Product Manager - Software and AI

Rad SoftwareScottsdale, AZ, US

$110,000 - $150,000/yr

Read this part first If your idea of a great day is updating a project board and chasing people for status, close this tab. We'll both be happier. If your idea of a great day is sitting across from a CEO, pulling apart how their business actually works, spotting the three workflows that are quietly bleeding them out, and sketching what to build instead… keep reading… This role was written for you. What RAD is building RAD builds the software, automation, AI tools, and internal systems that make businesses run better. We get close enough to a company to see where things are breaking, where people are wasting time, and where better systems create real leverage — then we build those systems. We live in the real AI world, not the hype world. We care about use cases that hold up on a Tuesday afternoon, not flashy demos. Zero interest in AI theater. We call our model Automation Department as a Service because it's honest about how we work: embedded with the client, thinking strategically, driving both the ideas and the execution. Less "vendor on a call." More "the team they can't imagine operating without." This role is one of the most important seats in that model. The role in one paragraph You'll be one of the primary faces of RAD to our clients. You'll sit with founders, CEOs, and operators, understand their businesses at a systems level, and turn messy operational reality into sharp, buildable plans. You'll lead delivery on high-value accounts, but more importantly you'll shape the work itself - deciding what gets built, why it matters, how it should behave, and what success actually looks like. You don't need to write code. You do need to think like a product person, operate like a strategist, and execute like someone who's allergic to ambiguity. Part client strategist. Part product designer. Part delivery lead. Part operator. All four, on the same day, often in the same meeting. What you'll actually do Sit with leadership teams and earn their trust - not by nodding but by asking the questions nobody else in the room is asking. Map how their business really works (not how the org chart says it works) and find the places where software, automation, and AI create real leverage. Own delivery across a portfolio of high-value accounts and strategic internal initiatives. Translate business problems into product plans - workflows, edge cases, dependencies, risks, UX, the whole thing - before developers touch a keyboard. Pressure-test ideas, including your own. Challenge weak assumptions. Kill bad features early. Fight relentlessly for the ones that matter. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with developers so requirements are crisp, handoffs are clean, and nobody is guessing. Spot the AI opportunity in each client’s operation, not the flashy idea that sounds impressive or creates the illusion of progress, but the one that actually removes painful, time-wasting work from someone’s week. Improve how RAD itself scopes, plans, documents, and delivers. You're not just running the machine. You're making the machine better. Help shape new engagements before they start. You'll be actively involved in presales and scoping - sitting in on discovery calls, defining the actual problem, and helping define what the engagement should look like before a contract is signed. Scope \& structure A few details that strong candidates always want to know: Clients. RAD works with companies ranging from roughly $10M to $200M in revenue - operationally complex businesses where software, automation, and AI can have an outsized impact. You'll work across industries, but the common thread is that these are real operators running real businesses with real friction in their workflows. Portfolio. You'll own 3–5 accounts at a time. Enough to go deep, not so many that you're skimming the surface. Ownership. You're involved from discovery and presales through delivery and outcomes. You help shape the engagement, then you lead it. You don't hand off a scope doc and disappear. How