Product Manager

etrainuBrisbane City, Queensland, Australia

The Company etrainu is an established leader in online learning design, development, delivery and assessment founded in Australia. We deliver custom solutions to SME organisations domestically and internationally, and our customer-first approach is driving rapid growth in our SaaS products. We're leaning hard into AI, both in how we build and what we build, and the product team is at the centre of that shift. The Role We're hiring a Product Manager to own the product work for one of our product teams. This is a true PM role. You'll own your projects end-to-end: discovery, shaping, delivery, and go-live. You'll run real discovery with customers and data, work day to day with your EM, Staff Engineer, and Designer, and follow your work into the wild to make sure it lands. Shipping isn't enough. Winning is our customers using and getting value from what you build, and you'll be accountable for that outcome with your team. You'll report to the Head of Product, who'll stay close to your work on direction and the bigger priority calls, and you'll contribute alongside the wider Product group on decisions that cross teams. The role is based in Brisbane, with 2 days a week in our CBD office. Responsibilities * Own your team's projects end-to-end through discovery, shaping, delivery, and go-live. Sequence the work, prioritise, and communicate trade-offs clearly. * Build deep customer understanding. Advocate for our customers and their industry using qualitative and quantitative discovery. Lead with empathy, supported by data. * Drive solution discovery and delivery. Work closely with your Engineers and Designer to look beneath the status quo, using prototypes and experiments to shape great product experiences. * Ensure value and viability. Deliver real value for customers in a way that also works for the business, and make sure customers actually adopt and get value from what you ship. * Follow your work into the wild. Partner with Customer Success, Support, Sales and Marketing so what you ship is easy to sell, adopt and support, and drives the outcomes it was meant to. Measure it, learn from it, and iterate. * Work as a tight unit with your EM, Staff Engineer, and Designer. Bring the customer and business context, hold the quality bar together, and help the team run good discovery. * Balance concurrent streams of work within the team. Sequence the work and surface trade-offs early, working with your Head of Product when streams compete for attention. * Use AI fluently in your own workflow and bring AI thinking into what your team ships. Experiment as the tooling and product opportunities evolve. Experience * 3+ years as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS, with hands-on ownership of features or a product area from discovery through to launch. Title matters less to us than what you've owned. * Customer-facing experience. You’ve worked directly with customers - in discovery interviews and on projects you delivered for them - and turned what you heard into decisions that changed what got built. * Builder and executor. You can wear multiple hats: shape the how, create process, and roll up your sleeves to move things forward yourself. * Strong collaborator. You've worked day to day with engineers and designers, can hold a constructive debate on scope and approach, and communicate priorities and trade-offs clearly to Sales, Customer Success and Marketing. * Technically comfortable. You don’t need to write code, but you can follow a conversation about APIs, integrations and data flows, understand the trade-offs your engineers are weighing, and ask the questions that get to a good decision. * Delivered measurable outcomes. You've shipped work that moved a number – adoption, retention, revenue, efficiency – and can explain what changed and why. * Everyday AI user. You use AI in your own product work today (discovery synthesis, writing, analysis, prototyping) and it's changed how you work, not just what tools you list. * Domain background. LMS, EdTech, or compliance-focused SaaS experience is an advantage, as is having shipped AI into a product. About You * You've been the PM on work you're proud of, and you can tell the story of how and why. * You have a point of view. You push for what you think is right and change your mind when the evidence says you should. * Results-obsessed and biased towards action. Personal responsibility and sense of urgency come naturally. * Comfortable with ambiguity. You can take a loosely defined problem and shape it into something the team can act on, and you know when to pull others in. * Calm under pressure. When priorities shift or something breaks, you help the team hold shape rather than adding to the noise. * Growth mindset. You want to grow into a senior PM, you're hungry for feedback, and you're willing to be wrong along the way. * Genuinely curious about AI, both how it changes your own work and where it can improve the product.

