The successful candidate must have a detailed knowledge of networking technology with a specialty in Voice over IP technology from Cisco. They must be team oriented and have strong leadership ability. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on attention to detail and will have the authority of character to make sure everything is done correctly and with integrity. Lead the delivery of outsourced services F\&A: R2R to ensure customer satisfaction and increased revenue through client up-sell Collaborate and work globally with other Genpact business leaders and functional leaders to build and commercialize existing and new product offerings Sound knowledge of the R2R aspects like Inter-co accounting, Fixed Assets accounting, Bank and balance sheet reckons, Month end close aspects, Accruals, amortizations, financials submission in Fin. Reporting systems etc. Demonstrate lean six sigma framework to drive continuous performance improvement and drive transformation agenda Must be able to work with cross functional teams like Operations, GPO, Digital team, Transformation team, Transitions team etc. Pro-active, ability to trouble shoot, work through organizational change scenarios.