you work. This is not a management role. You don't have direct reports. RAD works in small pods per client typically 1-3 engineers and you're the person making sure each pod has sharp direction, clear requirements, and momentum. Your influence comes from the quality of your thinking, not a title. You report to RAD's Director of Operations. Location. This is an in-office role in Downtown Scottsdale. Client work is handled from the office and over calls. Travel is rare. Requirements Who you are You think from first principles. Frameworks are tools, not crutches. When something doesn't make sense, you say so kindly, but clearly. You have real executive presence. You can hold your own in a room with a founder who's skeptical of consultants and walk out with them leaning forward. You have strong product instincts. You know the difference between a feature and a solution, between a workflow and a workaround, between "technically done" and "actually useful." You're technically fluent without being an engineer. You understand APIs, integrations, databases, and how modern software gets built - enough to collaborate with developers as a peer, not a translator. You've actually used AI tools - Claude, OpenAI, whatever model in real working environments. You've prototyped something. You've mapped a workflow with them. You've replaced a task you used to do manually. You have opinions about where AI helps and where it's still a party trick, and those opinions come from use, not from reading about it. You create structure in ambiguity. You don't need perfect clarity to start moving - you generate the clarity. You like solving business problems more than you like managing tasks. The task management is just what makes the problem-solving show up on time. What you've probably done before Some combination of: product management, product strategy, solutions consulting, delivery leadership, operations, or technical program management inside a software consultancy, startup, product studio, or in-house product team. Bonus points for workflow-heavy systems (CRMs, ATS platforms, internal ops tools, automation platforms), digital transformation work, or hands-on experience with AI prototyping tools to validate ideas fast. What matters more than the resume is the pattern: you've repeatedly walked into complexity and left behind clarity and working systems. This role is not for you if... You want to stay far from clients and leadership conversations. You can't form an opinion on product direction until someone else does first. You talk about AI in the abstract but haven't actually shipped anything with it. You need the brief to be perfectly written before you can start. "Not my job" is a phrase you reach for. We're being blunt here because hiring the wrong person for this seat costs everyone… especially you. What success looks like in year one Clients describe you as a strategic partner, not a coordinator. RAD is more embedded and more valuable inside the businesses we serve. Projects are better-defined before a single line of code gets written. Developers get cleaner inputs and hit fewer surprises. Leadership spends less time patching execution gaps because you've already closed them. And the clients you work with point to measurable operational wins they can tie directly back to the work. Benefits The RAD side of the deal We are a tight-knit team that cares deeply about the work and about the business owners we serve. We work hard, we move fast, and we actually like being around each other. No corporate fluff, no dress code, and no sitting quietly on the sidelines. You will have a real voice in the work, in the process, and in where the company goes. Compensation \& perks Competitive salary based on experience 4 weeks PTO Annual RAD Retreat (new destination every year) Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision 401(k) with up to 4% match, Roth option available Company MacBook Daily lunches, plus free drinks and snacks in the office (yes, including a keg of cold brew coffee) Our office in the heart of Downtown Scottsdale * RAD swag, obviously

