, you ask your custom GPT for a quick account brief based on HubSpot/Gong data, platform usage, and notes from past calls. Then, you review a report that Silvia from the product team has shared with you. A few weeks ago, you got the idea that clients who download resources to assess their AI-maturity and who have larger HR teams might be interested in our new AI Boot Camp offering. You used AI to cross-reference those downloads with HR team size in HubSpot and build a target list. You outlined this hypothesis in a short business case you pitched to Emilie, your manager, who agreed. We’ve been running a campaign on this topic with our marketing team. Now some clients want to talk! You discuss the campaign results with your peers Jessica, Max and Filip. Rik, our in-house chef, serves lunch, and you enjoy it with the wider sales team. Next, you have a few 30-minute client meetings in a row, followed by admin. You open HubSpot (our CRM) and go through your daily tasks. Next, you work on a proposal for a client you spoke with the day before. You use AI to draft a first version tailored to the goals they shared on the call, then sharpen it yourself. You also prepare another client presentation. You use our tool Gong to review parts of the call you had earlier because you applied some tactics you learned in training on SPICED last month. Gong's AI summary points you straight to the moments that matter. You share relevant parts of the call with Emilie as part of your development plan (everyone at AIHR has one, as hunger to grow is one of our core values). Before you know it, it’s the end of the day. Luckily, it’s the last Friday of the month, a social gathering! This is when the whole team comes together to celebrate our successes (we have many!), eat something, drink, and get to know each other outside of work. Who you are We’re looking for someone positive, resilient, and curious, a true relationship builder with excellent communication skills, and someone who is not afraid to fail. The ideal candidate has the following: Minimum 3+ years experience in a closing role; Experience with successfully owning at least 1,5 million € portfolio and/or closing 25 k € deals at mid-market companies; Experience renewing and growing clients; Experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) for tasks like account research, meeting prep, proposal writing, and workflow automation is essential; The ability to talk credibly with HR leaders about how AI is changing their function; A relentless drive to win, with the courage to hold clients accountable; Commercially assertive - never a pushover, always pushing for the close; A shark’s instinct for the deal: sensing opportunities and going for them without hesitation; Excellent written and verbal English skills; A talent for hypothesis-based thinking; Track record of continuously overachieved targets; An exceptional sense of responsibility; Experience working for a fast-growing organization; A sixth sense for commercial opportunities; Knowledge of WinningByDesign is a plus; Affinity with E-Learning and/or HR is a plus. Senior Partnership Manager

Rotterdam, Zuid-Holland, NetherlandsFrom $201/yr

Do you look at a partner program that works and immediately see what it could become at three times the size? Are you the kind of person who owns your number and a running book of business, while designing the channels that will carry the next phase of growth? Do you want a mandate that is yours: rethink how we work with resellers, open up consultancies and universities, and work out where tech partnerships fit? And do you like variety, where growing an existing commercial partner one day and presenting a new partner model to leadership the next is just part of the job? AIHR is looking for a Senior Partnership Manager to grow our commercial partner book and build the partner programs that take us into the next phase of growth within our Sales Department. This is not a marketing position. About AIHR Founded in 2016 with the mission to future-proof HR, the Academy to Innovate HR (AIHR) has become the world’s market leader in online training for human resources (HR) professionals. We have a global customer base spanning 140+ countries, including companies such as Unilever, Reckitt, Goldman Sachs, Philips, Deloitte, Nike, Heineken, and UBS. It is our goal to continuously upskill and empower 1,000,000 HR Professionals. We are an international team of 100+ people, driven by excellence, innovation, and a hunger to grow in everything we do. As such, we strive to provide the world’s best courses and excellent support to our customers while continuously optimizing every aspect of our work. With over 30 nationalities, our team is diverse, yet we all share a few traits: we're friendly, enthusiastic, and great team players. Being a fast-growing company, working at AIHR means taking on a lot of responsibility. For a senior hire, that means real ownership: the room to shape a commercial channel, direct access to leadership, and the potential to craft your own role as the program grows. Role and Responsibilities As Senior Partnership Manager, you come in with the ambition to triple the AIHR partnership program. Today that program is a global portfolio of 130+ commercial partners driving primarily single-seat e-commerce sales, plus a reseller channel that brings in B2B business. Both work, and both have far more potential than we currently capture. Your job is to optimize what we have, evolve it into a set of structured commercial partner programs, and work out which new channels deserve investment. This is a quota-carrying role with a build mandate. You manage a running book of business with our existing commercial partners and stay their main