Senior Product Manager, Growth

HeidiMelbourne, Victoria, Australia

From $50/yr

We’re Heidi. We're building the future of healthcare by giving every clinician the earth's finest AI Care Partner. Our platform has absorbed the administrative chaos of 175 million patient visits and supported 67 million clinical hours. Today, we support 2.8 million patient sessions a week across 190+ countries, in 110 languages and over 200 specialties. Healthcare systems are failing us; clinicians spend more time on documentation than on patients, and the human connection that makes medicine worth practicing is eroding. Our mission is simple: double the world’s capacity for care and strengthen the human connection at its heart. We found product-market fit with a freemium medical scribe that clinicians love. Now, we're expanding. Every task a clinician hands to Heidi is a patient who feels more attended to, a health system unclogged, and a clinician who gets to be a clinician again. We’ve grown annual recurring revenue from $1 million to $50 million in two years. To go further, we’ve secured US$340 million: a $100 million Series C led by Blackbird, with Phoenix Court, Point72 Private Investments and Headline, alongside a $240 million growth investment led by General Catalyst’s Customer Value Fund. If you want to join us in doing work worth shipping, jump in. The role Growth at an AI-native company is different. This isn't about A/B testing button colours or optimising email subject lines. It's about identifying the mechanics that will drive the company into the future, and building the product experiences that get us there. We're looking for a Product Manager who can find those mechanics, prove they are correct, and improve them, with analytical rigour and excellent product intuition. You'll own the mechanics that turn Heidi users into Heidi advocates, the viral loops, first-time experiences, and adoption patterns that fuel our growth. At Heidi, we grew from zero to hundreds of thousands of clinicians not through growth hacks, but because the product turned every user into an advocate. The next chapter demands we do this again, at 10x the scale. You will partner closely with engineering, design, and platform teams to continuously raise the bar on quality across every surface. We don’t care about logos, the traditional insignia of competence. We’ll evaluate senior well-credentialed candidates and young, hungry hopefuls alike. — What You'll Do * Own the product strategy and roadmap for our growth mechanics. From viral loops, the first-time experience, and monetisation * Find the mechanics that will drive the company forward, evangelise them internally, and keep making them better * Analyse user behaviour to identify friction points and opportunities in the user journey * Ship meaningful improvements by working closely with engineering and design, understanding that small changes affect millions of sessions weekly * Sweat the details that separate good software from beloved software; microinteractions most PMs wouldn't notice * Maintain high standards for issue-tracking hygiene, design system consistency, and team shipping practices * Collaborate with Marketing on initiatives across all distribution channels * Build dashboards and reports that help the team understand what's working and why — If we'd worked together the last 6 weeks, you'd have: * Sat on customer calls and worked out how clinicians actually discover Heidi, and what makes them suggest it to a colleague * Shipped an experiment on the signup flow and known, within the week, whether week-one retention moved * Built a dashboard tracking sharing behaviour across different user segments to identify our highest-potential referrers * Explained why one specialty retains and another doesn't, with the data in front of Growth leadership * Submitted a code fix yourself when you got frustrated waiting — an event-tracking gap, or a simple UI change — What You'll Need * 4+ years shipping product, though we care more about what you've built than time served * Strong analytical skills - comfortable with data, experimentation, and making decisions based on metrics * Intellectual curiosity about why users behave the way they do and how products can influence behaviour ethically * Comfort with ambiguity - growth work focuses on what actually moves the needle, not following a playbook * A romantic streak about software and a belief that great design transforms someone's day * Consumer product craft in B2B contexts where you refused to compromise on polish * You build with AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, whatever ships faster) and can show what you've made with them * You default to building over requesting * Strong opinions, weakly held; you'll shift the room when you're right * Data fluency with diagnostic teeth; you can read an Amplitude dashboard and tell a product problem from a tracking bug from a segment effect — If you answer ‘NO’ to these questions, this may not be the job for you: * Are you an execution powerhouse? * Have you shipped something this week? * Are you good at games? * Did you have a weird teenage hobby? * Are you able to execute without a legion of data analysts, product marketers, and research coordinators at your beck and call? * Does the prospect of making health systems a lot nicer make you feel fuzzy inside? How We Show Up * Build for the next decade, not next quarter. Our targets are outrageous on purpose. The world's health doesn't have the luxury of incrementalism. * Lead, don't wait. We treat tomorrow's problems today. Sometimes we build what's needed before it's wanted, and we're fine with that. * Follow the evidence. Trust the patient. We pursue truth relentlessly. But when the subjective and objective disagree, we treat the patient, not the numbers. Ego is a comorbidity we can't afford. * Own the outcome. Everyone here carries the company. Raise problems with solutions, solve them end-to-end, and never be a bystander. * Ship, measure, go again. A button today, a workflow tomorrow. More iterations beat better planning. We're precise at pace, not reckless. * Live in clinicians' reality. Not the ideal workflow, the twenty-patients-before-lunch actual one. We build for exhausted humans, and we'd better be decent ones while we do it. How We Show Up * Build for the next decade, not next quarter. Our targets are outrageous on purpose. The world's health doesn't have the luxury of incrementalism. * Lead, don't wait. We treat tomorrow's problems today. We build for exhausted humans, and we'd better be decent ones while we do it. Why Heidi? You’ll join a team measured on real-world impact, not press cycles. We live and breathe the challenges of modern health systems, and are laser-focused on exacting the change we’d like to see. We’re medicos, engineers, builders and designers who’ve felt (on every side of the equation) what non-care feels like, the moral and practical toll as a provider or receiver. Building what we’re building isn’t always easy. Standard tech playbooks routinely fail in healthcare, and the friction of the medical system will test your perseverance. But we didn’t choose easy, we chose a purpose-driven mission that actually matters. We hold ourselves to a higher standard because healthcare demands it. If you join Heidi, you recognize that the deeper question isn’t whether AI can solve the global healthcare crisis, but whose hands will shape it. True A-players progress extremely fast here. The nature of the scale-up game is demanding, but we value sustainable performance and mental health. You're trusted to perform, and you set your schedule. We operate on outcomes > inputs, not process theatre. We all take the bins out, metaphorically and literally. We take care of you. We offer a $1,000 annual learning and development budget, a $150/month health and wellness allowance, a $500 home office budget, 26 weeks paid primary parental leave and 18 weeks paid secondary parental leave, fertility support up to $10,000, four weeks of work from anywhere per year, and serious equity. We chose to open-source our benefits hub, if you care to take a peek.