Product Manager - Supply Chain Technology

AugerBellevue, WAonsite

$180,000 - $250,000/yr

Build at Auger Auger is the autonomous operating system for supply chains. It connects enterprise supply chain systems—ERP, WMS, TMS—into a single data layer, then uses AI to detect problems, evaluate trade-offs, and execute decisions automatically. The platform eliminates the coordination tax: the time and capital lost when disconnected systems force humans to become the integration layer between planning and execution. Actions that previously required days of meetings and manual coordination happen in seconds, within constraints the customer defines. Founded by Dave Clark and backed by $100M from Oak HC/FT. Headquartered in Bellevue, Washington. About The Role On the Product Management team, you’ll bridge the gap between the complex realities of global supply chain operations and our product development teams. Your mission is to ensure we build tools that supply chain professionals actually adopt, trust, and rely on to run their businesses. You’ll use your hands-on experience running or supporting complex supply chains to shape the product vision, guide prioritization, and validate solutions that solve real operational pain. You’re the connective tissue between our customers’ operational challenges and our engineers’ technical creativity — ensuring everything we ship is usable, credible, and grounded in reality. What You’ll Do * Translate reality into product requirements: Solve real-world supply chain operations problems by leading the design of AI-powered tools. * Champion usability and adoption: Bring the operator’s perspective into every stage of the product lifecycle — from concept reviews to release testing. * Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner closely with engineering, design, and data science to ensure our solutions balance technical feasibility with operational practicality. * Validate and iterate: Use your industry expertise to stress-test prototypes, identify edge cases, and refine features for real-world impact. * Inform the roadmap: Distill learnings from customer engagements into actionable insights that shape near-term priorities and long-term strategy. * Maintain product integrity: Raise concerns early when proposed features don’t align with customer needs, ensuring we invest our time wisely. * Measure impact: Define and track success metrics that reflect business outcomes in real dollars. * Elevate the operator’s voice: Lead internal briefings and design sessions that ensure the voice of the user stays at the center of every product decision. Who you are * You’ve run or supported complex supply chains through digital transformations — and understand the realities of enterprise systems (ERP, WMS, TMS, OMS, etc.). * You bring strong product instincts and can balance user empathy, technical depth, and business judgment. * You’ve likely been in rooms where tech overpromised and underdelivered — and you bring a healthy skepticism that helps us build trustworthy products. * You know how to build credibility with operators, translating between their language and that of software teams. * You think in systems and workflows, not just features — connecting the dots across people, processes, and data. * You’re motivated by impact, not just output — and measure success by what customers actually adopt and rely on. Compensation \& Benefits As part of our commitment to People Powered Greatness, we invest in our team members with competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits to support your health, financial future, and daily life. The package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and commuter benefits. Total compensation may include a combination of a competitive base salary and equity. Your initial placement within our salary range will be based on your experience, qualifications. The base pay range for this role is $180,000 – $250,000 per year. Powered by AI and an unmatched set of cloud, internet and enterprise network telemetry data, ThousandEyes enables IT teams to proactively detect, diagnose, and remediate issues - before they impact end- user experiences. ThousandEyes is deeply integrated across the entire Cisco technology portfolio and beyond, helping customers deploy at scale while also delivering AI-powered assurance insights within Cisco’s leading Networking, Security, Collaboration, and Observability portfolios. Your Impact We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the go-to-market strategy for AI-powered use cases across Cisco Networking and to aggregate intelligence across domains into a coherent product narrative that drives customer adoption and competitive differentiation. This role sits at the intersection of multiple AI product lines and networking platforms. The underlying use cases — troubleshooting, optimization, deployment, remediation — span business units and technologies. Your job is to curate the right use cases, synthesize intelligence from across the portfolio, and take that story to market: to customers, analysts, field sales, and Cisco leadership. Responsibilities * Own use case strategy: Curate and prioritize the use case portfolio across AI product lines. Decide what ships, what's deferred, and what matters to customers — not just what demos well. * Aggregate intelligence across domains: Synthesize adoption data, customer feedback, competitive signals, and engineering capabilities into a unified view of where Cisco's AI networking products stand and where they're headed. * Drive go-to-market: Own the GTM narrative for Cisco Networking's AI capabilities. Keep messaging grounded in what's shipping. * Bridge networking and central AI: Own the cross-BU relationship with Cisco's Central AI organization. Advocate for networking-specific requirements and ensure domain use cases are represented. * Drive customer adoption: Engage directly with enterprise customers to validate use cases, define adoption frameworks, and shape the path from early availability to general availability. * Build coalitions: Align stakeholders across GTM, field sales, analyst relations, CX, and engineering. Ensure the AI story is coherent across every audience. Qualifications * 10+ years of product management experience shipping enterprise/SaaS software products, ideally in networking, cloud, or monitoring. * Strong GTM instincts — you turn technical capabilities into customer-facing stories that sell. Experience with field sales, analyst relations, and marketing. * Experience with AI/ML technologies — large language models, agentic architectures, multi-agent systems. You know what's real vs. what's hype. * Ability to synthesize across multiple product lines and domains into a unified narrative and prioritized roadmap. * Excellent written and verbal communication — you can brief a Gartner analyst, a CIO, and engineering leadership in the same week. * Experience navigating matrixed organizations and building coalitions across competing priorities. * Strong ownership. You organize the meetings, write the first draft, and make the call. * Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, or equivalent. Advanced degree is a plus. Why Cisco? At Cisco, we’re revolutionizing how data and infrastructure connect and protect organizations in the AI era – and beyond. We’ve been innovating fearlessly for 40 years to create solutions that power how humans and technology work together across the physical and digital worlds. These solutions provide customers with unparalleled security, visibility, and insights across the entire digital footprint. Senior Product Manager, AI & Agents