point of contact. On top of that, you design and launch larger partner programs with resellers, HR consultancies, system integrators, and universities. We have a strong belief that these partners, HR implementation consultants in particular, are well placed to position our courses with their clients, and that this can become a major revenue stream for AIHR. Your work is built from three connected workstreams: Grow the existing partner channel: run the existing book, grow partner revenue, and identify the commercial opportunities that drive meaningful additional business. Build the extended partner programs: restructure the reseller program so it generates more predictable, repeatable B2B revenue, and extend it to consultancies, system integrators, and universities. Define the tech partnership go-to-market: research which commercial models fit AIHR, propose the strategy, then test, validate, and build out what works. You’ll report to the Team Lead for Channel & Strategic Partnerships, work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product to get your partners what they need, and act as the partnership network’s advocate across the wider commercial team. You will regularly present proposals and results to AIHR leadership. On a typical day On a typical Monday morning, you start with your pipeline. Your existing partner book is quick to review: a few conversations need a nudge, two QBRs are coming up. The larger partnerships take more thought. Other companies in our industry have built significant revenue through resellers, consultancies, and universities, but these deals have a longer sales cycle, so you always keep several opportunities moving at the same time. Today that means a value-added reseller in the middle of a negotiation, a prospective university that wants to add AIHR’s courses to its 2027 academic year, and a consultancy that signed last month and now needs to get moving. After lunch you speak with the managing partner of a German niche consultancy that does a lot of HR implementation work. Her clients keep running into the same problem: the new system goes live, and the HR team lacks the skills to get the most out of it. You talk through how capability building could become part of her offering, with AIHR as the partner behind it. She is interested, and you agree to work out a commercial proposal together. Next you work on an enablement session for consultants, covering what they need to know about our courses, how they bring AIHR into a client conversation, what a first joint win could look like, and you brief Marketing on the materials their consultants will need. The next morning is for outreach. You build a sourcing list of potential partners in a segment you want to open up, and you contact them yourself. AIHR has a very good name in the HR industry, and that usually helps open doors. Later that week you run a QBR with one of your strongest commercial partners. You review their numbers together, agree on two concrete actions, and set a date to check back in. You identify where there is room to grow the relationship and push for more where performance has stalled. You also notice that a large part of their customer base works in corporate HR teams, so you bring in a colleague from Sales to explore a B2B opportunity through the same relationship. On Thursday you are back with the value-added reseller. They want to bundle our courses with their own services. It is a model we haven’t proven yet. There is no standard agreement to pull off the shelf, so you work with our Sales Engineer to design the deal while you negotiate it: what they sell, how they are rewarded, how revenue is generated, and what would tell you both it is working. You treat it as a pilot and agree on a first version you can learn from. Some of these experiments will not work out. The ones that do become the programs you build the channel on, and you will be the person who figured them out. You close out the week updating your forecast and walking your manager through where the existing book, pipeline, and new programs stand. Friday afternoon wraps with a quick team catch-up and, if you're in the Rotterdam office, our regular Friday drinks. Your Target This is a quota-carrying role. Your number is built from the revenue of the partner book you run and the new partner programs you launch. In your first year, that means growing revenue across the existing partner portfolio, a restructured reseller program, the first signed partners among consultancies, system integrators, and universities, and a tech partnership go-to-market strategy that has been proposed, tested, and started generating commercial opportunities. We offer Competitive, benchmarked compensation, including a commission plan tied to your target A high degree of autonomy in a vibrant, result-driven, inclusive, and international team A beautiful office right across Rotterdam Central Station (Millenniumtoren), with a satellite office in Amsterdam 26 paid holidays per year Exchange any 2 public holiday days for 2 other days of your choice Work-from-anywhere policy: up to 20 days a year working abroad Pension plan Access to the OpenUp mental health platform Personal development budget, training, and we pay for the books you read All public transport expenses covered (NS Business Card) MacBook + all other equipment you need to do your work Daily lunch prepared by a chef, weekly drinks, and fun team activities Free access to the office gym Get a taste of AIHR experience and check out our AIHR Benefits Guide ! Who you are 7+ years of experience in commercial partnerships, channel sales, business development, or strategic account management , ideally in SaaS, e-commerce, or EdTech A proven track record of