Company Description Oxbridge Student Investment Council (OSIC) is the first active, joint student investment fund shared between the Universities of Oxford and Cambridge. The fund follows a fundamental, long-only equity strategy grounded in value investing principles. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Product Manager Web3 / Crypto / Blockchain at OSIC. The Product Manager will lead the definition, development, and iteration of blockchain-based products and initiatives aligned with the council’s investment and educational objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching Web3, crypto, and blockchain trends, identifying relevant use cases for OSIC (such as tokenization concepts, on-chain analytics, or community platforms), and translating findings into clear product requirements and roadmaps. The role involves coordinating with student teams across Oxford and Cambridge, gathering feedback from stakeholders, and prioritizing product features based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with OSIC’s mission and ESG values. The Product Manager will also collaborate on product documentation, run experiments and pilots, track key performance metrics, and present updates and recommendations to OSIC leadership and relevant committees. Qualifications * Research the market and users: Analyze competitors, conduct user interviews, study on-chain data to find unmet needs and growth opportunities. * Formulate product strategy and roadmap: Define the product vision, prioritize features, and balance "quick wins" with long-term goals. * Write specifications and set tasks for developers: Translate user needs into clear User Stories, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria. * Manage the backlog and sprints: Plan iterations, conduct standups, and track deadlines and implementation quality. * Launch features and measure results: After release, track key metrics (TVL, DAU, retention, trading volumes), collect feedback, and iteratively improve the product. * Interact with all stakeholders: Synchronize development, marketing, community managers, BD, and leadership around a unified product vision.
