Data Scientist

Amsterdam, Noord-Holland, NetherlandsFrom $200/yr

Do you want to work out how you actually measure whether an AI system is doing a good job, and then make it better? We're looking for a sharp, analytical data scientist to own the evaluation and quality loop of our AutoQA product. You can be early in your career (recent graduates with strong LLM fundamentals are welcome), we have room and a clear path for you to grow. In a nutshell Join a fast-growing SaaS company in an international environment (steep learning curve guaranteed). Own a high-impact problem: making LLM-powered quality assurance measurably accurate at scale. Sit at the intersection of AI and CX, working directly with enterprise customers and their real-world QA rubrics. Grow into a Senior Data Scientist, AI Engineer, or ML Engineer role. We invest in progression. Enjoy the perks: flexible hours, open holiday policy, an office in the heart of Amsterdam with hybrid flexibility, visa sponsorship, great gear, workations, and team events. About Kaizo At Kaizo, we build a performance development and quality platform for customer support teams. Our AutoQA product uses LLMs to review support conversations against each customer's own quality rubric, automatically and at scale. Behind it sits a microservices-based stream processing platform handling over 200 million events per day (Kafka, Kubernetes on Google Cloud, ElasticSearch, MongoDB, BigQuery), and an LLMOps stack built around LangSmith for experimentation, prompt management, and tracing. The hard part isn't calling an LLM. It's knowing, with evidence, how well the system performs on every customer's unique rubric, and having a reliable, repeatable way to improve it. That's where you come in. What you'll focus on Translate customer rubrics into AutoQA instructions. Work with real customer quality criteria and turn them into precise, testable instructions that LLMs can score reliably. Run experiments that move accuracy. Design and execute evaluation experiments on large, representative datasets using LangSmith and BigQuery, and track quality with our performance metrics. Build the datasets that make evaluation possible. Curate raw production data into golden datasets with balanced coverage, and generate synthetic data to cover the rare cases that matter most. QA is a discipline of rare occurrences: distributions are skewed, positives are scarce, and resourcefulness beats volume. Build LLM-as-a-judge pipelines to assess system quality internally and make evaluation repeatable. Make results actionable. Your experiments should end in a decision: change a prompt, adjust which tools the system uses, surface context the AI is missing, or flag where new capabilities are needed. You'll work with the AI team to ship those decisions. Evaluate across the full stack. Beyond scoring quality, you'll help validate retrieval (RAG/IR), tool calling, and speech pipelines (transcription and diarization quality). Join customer calls with the team to understand how QA leaders define quality, and feed what you learn back into the product. What you'll grow into Shaping how customers monitor quality themselves, catch drift, and keep their AutoQA setup improving over time. Smarter categorization and routing of conversations to power analytics and get the right tickets to the right evaluation. A solid understanding of how LLMs work and hands-on experience prompting them for accuracy (coursework, thesis, internships, or side projects all count; production experience is a bonus). Good applied statistics: experiment design, classifier evaluation, precision/recall trade-offs, and working with heavily imbalanced data. Strong Python skills and fluency with the standard data toolkit (Pandas, NumPy, Jupyter). SQL is a plus. An analytical, evidence-first mindset: you'd rather measure than assume. Product sense and empathy for end users. You'll be building for QA managers and support agents, not just for benchmarks. Excellent written and verbal communication. You'll present findings to the team and join customer conversations. 0 to 2 years of industry experience. Recent graduates with strong relevant work are encouraged to apply. A team player who's comfortable wearing multiple hats. We're an early-stage company and things move fast. Bonus points for: Experience with LangSmith or similar LLMOps/evaluation tooling Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, Docker, or Kubernetes Speech/audio processing or ASR evaluation Fine-tuning or building synthetic datasets for LLMs Who you'll work with You'll join our AI team (two data scientists, an AI engineer, and an ML engineer) and collaborate closely with our data engineers, frontend engineers, designer, product manager, and CX teams. You'll have mentorship from day one and real ownership fast. What's in it for you? An office in the heart of Amsterdam, with the flexibility of hybrid working Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates Great office gear: MacBook, tools, desk, chair, whatever you need Flexible working schedule and an open holiday policy Fun workations and team events A clear growth path into Senior Data Scientist, AI Engineer, or ML Engineer roles Find Jobs in Netherlands on Arbeitnow