tellentKöln, NW, DEonsite

From $12/yr

As our Senior Product Manager for the Agentic initiatives, you will own Tellent’s transition from a System of Record to a System of Action. This is a high-impact, cross-product role: instead of being embedded in a single product team, you will operate across all three of our core products - Hire, Manage, and Grow - building the unified AI layer that connects them. You will own the agentic product strategy and multi-cycle roadmap, driving everything from Model Context Protocol (MCP) infrastructure and specialist agents (Help, Hiring, Analytics) to action execution and external ecosystem channels like Slack and mobile. This is an execution-heavy role for a technically fluent product leader. You will act as the primary product contact for an AI/LLM-native engineering team, collaborating deeply on agent architectures, evaluation loops, and quality frameworks. You will also partner with our exploratory AI workstream to integrate long-term vision into concrete, shippable increments. You will report directly to our Chief Product Officer (CPO) and work day-to-day with our AI Engineering Team Lead. Your 12-month journey * First 3 months: Immerse yourself in the existing capabilities of Hire, Manage, and Grow. Establish a trusted operating cadence with the AI engineering team and build alignment with product PMs across our core areas. Deliver structural clarity to the immediate cycle work and take over the execution of our foundation layer. * After 6 months: Ship the foundational MCP infrastructure alongside our first wave of specialist agents (Help, Hiring, Analytics) into production. Establish clear evaluation methodology and quality loops to measure and define agentic adoption, moving from exploratory paths to predictable delivery. * After 1 year: The agentic foundation is adopted and driving measurable value across our customer base. You have mapped out a legible multi-cycle roadmap extending to proactive suggestions and external channels, validated early agentic monetization hypotheses, and successfully secured active production design partners within the AI-native segment. What you’ll be doing * Product strategy \& cross-product roadmap: Own the agentic product lifecycle across Hire, Manage, and Grow. Ensure the AI layer acts as a cohesive fabric rather than isolated features, maintaining constant alignment with core product PMs. * AI engineering partnership: Act as the direct product counter-weight to a highly technical, LLM-native engineering team. Collaborate on agent architectures, tooling, eval loops, and engineering tradeoffs. * Vision execution: Bridge the gap between blue-sky AI possibilities and reality. Partner with our exploratory AI workstream to ingest strategic vision and translate it into a pragmatic roadmap with clear execution metrics and kill criteria. * Market \& monetization tracking: Keep a pulse on the rapidly evolving agentic HR landscape (both AI-native startups and pivoting incumbents). Inform our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) direction and test pricing hypotheses, including per-agent monetization models. * Defining "Good": Establish and track adoption metrics that signal a successful transition to a System of Action, providing clear signals that leadership and the GTM teams can act upon. What you bring We are looking for a seasoned product leader who possesses the technical depth to hold their own with AI engineers, paired with the product judgment to know what not to build. You lead with a bias to ship the smallest possible thing that proves the next strategic bet. Must-haves * Significant experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record of shipping production-grade AI/agentic products or developer tooling. * Strong technical fluency in LLMs, agent architectures, MCP-style patterns, and LLM evaluation methodologies. * Comfort navigating multi-cycle, cross-product initiatives where the ultimate destination is clear but the discovery path requires exploratory iteration. * Exceptional written and asynchronous communication skills. With a remote-first collaboration model across offices, documentation and clear writing are your primary levers. * High product judgment and a strong commercial mindset - you think in terms of adoption and customer value, not just technological capability. * Full professional proficiency in English (C1 level). Nice-to-haves * European market literacy, particularly regarding compliance and AI regulation (as compliance forms part of our core trust layer). * Experience managing cross-border stakeholder groups. What we offer * Hybrid or remote working setup across Amsterdam, the Cologne area, and Poland * A chance to shape one of the most ambitious scale-ups in Europe and lead a company-defining tech transition. * Work in a diverse, multicultural, and remote-friendly team. * €1,500 annual training budget + 2 dedicated learning days * Pension plan, travel reimbursement, and wellness perks. * 28 paid holiday days + 2 additional days to relax. * Work from anywhere for 4 weeks/year. * Apple MacBook and top-tier tooling. * €200 home office budget. Senior Product Manager (Retain)