Senior Product Manager

HotDocMelbourne, Victoria, Australia

From $12/yr

About us At HotDoc, our purpose is to improve the healthcare experience for everyone in Australia, by improving the way patients and doctors communicate. We're passionate about building products that have a real impact on patient health outcomes and delivering services that support the growth and sustainability of Australian healthcare. The role Practice Intelligence is the mission based team responsible for GP SaaS — HotDoc's largest revenue line, and the product practice managers, reception staff and GPs rely on every day to run their practice and engage with their patients. Our mission is to transform how practices operate: modernising GP SaaS, finding where we help clinics grow revenue or save admin time, and harnessing AI to improve the care experience for clinics and patients.. As Senior Product Manager, you'll own discovery, product strategy and the roadmap for Practice Intelligence, with a strong commercial lens. You'll work alongside the team's Product Manager, who owns delivery of validated bets — you decide what the team should build next and why, and they make sure it ships. Why this role matters Decisions on this roadmap directly affect whether clinics stay with HotDoc, how many seats they hold and what they pay. You'll hold the question of what GP SaaS should become, balancing regulatory, partner and keep-the-lights-on work against the growth bets clinics, Sales and Marketing are asking for and your view feeds into HotDoc's product strategy with the CPO. What you'll do * Own the Practice Intelligence product strategy and a validated, sequenced roadmap up to 12 months, and show the trade-offs. * Lead the product trio to set the team’s direction, make trade-offs and decide what goes to delivery. * Run continuous discovery with practice managers, reception staff, GPs and patients * Take ideas from opportunity to build-ready: research, prototyping with Design, scoping with Engineering, PRD and a clear go or no-go. * Set baselines and targets for churn, seat growth and ARPU, and show how the roadmap moves them. * Lead product input to pricing, packaging and tiers with Sales, Marketing and Finance. * Pull and analyse your own data (SQL, Metabase or similar) to size opportunities, set targets and decide what to stop. * Shape AI-powered products for clinics — including how output quality is evaluated and what they cost to run. * Mentor associate and junior PMs on discovery, research and prioritisation. What you'll bring * Substantial product management experience, mostly in B2B SaaS, including owning a product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap. * A track record of scaling and monetising a B2B SaaS product — pricing, trial-to-paid conversion, retention and growing revenue from existing customers. * AI or LLM-powered products you've shipped to paying customers, including measuring output quality with evals and forecasting running costs against pricing and margin. * Independent discovery in ambiguous problem spaces, turned into build-ready work. * Comfort pulling and reviewing data from a BI tool, and using it for strategic and commercial decisions. * Experience partnering with Sales and Customer Success, and mentoring other PMs. * Clear written communication, and an AI-first way of working with judgement about when AI output is good enough to use. Bonus points * Healthcare or health technology experience, ideally primary care or clinic workflows. * Regulated workflows such as Medicare billing, patient consent, privacy or health information handling. * Clinical experience, or a track record of earning clinicians’ trust in a clinically dominated setting * Designing product packaging and tiered pricing. * Third-party platform integrations, ideally practice management software such as Best Practice or Medical Director. Why HotDoc * Flexibility to work from home and from our Melbourne HQ. * Access to our comprehensive Health \& Wellbeing Program. * A generous Learning and Development budget. * Parental leave benefits program, including paid baby sleep school, first aid courses and EAP for primary and secondary caregivers. * Company-wide events at our Melbourne HQ several times a year. * Private and confidential EAP for all employees from day one. * In-house Career and Strengths Coaching.