Senior Marketing Specialist

Amsterdam, Noord-Holland, NetherlandsFrom $18/yr

Senior Marketing Manager Location: Europe, Amsterdam preferred (hybrid or remote possible) Competitive salary Start date: as soon as possible Let’s be blunt: Kaizo doesn’t have a real marketing engine yet. We’ve had marketers before, but the company we are today is a different company. Over the past 18 months we’ve signed enterprise customers like Canva, Instacart, UiPath and Indeed. We’ve also rebuilt our product around a new reality: support teams now run on a mix of human agents and AI agents, and someone has to check the quality of both. Kaizo is the independent Agentic QA layer for that hybrid workforce. We work across helpdesks and Customer Service platforms, and we don’t build AI agents of our own, so we have no reason to mark our own homework. The problem is that the market doesn’t know this yet. We’re the customer service industry’s best-kept secret. The website architecture has just been rebuilt, but the content is outdated and doesn’t tell today’s story. We have strong enterprise customer stories that nobody has written up. Inbound is no longer enough. AI search has changed how buyers find vendors, so pipeline now has to come from outbound, partners, events and reputation. We’re going to the field and starting to attend international events. Sales doesn’t have all the decks, battlecards and collateral it needs. Outbound has started, and it needs content behind it. That’s where you come in. What this role really is We need a senior marketer who wants to build from scratch, and who sees a blank page as an opportunity, not a threat. You’ll be the one who: Brings the website to life so it reflects who we are today and gets found, by people and by AI search. Turns our enterprise wins into case studies and references that open new doors. Owns our review and analyst presence : a proper G2 strategy, competitor and comparison pages that convert, and support for analyst relations. Gives Sales and CS the content, one-pagers, battlecards and decks that win deals and renewals. Starts product marketing : positioning, launches, and clear messaging on AutoQA, Agentic QA, Insights and AI Coaching for customers and prospects. Builds our brand through thought leadership , PR and executive content on the future of CX quality in an AI-agent world. Owns our social channels and online reputation . Defines and runs a field marketing plan, so Kaizo shows up at the international events that matter to our enterprise ICP. Works with Sales on outbound and partner campaigns , including our helpdesk and Customer Service ecosystem partners. You won’t inherit a polished machine. You’ll be the architect, the builder and the driver of Kaizo’s marketing. The deal Location: Amsterdam preferred, flexible across Europe, hybrid or remote possible. Reporting: directly to Thibaud, Co-CEO, as part of the commercial leadership team. Real ownership, a fast feedback loop with Sales and Product, and a seat at the table where positioning gets decided. Why this matters Marketing is the missing piece in Kaizo’s growth engine. The product is there, the enterprise customers are there and the deals are there. Now the market needs to know it, and we need demand that scales. If you succeed, your fingerprints will be all over Kaizo’s next growth chapter: From a handful of enterprise logos → recognised category voice From inbound dependency → repeatable, multi-channel pipeline From scrappy content → thought leadership → If you’re looking for a comfortable role with a big team, a big budget and playbooks already written, this isn’t it. → If you want to build the marketing engine that takes Kaizo from great product to visible market leader, let’s talk. Who you are A content-first marketer. Storytelling is your edge, not growth hacks. You’ve marketed complex B2B SaaS, ideally to enterprise buyers with long sales cycles and buying committees. You’re hands-on: you write, edit, brief designers, manage freelancers and run campaigns yourself. You know what good marketing ops looks like, and you can get by with lean tools (we run on HubSpot). You understand how AI search is changing B2B discovery, and you know how to adapt SEO and content to it. Your English is native or near-native. Everything we publish has to read sharp and professional. Bonus: AI, QA and CX excite you, and acronyms don’t scare you. You’re keen to learn our product, our customers’ pain points and the trends on both the CX and QA sides. Bonus: experience with field events, G2 or analyst relations, or partner and ecosystem marketing. Equal opportunities At Kaizo, we believe diversity drives innovation. We’re committed to an inclusive environment where everyone feels respected, supported and able to do their best work. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, regardless of age, gender identity, race, sexual orientation, disability, religion or beliefs. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every requirement, we’d still love to hear from you. Find more English Speaking Jobs in Netherlands on Arbeitnow