From $100/yr

What do we do? Paddle offers digital product companies a completely different approach to their payment infrastructure. Instead of assembling and maintaining a complex stack of payments-related apps and services, we’re a Merchant of Record for our customers. That means we take away 100% of the pain of payment fragmentation. It’s faster, safer, cheaper, and, above all, way better. We’re backed by investors including KKR, FTV Capital, Kindred, Notion, and 83North and serve over 6000 software sellers in 245 territories globally. The Role: We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to shape our churn prevention and retention offering across our payments and billing platform. This is a commercially critical product area at Paddle: the decisions made here directly shape subscription revenue, customer lifetime value, churn rates, and merchant trust in our platform. You will own churn prevention, dunning, and salvage flows, and the customisation layer that lets merchants tailor billing experiences to their own customers and markets. You'll operate as the senior product voice for retention across engineering, design, and commercial leadership, and you'll be expected to set the standard for what we ship and how we think about customer-centric product development at Paddle. You'll work in a trio with a strong engineering lead and an experienced product designer, with regular exposure to Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, Risk, Finance, and Exco. This is an opportunity for an experienced operator who wants to own a product area that genuinely moves the needle on retention and revenue. What you'll do: Strategy \& Roadmap Ownership * Own the long-term vision and strategy for retention, grounded in subscriber behaviour, merchant feedback, competitive benchmarks, and Paddle's commercial goals. Translate this into a roadmap you can defend at Exco and to customers. * Make and stand behind tough prioritisation calls across subscription management, churn prevention, offer mechanics, and merchant customisation. * Navigate multi-stakeholder trade-offs where the right answer requires judgement across technical constraints, commercial impact, compliance, and UX. Domain \& Subject Matter Expertise * Lead product strategy for dunning, payment recovery, and proactive retention interventions. Define when, how, and what to surface to at-risk customers to extend lifetime value. * Build the surfaces and logic for upsell, cross-sell, and promotional offers within the billing experience. Partner with growth and data teams to personalise and test offer mechanics. * Define and deliver the customisation layer, including branding, language, flow configuration, that lets merchants tailor the buyer experience to their product and audience. * Think like a platform builder: build configurable, extensible surfaces that serve a diverse merchant base without fragmenting the codebase or support burden. Data, Metrics \& Commercial Impact * Own the KPIs that matter like retention rate, involuntary churn, offer conversion, incremental revenue; Weave them into the strategic narrative for the business. * Dive into data independently. We don't expect you to wait for an analyst; we expect you to pull the numbers (with AI help where it accelerates you), form a hypothesis, and bring a recommendation. * Use product data to influence business strategy beyond your immediate roadmap: pricing, GTM, risk policy, and customer segmentation. Product Development \& Delivery * Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-faceted initiatives without needing oversight. * Define and ensure high standards for your team in all product development stages: discovery, specs, experimentation, launch quality, and impact measurement. * Work in a tight trio with engineering and design to ship fast, instrument well, and iterate based on real customer signals. Use AI tooling to compress the loop from idea to spec to prototype. * Run a continuous programme of optimisation to compound retention and UX gains across high-volume billing surfaces. Stakeholder Management \& Storytelling * Align senior stakeholders including Exco, Sales leadership, and key merchants around the product strategy for retention. Tailor the message, never the substance. * Craft compelling written narratives. At this level we expect your docs to be the artefact that drives decisions, not a deck or a meeting. * Be a credible technical partner to engineering on billing logic, integrations, and platform decisions. We'd love to hear from you if: * You're used to owning a high-stakes, commercially critical product area end-to-end with clear, measurable business impact. * You have specific, hands-on experience with payments, billing, or comparable consumer-facing fintech at scale. You understand subscription economics, churn mechanics, dunning strategy, and how small UX changes move retention. * You've worked on high-volume, buyer-facing products where small technical or UX changes have outsized commercial impact, and you can talk through specific wins you've owned. * You're technically credible, comfortable in the details with engineers, and able to reason about billing systems, APIs, and trade-offs without needing them to translate. * You're data-fluent and metrics-led. You don't believe a thing until you've seen the numbers, and you can run your own analysis end-to-end. * You use AI as a daily force multiplier for research, writing, analysis, and building functional prototypes. You can show specific examples of how it has changed the quality and speed of your output. * You've built and shipped in scale-up or startup environments, including zero-to-one work. You're at home with ambiguity, not blocked by it. * You're an outstanding written and verbal communicator. Your writing changes minds. * You're comfortable managing hard trade-offs across merchants, Sales, Engineering, Compliance, and Exco and you stay constructive when the room is tense. * You value regular, in-person collaboration with your team and wider stakeholders. Everyone is welcome at Paddle At Paddle, we’re committed to removing invisible barriers, both for our customers and within our own teams. We recognise and celebrate that every Paddler is unique and we welcome every individual perspective. As an inclusive employer we don’t care if, or where, you studied, what you look like or where you’re from. We’re more interested in your craft, curiosity, passion for learning and what you’ll add to our culture. We encourage you to apply even if you don’t match every part of the job ad, especially if you’re part of an underrepresented group. Please let us know if there’s anything we can do to better support you through the application process and in the workplace. We will do everything we can to support any accommodations needed. We’re committed to building a diverse team where everyone feels safe to be their authentic self. Let’s grow together. Our Values * Paddle Together - “None of us, is as smart as all of us” * Paddle Simply - “Simple can be harder than complex: you have to get your thinking clean to make it simple” * Paddle for others - “We can realise our wildest dreams, so long as we help enough other people to realise theirs” Why you’ll love working at Paddle We are a diverse, growing group of Paddlers across the globe who pride ourselves on our transparent, collaborative and respectful culture.