Principal Product Manager

LawConnectSydney, New South Wales, Australia

About LawConnect When people face a legal problem, most don't know where to start. LawConnect exists to change that - helping everyone understand their situation, build confidence, and find the right legal help when it matters most. We're redefining how consumers get legal help by combining AI with our leading lawyer marketplace. Backed by one of the largest legal software companies globally, we bring the stability and resources of an established business with the speed and ambition of a well-funded startup. This is an environment built around innovation, experimentation, and moving quickly. Small team, real momentum, and a global ambition. You'll work alongside talented people who care deeply about making legal help accessible to everyone. What you'll do You'll join a product team that already has a PM on the consumer side and a PM on the lawyer side, who work closely together. Your focus is the marketplace as a whole - the problems that sit between the two sides, the bigger bets that need one person to carry from idea to result, and how the marketplace makes money. In practice that means picking up hard, cross-cutting problems: why jobs go unclaimed, what happens after a job is posted, how we price it, and how we make sure the right lawyers are there when consumers need them. You decide what's worth building, size it, write the brief, and drive it through design and engineering until it ships and we can measure it. Our Growth team owns how people find us; the product team owns what happens once they arrive - and there's still plenty of headroom between someone posting a legal problem and a lawyer signing them as a client. You'll work directly with the other PMs, our leadership team, engineering and design, getting involved early to decide what we build and why, then seeing it through to a shipped, measured result. To make this happen you will: * Map the end-to-end journey of someone in a moment of legal need, and of the lawyer who serves them. Spot the friction, the gaps and the opportunities on both sides. * Find and size opportunities. Take a signal in the data, a customer conversation, or your own hypothesis, and put a defensible number on it. What is it worth, how confident are we, and what will it cost to find out. * Shape the roadmap. Bring a whole-of-marketplace view to prioritisation, working with the other PMs and leadership. Defend your ranking with reasoning rather than preference, and say no to good ideas that are not worth the slot. * Write the brief. Turn ambiguous product problems into a clear problem statement, a success measure and a spec that design and engineering can run with. * Ship with engineering and design. Get it into the backlog, unblock it, and see it live. This is where most of your week will go. * Talk to customers. Speak to consumers who have used the product and lawyers who claim the work. Watch sessions. Bring real behaviour into the roadmap rather than inferring it from dashboards. * Prove what worked. Design experiments that give real answers, read them honestly including the ones that failed, and feed the result back into the next round of prioritisation. * Raise the bar together. Share what you know about sizing, specs and experiments, and learn what the other PMs know about our consumers and lawyers. * Work closely with the other PMs, engineering, design, legal/content, sales and the Growth team, communicating progress, blockers and next steps without being asked. What you'll bring * Experience as a Senior, Lead or Principal Product Manager, ideally on a consumer product or a two-sided marketplace. * A track record of owning a product area end to end: finding the problem, sizing it, shipping the fix, and showing it worked. * Experience building and defending a prioritised roadmap with a stated impact model behind it. * A track record of shipping with engineering teams. Clear specs, a real understanding of technical constraint, and developers who would happily work with you again. * Direct experience talking to and testing with customers. * Comfort working alongside other PMs on a shared product. You do not need to own everything to get things done. * Confidence with SQL and a BI tool, and the ability to build an estimate from first principles. There is no analyst sitting between you and the data. * Comfort shipping AI features and using AI tools in your own work. Even better if you have * Two-sided marketplace experience. Supply constraints, liquidity, matching, and the discipline of not acquiring demand you cannot service. * Pricing or monetisation experience. You have set prices, designed a credit or subscription model, or owned how a product makes money. * Consumer products involving high-consideration, emotionally loaded, infrequent decisions such as legal, health, finance or insurance. * Experience shipping products built on LLMs. * Early-stage or scale-up experience, and comfort with imperfect data and unfinished infrastructure. You are the type of person who * Asks why before you ask how. * Wants to own the outcome, not manage the backlog. * Gets uncomfortable shipping something you cannot measure, or that no customer has seen. * Reads the data and talks to customers, and trusts neither on its own. * Cares more about the marketplace working than about which lane is yours. * Is energised by how fast AI is changing software, not intimidated by it. LawConnect is an inclusive, people-first company committed to breaking down institutional barriers that keep people from reaching their potential. If you meet some, but not all the requirements above, we encourage you to still submit your application. Why join LawConnect? * Your work matters. We solve real world problems that improve and support local, everyday law firms. So they can do their best work for the people in the communities they serve. * Make an impact. You won't be another 'cog in the wheel' here. We give full trust and autonomy for you to be heard, to work on big \& complex projects - and to make a real difference. * Work with a group of authentic, passionate people who love what they do. * Genuine startup energy - small team, fast decisions, real trajectory, backed by one of the largest legal software companies in the world. * Flexible and hybrid working. We engage, share, and collaborate on ideas and workflows. * Career and learning opportunities - we move fast and need smart people to get us where we're going. We are a scaling business and looking for people who want to grow with us. * Have fun with us. Celebrations. Socials. Sports teams. Access to sailing and yacht events. * We value your well-being with additional time off, gym membership and other perks. * Fast-paced tech environment, i f we don't disrupt ourselves someone else will do it! * Access to LEAP Home - a program unique to the ATI Group to support you in buying your primary residence.