owning and delivering against a revenue target , with direct responsibility for pipeline, partner acquisition, and growth A track record of building or restructuring a commercial partner program, not only running one: reseller, consultancy, system integrator, or tech partnerships Experience creating a go-to-market strategy for a new channel and taking it from proposal to signed partners and first revenue Experienced in sourcing, negotiating, and closing complex commercial partnerships with senior stakeholders AI-first mindset to drive & improve operational efficiencies A natural relationship builder — people trust you and want to keep working with you, from partner owners to senior executives Highly organized and execution-oriented, able to run an active partner book and build new programs at the same time without dropping the ball Commercially sharp, comfortable structuring and negotiating larger agreements, setting revenue targets with partners, and having direct conversations when performance needs to move Able to work with ambiguity and shape your own mandate where no playbook exists yet A strong, clear communicator in English, comfortable building business cases and presenting commercial proposals to senior leadership Available to work at least 3 days a week from our Rotterdam office Nice to have Experience with HubSpot Background in HR tech, EdTech, or SaaS industry An existing network among HR consultancies, system integrators, resellers, or HR tech companies Apply for the job Are you excited to become our Senior Partnership Manager ? Lead Analytics Engineer

Rotterdam, Zuid-Holland, NetherlandsFrom $201/yr

Do you love turning messy business questions into data people can trust? Can you connect the customer journey from the first marketing touch through sales conversion, revenue, retention, and product usage and explain the numbers equally clearly to an engineer, a CMO, and a CFO? AIHR is looking for a Lead Agentic Analytics Engineer to become the hands-on functional lead of our two-person Data & Analytics team. You will own the translation of cross-functional business questions into trusted metrics, governed semantic models, and decision-ready agentic analytics; set the analytical direction; and build the most critical models yourself. You are transforming raw data into governed products that drive decision-making for our business partners. About AIHR Founded in 2016 with the mission to future-proof HR, the Academy to Innovate HR (AIHR) has become the global market leader in online training for HR professionals. We support customers in more than 140 countries, including organizations such as Unilever, Reckitt, Goldman Sachs, Philips, Deloitte, Nike, Heineken, and UBS. Our goal is to continuously upskill and empower one million HR professionals. Today, we are an international team of more than 100 people representing over 30 nationalities. We are driven by excellence, innovation, and a hunger to grow, while staying friendly, enthusiastic, and committed to helping each other succeed. Working at AIHR means taking real responsibility, improving how we operate, and getting the freedom to develop in new areas and shape your role as the company grows. Role and Responsibilities AIHR's Data & Analytics team is part of Business Operations. You will work alongside Vahid, our Senior Data Engineer, and report to Leo, our VP of Business Operations. Our ingestion and warehouse foundation is largely established: data from systems such as HubSpot and our own LMS moves through ETL pipelines into Snowflake. Through special Projects, we are building governed semantic layers on top so the business can self-serve trusted analytics through Power BI, Metabase, and AI tools. Your role owns the step that matters most: translating a business question into a clear definition, a well-designed model, and conversational/agentic analytics that your leadership trusts. You will set the analytical architecture, dbt standards, and roadmap, while Vahid focuses on ingestion, warehouse reliability, and engineering implementation. You will both build: you will personally deliver the most critical business models, review implementations, and ensure the outputs are usable by the business. This role has no direct reports. Your colleague, Vahid, remains managed by the VP of Business Operations, while you have clear functional decision rights over metric definitions, semantic-model design, analytical quality, dbt standards, and technical priorities. It is designed for someone who wants to lead through expertise while remaining close to the work. What You'll Own Own and execute a rolling one-year Data & Analytics roadmap, balancing urgent business needs with foundational work. Guide Vahid through clear priorities, design reviews, code review, and reusable modeling patterns. Lead discovery across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to uncover the decision behind a request and translate it into agreed metric definitions, governed semantic layers, and data models that connect the full customer lifecycle. Set the analytical architecture and dbt standards; design, build, test, and document the most critical governed models yourself using SQL and dbt. Own the full-funnel measurement framework—from marketing reach, demand generation, attribution, and customer acquisition cost through lead and pipeline conversion, sales cycle, bookings, and revenue to onboarding, product adoption, expansion, renewal, churn, and customer lifetime value. Keep core recurring-revenue definitions finance-grade and reconciled while showing how upstream activity drives downstream customer outcomes. Own the logic and quality behind executive dashboards and self-service analytics across Power BI, Metabase, and