Responsibilities • Analyze end-to-end performance across remittance and investments (gold/silver) to identify trends, opportunities, and risks across acquisition, conversion, usage, and retention. • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs (volume, revenue, margin, FX/spread, funnel conversion, success rates, repeat behavior, and cohort retention). • Track and report all KPIs versus budget/forecast, highlight variances, and provide clear drivers and corrective recommendations. • Support P&L performance management by analyzing revenue, costs, incentives, and contribution margin, and partnering on budgeting and forecasting cycles. • Own business reporting cadence (daily/weekly/monthly) and deliver concise insights with clear actions and measurable impact. Partner with Product and Growth to define experiments (A/B tests) and quantify impact on conversion, engagement, ARPU, and margin. • Drive corridor-level performance analysis for international transfers (pricing/fees/FX margin, failure drivers, operational SLAs) and recommend optimizations. • Drive investment analytics for gold/silver (pricing and spread performance, buy/sell conversion, ticket sizes, frequency, portfolio behavior, and cross-sell from transfers). • Translate business needs into clear requirements for data tracking, event instrumentation, reporting logic, and process improvements. • Conduct root-cause analysis on performance drops (conversion, failures, margin compression, churn) and propose corrective actions with owners and timelines. Requirements • Proven 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech, digital payments, remittance, trading/investments, or consumer financial products. • Strong analytical skills with hands-on expertise in SQL and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker); ability to build scalable dashboards and self-serve reporting. • Solid understanding of digital product funnels, cohort/retention analysis, segmentation, and experimentation measurement. • Good commercial acumen with understanding of P&L and budgeting fundamentals, and performance tracking versus plan (actuals vs budget/forecast, variance analysis). • Ability to analyze unit economics (fees/FX/spreads, incentives, CAC/LTV) and support business cases. • Familiarity with cross-border payment concepts (corridors, payout methods, success rates, pricing/FX mechanics) and operational performance drivers. • Familiarity with investment product concepts relevant to digital gold/silver (buy/sell flows, spreads, pricing, customer behavior, and engagement loops). • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; able to convert ambiguous questions into structured analysis and clear recommendations. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. • Prior experience in high-growth, digital-only environments and working with product analytics event tracking is preferred.