AI-enabled interfaces. Present the results to senior leaders, explain every assumption, and respond constructively to challenge. Partner closely with Vahid on warehouse and pipeline requirements, resolve conflicting numbers at the source, and raise the technical quality of the team. Apply AI where it improves development speed or data access, while using sound judgment around privacy, governance, validation, and trust. A Typical Week This is a hands-on lead role. The exact balance will shift with business priorities, but you should expect roughly half your time to remain close to the data—building, reviewing, and investigating—and the rest to be split across discovery, functional leadership, and decision support. Design or improve a dbt model that connects data across HubSpot, our LMS, billing, or other source systems; write the SQL, tests, documentation, and metric logic needed to put it into production. Run discovery sessions with leaders in Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, or Finance to clarify the decision they need to make, challenge the requested metric, and agree on the definition. Work side by side with Vahid on source-data requirements, architecture choices, and implementation; review code and unblock delivery without handing off all of the technical work. Investigate a commercial or customer-lifecycle question, improve an executive or functional dashboard, and present the conclusion—including assumptions and limitations—to the relevant leadership team. Reprioritize the Data & Analytics roadmap, resolve competing requests, and invest in the semantic layer, governance, and reusable modeling foundations that reduce future ad hoc work. What Success Looks Like Within your first three months, you have established a clear operating model with Vahid, mapped ownership of the most important metrics, agreed the Data & Analytics roadmap, and resolved at least one material conflicting-number problem. Within six months, AIHR has a governed customer-lifecycle domain in dbt and an executive view connecting acquisition and pipeline to revenue, retention, and product usage, and has launched the first MVP of our agentic analytics platform to drive self-serve adoption. The underlying definitions are documented, reconciled where relevant, and trusted across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Finance. Within twelve months, two or three priority business domains are governed end to end, leadership can trace performance from acquisition through lifetime value using consistent numbers, self-service adoption is growing, and Vahid can independently implement the modeling patterns and quality standards you established. We are aiming for a start date in December 2026 or January 2027. P.S. If this role excites you but you do not meet every point, we still encourage you to apply. We care about the evidence behind your experience and your potential to grow—not a perfect checklist. Who you are You are a hands-on technical leader: commercially sharp, calm under challenge, and confident enough to defend your numbers in any room. You also have the patience to build data foundations properly and raise the quality of the work around you. You bring 5+ years of experience across analytics engineering, BI, data engineering, or business-facing analytics roles, including substantial recent hands-on analytics engineering and evidence of leading work beyond your own delivery. You have a proven track record of building semantic layers or governed dimensional models end-to-end—from business discovery and metric definition to production models and adoption—not only dashboards. You have expert SQL and data modeling skills, strong production experience with dbt, and hands-on experience with Snowflake or a comparable warehouse, along with a BI tool such as Power BI, Looker, Omni, or Metabase. You bring strong financial acumen, but your analytical experience extends across the full customer lifecycle. You can connect marketing acquisition and attribution, sales pipeline and conversion, revenue and unit economics, customer retention and expansion, and product adoption into one coherent model. You understand how bookings, billings, recognized revenue, cash, ARR, and NRR differ without treating financial reporting as the whole analytical problem. You have worked in a B2B SaaS, subscription, fintech, or marketplace business and have modeled several stages of the funnel spanning marketing or growth, sales, customer success and retention, and product usage—rather than specializing in only one function. You explain complex logic in plain language, push back constructively on senior stakeholders, and build trust without becoming defensive—even when you discover that your own number or assumption needs to change. You take pride in driving the analytical roadmap and architectural vision, leading technical work through architecture and code review, and mentoring experienced colleagues without relying on formal authority. You want the majority of your role to remain hands-on. You balance pragmatic execution with rigorous analysis, adapting precision levels to fit business needs and operational constraints. You are used to leveraging a broad range of AI tools to boost your productivity and know how to configure them to produce output that lives up to our quality standards and best practices Nice to Have Earlier experience in RevOps, Growth, FP&A, product analytics, or commercial analytics, ideally combined with experience in a fast-growing scale-up. Experience with HubSpot, marketing automation and attribution data, subscription or billing data, LMS or product-usage event data, Personio, or building semantic layers for AI-enabled and conversational analytics.
